permission Reliance had deducted VAS MyCRBTDummy Subscription charges of Rs.
5/- and also for VAS CRBT Prepaid charge Rs.1/-. on 30th Jan around 8:00 PM. I have never opted for this service by sending SMS/email/visiting reliance outlet. Finally I have sent SMS to stop the service on 30th Jan at around 9:00 PM to stop service and further deducting...

i am very annoyed reliance cutomer shame on me that i have used reliance services and shame on customer care people ..since 5-6 months reliance has deducted more than 500 rs. of mine unnecessary from no [protected] by adding unwanted applications to package without informing me nor with ma approval like callertune, vas n many more i am shell shocked infact wen i tried contacting customer care they told me they will not refund more than 3days...
