I have many complaints against reliance. I get your internet services only about 10 days in a month, so I refuse to pay the entire months bill. Why should I when I get your services only for part of the month. So I demand a waiver for the month of June, July, as I have not received proper services for these months, so why should I pay? I have called a 100 times in ten days as reliance web page did not accept my user name / password. Every department had a different story to tell me. My password was reset 4 times. Still I could not log in. Every time I spent one hour on reliance helpline transferring from one department to another. Waste of my energy, time...& work has suffered. It took them 10 days to decipher that I had an outstanding of 413 Rs. Even after paying all bills without receiving even a days internet my services still not started. Just get time frames- 24hours, 72 hours etc etc. I am amazed at the inefficiency in reliance. Sad state of affairs! I have 3 complaint numbers still un resolved-since June 4th[protected]/[protected] days ago) &[protected]/8/2014) . ALL UNRESOLVED!!! They will not register complaint for waiver till problem resolved. Already I have paid two months bill without any internet. No time frame for resolving problem so if it takes 6 months for the duffers at reliance to resolve my complaint they expect me to continue paying bills for 6 months without asking for waiver!!!     First of all it is a sorry thing that there is no mobilenet online recharge available on the net. Secondly, what is happening when we activate the data recharge from our own number is very frustrating. I recharged talk-time of Rs.1000/- and out of that I sent an SMS for data recharge of Rs. 200 something, which was done correctly. Now, when the data recharge is over, the net does not get dis-connected or anything like that, instead the amount is deducted from the main balance WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION !!! which is a big cheating by Reliance. I have been using this number[protected] from last 9+ years and have many a times faced issues which I always ignored. But this is the height. No SMS, no call nothing from your side that your Data charges is exhausted and a recharge is required. In 1 night more than Rs.400/- deducted from main balance and when I try to make a call it says NO SUFFICIENT BALANCE. I question the Reliance team that why such things happen and who is responsible for this. Can anybody answer my question OR I HAVE TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT TO GET MY HARD-EARNED MONEY BACK !!!

      My internet connection provided by Reliance Broadband has not been properly functioning for the past 1 month. The first internet outage happened on 6th July, 2014 and took almost a week (14th July, 2014) to resolve. However, my connection again went out on the 20th August, 2014 and has since then not been fixed. According to the Reliance Customer Care there seems to be some sort of cable problem at my apartment building. The customer service has been deplorable. At every single instance of me calling the Nodal Officer of Reliance for following up on my complaint I'm greeted with the same cookie cutter response of it taking "2 days more to rectify the problem". The issue has still not been resolved since 20th August. The after sales service has been depressingly bad. Why is it taking so long to replace a missing cable is beyond my understanding. It is shocking to see a well-established internet provider like Reliance is taking so long to rectify cable-issues. I am incurring losses on a daily basis due the inability to access internet and am hoping to hear from a Reliance executive as soon as possible.         Hi, My User Id:[protected] MY Reliance broadband connection is not working From last 18 days. I have already registered so many complaints regarding these to the customer care and appellate authority also but all the time they solicit for one day to resolve the problem but still they have not resolved. Next day when i call to customer care to know my complaint status they says that your problem is resolved and complaint has been closed but actually it is not resolved.

          We have taken a new connection at our house in Ramasamy Nagar, Singanallur area on 31st July 2014. USER ID[protected]. Connection taken in the name of my wife Mrs. Anitha. The plan is Thunder combo 1249 with 4Mbps speed. Right at the time of installation I checked the speed it was 800kpbs and asked the service man why it is so slow, to which he replied "Your system has virus, so fornat it". After my professional response he then agreed that it will take 24hrs to update your profile in Mumbai, so wait for 1 day. I waited for 3 days and registered a complaint, ID[protected] in customer care they promised to resolve the problem in 24 hrs. No calls from local service team or from any reliance person.I'm a professional internet user so i tried all possible ways of troubleshooting in my pc and only then i logged a complaint. I called again to customer care after 2 days to know the status of complaint for which they say your complaint has been closed, as the local service team replied that there is a fault in EB. No one contacted me or visited my house how can they resolve the problem by themselves? I[censored] can provide only 800kbps then u could have spoken the truth at the time of installation. Why all these frauds and cheating business? Is this the way you behave to common people of India? I'm not going to leave this issue until i get it right or cancel the connection.

            I have applied for Reliance broadband connection. First of all I was charged for a plan which is not listed on your website Rs 749 for 2MBPS, I told the sales person but he convinced me to get the plan changed if required after three days of activation but he will not sell the Rs 699 2MBPS plan avialable on your website. I live in Gurgaon sec 17. I applied for Rs 749 plan on 12th Jul 2014 an agent Named Ashish([protected]) I Paid Rs 1600 of which I was not given any receipt he took the documents in hurry and told me that my connection would be activated by sunday or maximun Monday(14th July 2014). I repeatedly called him and from 14 to 19 July but everyday same excuse, finaly on Saturday 10:30 time was given to me, But still whole day I kept on calling atleast I called 15-20 times Ashish and Mr Rajeev Janghu([protected]) finally at 5:30 in the evening he told me that they cannot do my connection today I told him that I will complain about this to, he answered "jisko bolna hai bol do" and disconnected. I went to reilance office(Sector 14 Gurgaon) where I coudnt find any one to whom I could complain about this incident but no good. There I met Mr Rajeev Janghu but he was not intrested in talking with me. Finaly some one there called(via their phone) their Sales lead finally Mr Amit Sharma (Amit.ss.[protected]@relianceado.com). I informed him about the my concerns to which he replied "aapke area me connection nahi lag payega". Too frustrated, I asked for money refund and told them that I dont have any receiving any ref no. no paper work how to get my money back. They told me "aapne paise mujhe nahi diya hai reliance ko dia hai". I Tried to put my case that how will I get my money back then. After hassling for around 1 hr at reliance office for any written proof of money paid or any other refercne no, Nothing was given to me. Finally I took a paper and noted my UserId and Caf No and I was told that out of 1600 paid 1549 will be returned after 45 days.

              I feel sorrow to complain that a company like reliance is selling net pack in jorhat wheares net link is down from 29/07/14 they are not doing it as a buisness it is called pick pocketting.Their are human blood suckers.Even today their rechare server also remain down and no recharge could be done then imagine about them.These are the main culprits behind the underdevlopment of india.It is neccesary to put mukesh and anil in jail same as subroto roy

                the above mentioned number ui use it long time . It was recharged Rs 500 on 8 7 .2014 . ihave been using it up to 27 .7 14.
                suddenly i dont get incoming an out gong . That i was in a hospital in kerala I could not wait long time after dialling 192 . Just i have used only rs 200 out of Rs 500 . I asked to check with some agent and i as told the number has been given to some one and i have to change that into post paid
                I need proper explanation . I have been suffering lot

                    Hello Sir, My name is Ayush Chaudhary, I am a Software Engineer in Gurgaon. I use the MNP(Mobile Number Portability) feature to convert my mobile operator from IDEA to Reliance. According to TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) the MNP procedure should be completed in 4 to 6 days max. But here around 20 days passes away but still my incoming and outgoing both calls are getting blocked. I already had money and official loss due to this issue because that was my official number. This shows the violation of TRAI guidelines. I was very upset because of this complex issue for me. Can you please ask reliance to solve my issue.                           Dear Sir/Madam, I want to tell you that, I am having a big problem from reliance telecom, actually i am using reliance smart sim, and they deducted Rs.166. of my main balance without any reason, they told me that there was some technical issues, Then i complained cuctomer care they refund only Rs.122. then i complain again but no result. i am very frustrated from this act. reliance is a thief company, without any reason they deducted my amount . kindly do the needfull, and revert my balance Thanking you Rajender kumar.

                              Hi, I here by post details about reliance broadband wireline connection. I applied for the connection on 15th july and paid the advance. Despite several calls made to the consumer cell it took 8 days for the field agents to install the connection. The reason sighted to me was "shortage of internet cable". The internet connection was up and running on day 2 after the installation which worked for the next one week and then stopped working. I call up the helpline provided[protected]. A complaint was registered with the assurance that i will be contacted in 24 hours. Now its 3 days no help. In this time I called up the technical assistant several times (almost everyday). He told me he has send boys and it will get fixed in a day. Now its 5 days. I call him again he replies "the junction box has been stolen and we dont have it in stock" The next day again same reply. Today on 4th Aug he replied it will be done today I have send boys. Still no help. I wonder how a company like Reliance Communication a "Anil" Dhirubhai Ambani company is running when the company does not have enough cables and junction boxes to fix internet connections! Its a shame. Best course of action: looking for a better internet service provider who has enough cable and junction boxes. Registered complaint number[protected] CAF no:[protected]

                              It is so nice that one Mr. Amarjeet Ph. no. [protected] gave me a threat that they would not let me enter my home if I keep calling and complaining them. I should be proud for the service provided.

                              I just wanted to complain that the complaint was no where to be a resolved.
                              After one month of my complaint the social network support team calls me and tells me that they are running short of the internet cable and hence they could not resolve the problem. The team did not even know what was the actual technical problem with the internet connection here with my complaint.
                              Who can believe that they did agree they had shortage of cable! A telecommunication company! Shame.
                              In spite of my complaint registered the company did not know that I had asked for disconnection of their so called internet (non)service and they keep calling for the bills to be paid.

                              Finally I did move to a different ISP (TIKONA) and I am happy with the support they provide and their quick response.

                              So to say that the concern has been resolved to my satisfaction ? NO.

                              It must have been resolved to your satisfaction, now you don't have to bother with at least one customer. Permanently.
                              So I was wondering why is it that that India's second largest telecom provider has shortage of Internet cable and can not replace stolen junction boxes even after months. Here is the answer

But due to the negligence from reliance I cancelled the plan and proceeded with cancellation.                                 This is really disgusting from Reliance communication. Though I am waiting for more than 4 months u havent resolved the issue. Its really shameful and painful... I cant understand why you are bluffing with alternate number comments... I am using the same number and if you want will provide again [protected]. If you have atleast 1% customer commitment kindly resolve this issue...

                                  respected sir, my name is sarupa maiti.i live in pune.I have a whose provider is reliance has been harassing me by not providing me the network at or near my house.I made a complaint on 30th july and they have not even sent me the complaint number.They specifically said that they will be resolving this problem within 3 days.Its been 3 days and still the problem sustain.I have made this same complaint 8 to 10 days back too bt the the solution lived lived to a very short duration.So it is my humble request to customer forum to provide me justice. thanking you

                                    Hi,
                                    Sorry to tell you that this matter is not yet resolved as per my satisfaction. All your customer service associate did was offered to waiver some amount and insisted on paying the bill for which Reliance Comm has not provided any services on the mentioned period.
                                    Here also you have just tried to close this matter as it had been done for the complains which I have raised with Reliance Comm helpline.
                                    I do not intend to pay any amount of the bill for which Reliance Comm has not provided any service.
                                    I still face tremendous harrasment from Reliance associates for making the payment for which services were not provided.

                                    What I came to know is that Reliance Comm is not able to provide services in my Area (Pune, Tingrenagar 411032) as internet server is down because reliance has not paid rent to the vendor where server is installed.

                                    Reliance Comm themselves have not paid the rent & that was the reason why services is not available till date & now reliance will charge illegitimate amount from customer because of the fault made at his own end.

                                    You shall come across many such similar complaints against Reliance Comm...like the one below

                                    People please do not go for Reliance Broadband. They are crooks.

                                    My broadband user id is[protected]. You can get my number from your database records which is 99******02.
                                    I don't want to write publicly my number here. Moreover, I have submitted connection termination request. Do close my services in case you are unable to resolve Internet issue till tomorrow (19-Aug-2014) .

                                      I have paid installation charges as well as fees of rupees 1500 for a broadband connection to one mister Jaiswal handling the Reliance Broadband activations in Yari Road. He was very prompt in collecting the money but when it came to providing service, he has been the worst agent ever. Don't you people think, of how unethical it is to fool and cheat your consumers this way? He stopped receiving my calls after promising for almost 3 weeks that the "NEW" connection will be made to work the "next" day. That is when I went to the RELIANCE MOBILE WORLD GALLERY all the way to OSHIWARA from YARIROAD and spoke to "another" agent who gave me a senior named SHAHID's number. This guy promised the service will get activated in the next two days. Its been two weeks and they dont pick their phones when i try to call. Your Customer Care Helpline is never available and ALWAYS busy.

                                      What kind of service is this? I can't believe that such a big corporate company is scamming its customers in this way. Since most of Yari Raod houses media professionals like me, don't be surprised if you soon find yourself in a consumer soup- being ridiculed on a national level.
