Reliance Communication Postpaid — regarding call barring

I have ported my Vodafone post paid no-[protected] to reliance post paid . I submitted the relevant documents at Reliance store, Mukherjee nagar. They verified the documents and processed the request. My services got barred, when I queried to customer care, they said your verification response is negative .but point is till now they haven't made a call to me regarding verification .Since, I am working in TATA COMPANY, i don't have have enough time to visit reliance store every time. when I call them they don't even answer to my call. Moreover, Reliance store representative 's of Mukherjee store behavior is very rash. they don't even know how to talk. it is very pathetic that such a reputed company like yours employee behave in erratic manner. due to call barring I am heavily losing my client's calls.
