I have paid installation charges as well as fees of rupees 1500 for a broadband connection to one mister Jaiswal handling the Reliance Broadband activations in Yari Road. He was very prompt in collecting the money but when it came to providing service, he has been the worst agent ever. Don't you people think, of how unethical it is to fool and cheat your consumers this way? He stopped receiving my calls after promising for almost 3 weeks...

My current bill includes Rs. 518 on account of Internet Charges. My mobile is not activated for Internet Services. How these charges have been included in the bill. These may be withdrawn immediately so I can deposit the bill. My due date is 5-8-2014.
