it has been a month of ordeal and i have lost over 230 rs because o[censored]sing whatsapp and facebook and twice activation charges were deducted from my account, but never really the activation took place! my college plan still never works activation charges were deducted on 1 January and again on 31 January, 2014. yet every time i turn on mobile data i lose my balance. have mercy on me and activate the plan and return my balance! i don't even remember how many times have i complained and it was never resolved. the services of 198 and *333 are also not working. my contact:[protected]

activation charges have been deducted from my account twice for MY COLLEGE PLAN once on 1 jan and second time on 31 jan and i has never been activated!
and i dont know how much more balacnce have been deducted saying that i used Internet.
and you people are shameless enough not to activate it yet!

and kindly do not call me from 9 am to 5pm
since i have a life!
since i have been reliance's customer from past almost 3 years, i know you people will not ever return my money so
do me least a favour - either activate the plan or deactivate it! do not deduct my balance in name of auto renewal and cut my balance with never activating the VAS PLAN.

    30th jan 2014: i recharge my mobile no. with Rs. 156/- on 11 dec 2013. in this recharge company give 1 GB 3G data for 1 month. in my mobile i have data meter, so i fix my data uses to 975MB, so i cant use more than 975MB. but company deduct my Rs. 130/-. when i was complain for that on 198 they accept there default & refund me Rs. 130/-. again next day they deduct rs. 200/- & when i complain they told that my data balance is finished. but when i check into data meter then it shows 973 MB only. so i request them to refund me but they dont refund me. so i turn off my data service. but after 12 hr. again 130/- Rs. deducted even my data service is off. when i complain for that they talk rudely & not refund me my money. its not first time. reliance deduct my money many time. i want justification on that deduction. please do the need ful 31st jan 2014: Today again approx Rs. 80/- deducted from my a/c. i am very bothered from reliance service. they always deduct from a/c and when we call to customer care than either they refund or say our system is slow please call after some time...i dont know why they creat these type of problems for customer. I think this is the main reason for customers to port his no. on other network.i am also searching for a good scheme in other network & when i got it i will also port my no. into another network... 1st feb 2014: again approx Rs. 200/- deducted from my a/c. and this deduction is made for data uses and as usual my data pack is active. & again same i off my data service in yesterday night & again 50/- deducted. but when i was call to customer care they give me same answer from yesterday morning "sir our system is slow call after some time" & now even i cant call to customer care from my phone no. when i was tried from another reliance no. than call attended but as i give my no. then same reply "system is slow". i dont know what should i do. i have only one option of portability.

        Hi everyone I have ported my vodafone number to reliance just 80days back and iam experienceing very slow 3g internet speed and my call is being dropped many Times a day Call quality is very poor and i ported my no. For Cheap 3g plan of reliance but its very slow in speed its waste to spend 66500 (iphone 5s from reliance + reliance free calls and 3g internet for 2 yrs plan) If they reliance cant give quality then they should not give these type of plans There 3g speed is equal to 2g speed of vodafone I have spend reputed amount of money on reliance plan so please try to solve my problem My contact no. Is [protected] My name is arnav gupta(ar9avv) And i really want to continue with reliance but if i face this issue then definitely port back to vodafone because my business is based on internet and without speed its waste Iam from delhi Iam using iphone 5s and its brand new bought from Reliance store with the costly plan of relaince Which is not value for money People who read and expirience same problem also contact me on my mail So that if they dont do anything we can atleast sue Them Please respond as soon as possible.           Sir,
          Im using Reliance Communication mobile and using its 3G services. I had got a recharge of Rs 1300 done two days back for which i was to get 15GB data but I only received 10GB of data. Before getting the recharge done I had enquired about the plans from the customer care and I was told that I will get 15GB data. But now when I received only 10GB data I have called up several times to the customer care but they have simply refused to give back my remaining data. This problem I've been facing everytime when I get the recharge done. Earlier they used to give half data then one had to really force them for the remaining one. But now they have totally refused to give back

            HI, My datacard number is [protected].My contact number is [protected].My last bill cycle started on 14th Jan 2014 .As per my current plan I am supposed to get upto 3.1MBPS speed for first 5GB.I am getting very low speed(around 100KBPS).I called up customer care and they are claiming this is average speed.How come 100 KBPS can be average speed for 3.1 MBPS connection!!!They are giving me some lame solution like clearing cookies from browser and temp files, removing firewalls.I confirm there is no other factor in system that is affecting internet speed.Please check what is the issue with my account and why I am getting this low speed when I am well within limit 5GB. I shall discontinue from next cycle if it's not resolved ASAP

              I paid sum of INR 1, 500/- along with my documents to one of Reliance Broadband service representative name Eswar (ph [protected]) for new boardband connection on 13th of july 2013 After 10 days he informed me that there is no service in my locality and so i will get the refund of 1, 500/- after 45 days and till now i didn't get the money. i call costumer care and complained many time still didn't get any responds.                 On my Reliance GSM no. [protected], Without any Prior Information
                and
                permission Reliance had deducted VAS MyCRBTDummy Subscription charges of Rs.
                5/- and also for VAS CRBT Prepaid charge Rs.1/-. on 30th Jan around 8:00 PM. I have never opted for this service by sending SMS/email/visiting reliance outlet. Finally I have sent SMS to stop the service on 30th Jan at around 9:00 PM to stop service and further deducting charges of Rs.1/- daily.

                Please refund my money (5+1 = 6 Rs) and unsubscribe me from VAS MyCRBTDummy.

                  i am very annoyed reliance cutomer shame on me that i have used reliance services and shame on customer care people ..since 5-6 months reliance has deducted more than 500 rs. of mine unnecessary from no [protected] by adding unwanted applications to package without informing me nor with ma approval like callertune, vas n many more i am shell shocked infact wen i tried contacting customer care they told me they will not refund more than 3days services deductions. but by hook or by crook i will take my money back .. i'll contact my frnds in media, and AAP party members in delhi as a propaganda against violation of customer rights .i'll take every possible action and ;last time i request to arrange a callback from me by any manager who can speak to me directly as wen i spoke to customer care people and vinod shresthra (mumbai) they bluntly refused to help me .. i'll cancil my all 3 relinace nos as well n goto idea.. pls contact me on my no n deactivate all those unnecessary services right now

                  i got a response from one of d reliance executive she still bluntly refused to refund my complete deductions infact she was polite but she told me they can only refund for 3months & SHE TOLD ME YES IF I WISH I CAN STILL KEEP ON COMPLAINING BOUT THE SAME IN CUSTOMER FORUM how ironical is the situation that reliance has deducted so much from ma account unnecessary since more than a year but they r adamant n not accepting their mistake n not providing me compensation . i'll go to any extent to get my rights back my money back..this was not at all expected from reliance group .. pity!!! but now they must pay the piper.now tats final that um gonna complaint regarding d same to ma frnds in press& AAP political party members in delhi as a propaganda so that no one among ma relatives subscribe for any of reliance services infact i am gonna cancil all ma 3 reliance nos used in ma premises. i need a callback from senior authority on ma no [protected] asap anytime

                    Dear sir, I have a Reliance GSM number. On 27 or 28 jan 2014 in my a/c I had Rs.48/-, next day it was come down to Rs.29/- and on the same day in evening it was come down to Rs.23/-. I called to customer care but they said server is down and pls cal later. When I called next day the lines were busy. On 30 Jan they also deducted Rs5/- towards some VAS sheemaroo service without my consent. and my balance come down to Rs.18/- so i called on 31 Jan 2014 and the customer care person told me that we have information only for last 3 days.                       Dear Sir, I had purchased new Reliance prepaid sim Mo. No. [protected] on dated[protected]. After one month suddenly my sim service is stopped by Reliance without any intimation on dated[protected]. when i contacted customer care - He said me some problem related cross verification He advised me to Re-submit documents to any Reliance Store. I had Re-submit my documents to Reliance Store at Govindwadi Isanpur Ahmedabad on dated[protected]:00 PM but still today - this moment my sim service is not resume by Reliance. I am requesting you to Re-start my sim service as early as possible and no service period should be added to my tarrif plan. Thanking You.

                      Reliance ke ULLOO banane ke Tarike1) 27.01.14 11:45 AM - *333- customer care executive said me about verifiacation problem and said me to Resubmit my document at Reliance store Maninagar Ahmedabad. When i visited the said store was shut-down since last one year.2) 28.01.14 03:00 PM - I found Reliance store at Isanpur Govinvadi Ahmedabad and Resubmit my document who said me that sim will be Reacivate within 4-5 hours. but after two days i visited he said me that all New sims are deactivated which were activated beetwin 20 to 27 December 2013 due to problem in our system we are trying to reactivate day to day 50 to 100 sims daily please wait. When i visited on 04.02.2014 01:30 PM he said me that your bar code is not matched so please contact retailer from where you have purchase this sim.3) I contact retailer he said me that bar code sticker was sticked on your application form it can not be get second time.4) Finally i visited Reliance World at Relief Road Ahmedabad on 05.02.2014 05:00 PM Who said me that your documents are not reached to company so Resubmit your document we will reactivate your sim within 3 to 4 days. But now i am too tired so i think i should throw this sim in to DUSTBIN Which is proper place for it.

                          a reliance post paid conection NO [protected] was taken in 2008 and in 2012 same plan was changed by reliance and demand for advance rent time to time paid by me for 4 months and for six months in SEP 2013 advance rent for six months paid by meie Rs3390/- vide cash receipt no 9112735 of 16/09/2013 from 18/09/2013 to 17/03/2014 but net was terminated by reliance on 25/26 oct 13 without assiging any reason and restore on 26 oct 13 A/N but again disconected on 31/10/2013 on pursuasion it was again restore on 1 nov 2013 complaint was lodge with reliance coustomer care on 4th NOV 13 complaint no[protected] dated 7th nov 13 i have been put to great discomfort due to above cited reason so the net conection was terminated on my request now they are not paying my balance amount before 16 sep 13 when i paid for six month advance rent the raisedwrong bill for RS155/- which was paid by me now Mr neeraj cashier in reliance cont no [protected] deposite said amount in reliance A/C on 1st nov 13, i also meet with Mr jitandar sing head of local reliance office cont no [protected] but no result Mr Yadvir singh karnal office says "jo karna he kar lo refund to mile ga nai" please help me for refund of my money from relianceie Rs2415/-only my request for termination of said conection on 10/11 nov and terminated on 25 nov 13.

In November 2013 I gone to web world to withdraw my account. But after 1 week one call came to me and told me that he is going to give discount on my card, up to the signal rectification, bcz I do have complaint of net work since 1 ½ years. But all of a sudden January bill came to me, I was shocked to see that 500/rs added to my account which I did not used. I kept my device locked since two months, and I am not at all using data card. I am requesting you to deactivate my account immediately, bcz I don’t have any use of it. Unnecessary I am spending money for it. Waiting for your kind cooperation on all aspect.                                 it has been a month and i have lost over 230 rs to reliance's ignorance and the so called server is presently down excuse my college plan still never works activation charges were deducted on 1 jan yet every time i turn on mobile data i lose my balance and the worst part is the so called problem would be solved in 3 days span is a total bogus promise. for the promises are only for speaking purposes and are never applied to action!

                                    I am using reliance netconnect postpaid service for this number [protected] since September 2011. They have promised to offer 1mbps speed in my area but i never used to get even more than 40 kbps of speed ever. I continued to use their services till September 2011 and paid all the bills regularly till September. I decided to discontinue their services and made several attempts to contact their customer care services but they have never given me any acknowledgement. Suddenly, in January they started threatening me by sending legal notices and messages imposing a bill of Rs. 2100. Somehow I paid the bill last week. Again I am contacted their customer care, and the associate is telling me that this number does not exist. I do not understand if the number does not exist than how come I am constantly getting legal warnings from reliance India and how I was able to made transaction of my bill payment(without any usage) on their website. I am totally disappointed and could not afford to pay a single rupee for this horrible net connection. Please help me.

                                      Hi, This is Srinivas, my reliance net connect no is [protected]. I have raised few tickets[protected] and[protected] to terminate the service but they are not doing so and generating the bills for the terminated service. Please advice how to proceed. I went reliance outlet and asked them to terminate the service they asked me clear the outstanding amount, I have cleared the outstanding amount and they said the connection is terminated. But when I called the customer care service they are saying the connection is still active. Please advice what should I do and how to terminate the service and how to proceed.                                         Reliance No. [protected] You guys have charged me Rs 80 for the month of January after termination of the services in the month of December on the top it when I asked for an explanation your executive has called me from [protected] and spoke to me very rudely and unprofessionally, was not ready to listen at all, is this a new way to cheat people, steal money and bully them when they question.
