I purchased a reliance netconnect broadband USB 3.1Mbps speed.
Positive feedback
1. Really good speed, upto 370 kbps downloads
Negative feedback
1. There is a user account login, in which one has to add his accessory(like netconnect broadband acct, or a reliance postpaid acct, or a landline num etc.,) in which I could never add my netconnect broadband acct. I contacted customer care through toll free num(which takes hell alot of time around 5 mins to pick up by the customer care user, and again he shifts to another dept as that is not his dept it seems, and that heck takes around 15 (really irritating) min and then the guy tried to add my acct which he too was not able and says software problem),
Till now am going to a reliance web world to know my bill usage and i used to pay it there only (What a hell, am using a ISP service and I cant pay bill thru online :(( ....)
2. If you need to reset ur password incase u lost it, it is another heck, these jack asses keep a "always-display" message saying "server down".
Overall:
It sucks a ton when u get a service problem,
But connection speeds are great.
The only "better" usage option for postpaid customers is the "Night 10 GB plan" for Rs.500+ taxes(Rs.50) in which u can use upto 10 GB free for one month, only during night 10pm to morning 6 am.
All other packages are really costly and sucks.
For customer opting for 1x speed, try "Night Unlimited" plan, in which monthly rental is Rs.400 and the speed range would be around 10 to 30 kbps.
kindly give attention on my complaint otherwise I will have to take legal action.
