Dear Sir/Madam, I had this broadband connection in 2009 for 9-10months. I had terminated this connection in July due to its poor service and no connection during that time. But still I kept getting bill for Aug 2009. I spoke with Reliance Customer Care team and it was resolved and they waive off additional amount they had charged on my account, as I had terminated the connection and there was no service and no usage. Now after so many years I got calls from Delhi-Noida stating advocate Mr. xyz and they will raise legal case if the amount Rs 4130 is not paid. Call abc person and pay the amount immediately. This sounded like fraud calls and I had ignored it as I never had any due with any of the companies. Aug 2014 - I got mail from Adv Amit Kulkarni from Pratikgroup asking for due to paid Rs 4130. I had couple of mail to the reliance customer care and their team but I haven't got any response from them. I have attached below proof mail where I had discussion with customer care and it was said to be resolved. I believe reliance bill system was still active till date and they forgot to reverse / system couldn't reverse the charges as said in the mail. When you have customers paying bill before time and communications were resolved and when you see such mail and getting calls from authorized goons from the company I can clearly see the intention. I have all the bills till termination of connection and all necessary mail communication. Issue – Incorrect billing post termination of service

Details --
Billing Cycle - 11th day of month
Last active billing cycle date – 11th July 2009
Last Payment for active connection – Rs 937
Last Payment Date for active service – 27th July 2009
Service Termination request from user – 11th -13th July 2009
Service termination action from reliance – 16th Aug 2009 (Delay from Reliance)

Reason for termination of service – No broadband service working since 11th July 2009

Problem– Billing post termination of service. Below screen print shows problem in billing calculation and additional charges for non payment. Though the service was terminated on 11th July post user request, Last outstanding Bill amount is Rs 960 for Bill Date 11th Jan 2010 ? and Current outstanding amount Rs 4130 is been charged for non payment ? Service request for termination was raised 11th Jul 2009 and no service was available for data usage. How the billing has been generated post termination and additional charges been imposed on the user ?

Got a call from customer representative though he didn't had knowledge to understand the incorrect billing and accounting he was saying without thinking much that system is correct.

Customer representative tried few ways to convenience me --

1. He said termination date of service in system is 16 Aug 2009 but the final termination of service happened on 11 Jan 2010 so you have been charged correctly - I'm a :)

2. Sorry sir, you had a due before and our system has only retrieved last 6 months records, so these charges are commutative. and system is correct - CC guy had no proof to show -

3. Sir, we don't know looking at the system it was terminated on 11 Jan 2010. So charges are correct . ha ha ha ha

4. Sir, do you have receipt or mail for termination request. Now how the hell you except a receipt after 5yrs. Were you sleeping ??

This is how the stupid, time wasting conversation ended with a note, sir I'll raise this problem and explain the issue with my senior.

11 Aug 2009 billing Rs 936.45 has been charged but reversed as no service was there. Amount Rs 54.58 charged on pro rata basis for 2 days usuage (11th and 12th July 2009) and Rs 936.5 is reversed as there was no service since 13 Aug 2009

    As i am using Rim Postpaid connection since last 7-8 months, But when a asked to customer care executive in jun 2014 that what are the benefits are given to me on my 125Rs. Corporate plan then they said that you have 50MB 2G free data usage there is no any extra charges for using 50MB but when my bill for june month is generated i just completely shocked they have charged me about more than 400Rs. which is very unfair for any customer .So i just tried to contact customer care executive for registering complain regarding wrogly charged But they din't way-off any amount from total bill amount And my reliance services has been barred either for Incoming or Outgoing, Because of that I am in very loss(approax 10000 Rs.), neither a can receive any call nor i can make any call.       from 2-3 months i am unable to call 198 or other customer care number. when i call customer care the call gets connected after that when i select the options to talk to customer care representative after the call get disconnected automatically.

      they had called me and then solved my problem by enabling my call to customer care. i had made a call to cross verify that call is going or not but i found that call was going to customer care.

        Reliance Netconnect number: [protected] I have terminated my reliance net on last month because of poor customer service and my dongle problem. I was in 3months Advance rental plan(Rs 1350), in that amount paid first itself. Now i got the bill Rs 509 and got call from Reliance outlet to pay the amount. They told that, your plan automatically changed to monthly rental plan so you have to pay the amount. please solve my issue.

          Reliance is pathetic and i have connectivity issues everytime. They do a temporary patch up everytime i lodge a complaint within 2 days it goes off again. I have to lodge another complaint and wait for few more days to fix.. This has been happening over 8 times this month and this was my first time / first month of reliance connection. Extremely pathetic.. My Subscriber ID/s : 1) POTS - [protected] 2) DIA[protected] Now they reduce my speed to 788Kbps without my consent several times. Where as I pay for 2Mbps speed plan.           it was never resolved. Even today i chat with one of the tech support guy called 'milindum'something he said you are getting the speed as it supposed to be and he cannot do anything.

          I said why "should I pay for 2Mbps and get 512-788Kbps speed?"

          "can you change my plan to 512Kbps or something so that i can save some cost atleast ?"

          he hung up on me and disconnected the chat.. Extremely pathetic customer support. ""GUYS OUT THERE PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE""

            My Device No: [protected]. I was given request directly to Reliance show (chronmpet, Chennai) regarding my post paid to change prepaid connection on 05July 2014. Next day onwards my device was not worked. But I got bill on July month then I Directly enquired customer care and showroom they said connection still on post paid. I asked then why device not working they not response by query and continually I was raised cancel request continually three times. Then I was received August month bill. I asked how mean they explained me “I accepted to continue with this service” I asked tell me who called and spoke me they were not replied. Without communicate customer they closed customer request. I will never pay August month bill all customer communication mail I have it. I am ready to meet in Court. I will give first rank to reliance for fraud telecom network. I will never suggest to my friend to get connection from reliance.

            Please let me know this link is correct ? Because i tried open. Showing error message as "webpage is not available"
            My name is byom and my reliance no is [protected] which i had ported from docomo recently...

            Yesterday (ie 3may) i recharged with rs 175 (2g unlimited for 28 days ) but it got expired in a day only..

            I talked to customer care and they didnt give a about it...

            I want my data back with validity of 30 days or i will have to take some serious action against reliance ...

            Give me my 30gb 2g data or else i will port to another operator and ask the same to my relAtives and friends.

              Reliance Communications have been asking for bill payments where as thier landline phone 30225560 has not been working from June. The 1st complaint was made on June 18, 2014 and then July 11, 2014 but of no effect. They have been asking for bills .

                Today I was sitting in my class and then I was disturbed by a SMS. The content of the SMS was as follow: "Amount Charged for VAS EasyMobile VP Rs:20.00. Current Main Balance: RS21.61". I don't even know that what the hell is EasyMobile VP. After searching on internet that I am not the only one who is victim of this fraud. Reliance have regular habit of doing this.

                  Hello, I m Kiran, Hsd no - [protected], the issue is suddenly my data card started disconnecting frequently from middle of may, i called reliance customer care no one answered the call i waited 45 minutes, till end of may same happened. Finally I went to reliance store (anna nagar). They asked me to change the modem. I did but problem did not solved. At that time i was helpless no customer support and store support. In June and July same happened. Finally i received bill amount of Rs-2819/. They started calling me for bill payment. More than 10 members called I explained exactly what happened but no one called me back.. now in august I stared getting message from reliance make payment today to avoid legal action against you... Please let me know the resolution for this... Expecting a positive reply from your side.

                    Hi, Reliance HSD No.[protected] I have used reliance net connect plus with the above HSD card number. I would like to inform you that i have faced lot of network issues and called up so many times to customer service calls starting from Jan 2014 - July 2014 related to network issues. It was never resolved from Reliance side and promptly bill will be generated from your side every month after so many calls also i never got waiver amount for any of the above mentioned months. Whenever i was connecting to the Reliance Netconnect it will never get connected and i have stopped using it longtime back. Whenever i have called up customer care for disconnecting the 'Reliance Netconnect' i got a strange answer from your customer service executive saying network is down call us later. It was never disconnected from Reliance side... Still now the problem has not been resolved and now i am getting a bill of Rs. 2391/- saying need to pay this money to avoid legal action under section of 406 &amp;amp; 415-E of IPC. Nowadays it has become a big mental stress for me A] Repeatedly i have sent mails to appellate authority [Bangalore &amp;amp; Chennai] it was an issue which was never resolved from Reliance side after repeated complaints from my side (Refer: Attachment mails to Appellate Authority [Karnataka/Tamilnadu]). I have been promised that the issue will get resolved within 5 days from your side. But for your kind information the issue has not been resolved and still it is in OPEN as of today. B] In relation with Reliance network for more than 5 years i have never defaulted my payment in the past. Even though there were lot of network issues from your side i have paid the amount from my side [Reasons being told from your side: Internet is down @ Anekal area, Network coverage issue, Account has been transferred to Varthur area, Up gradation to high speed internet etc.] C] As promised still service guys have not visited the location which is my current residence [June - July 2014]. But i will get many calls saying we will promise you that the issue will be resolved from our side @ the earliest. (Refer: Attachment mails to Appellate Authority [Karnataka/Tamilnadu]) D] Already i spoke to senior person from your side for a waiver [Request ID: T[protected]] but after that there was no response from your side. E] For a 5 year old customer this is the basic courtesy from your end by sending legal letter and till now i have promptly told whoever calls from your side saying i will pay whatever has been used from my end. I was expecting resolution from your end which has never happened till now. Please let me know the resolution for this... Expecting a positive reply from your side.

                      I am Prashant Narvankar and my phone number is [protected].I have recently ported by number from Loop and activated loop 99 plan.Since then there is no continuity of network from reliance and promised 3G connection is never active. Phone is dead now and customer care is reluctant and not responding, The associate Mr. Manish Co operate associate for Hindustan Dorr Oliver has failed to resolve the issue and not responding to phone calls.The phone is dead over a week now.It is very disappointing experience from Reliance.Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.

                          My Reliance broadband is not working since 23.08.2014 till today...Its been 4 days now and all my past complains get closed without anyone doing anything. I am yet waiting for the issue to be fixed. I logged a complain on 23rd August complain no:[protected] at 9.44 pm. And logged another complain at Applet Support on 25 August complain no[protected] at 10am Complain no 1 got closed on 26 August without informing me. And i specifically mentioned that please contact me before closing complain. Reliance always closed the complains as it reaches 72 hours time as mentioned in the telecom guidelines. If 72 hours complain does not get resolved you have to give that many days discount. So now reliance keeps on closing complains without doing anything and customer keeps on thinking the issue will get resolved. Its been 4 days now and I don't have any Internet. All my past complains have to closed without anyone even trying to get the issue resolved. Also when we call the customer case on[protected] the call is waiting for over 30 mins. I have all the recordings of all the calls I had with your customer representatives and the last representative just disconnected the call as he had no answer as to why my complain got closed. Please tell me who should I complain to get the issue fixed for REAL. Should I go to the consumer court?? for this to get fixed ?? How many days does it take to fix an issue? Cant u even inform the customer why it is being caused. All the customer central people say give it 24 hour and we have raised a new complain. If you want my past history of the complains that got closed here are the ticket number and I have sent an email in the past to the email support team, but as usual NO REPLY to email complain also.                           Just wanted to give you an update on the issue. I called the Applet Support for an update on the ticket on 27 August 10.30 am and they informed me that there is an issue with Fiber Cut which will take ONE WEEK to get fixed. And they will close the following ticket[protected] . And to call them on 5th September if the issue does not get fixed before that.

                          I am sharing the Call recording that I had with Mr Abijeet from Applet Team to show you that what I am writing is TRUE.

                          Is anyone ever going to contact me to fix this issue?? I called customer centeral team and found that both the above complain numbers were closed stating that the issue is resolved.

                          But the issue is still existing and have not been rectified. My internet is still down from 23 August Saturday and is still not working.

                          NO the issue is not resolved. NOW reliance is refusing to give me a refund for 17 days of internet that was not working. They say the complain was closed within 48 hours. And as I said all my 7 complains were closed as FAKE resolved. The issue was still existing.

                          SO TEAM NOW GIVE ME A REFUND. You can check the network traffic on my subscriber ID to confirm that Internet was not working.

                          If net is working why will I call reliance be on HOLD for 30 mins and register a complains which is closed as FAKE resolved.

                          I had to get my own technician who I had to pay. I had to replace the switch on my Terrace that burnt for 300 RS which reliance should have done. And then the internet started working.

                          So after 17 days of net not working, RELIANCE did not do anything. When the Internet started working then I get a call from your team from here who wanted to confirm that my Internet started. SO NO Reliance did not resolve my issue. I had to do it by my own and had to pay in total 500 RS to get the work done.

                          RCOMcare give me a refund now. I have all the call recordings that state that my net will be fixed in 10 days and I will get a refund. Please do not make me go to Consumer COURT for this.

                            Reliance people are harassing me regularly by collection calls and not at all bothered for my queries. They have a wrongful intent of keeping the number open and so that billing keeps on happening. I gave a request for number closure & cleared the last bill. Till date the mobile number is active and i am getting collections calls from goons from number [protected]. The people are just robots and dont understand my concern. They have blocked my other number of reliance illegally and im totally pissed off with their pathetic behaviour. One should never ever go for a reliance connection and if you do, dont expect any humans resolving your queries. Keep paying for life without logic. I have a absolute clean record but they are dealing with me like a defaulter. Pathetic pathetic pathetic relaince communications team. Shame shame shame.

                                I recharged my prepaid cell phone online with a 1 GB Internet pack from reliance website. In online cases after entering the mobile no, one is presented with a list of recharges that are available for his mobile number. I selected the Rs 156 recharge but even after the money was deducted from my bank account I did not get the recharge benefit. When I called up the customer care they said that there is no recharge for Rs 156, however the site showed Rs 155 recharge is available for my no. Now they wont refund my balance and neither have I been able to get the benefit.

Realiance has barred the services for the above number without giving any notice.. After asking the reason they said TRAI has stopped your number as you made any unsolicited call.. I told him this number has not been recharged since last 6 month and I am using only for incoming calls.. But they haven't given any reply and said ask TRAI.. I also sent complaint at TRAI but no answer received by now.. I want to know the exact reason.. If I found guilty with appropriate reason, I am ready for punishment.. I am tired of this reliance people they are so worthless in providing service .i have to call every alternate days to provide my weaver but they are just telling that when complain will be resolved then your connection will be terminated and then you will get the weaver.the thing i told them if i dont need your cheap service then why dont you hell provide me my refund.always taking advance payment.and the time comes to pay you all people just hiding.this issues have gone for over 1 and half months not even solving the problem not even paying the refund and 1 big hell thing doing is they are asking for next month payment .i want my money back .

                                      Recently on 24th August 2014, I Check my Balance look then My account Balance Cut RS/- 20. than i call customer care then he tell in your account one service is activate… he also tell this service activate via company sms.

                                      I was totally shocked because i didn’t subscribe to the same service.

                                      I have infact registered my no as Do Not Call facility.

                                      Please take necesary step in this regard and make sure that my deducted amount of all these day will be credited into my account.

                                      I am using reliance gsm [protected] prepaid sim. The company is deducting balance from my no. by activating vas services without my permission for last 1 year. Again they have deducted Re. 1 from my main account by activating some vas without my permission. When I called them to refund me the amount, they refused saying that I have myself activated the service. I have not activated this service and the company is doing forceful activations without my permission.The company&#039;s customer care didn&#039;t even registered my complaint saying that they can&#039;t register it. Kindly look into this matter and get me my refund by deactivating this service.

                                      MY balance gets deducted very frequently for VAS USSD services even though I have not activated any VAS services. This happened many times before also. Every time i had to call customer care to get my refund but i was called many times your customer care, executive disconnect my call and not resolve this problum. Please do check it and return the amount to my account balance. This is my 5th complaint against reliance I don&#039;t know why reliance is using such illegal tricks to earn money.

                                      I need my refund as it is wrongly deducted.
                                      I have called many times the customer care but they not picked or not transferred or not attended my phone as the response of Reliance Customer care was very poor since the last few months.

                                        I received an Demand Notice from Reliance Communication about Outstanding Dues. Whereas I am out of country for last two and half years and the last time I used reliance was five years ago.
                                        Hence the claims are completely baseless.

                                        Looks like Reliance do not have control over their agencies and the agencies are sending false legal notices to their ex client using the information available with them.

                                        I can't enter the details as I do not have India phone number. I can not enter number with international dialing code.
                                        I too got a similar notification from Reliance Communication (Maharashtra) Limited. I have not been using Reliance Broadband for about 5 years now and to the best of my knowledge all dues were cleared before moving out of the network. Are others too getting such e-mail notifications? How to know if the notification is authentic?
