Hello sir/madam, I'm using Reliance Gsm sim. I'm living in Pune city, Maharashtra and From few months, my mobile shows Roaming Notification unnecessarily and I couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears. I haven't change circle i.e. cellular network circle(Maharashtra Circle). When I tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take my complaint. I also tried to talk with Customer Care Supervisor but as usual they are always busy..!!! So please help me.. My name is Yuvraj R Tidame. Cell no. [protected] Email Id. Is [protected], i am always facing this problem, it is my second day with this new sim card, and i am still getting same roaming problem, other relaince mobile in my house is working nicely, please help me, reliance is charging me on the basis of.roaming.and the last thing is this it is showing 'G' symbol and on the of this it is showing 'R'.

I got frustrated with this. let me know if there is any solution else have to change service provider.

My phone number is [protected]. Unnecessarily it's showing roaming and deducting charges accordingly. And i have paid a good amount with no fault of mine. It's quite weird thing to happen. I have tried several times to talk to reliance customer care but I don't understand why even they call it customer care when either it's difficult to reach them or there phone is busy. Kindly fix the problem.

    reliance company from new Delhi said that i will give you job in data entry operator and you have to pay register fees 350.then after some days they send me one call latter and in this latter write that you have to pay 3150 rupees for fund, insurance, mobile, uniform and etc.Then after some days 2 January call back that now you have to do insurance and pay 4000 but i said that i haven't, but he said that so pay 2000 and remaining pay after 1 month.then i pay 2000 and i call him so he said that i send your joining latter today 4 p.m. but now-a-day not came.

        I am Reliance GSM user from Mumbai, My Mobile Number is [protected]. complaint 1 : Rs.21 Local Voice Pack active in my Number two time (1 st time on 16.01.2014 and 2 nd time on 17.01.2014), They two time charge rs.21 from my mobile. Complaint 2: I active caller tune on 16.01.2014 that time they deduct Rs. 15 for Song download charge and Rs. 30 for subscription charge, but on 19.01.2014 they again charge rs.15 for song download even i not do anything or not change the song. Complain 3 : when i call to customer care from my mobile they cant transfer to customer care. when transferring i just here the voice that ...for more details logon to Rcom.co.in and call will disconected. solve this all complaint immediatly

          I have bought Iphone 5s 16gb from reliance under the scheme of paying Rs 2999 for 2 years and in return i was supposed to have Iphone 5s 16gb + a reliance plan (unlimited std, local calls, messages etc). I have received the Iphone on 25th December 2013 and I was told that unlimited plan on my reliance number([protected]) will be activated in 48 hours. But till today 18th January 2013, every time when I call reliance smart phone customer care[protected] i get the below response.

          " We have escalated your request to concern department on priority, your services will be activated in 48 hours".

          Since 25th December 2013. I have called them at- least 10-12 times but the same response and they dont know how to solve my problem as I am already paying EMI of 2999 to my credit card and as promised services are not getting activated on my phone.

          I want to take legal action against the company. Kindly help me for same.

          It has been almost 10 days since you informed me that customer service team will solve my issue but still my issue is not resolved and from my experience I can tell your customer care is totally incompetent to handle such issues. They are totally clueless how to handle my case and no body knows what should be done and every time i call your customer care I get different excuses without a solution.


          I have raised three service request[protected],[protected] and[protected].. all were closed with update that

          "Payment has not been entered in the system"...

          for God sake will any body tell who the hell will enter the payment detail in the system and how i am responsible for your negligence and why I am being harassed from last 1 month..???

          PS: I am again attaching a screenshot of the payment confirmation email which i received from reliance on 05 Dec 2013.

            I have recharged Rs 597.00 3G data pack for my dongle. But on[protected] when i recharged it. It has been recharged and i got Rs 0.01 but i didn't got any data balance. I have checked data balance by sending MBAL to 55333.I have contacted Customer Care and they told me that Customer Care No. 1 (On 17.01.2014) : You get the benefit after 24 hours, Customer Care No. 2 (On 18.01.2014) : Your recharge is successful but You have to wait. Time not mentioned Customer Care No. 2 (On 18.01.2014) : Your recharge is unsuccessful but You have to wait for 7 days and you will. . get your money back. I would like to mention that after I recharged I got 2 messages from 52811: 1. Dear Customer, your account has been recharged with Rs. 0.01, Amount Payable is Rs 597 Thank you.Reliance 2. Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later.We regret the inconvenience.Reliance Kindly help me to get the data pack activated. My no.               Dear Sir, My name is davinder khera. This has reference to subject mentioned above. i had requested to place my reliance net connect number in safe custody via mail and phone to Rajat Kumar sharma( Rajat.Kr.[protected]@relianceada.com) to avoid rental charges. They replied asking me to pay a fee for safe custody and to clear my outstanding as of that date. I paid my full dues till that date and I have the receipt for the same. After that I have not used the said Data Card hence I am not supposed to pay any bill for same. as after that I have never requested to deactivate the safe custody. After some time, i started receiving call from reliance to pay the bill. the caller used bad and words and threatened me badly. Why Should I pay the regular bill when I had requested for SAFE CUSTODY OPTION as There was not even a single unit of consumption during this period. then after some time I got the notice from reliance (notice no. KS-2983). I replied to the said notice with a letter "24th December, 2013 Reliance Communication Ltd Reliance Center, Maharaja Ranjeet Singh Marg, New Delhi 110002 Ref: Your Demand Notice No: KS-2983 Account No:[protected] Dear Sir, This has reference to subject mentioned above. It was more than 10 times your person called us and all the time it was informed them that this Particular Reliance data card No. has been in Reliance safe custody option and I have paid Rs 100 in addition to regular Bill in September 2013. You are requested to check your records again and if need I can forward the email communication with your Mr.Rajat Kr Sharma on 24th September 2013. After that I have not used the said Data Card hence I am not supposed to pay any bill for same.If still you feel I have to pay, even I have not left with any other choice to go to consumer court. Even today I made three calls at the telephone nos. given in your Notice i.e. [protected] for clarification but Ms Ridhima Singal disconnected the call three times and she does not have courtesy to call back. Kindly send me a letter that there is no Payment due as on today. Thanking you Davinder Khera 6-punjab Garden, East Punjabi Bagh New Delhi 110026..." reliance never replied to this letter. for my utter shock, I again started recieving the threat calls.Lastly and least expected, i was contacted by a lady posing as a lawyer (high pitched) today (18 jan 2014) that she would file a civil case against me and take me to court if i did not pay an amount due at the nearest reliance store . On this, I again wrote a letter today to reliance with following matter. " 18th January, 2014 Reliance Communication Ltd Reliance Center, Maharaja Ranjeet Singh Marg, New Delhi 110002 Sub: Threatening calls Ref: Your Demand Notice No: KS-2983 Account No:[protected] Dear Sir, This has reference to subject mentioned above. Further to my earlier letter dated 24th December 2013, your reply is yet awaited. In addition to above I am very disappointed to inform you that I am getting threatening calls on your behalf to pay the pending payments which is not correct. I sincerely request you once again to take precautionary measures so that this should not be repeated. Rather for your clarifications, please check your records again as per my earlier letter dated 24th December 2013. Kindly send me a letter that there is no Payment due as on today. Thanking you, Davinder Khera 6-punjab Garden, East Punjabi Bagh New Delhi 110026 Encl/- My earlier letter sent to you through registered Post on 24th Dec 2013 " Now I request the consumer court to take this issue up with reliance and remit my bill amount if possible.                 I have bought a reliance netconnect with 3 months advance payment on 18th of Dec 2013 in the post paid scheme. 1) The Internet kept disconnecting every 10 min. Ever since the day I purchased it, I have made complaints and emails to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com regarding this. But no action is taken place till today. 2) I have made a request for a top up of 5GB on 11th of Jan 2013, Reliance customer care claim the request is success and 5GB of data transfer is allowed for the billing period with 3.1Mbps speed. But this has not happened. I am making calls from 11th of jan 2013 and mailing every day to netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com and till this date(18th of jan 2014) the 5GB top up is not activated. 3)On 16th of Jan 2014, the customer care tells me that the extra 5GB of data is used without me actuallz using it since I never had it. The reliance site on 16th of Jan 2014 shows my data usage is 6, 555.94 mb from 25th of Dec 2013. How can the total of 10GB(5GB + the 5GB top up) can be finished with 6, 555.94 MB? 4)On 18th of Jan 2014, the net stop working even though that i paid for 3 months in advance. The customer care claims i have given a request to change from postpaid to prepaid. I have not made a request for the same. How can it be possible for someone to process a request that has never been placed without being willing to show proof of the phone conversation in which they claim that I have made such demand?

                  modem no:[protected] i have already talked to your employee to disconnect my modem as i have got a large amount of bill in november.He has asked me every particular and i have answered it he told that my modem will be automatically disconnected with in a week but i have got a bill of 1120 rs for this month.i have visited your reliance office in visakhapatnam but one of your members told me that they are not there.After i have talked to your employee i have checked and my modem didn't connect i have realized that my broad band is disconnected.But today i have got a bill of 1120 rs i didn't understand it.I have already asked your employee on phone whether there is any need to pay extra amount he has told me that there is no need to pay a penny.Now i have been told by your visakhapatnam employee that i need to pay 560/- as mine is postpaid and he has also told me that whether you use it or not bill will be generated for postpaid.Now i didn't get this when i have already spoke to your chennai employee regarding my broadband why am i again getting the bill.Being a student how can i pay that much amount of money and why should i?

I m using Reliance Data Card Since 18 months.Still now i got a problem to get net speed since 3 month, Even mail websites are taken around 2 min to open a page.I think those reliance peoples are reducing the bandwidth.                       They called from the reliance ( outsourced company) to change my prepaid data card to post paid. They insisted on 450 monthly unlimited but after converting now they say its not unlimited. they charged 615 for ten days ( billing date 23/12/13 to 04/01/14) . They also converted my other relience data card number which i dont use it anymore, and sent a bill to me for that inactive number too. I have asked these people to terminate my connection immediately but they are not doing insisting I pay first.

                        I recharge my mobile with rs"101" through instant rechrge from  http://www.Rcom.Co.In site.
                         i got msg from 52811 recharge was successfull  and a reciept and amount of rs 101 debit from my account .
                        But the benifit of the recharge not recieved,
                        Than i contacted to custor care they saidbthey cannot refund the money, also i mailed to there customer no reply i got till now.

                          I have recharged my phone with 200 rs and i get the full balance, suddenly 124 rs amount is deducted from my account within 2 minutes when i called the customer care of reliance they told me that you have used internet for 2 min so 124 rs is deducted from your account. I have not used the internet but in case if some application is on which required the internet then also for 2 minutes 124 rs is too much charges and also they are not register my complaint against this.                             Dear Sir/Mamam, Data Card No - [protected]. My data card has been lost in october month for which I placed complaint to close my connection. Still I received bill of october, november and december month. I got call from Mr Gaurav - for settlement of my bill. As per conversation with him I paid my bill within period mentioned by them. As soon as I paid the amount requested by them, they started ignoring my calls and again I got bill of november. In december I got call from Mr Anuj[protected]. He also called for settlement.But I don't know nobody is receiving calls and nobody is giving idea what to do. They promise to do some settlement and start ignoring calls.

                            Its been more than 2 months now and still issue has not been solved. Everyday I am receiving messages from reliance that if I don't pay the bill they will take legal action.

                            Therefore, I kindly request you to do the needful ASAP and resolve this issue.

                            As per My conversation with Gaurav, I paid Rs 1500/- on 29th (within the time period mentioned by them) and they said rest of the amount i.e Rs. 700 will be waived off from my bill of Rs 2235/- and he asked me to buy new blank dongle to get this activated again. But, the moment after paying the amount of Rs 1500/- no one from their office either picks up the call or if picks up then no proper response.

                                I used reliance data card for with post paid connection. They generated me a bill which was not used me. They generated the bill even when the data card was deactivated saying I'd used it. How will I use it if it is deactivated. I registered a complaint to the customer care several times and said I need a detailed clarification for me to pay the bill. I dint get any reply from reliance communication. Very much disapointed.. Now few days back they gave a call that a complaint has been raised on me in Delhi magistrate and said I have to pay the bill, else I'll be fined a huge amount. I payed. the bill even tho its a fake false statement. Now I want to cancel this worst service from reliance.

                                  I have been an subscriber of Reliance CDMA mobile services for almost last 8 years. he subscriber ID is [protected]. In the last month i was billed for an amount of Rs. 4000 and above, which is way higher than my normal usage. When inquired with the cust care i was told the bill is higher due to higher data usage. My data application on this phone is only whatsapp. When asked abt the details of the usage, i was only provided with the usage done on day to day basis. However the websites or applications or the IP address where this usage had happened was never provided. When asked about that they said "we are not allowed to provide it to any customer". Now i fail to understand how can a customer check the usage details without knowing the names of the website or applications or IP address of the site where this usage was done. On 07/01/2014 at 2:36PM i got an sms "Amount charged for VAS CRBT Prepaid Rs: 1.00 Current Main Balance : Rs28.73. On 07/01/2014 at 4:01PM i got an sms "Amount charged for VAS MyCRBTDummy Rs:15.00. Current Main Balance: Rs.13.73. On 08/01/2014 at 11:39AM i got an sms "Amount charged for VAS CRBT prepaid RS.13.00 Current Main balance : Rs. 0.73.                                     Today on 17-Jan-2014 at 14:04 I got a call from reliance executive and told that Rs. 29 is added in my service.

                                    Thanks to this website whose service helped me in getting this amount.

                                    Lekin Bechari aam janta kya kare jisko pata hi nahi.

                                    Lagbhag har mobile company aisa karti hai but unke call centre mein baatein karo to customer care se baat ho jati hai aur 333 par call karo to koi option nahi jaha se customer care se baatein ho.

                                    Reliance is reliance by name only.

                                      Dear Sir, I'm frequently getting calls from Person: Mohamed, Reliance Collection Department, Bhannerghatta Road, Bangalore, mentioning to pay the due to reliance(Rs 435/-), But Im no were relates to reliance/reliance telecom. every day I do get call one in morning(around 10:33 Am) and one in evening (03:52 PM). He(mohamad) torture me every times he speaks and many times he disconnects the call while I'm asking his full office address.                                       I gave all the details provided, but still I do get calls(today 16th Jan 2014) I got call from same number and asking me to pay the Bill amount.
                                      I'm the customer of Airtel since 10 years, how come you people gave post paid connection without verification? Why you people try to call some one number very frequently and if I raise an issue mentioning that number is not mine, why you people not resolving?

                                      P.S: If these is not resolving, then I take to next level, where the consequence will be different.

                                      When questioning the person who calls me says the the Land line number which is due is for[protected] and Client named as "Tunga PVC pipes Pvt Ltd", Hosur Road, Bangalore and the contact person is : Tunga. But when I try to convince him that he calls the wrong number, but still he not worried and used to call every day twice. If he(Tunga) didn't paid the amount reach their office which is registed(Pvt Ltd) and collect the amount that you want him to pay, why you want to call wrong person and keep disturbing/wasting time and irritating?

                                        This is Hatinder Chauhan from Patiala I have worked with reliance communication for there Sr Associate Manager (CWG) at Patiala on the pay rolls of RHRS, which is now Reliance HR services private limited with the Emp Code : CWSE1381. My concern is 90 days before I have submit my Full and Final letter for the process of pending salary and other dues after resignation dated 26.07.2011 Management already holds to accept my resignation for long time with so many excuses. I got the commitment from HR management that it will be done within next 45 to 60 days, but now whenever I asked about the same come it know that it will take next 20 days more. I’m not very much financially sound and holding my salary and others dues is increasing my day to day problems, Have already escalated this concern with concern HR Mr. Amit and Mr. Anil Kumar but no result yet. Your help is required to resolve my concern.
