My datacard number is - [protected]. I changed my datacard from post paid to prepaid few months back in the reliance store at Mogappair East.I used the datacard for a week and they stopped the service and also I got the bill amount of Rs. 175 for the 1 weeks usage. I paid the bill amount of Rs. 175 and got a receipt. The next month to my surprise, I still got bill for the datacard as if the account is still operating, and in post paid mode. I informed to the reliance customer care about this and they said they will resolve it. But still I got bills for the next 2 months to continue. I asked the people in the store about this and they said they will resolve the issue. It was never resolved. Many people from reliance called me and I said to them that I have changed the plan and this is not a valid bill, but they still kept calling me. It was a mental harassment. Again I went to the reliance store and asked the guy to stop this billing for non usage. The person there said this amount will be removed as this is not a valid amount. I asked why people from reliance calling me without checking these details that he said. He replied that it is a separate department. After few days, I get a message that reliance will send a Demand Notice. Why should I pay the bill for which you have stopped the service and when there is no usage in it. I don't know what kind of customer care you are maintaining. This is the worst customer care I have ever had. If there is one person in reliance who knows what customer care means, solve this case. Because the person at whom house the DP box of my area is setup has switched off that Box because the rent payment for that box is not given to that person.       [protected] Satish I have received a Pre-Litigation Case Notice from Lok Adalat, Bangalore about non-payment of charges on my Reliance Data Card Internet Dongle. This connection I had terminated in Dec 2012 and Reliance had sent me a final bill of Rs.155. When I tried to pay this amount online, it did not allow me to make the payment since the account was terminated. When I approached a Reliance Care Center in Jayanagar 4th Block, their "internet" was down and hence could not process my payment. Then I waited for an hour for their system to be fixed and finally they gave me the same response that the account has been blocked and hence they cannot access the account. So I assumed that they had written off the final payment on the account. Now in Aug 2014, after no reminders or alerts from the company, I received this case summons from the Lok Adalat with no warning whatsoever asking me to pay the dues of Rs.449. Now is this what customers of Reliance get treated with? I am extremely embarrassed to receive this notice and feel harassed and tortured by this company for such a meager amount. Do they seriously expect me to appear in court by taking my day off work and settle a payment of Rs.449 after 2 years without intimations? This company should be held liable for Mental Harassment, Torture and causing unnecessary agony. For a law abiding citizen who has done everything in his power to pay his dues, this incident is a black mark in my reputation. I want to contact a high level authority regarding this and have it settled. And I will never bother with another Reliance service in my life and I will do my best to educate everyone I know regarding how this was handled by this mega-corporation regarding a small amount like this. If they had decently sent me a courteous reminder and an easy way to make the payment, I would have been more than happy to comply.

      Update: I called up Reliance customer care now regarding this notice to find out my actual dues and they don't have access to the account as well. I walk into a Customer Care center and they can't access my account, customer care helpline can't access my account and yet I am supposed to make a payment to the account which doesn't exist? Is there someone I can call up and let them know how painful this is for a customer and ask for a resolution to my problem?

        I took a new reliance post paid sim by paying 300 RS to them. Right now, am not able to make any calls even am not able receive any incoming calls also. I tried to contact the customer care service many times and the call is not getting connected to them. They are saying that, in my sim call barring is activated, so contact the customer care service. More over I don't know Hindi or Odiya and they are not providing any language change options in the customer care number (*222). In this case what I have to do?

          Sir, After being a regular customer with reliance (Broad band : [protected] ) from 2010 for a period of 3.5 years and paying the bills promptly, it is really a shocking experience to get a demand notice on[protected] for an amount of 1560.68 from your side. As I didn't need the connection I went to the reliance customer care center located in Adyar branch near Malar hospital, Chennai and raised a request for closing the connection on 17th May 2014. I'm not able to attach the customer invoice form in this details.If you can give me the mail ID I can attach the same and send to you. (Request ID mentioned in the form is[protected]. I was told that my connection will be disconnected in 15 days resolution time. I need to pay the previous month bill and which I have paid promptly. After one week I chatted with customer care person on Internet on closing. Not able to attach the chat discussion on closing for the same here. I checked with them on paying the balance as I will not be using the connection from the day I raised the request for closing, I was informed that after 15 days i can pay the balance amount of around Rs 400. I will get a call from Reliance on closing the connection.As informed I got the call and the person said he will close it. But I was shocked on receiving the bill of Rs 842 for the month of May in June and the connection was not closed even after 15days. I received SMS on a request number and asking me to respond if I'm satisfied with the service. I don't know the details of the request number and getting SMS like this. I chatted with reliance customer care person in Internet and that person said she will send escalation mail and I need to check after 2 or 3days with them. Again in June I went to Adyar branch and checked with them, they said Madam it did not get reflected in Back office. They will raise the request again and it will be closed. I checked again if I need to pay the full amount without using the service and as it is the mistake on the part of reliance on not closing the connection, again I was informed that I need not pay full amount and need to pay around Rs. 447 once my connection is closed. After this I got a consolidated bill for any amount of Rs1560, followed by Demand notice twice I went to the new Reliance customer care center (Ambica apallam depot) in Adyar and the customer service personal told me madam your request was made only on June and you need to pay the full bill of Rs 842. It is neither 447 or Rs 1560 but Rs. 842. It is really rude on the part of reliance to behave with it's customer this way. If needed, I have to take legal recourse as there is no option left. A highly disappointed customer of Reliance. P.S.If you can provide me the mail ID I can attach the customer invoice form and chat conversation as I'm not able to attach those items here.             My name is S.G.Jayaganesh and i have a Reliance Data Card Customer since the year 2011.Due to my personal requirement and needs i decided to move to Broadband Connection to other service provider and being associated with reliance as a customer for 2+ years i thought of retaining the data card if the flexibility of moving to prepaid connection was provided.From 1st of February, i moved to the broadband connection and stopped using the reliance data card since 30th Jan-2014.I placed a request on 25th Jan-2014 . The customer representative replied back to the mail with the details, i have provided the details and was waiting for the response.On 5th Feb-2014 i got a call from reliance customer care that the request has been initiated and requested to clear the outstanding bill amount till date and it will take 48 hrs to completethe process. I asked for the amount but the representative informed to go to the nearest reliance store where they might tell the amount including the rental charges for the additional daysit might take for the process to complete.On 6th Feb-2014 i went to a reliance store and explained the details, the representative added some more money to the outstanding amount considering the rental for the number of daysand i have paid an amount of Rs.650/-. On the same day i called the reliance customer care and informed that i have cleared the outstanding amount and the representative informedthat the process would be completed within day after which i will be getting a confirmation call.I didn't received any calls after that, i sent a mail on 8th Feb-2014 asking for the status for which i received a mail on 9th Feb-2014 mentioning that no documents have been receivedto initiate the process. I really got irritated about that and i have sent a mail to terminate the connection on the same day.I received a mail that my request has been registered and will be terminated and i will receive a confirmation call on that . In the mail it was informed that during the suspension of the services, i will not be charged for the monthly rentalI didn't receive any call after that .But i received a bill to pay an amount of Rs.193/- as monthly rental, the bill was also not clear .I received reminder calls to pay the bill to whom i informed that i have cleared the outstandingamount long time back and the connection already got terminated . After that i didn't received any calls.On 14th March-2014, i received a mail with a subject as "Non Payment of Service Charges-Final Remainder :[protected]" mentioning an amount of Rs.403/- to be paid and a sentence ofthreatening if fail to pay would be taken legal . In that bill they have charged as below for unrelated dates. Monthly Rental Charges for period *Reliance Netconnect Rental[protected] to[protected].36 *Reliance Netconnect Rental[protected] to[protected].14 Today i have received Pre Litigation Case mail .This actually puts into a mental pressure and depression to know that being a loyal customer to reliance all these years and this was the way treated .I would like someone who really cares about customer to look into it and close this as early as possible. I can pay the amount Rs.193/- worst case and notanything more than that for no reason. I don't want to go to the below extent "If the same continues i would like to go to consumer court, consumercourt forum taking a legal action against the harassment made and i will ask for a compensation to be paid from reliance for this. "NOTE: For all the above transaction made with the customer care i have the proof, SR number, number of times spoken to customer care, sms received, original bill of the outstanding amount paid, data usage made till what date etc .

                Sir/madam,

                netpack (1GB + Unlimited Facebook & Twitter per Month) from your own
                website-- http://myservices.relianceada.com/.
                This recharge receipt number is - AMIR59058776 and its transaction
                reference number is[protected] on .After successfully recharge I get the
                massage --"Recherge of Rs95 successful.Enjoy ..."
                from the number--52811 but I can't get any net balance.I called your
                customer care number --198 for this problem.your customer care officer
                "Mr.Sougata Adhikari" told that this 95 recharge is not for "MODEM"
                it is for "smart phone" and he can't give me any complain number.

                BUT in your own reliance site--http://myservices.relianceada.com/
                there is no specification that this recharge is only for "smart phone
                " not for "modem" -- in the "view details".
                For this problem I mail here-rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com and after four days they send a mail with a complain request number ID[protected] on 11/08/2014 and said "this problem will be solved with in 2 days".on the date 16/08/14 they called me and said they can't give my netbalance.

                Please any body say here what is the my fault?

                Sir my question is ---"WHY there is no specification that this recharge is only for "smart phone
                " not for "modem" -- in the "view details in your own site--- http://myservices.relianceada.com/."---THIS IS YOUR FAULT OR YOU CHEAT THE CUSTOMER WHO RECHARGE THROUGH YOUR SITE ONLINE.-----SO PLEASE REFUND
                until I can't get my refund, please and please solve my problem...don't cheat Innocent customers.

                  Hello Team Reliance I have been a faithful customer of Reliance using a broadband connection with subscriber ID[protected] I have always admired Reliance for its sheer value for money proposition and recommended its name in my circle. My Broadband Connection failed to connect with the Internet in the Evening of August 14, 2014(Thursday). A call was made to Customer Care however long waiting in the customer care could not convey my grievance. Later, a complaint was registered with Customer Care executive on August 15, 2014(Friday) with a reference no.[protected] to resolve the issue within 24 hours. As the deadline of 24 hours exceeded next day (Saturday), the matter was also taken with local Reliance Store who assured me the resolution within 48 hours, Sunday being off. It is to be noted that no reference no. was provided and phone no. was given[protected] for further enquiry. It’s been more than four days and till now the Broadband isn’t working. I have suffered many loses financially, socially and morally due to it. Another problem is connecting a call with customer care. I have to spend precious time of atleast 15minutes for someone to respond to my call even at midnight. It is requested to fix the two issues. I am optimistic and have faith in Reliance.

                    Reliance Terminated my prepaid number [protected] without any notice, this is really frustrating as I am customer for them from last 5 years with same number and they terminated it saying that non-usage in last two months. How to get my number back?

                      My telephone[protected] and broadband connection from RELIANCE COMMUNICATION has not been working since June 24th 2014. A complaint was registered immediately. Regular follow up on the complaint results in assurances by the company that the complaint is in “solving mode”. Despite this my bill for June 2014 was promptly paid on the due date. My bill for July 2014 has been received but I have not paid it as no service was provided at all. The only communication I have received from the company is the bill and rigorous follow up for payments (harassing calls more than once a day to pay my bill). Can CNN IBN help in resolving this issue and compensation for absence of service and harassing calls for payment of bills despite absence of service.

                        Hi, I have noticed that my mom mobile number - Reliance Prepaid, some services like, Dialer tunes, missed call alert, mobile Internet, morning sloga's, etc are automatically activated and charged without any request. For the past 2 years, I am getting this irritating activity from reliance. Whenever I call customer care regarding this, they are speaking harshly saying that they are activated from our side, which we are not doing anything. As about 15 years of being reliance customer, I have lost about 5000 including both my mobile and Internet services, which is another tragedy because of connectivity, converting from Wireline to wireless internet. Here in this case, I hve raised request to deactivate my wireline connection and to return wire. None of the service person came to get back wires. After a year I got a call from customer care, since I dint return and dint pay a month bill, which I supposed to pay them while i return equipments, They have filed a case against me. I was in shock and was fighting against this for about 1 month and after I spoke with advocate, I have paid bill, which was highly arrested. This is very worst behavior, and I want reliance to pay for my loss. After being about long term relationship with Reliance I am going to disconnect all my reliance services.

                          Hi, I have been using Reliance Data Card for more than 2years. Recently (August 31st) I did a recharge of INR 255 but it was not reflected into my account. When I phoned the customer care no proper response. I walked directly to the reliance office chennai(Nungambakkam). I was informed that my connection got suspended and should submit my proof for activating my account. So, I did submitted my identity proof(Voter ID) photo copy on 2nd of August 2014. Until now my connection is in suspended status only. I tried contacting reliance care via email they advised to wait for 5 days but it was 7days exhausted now. My issues persist and I lost my money worth INR 255. Please suggest me any other way to get my money back. Thank you!!!

                              Sir/Mdam Last month July i was requested to change my plan from 199 (99+99) to 499 . i were talk to our local coustomer representative to change my plan. my plan were change but unfortunately local pack 99 has been not deactivated by your end and I have no information about this pack. when my checked my bills details i know that fault and again talk to our local coustmer care execative to deactivate this pack and and waived this amount from my bill immediately because i have no information about this pack and threre is no need this pack but it is a matter of concern that he told me you have to pay this bill this month and again next month. it is requested that please look into the matter and resolve this.Ebill for the month of July is attached for your kind ready referece.                                 Hi, My user id[protected], internet connection is not working from last 5 days. I have called customer care for 5 times in last 4 days but issue remains same. If they will dig the records, I have lodged around 30 complaints in last 3-4 months and my Internet was down for almost 1 months.They haven't refunded a single rupee for that, very very bad service. Thanks.

                                I did not see my connection was terminated, instead you are charging and generating bill for next month for no service?

                                I got call from Mumbai Reliance on 22nd . As per our discussion connection is still not working. So They confirmed my connection termination. As per the our discussion connection should have been terminated terminated by 24th Aug.
                                You owe amount of Rs 550(previous waiver) + bill from 13th to 27 Aug (as my connection was/is not working from 13th to till date). I have already paid bill till 27th Aug.
                                Please process my refund asap.
                                I would like to thank and urge consumer complaint team to help in processing my refund.

                                  Dear team This is disheartening to say that Relaince Communication is showing a very low standards of services and consumer handling. I am a Vodafone post paid customer who is trying to port my number in Reliance for last 2 months. I have made first request on 2nd July since than I am following up with the team at Reliance store in East Patel Nagar but no favourable response was given by the team. There was some mistake in the sim number entered by the representative at East Patel Nagar branch. I again generated a port code and applied again on 2nd August but still i have to follow up again after one week to hear that it is in process and will be completed with in 4 days. Today again i followed up with Miss Kumud at East Patel Nagar store just to hear that my code is invalid. I have not received any information regarding the same from the company. This port code was generated on 1st August and documents were submitted on 2nd August, if documents were processed with in the stipulated time given by the company then there could not be an invalid port code as it is valid for 15 days. Besides this inconvenience I have observed that the store manager use to shout at the customers on demanding something which is genuine in nature. There were fights among the employees and no work use to happen due to this infighting leading to the inconvenience to the customers. I do not expect such loose reporting and follow up mechanism in such a big conglomerate. I am also a regional manager in sales organisation and understands the importance of consumer handling. If such behaviour persist than company will lose in longer run. Still want to be contacted by the company and get the issue resolved.                                     My Reliance broadband plan is thunder1099, Subscriber id:[protected]. I have paid the bill on August 01, 2014. The connection is not working since August 02, 2014. I have been calling their customer service everyday since then, for which the would reply that the issue is being escalated somewhere and will be resolved at the earliest. Then I sent a mail stating my complaint, Service Request ID[protected], to [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com and RCOMWireline.[protected]@relianceada.com.When I contacted customer care via online chat I was informed that the issue will be resolved by[protected], it still hasn't been resolved. I again contacted their customer service today and now they are saying it will be resolved by[protected]. Please look into this.

                                    after more than one month reliance rectified the problem. Reliance technicians came and rectified it, they told that the delay was due to some strike going on at their office. The bill waiver was also allotted. Moreover after coming to my house on 31-08-2014 they reported back that the issue was resolved while it was actually not. Then after calling them for one week they came and resolved one week later.

                                    Till now nobody from Reliance has contacted me. Only once in the past two weeks, someone from the local Reliance office contacted me and just enquired about the problem, and assured that she will follow-up with the complaint. That was the last time I heard from Reliance Office.
                                    Everyday I would contact customer care and every time they would say that my complaint is in process, the complaint has been escalated
                                    somewhere, this is resolved at a higher priority, will improve customer feedback etc. The funny thing is when I ask, what caused this fault or
                                    problem, they never ever tell the reason. Again they will say the above excuses.
                                    The broadband connection is still not working. Please rectify this.

                                    Someone from Reliance office called me yesterday and assured me that the broadband connectivity problem will surely be resolved by day end of 21-August-2014. So the recent comment from RCOMCare-"the aforesaid concern has been discussed and resolved to your satisfaction." is not valid, as the problem with broadband connectivity, which is my main concern, still persists. I will update the complaint on 21st, whether they have resolved the problem as promised or not.

                                    I am writing with much annoyance and irritation and I am not at all happy with your services, refer my above complaint number:-

                                    1. Even though I was informed by your below mails, that my number [protected] has been updated on all my bills contact number is still coming as [protected] it should only be [protected] as this number [protected] just has been filled by your sales representative sh. Ashok ([protected]) fraudulently, so that customer can’t contact the company and tell about his black deeds. Pl. immediately remove [protected] and fill [protected] for all purposes.
                                    2. You allow small time students and temporary persons as your sales rep. to collect sensitive data from customers and as in my case they disappear and customer is not attended to.
                                    3. I find some kind of racket is going on and my personal details are not yet being updated.
                                    4. My internet connection is frequently down for days and reliance is claiming all bills in advance.
                                    5. Pl. immediately disconnect the broadband as I do not want to put up with a company not caring for its customers.
                                    6. Refund my installation and other charges as you can see from my records that I have complained a number of times and now I am fed up, you can take above complaint number as one of the reference.
                                    7. I just hope that this thing gets highlighted in the media that how a company of repute is shortchanging its customers.
                                    8. I have also put my complaints on consumer complaint web site and now .

                                    For urgent and immediate action please.

                                    My broadband connectivity issue still persists. I again contacted customer care and they are still giving me the same replies. Now they are saying they will resolve it at the earliest, while not giving the reason for the fault. What are you people over at Reliance doing??? The only thing working promptly at reliance is the generation of bills, as I received an sms yesterday stating that the bill for this month has been generated. Isn't there a rule in TRAI against these kind of behaviour of service providers. When are they going to resolve the broadband connectivity issue.
                                    Stilll not resolved. Again contacted customer care, still saying the same lame excuses. Yesterday I was infromed
                                    that broadband bill for the period[protected] to[protected] has been
                                    generated. They are giving their customers bills for the services they
                                    are not giving. When I asked customer service about this, they said to
                                    contact after the connectivity issue has been resolved. God knows when that day will come. I'll keep updating till they have restored my connection and resolved billing issues.

                                    day to look into the matter, they refused to give their number, instead
                                    took notice of my number, for which they havent called since. Yesterday a person from reliance called and told me that my bill for the duration[protected] to[protected] is due, for which i told them the connectivity issue. Without giving a assuring reply they ended the call. What are they doing there???

                                      My issue is not yet resolved as the Reliance service team is to rigid and repeating the same sentence over and over again.I am the customer if i have a problem which is not yet resolved so how can you say that it is being discussed and resolved? This service is totally a fraud.I would highly recommend everyone not to opt for this communication service because these people will simply lure with their cheap plans and rate but i guarantee you will end up being Mugged.I will not recharge my reliance prepaid sim so that they don't deduct again any such balance.And wait for my ID proof to arrive and go for MNP to switch network.

                                        hi myself pramod & my reliance gsm no is [protected]..actually this happens from dt 14/08/14 around after 2.pm i am tried to call one of my friend but its just call ended or said that root is.busy.which is a std reliance no as i already have recharged Rs.799 for unlimited local and std calls for free so i was a litle bit worried but i assume
                                        it as a temporary problem but still i could not connect my calls to any number as also their is full network and available balance..i think reliance trying to cheat me.so i[censored] could help me.plz suggest some
