Hello, I was using Reliance 3G broadband no [protected] for quite some time, now there is no network while the bill is increasing.On complaining on special desk Mr Pankaj sharma interaction id :[protected] on 29/jul informed me that within 7 days the problem will be reso;ved and i will be refunded the billed amount so i need not pay the bill.But till date no one from the company has bothered to resolve the compalint.Now every other day some one or the other keeps calling for the payement.The termination was also not done by Mr Pankaj.     My No. is [protected] since a long time i m facing the problem of outgoing calls sometimes it work suddenly this facility is not working and when i dial any no. there are you have insufficient balance in your account is continueing but it is not correct because i have sufficient balance in my account. I have complaint so many times to cutomer care but till date not any respond and not rectify my problem till date. pl. do the needful otherwise i will change the service provider.

      My RIM GSM Mobile No.: [protected]. I am using now promo pack: Rs. 299/- & Rs.78 / per month).
      But from few days Reliance Network is continuously very poor. There service is not good but there promo pack is high. Is this good service of Reliance? Please take action as soon as possible.

        Every now and then Reliance charge for some VAS USSD Services for Rs. 3 on my number [protected], which I have not activated or asked for. And if I try to contact customer care they never pick the phone. I doubt if they have customer care executive at all. I want resolution and reimbursement.

            Hi, I'm using a Reliance Broadband Since more than 4 years now.. I'm tired of complaining every now & than but no actions have been taken regarding the complaints that are made to customer care service Since last 3 days I'm trying to connect them on their number no one is answering to my calls. I have made my bill Payment to them on 31st July, 2014 through cheque in the drop box as 1 August was the due date still its a mistake from their end that they suspended my service on 26th July, 2014 The last complaint I made was on Tuesday 5th August requesting them to look into the matter but no one as responded back since than. The issue are resolved within 24 hrs but in my case, even after several times calling them as just been of no use. I hope some action regarding this to be taken as soon as possible. Thank you.

              i suresh lalwani having mobile no [protected] i want to inform you that all the time when i recharge balance in my mobile the company wrongly deduct my amount and this is done oon frequently basis and i am got harress by this process to call and wait for half hour for their reply and after that they saying that system is not working and i m not a useless person to wait and call back and back for getting my balance back and this time also my balance got deducted and for that complaint number is[protected]. so i want this to reslove as soon as possible having said i also lyk to say that having largest indian communication company this is no suit to your name and reputation so please look after it is create negativity towards your company

                I have a complaint regarding worthless and useless customer care service[protected] which did not attend my complaint and disconnected the call 3 times on 8/8/2014 between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM for the Reliance wireless Landline number [protected] from the same landline wireless number. Whenever I explained my complaint and asked them to check out that I have been wrongly charged for Reliance STD number, the customer care executive did not answer intentionally disconnecting my call in a way as if he did not want to take any complaint and spend time in your center without any working and asks me to go to RMS for new plan queries. Please take strict action against your customer service executive because this service is becoming a burden. Loss of time of the customer and loss of money(salary) of your company.                   Hello Mr. Pankaj Sootha I am using Reliance broadband services more than year now and I can be located by user id #[protected] registered under user name Ramesh Singh (singh.[protected]@live.in) Everything was working fine with me but later than May 31st, 2014 my connection is not working. Below is the history of complain which is resolved without resolving the issue and also without confirming with me. • May 31st, 2014 –[protected] • June 12th[protected] • August 5th 2014 –[protected] • August 4th[protected] I would like to know why my complain is getting closed without any confirmation or resolutions, everytime i have called i have requested for a call back but it never happened. The information which i have received on call is mis matching with one customer service agent to another. I am not sure why even the customer services cannot help me or understand my situation.                     Hi I had already mailed to reliance regarding disconnection on May 2 but still by bill is getting generated repeatedly. I have however paid by bill inspite of which i was not liable for it. In future i wil bycott all reliance internet services and will not recommend anyone to use reliance.                       Dear Sir, My Mobile number is[protected]. My complaint aganist the customer executive of Reliance.They are even not capable to give proper reply or resolve the matter. This is too much pathetic.I think I am a fool that using the Services of Reliance Communication. My concern was that charging anything whitout intimating my plan was 349pps with 90000 sec. but reliance have also charged for the same. Thanks & Regards M/s. Unispan Structure.

                        Respected Sir 135rs balance and a data of 1GB were deducted from my reliance number [protected] on 05th of Aug 2014. I have a balance of rs135 when i recharged with reliance data pack of 123rs.After that i used a net of 35mb only for just 20 minutes but when I checked my balance I was shocked to see there was no balance and no data in my account I tried calling customer care but they are not giving any proper response and they have blocked my number.I want the refund of my balance and data ASAP.                           this company deducts balance and claims of doing so due to activation o[censored]nwilling services, which customer has not actualy activated but this company does fake activation of various services through its system and now and then keep deducting our balance ranging from rps 3 to rps 30. On calling there customers services they are not answerable to our queries and give lame excuses of there system not working or server is slow etc etc and keep delaying us with our problems for days and on passing of three days they clearify that they are unable to retriev our cal and balnce details and take no responsibilty of our complains . This company is doing sheer business and deceiving its customers. please reply me on this regard as soon as possible so i take legal action against reliance telecom communications.

                            This is Miten Rajani, Owner of Kalyan Tours & Travels. 03, Star shopping center, 20th New jagnath, Dr. Yagnik Road Rajkot. We Have Regret to inform you that i have taken Mobile Network Portability from Idea to Reliance Gsm and Airtel to Reliance Gsm on 06th Jun 2014 for our Official use Only. There is Lots of Problem we have facing by this network and even after day by day. there is customer can not get our voice and we also same way that is why we getting loss in business. we have ladies staff and when we did not get network staff getting out side and to my customer which is totally embarrassing. It is really ridiculous Service. We had complain for this matter at 18th Jun 2014 on toll free number[protected] and my complain no. is[protected] for all of three mobiles. After Complaining Technical Team and Permitbhai And Gopalbhai visit to My office and they are Totally Agree that there is biggest problem. After that so many Officer visit my office but they are not ready to take any action. between this matter they said we will arrange one small tower but after some day they also saying we cant arrange now. Cause of these all Circumstances I have forward all call to My landline numbers by call forwarding system which is 3040277 and 3040266 which is heavy expensive, and these landlines even stop after every 15 days any time. Cause of this problem we think to change this network from Gsm to cdma or another network for even They are saying Big NO to us. we are in very big problem. they have fault and not ready to sold out this matter or change this network. i have facing big loss of Money by business cause of this network. I have request to them 5 New land lines 3022110, 111, 112, 113, 114 for that already given cheque. I have algain complain BUT AGAIN THEY ARE Cross all the limits. we cant afford such way suffering. This is biggest example of their weakest Services... all the time they not provide me any service, and from the last 2 Month there is west of time and west of money by business. I Need Proper solusion and hope you will do Something which can be solve this matter and More Helpful to me.

                                Im Vignesh more than 4 year i m using reliance net datacard
                                in may 7 i missed my data card so i call customer telled my problem
                                they suggest put terminate the connection or otherwise some one used it,

                                So i said pls terminate my datacard they give service number also :1674529

                                then after one week i contact customer care for my service request but they said they terminate connection will be take on 7day
                                ok mam i put request on 7 th may itself
                                she replay sorry sir u request is not taken .. i ask why?
                                she tells i dont know
                                ok mam now please put terminate request
                                so she tell ok i give it terminate connection with 3 day it will be effect

                                after ward i forgot every thing i start my working...

                                june 5 th i get mail from reliance i opened its bill for last month
                                im so shocked ... i contact reliance customer care she said u r data card terminate will be performed on 29th of may
                                pls note : i put 1st request on 7th may and 2nd request on 13th may

                                but they take request on 29th may (termination take 7 day) 29 +7day

                                June 4th- terminate

                                my bills on 5th of every month


                                they never take my request because my bill on 5th of june(they waiting near by my bill)

                                im feel very un comfortable while using reliance at past

                                  This is the third complaint I am filing against reliance broadband. It's been 2 months of no internet services . When their services are working the log on page does not accept username password, otherwise there is always an outage going on in Kanpur area permanently. They just give me complaint numbers and no solutions. Even to register a simple mobile number it's taken 20 days and still one department says not registered in spite of me receiving a SMS from them on my registered mobile number saying that this number has been registered & their computers are never updated. It is an uphill task to get anything done by reliance customer service or even their appellate office - the so called HIGHER AUTHORITY!! Lol! . There are fools, & duffers employed by reliance!!! I think their license should be taken away for cheating and harassing people.

                                    I've number - [protected]. This number I've been using for last one year. Reliance says It's India Best network and Largest network.. But according to my point to view it's india's worst network I've ever had. I'm facing Network and unreachable problem.. I already talk about this to customer care department and their technical team. They are not solving this problem.. Simply writing on their website It's India's No. Network.. This is the first network converge leaves first when you travel across country. I'm using other SIM also but not facing difficulty more. They are simply saying this is first network and reliable and No.network.

                                      I am using a reliance GSM SIM having number [protected] since Feb 2007. All was going as it suddenly since last 5-6 months whenever i tried to recharge some STD rate cutter all the time a message will come that YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN. After repeated trial today i could able to talk to customer care executive who informed me that my SIM is a DONGLE SIM SO SUCH PLAN CANNOT BE RECHARGED. I am really surprised how my SIM becomes DONGLE SIM as i have not changed it in 7 years. She informed that you had purchase the dongle sim since 2007. I asked her how then i was able to recharge the same till last 6 months she didn't answer and cut the line. The reliance people are doing such kind of nuisance just to harass people so that people will pay more money to them. Kindly do the needful and oblige regards D.P.Sahoo [protected]

                                        regarding deactivation of sim card

                                        Address: Burdwan, West Bengal

                                        I have lost my mobile phone along with the sim card(reliance gsm west bengal area) on 05/08/2014 at Asansol railway station. So I request you to please deactivate my sim card and recover my contacts.I also want a new sim card with the same number. Thank You....
