My reliance conn. no. [protected] is unusable due to none of my faults from past 3 days.

1. I recharged my account with Rs. 599 to make all india reliance CDMA calls free on 08/05/10 at 1440hrs.Recharge was successful and i received a message stating that account has been recharged with Rs .01

2. At 1441hrs on the same date i.e. 08/05/10, I rechaged my account with top up voucher of Rs. 200 and
Received an SMS stating i've got balance of Rs 181.32

3. Afterwards i made a call on a reliance cdma no and spoke for around 40 mins, after that the phone automatically got disconnected and outgoing was stopped. Further i don't know how my acct balance became zero and insufficient balance record started playing upon making calls. Rs 599 recharge also in effected.

4. Thereafter i called customer care and had worst exprience till now. after wasting 4 to 5 attempts and a lot of time, each of customer care representative told me i should call after 2 to 4 hrs since they are not able to access my acct database. Thereafter my strong words call was transferred to some superviser named ROBIN. He registered a complaint on my behalf for balance lost and regarding Rs 599 rech he told there is some technical problem. He assured within 48 hrs problem will be solved.

5. Right now it is 2nd day after complaint registered and situation is still the same. I am afraid i am loosing patience and i will now move to consumer court the day after tommorrow. The situation encountered by me and problem resolving mechanism is absolutely pathetic.

    Hello Sir,

    I have been a reliance postpaid customer for a long time now. Since i migrated from Mumbai to Bangalore, i changed my number and got a prepaid connection of Reliance GSM. But Since a long time i have noticed that some VAS packs are automatically been activated on my number. Today when i called the customer care, they told me that the packs are auto activated.

    I dont understand that if i need a pack to be activated on my number, then it should be totally on my request. I requested for a refund but they refused me saying that it wasnot possible and i should have enquired it in advance.

    Kindly look into the issue as this is simply a waste of money.

      It is ridiculous to note that now and then my phone Reliance smart prepaid connection number [protected] ringing from various numbers to opt ring tones by reliance mobile services. Though I am attending meeting or busy in important office work or research work but reliance mobile service provider not bother about that and always ringing through automated record play. It hampered my important works, divert my concentration, giving mental harassment, and that leads to national loss of skilled manpower. It reflects unsocial, anti national acts.
      This is a breach of consumer rights also. Please stop this company made inhuman, anti national acts immediately.

      URGENT ACTION NEEDED FOR NATURAL JUSTICE.

        I was having rs 70 as my main balance in rim cdma mobile numbered [protected],bt around 8 o'clock I heared message that u have insufficient balance,when I tried customer care there was no proper communication.what should I do?plz help.

        Reliance India Mobile ( RIM ) — wrong deduction of amount from my prepaid account

        I am a prepaid subscriber of RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE. Rs.53 deducted on 13.05.08 from my account without any reason. When I placed complain, insted of refunding amount they again deducted Rs.30 from the account.I complained again.After that they returted Rs.30.But I didn't get back Rs.53. I haven't activated any value added service. The customer Care representatives/executives are unable to solve the matter.Their statements are confusing.In my view they are intentionally deduct amount for the benifit of the company.Many people are facing the same problem.

        Reliance India Mobile — DEDUCTING MONEY FROM ACCOUNT

        dear sir,
        i'm a reliance GSM customer since 2 years. Since 10 days i'm facing a problem. Which is that a cricket 20-20 pack subscribed on my account automatically. I called the customer care cell at *333 and 198 .They said that, it would unsubscribe in next 48 hours. but next upto 7 days it couldn't unsubscribed. I call many time customer care for resolving this problem, but they deny and said to me that you should go through reliance web world.....Same incidence happens in the reliance web world of Noida, sector-18. They couldn't unsubscribed it in 5 days. I went 3 times to the web world, but they said that it can;t be deactivate....there executive also misbehave me. ...Due to it, my account is deducting daily 5 rupees..
        at 25 september i met Reliance GSM nodal Officer(delhi/NCR) mr.Anuj Bahuguna.....they said to me that my problem will be solved immediately...but it can't so....
        In spite of it, an another game pack also activate on my account on 25 sep, 1.52 p.m. Again i informed about this to web world. but they didn't take any reaction on this problem...................

        due to it i'm facing mental, physical and financial harrasment by company..............

        reliance cdma rim — UNWANTED BALANCe cutting

        Dear sir,
        ur company renewal one sms pack without informing me and my main balance deducted.i dont need sms pack.please return my balance.i told to customer care center but they told me that i 39 sms pack iit will not deduct from main balance n d i recharged it but after a month it autorenewed wit 39 one month 19 paise sms card i dont need this.i think relaince is stealing aur money .the govrnment should take reaction in this.otherwise i hav to go and distroy this relaince phon.this is just a dust. pls give any proper guidence to me on which i get return my balance. this is swati [protected]

But is complain ka bal abhi tak refund nahi hua. 2 Sr no is that[protected] is par problem solve ka msg aya but Balance refund nahi aya. Another SR no is that[protected] is Sr ka sirf mujhe Rs30 refund hue hai. or abhi mera Rs60 nahi Refund hue hai.

        Dear Sir,
        This is Rupesh Srivastava, I have reliance GSM prepaid connection. My mobile no is[protected]. Reliance debited 36 rupees in my accounts.. I dont know any purpose and I had not actived any plan, but reliance's customer care is saying, you had actived plan. I dont know and I have not actived any plan. I have booked complain in reliance. Complain no is[protected].

        Reliance customer care executive is saying, they will not refund my money.

        Reliance Customer care executive Name : Ashutosh Mishra & Mr. Kamlesh.

        I would like to also inform you, they have already deducted more money in my account, in my mobile every time more that Rs 100/- balance. so I could not know, reliace have deducted my balance.


        So I hereby request to you, please help me, because customer care is not giving satisfied reply.

          I have started 99/- per month unlimited browsing only - on my above number on Nokia E-63, today itself. You people never told me that i would not be able to browse the internet outside the Rworld. You have no where mentioned that the customer will not be able to browse the interned outside the Rworld menu. I feel like cheated by Reliance , and would request you to please try to do fair business and dont keep this thing hidden.

          would be happy to discontinue this service once i will complete one month from todays date, i promise that i will never recommend reliance to any of my friend and relative ( which i did mentioned in your online tollfree survey via sms)

          Please give me your reply explaining in details.

            My name is Imtiazul Haque.
            I applied for a new Reliance connection two month back and submitted Rs 2206 vide cheque no # 223565 dated 10.03.10 of Allahabad Bank with relevant documents and after 15 days Reliance people came down to install the connection.
            And then they let me know that they can't give me the connection and canceled my order.

            Today it has been almost 1 (one ) month above since the order has been canceled but i have not received the my refund of Rs 2206.Till now the customer Service says that we have processed.

            I request you all to please take care of this matter and restrict Reliance info com to cheat people in this way.

            I need my money full refunded.

            How did Reliance became such a big company of India?
            The answer is it cheat its own country men and invest there money and earn profit.Tell me if i am wrong.IF they invest our money for say even 30 days means profit of 30 days.People i am not against of improvement or growth.But Growth towards scam and fraud is my concern so i request all our country men to come forward and help me to help you all to get rid of this kind of fraud big banner company.

            I purchased reliance broad band connection 25 days back,One of the executive came to my home and he taken Rs.2300 from me and he told 3 days after reliance pepople will come and they will install the net connection.After 3 days 3 to 4 people came and they check the network in my house unfortunately there is no netwrok signal for reliance at my place.so they told me we will give you your money back but stil i didn't got my money back i tried to call the executive name mohammed([protected]) he is telling me your checque is dispatched but still i Didn't received my amount back.I completely loose all my faith on reliance broadband,the Off. of Relance broadband is situated in white field banglore.

            Reliance Broadband — does not provide service not refund money

            I have applied for broad band connection at 31-May-2011. that receipt cum acknowledgement of payment no. is [protected]. Axis Bank Check no. is[protected]/06/2011). Several Time i talked to CC and communicate via email but i didn't get connection or setistefctry ans. i have also said kindly provide me connection or refund my money. but they last around 3month Customer care saying one of our executive will call you but i didn't get any call. during this i also got generated bill in my email account. so i don't want to wait more. i wish to get back my money.

            I was a reliance broadband customer with &quot;Billing Account No. : [protected]&quot;. I got my connection disconnected about 4 months back. They were supposed to refund Rs.1317 with in 45 days, but I have not received my money back yet. In spite of calling and mailing them repeated number of times, still no action has been taken. Request to look into the matter asap and return the money in the new address mentioned in the mail.

              Dear Sir,

              This is regarding unpaid bill for my lost phone.

              I was using Relinace CDMA Mob Phone, Mob No-[protected], till Nov- 2009 and My phone was lost so I had block this Number and latter on I have request to terminate the connection on Reliance world and I had also paid balance bill amount. I had paid this amount on 14/12/2009.
              They have given me acknowledgement and My Case ID was[protected].
              According to me now there is no pending bill amount on me as I da already paid december bill amount.
              Now I am getting calls on my phone that there is some unbilled amount on me so pay bill within 1 hours otherwise.....

              I have also contacted Reliance Customer Care but they are also not helping.

              Please help me regarding the same.

                Iam extremely disappointed with the way Reliance communication functions.

                On 17th March i placed a request to change my netconnect broadband plan to 10GB Night Plan on a rental basis of Rs. 499/-.
                Just one/two days after i requested to change my plan to 1GB Day and 10GB Night on rental basis of Rs. 849/- and i specifically requested the person who picked up my call not to activate the earlier plan of 10GB Night plan.

                To my surprise after a month i came to know that my requested plan is not active and the plan which i had requested not to activate is activated.

                During my earlier talks with the call center executives, they said: "by mistake your earlier plan of Rs.499 is activated and the revised plan of Rs.849 has not been activated. Now that you are undergoing this plan it is not possible for us to change your plan right now, so please call us after your bill is generated" and they promised that what ever additional charges are levied will be credited back and i will only need to pay as per Rs. 849 plan. Additionally, I had sent an email to customer care asking for the details of my last 7 request placed with them. In response to my mail a gentleman calls me and informs that there was no request placed for plan change of Rs.849 plan (Heights o[censored]nethical behavior), however he will try to do his best to help me (Which was again proved to be a false promise). Iam sure they might have deleted that particular request.

                After my bill was generated i had to explain every thing to the call center executive and request her to take my complain to re-generate my bill as per plan of Rs.849 and let me know the amount which i need to pay and the TAT expressed to me was 48 hrs but even after 54 hrs nothing happened. As i had lost faith on them i alternatively sent a mail also for which i was reverted that Rs.4.40 is been credited back to me and the complain was closed. (Now i feel very sorry to have taken reliance connection as i feel cheated)

                Ultimately:
                1. My bill was not re-generated as per my requested plan of Rs.849/-
                2. Details of my last 7 request placed was not provided to me.
                3. Every time i had to call and waste my time in explaining them the entire history to get my problem resolved. but, ending up in mental agony of having spoken to un-understanding persons.
                4. Good number of false promises, No TAT's followed, when asked the calls to be escalated to senior officials same is not done.
                5. No proper mechanism to record/track the customer complains so that next time the customer calls, any caller would be able to trace complete details and resolve the problem.
                5. NIL amout of transparency, when asked for details complete details are not shared with customers. To save themselves they don't hesitate to put customers on stake.
                6. Extremely delayed customer response mostly in unfriendly manner and unresolved.

                Reliance Broadband — WRONG BILL GENERATION

                My Reliance user ID is[protected].

                This connection was terminated post the request number .... Dated 29-March-2011. The connection was finally terminated on 04-April-2011.

                As per the usage guidelines, the bill should be generated for the period only till the time the connection was active, i.e. for the period from 24-March-2011 to 04-April-2011. But to my dismay, the bill for the month of March was generated for the full March-April period, i.e. for the period 24-March-2011 to 23-April-2011.
                And then again the bill was generated for the next cycle, i.e. for the period of 24-April-2011 to 23-May-2011 for the entire period. This was then notified to the customer care vide complaint number[protected] dated 28-May-2011. The issue was not resolved at that time as the complaint taken by the customer care representative was incorrectly mentioned as waiver, but it was not a case of waiver, but a case of excess bill generation post the connection termination.

                Then again the bill was generated for the next billing cylce i.e. for the period 24-May-2011 to 23-June-2011 for the entire period.
                Then again the bill was generated for the next billing cylce i.e. for the period 24-June-2011 to 23-July-2011 for the entire period. This was then again notified to the customer care vide complaint number[protected] dated 25-July-2011. The issue was again not resolved at that time as the complaint taken by the customer care representative was incorrectly mentioned as waiver, but it was not a case of waiver, but a case of excess bill generation post the connection termination.

                Then again the complaint with the complaint number[protected] dated 28-July-2011 was raised. This time the proper resolution was given and the representative who introduced himself as calling from the Reliance Broadband Finance Department informed me on my mobile number [protected] that the next bill which will be generated, dated 24-Aug-2011, will be having the bill only for the usage period 24-March-2011 to 04-April-2011.

                Now when finally the new bill for the period 24-July-2011 to 23-Aug-2011 has been processed, then again I can see that the issue has not been still resolved and still the bill amount consists of the entire bill amount for the entire usage period of the current 5 months (i.e. from March to August).

                What more, I am now receiving a call from the number [protected]from a lawyer to pay my pending bill otherwise he will take a legal action against the consumer for non-payment of bill. To this I again raised a complaint vide complaint number[protected] dated 23-Aug-2011 to which still the resolution is to come. Here the consumer representative informed me that he cannot do anything in this matter as this will take its own time and to avoid any kind of legal action, I need to pay the entire amount and then wait for refund.

                Now my question is that when the connection was terminated long way back and legally, then why am I still getting the usage bill, and why is the need for a payment of excess amount bill to which I cannot even be sure of that it will never happen again?

                Please look into the matter on an immediate basis and help me get out of this. My details are as given below:

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  It's not a good feeling to write you about such a bad service from Reliance communication side and I can not expect it from such a big tag. I had no other way to draw your attention to this inconvenience.

                  I had applied for the Reliance Broad Band 499 combo plan on April 22 (filled up the application form and gave the cheque to sales executive), but till today I have not got the connection. Even, I was enquired by their FI executive and she told me the maximum days are 7 that they may take for installation. By her saying I should have got my connection till April 28th, but I am feeling very bad to reach beyond the 7 days limit and today it is more than 15 days.

                  My account has also been debited by their installation charges of Rs. 500. I am still wondering why it is happening to me. I have also contacted so many times to their sales executive who made me fulfill the formalities and I gave the cheque (Number: 031783 of Axis Bank) of Rs. 500 to him, but I got betrayed responses from them. They just used to put the cap on one anothers head but nobody could solve the issue. Now the situation is that nobody is picking my call.

                  I have started loosing faith in such a big tag like Reliance and it will also resist me to refer others to take their services. It was my hope that somebody at Reliance, will remember how the word "Service"? But after this happening my thinking is going to change.

                  Please take my request on priority and take the necessary and immediate action as soon as possible. Also please guide me or provide email id/contact number of the person who can take immediate action on this.

                    I called Reliance pre paid helpline on friday 7th may 2010 from my no. [protected] between 11:00 to 11:05 in Mumbai. I have made calls before also. The moment you tell them the query they say our system is running slow and we cannot help you at the moment. This has happened many times now.

                    What is Reliance doing about this?
                    i have a complent of your prepaid Sim gsm. i take a sim but when i recharge it its balance is ended automatically without using so what can i do plz tell me urgant my id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

                        I purchased a reliance netconnect broadband USB 3.1Mbps speed.

                        Positive feedback

                        1. Really good speed, upto 370 kbps downloads

                        Negative feedback

                        1. There is a user account login, in which one has to add his accessory(like netconnect broadband acct, or a reliance postpaid acct, or a landline num etc.,) in which I could never add my netconnect broadband acct. I contacted customer care through toll free num(which takes hell alot of time around 5 mins to pick up by the customer care user, and again he shifts to another dept as that is not his dept it seems, and that heck takes around 15 (really irritating) min and then the guy tried to add my acct which he too was not able and says software problem),

                        Till now am going to a reliance web world to know my bill usage and i used to pay it there only (What a hell, am using a ISP service and I cant pay bill thru online :(( ....)

                        2. If you need to reset ur password incase u lost it, it is another heck, these jack asses keep a "always-display" message saying "server down".


                        Overall:

                        It sucks a ton when u get a service problem,

                        But connection speeds are great.

                        The only "better" usage option for postpaid customers is the "Night 10 GB plan" for Rs.500+ taxes(Rs.50) in which u can use upto 10 GB free for one month, only during night 10pm to morning 6 am.

                        All other packages are really costly and sucks.


                        For customer opting for 1x speed, try "Night Unlimited" plan, in which monthly rental is Rs.400 and the speed range would be around 10 to 30 kbps.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,
                          This is B.Hareendranath from Gudivada town of Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. I have bought Reliance 20 Rs/- sim on 24th of April 2010. Number is[protected].It has worked well for few days. But since two days i.e. from 4th May 2010, it has completely failed. I am unable to receive any messages, incoming calls. Also no out going calls can be made from this sim card. I have approached the nearest Reliance Mobile office here at Gudivada. They said "we have to send some documents regarding this sim, we will do it immediately. You can enjoy the services of this sim from today evening". But when I have checked again in the evening, the problems continue to persist without any improvement. I am suffering a lot with this sim. I kindly request you to inquire into the matter seriously and take necessary action at the earliest possible time. Please take action that the sim services can be resumed.

                            Hi,

                            This is highly unethical from a company like Reliance communications to behave in such a way.
                            I had a reliance broadband connection from 2008 onwards with a User Id[protected]. Since the time i had taken this connection i am recieving an average monthly bill of 856/- regularly. Suddenly in sept-oct 2009 bill i get a bill statement saying its 10,253/- which is impossible as we use this connection only for domestic purpose. Moreover in sept - oct 2009 i was in UK and my wife was in Hyderabad for few days and when we come back we get this bill of 10,253/- .I spoke to customer care and asked about this bill, first they said that it is correct, than i asked about the detailed information of the same than i get a call from customer care saying - Sorry sir, it was a wrong bill your correct bill is 856/- only so i asked them please send me mail than i will pay it.
                            Neither the mail nor the call and suddenly i am recieving a call from Reliance legal department in May 2010 asking me to pay 10,795/- Again i asked them please give me the detail statement of each and every download that has happened in september and october 2009 form my system and they refused that they cant give.
                            How can they demand me that amount without even giving me any detail of such a huge amount.

                            I request the consumer forum to help me over this issue and save other users as well from getting trapped in the same situation.

                            Reliance Broadband Services — They Collected Someone's Money from Me!

                            Reliance Broadband and Anil Ambani's most businesses really suck.

                            Reliance broandband guys sent some collection agents to collect someone else's money from me.

                            They warned me if I don't pay it...they will cut the connection.

                            Now, I reached out their customer care and they are taking NO ACTION.

                            Will see if I can get it refunded or I will make use of no reliance stuff in my life!

                            Reliance Broadband — Abruptly termination of service

                            I girindra Kumar jha with user id[protected] was using Reliance broadband service since long. I was paying the bill on or before time regularly but on 6th April 2011 my service terminated by Reliance without my knowledge and without intimating me.
                            On the same day I spoke to their customer care I was being told that they received a mail from me regarding termination request.When I strongly opposed they took my complain no[protected] and promised me that it will be resolved soon. Then after I regularly followed up with their customer care, Nodal officer followed by mail but in vain. In fact they kept the matter lingering and after one month they ultimately said that it could not be reconnected.

                            Therefore I am being forced to put complain to You, please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              I have, reliance GSM prepaid card using since 1 year,some complaints that the telecome provider ie Reliance activating services without my consent and when I go for complaint dialing cust care no. 30333333 "they say that the service was activated by you as shown in our server, so that we cant take your complaint"...since many times it is happening and even I cant change my old number bcoz its been known to my contacts.... Can any body help me from getting rid of that type of nonsence activities done by the Reliance..

                              I just read all the compliants with respect to reliance GSM service. I am also facing the same problem as the network is pathetic. My number is [protected]. Relaince has commisioned the services without proper network coverage. They are just making the fool out of the system and the Regulators. I am not bale to understand why are the regulators not cancelling their license.

                              At present I feel it is a better and time saving effort if you can move to another service provider.

                              Reliance GSM — Activated Service without consent

                              Sir,
                              I received an SMS from Reliance GSM Services last month to call at a TOLL FREE No. to JUST LISTEN to a Mantra.
                              The SMS reads like this :

                              " Hi,Maine aapke Jivan ko behtar bananeke liye ek mantra dedicate kiya hai.
                              Mantra sunane ke liye dial kare toll free 5646415. No call charges "

                              Now , as it is clear from the above quoted SMS that there is NO INFORMATION whether the mantra service would get activated JUST BY CALLING ON THE TOLL FREE NUMBER.
                              But still to my amazement ( when I came to know of the fact later ), as I called on Toll Free No. given above they activated "Mantra Services" on my number and deducted Rs. 30 immediately .
                              The same amount Rs. 30 has been deducted from my balance this month also.
                              When I called Customer Care they asked me to call on a number they gave me. When I called at that number there was NO RESPONSE.
                              I called Cutomer Care again and the same thing happened.

                              Sir, it is very sad and painful for me to think of such frauds being done by almost every BIG MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDING COMPANY with most of the individuals using their Services and I think it is not a matter of just Rs.30 but a matter of FRAUD & CHEATING with the public by such Big Companies and that is what hurts more. Are these Companies any better than the ROBBERS robbing a bank? They are simply busy making money, be it by ROBBING / LOOTING the emotions and trust and money of the general PUBLIC.
                              If I was some what weel off I would really have filed a PIL AGAINST SUCH FRAUDSTERS.

                              1) On 24 th july I got SMS that your Dear customer you are subscribed to caller tunes my 10 rupees are Deducted , Who told reliance to do that ?

                              I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent on my mobile number [protected]. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

                              The Network Connectivity of Reliance GSM is very Bad. I am trying to call to any one and on any network,but not a single call is connected.                               I have Reliance 3G GSM sim no [protected].As on 08/03/2011 at evening I was recharge my acct with rs 222 .The conformation msg delivered in my Mobile.I check my balance show rs 201.
                              After some time i check balance but the no balance in my acct.In this time i did not make any call.No any service running in my sim.I was no use interner.
                              I call customer care 8/03/2011, 09/03/2011, 10/03/2011, but they said there are no balanced in your acct. They are not any responce to me.
                              I therefore request your goodself to intervene into the matter and try to refund my Rs 201. and take necessary action against these companies.

                                My name is Nitin Pandey and I want to lodge a complaint against an employee of Reliance ada.com from whom I have bought a Net Connect device.
                                His name is Ashish Mehta. Contact No:[protected] This guy sells netconnect device to people at Infosys.He got the device for me with services activated on 27th Feb10 but handed it over to me after 10 days around 7-8 Mar 10.He gave me a postpaid plan of Rs. 500 with 512 MB usage .
                                My services were activated after I called him up several times.Just after 10 days I got a bill of Rs 507.I told him that I will not be paying the complete amount coz he handed me the device very late.
                                He tole me to pay Rs 300 and the said that he would get the rest of it adjusted.
                                In between my services were stopped several times .I called him many times but he responded after many calls.
                                This month I got my second bill as Rs 1084 and the plan in the bill is for Rs 750 although my plan is Rs 500.My services were inactivated once again coz he didn't get that Rs 200 amount adjusted .My services were inactive for more than a week I called this guy almost more than 100 times but he never responds.On saturdays and sundays he will not respond at all.For any query he will say that I will give u a callback but he never turns up again.
                                I have suffered a lot since I bought this device from this man.Kindly take some action against such people who giving a badname and impression to the company.

                                Reliance Net Connect : Worst customer care

                                I took a Reliance Net connect+ data card on 23rd May 2011 for internet connection. I submitted all the required documents The contact person said it would be activated on the same day. It did not happen and when I contacted later they told me that it will take 24 hrs to activate. In fact, it took more than 24 hours to get internet connection. I was able to get connection for few days (around 4 days) and all of a sudden it stopped working. Then the nightmare started.

                                It started showing error while connecting like "error 628: connection was terminated by remote computer ..", on repeated trying it showed "remote computer did not respond". I tried contacting customer care, local contacts for reliance net connect to solve the issue. No one was helpful. Some of them were saying "it would be activated with 2hrs", "it would be activated within 24 hrs", etc etc. None of them worked and it was all to make a fool of the customer. Since them, i am calling, talking to all these people to get the problem resolved. One call to customer care told me that the verification had not been done. I wonder how it was done even while submitting all the documents.

                                In between, another reliance net connect local agent told me that they need the latest address proof document (latest electricity bill) and I replied that I would send them the latest one (Month of June 2011) as soon as I receive it. I had send the same on 7/June/2011 and called/SMSed them to notify the same. They callously replied that it would be activated by next day. Till now (8/June/2011), it is not activated to connect to internet. I am getting the same error.

                                I have been calling, sending SMS for so may times to get this problem resolved. No one seemed to care about this. They just care about selling the data card and adding a new subscriber, their service ends there. Few others give false promises like "within 2hrs" etc. Whenever I try customer care, it is always busy and the customer care officer does not seem to take note of what all I have to say. Some times, the customer care automated message say the wait time is 60 sec, infact I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to get a customer care officer.

                                This is a classic example of worst customer service. All they care is selling the data card and adding a new subscriber. They all tested my patience to the limit. They have no commitment or care about customer problems. Why should I wait for 2+ weeks to get an internet connection which is less speed (practically) when I can get a broad band connection {10Mbps LAN] immediately. How does one feel if they take a phone connection and they wait for activation for 2+ weeks to make a call. They are making bad name for brand Reliance. Worse all, they all made lot of error for the entry for my name, email etc in their system. That too even when I gave all the details correct.

                                I have decided that if my connection does not get activated by tomorrow, next I will be calling the customer care to close the connection. There are various options available, why should I wait for some which has no concern for customer care?

                                Enough of Reliance, also that would be my feedback to all those who I know.

                                  Problem: My connection is changed from postpaid to prepaid without my request on April 29, 2010.

                                  Desc:
                                  I have taken connection from Reliance store in month of Feb10, I was told it is a new connection but later I came to know that it was an existing connection which was surrendered from customer.

                                  However I continued the connection and ignoring the false commitment.

                                  Later, on April 29, 2010 my connection was changed to prepaid without my request. Same time I lodged complaint in call center(Service Request ID[protected],

                                  I was told the same will be changed within 2 days,

                                  Today i.e. my request was closed stating that I can visit Reliance store to change my connection to postpaid.

                                  But when the same was not requested by me then why should I go to reliance store.

                                  I would like to complaint against RCOM for the error from their side, my connection is changed from postpaid to prepaid, without my request,

                                  I want to claim Rs. 5000/- against the false commitment and the problem I am facing due to RCOM,

                                    I have been using reliance netconnect for the past 6 months and i have been experiencing numerous problems all through!
                                    The web sit for reliance netconnect is very inefficient and a lot of the information provided needs to be updated regularly( e.g. most of the customer care phone numbers given do not work).
                                    The data usage is not given in terms of money but its given in terms of kilobytes so i have to convert it to MBs/GBs first, then convert it to rupees to check my bill, which is very time consuming.
                                    In addition, my bill was wrongly displayed after changing my plan and i had to make numerous trips to the reliance outlet in karve nagar to get the bill right.
                                    The service provided by the outlet here (reliance communications, karve nagar branch) is just awful to say the least! The employees are extremely inefficient and do not pay any heed to the customer's problems. They are not trained well in solving problems of the customers and do not respond well to the problems!
                                    We have been very troubled by our experience with reliance and the service provided!
                                    Its a disgrace to the reliance community!
                                    I hope my complaints will be taken into account and i hope that those changes will hold me back from discontinuing reliance netconnect!

                                      Am using Relaince GSM prepaid service. my cell no is +91 [protected].
                                      Most of calls and sms are coming ads only.
                                      those is very irritating me.

                                      BUT NOW A DAYS THEY HAVE ACTIVATED SOME NEW SERVICES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
                                      WITH CHARGES. I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. I HAVE SENT SMS TO THE CONCERNED NO EVERY TIME OF ACTIVATION (3-4TIMES) & CALLED UP TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT AFTER WAITING FOR A LONG TIME NO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE RESPONSE & THEY HAVEN’T GIVEN MY MONEY BACK.

                                      I CONFIRMED THAT MUSIC SERVICE IS ACTIVATED 4-5MTHS BACK & CHARGED RS. 30PM WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR ANY PRIOR INFORMATION.

                                      I AM FED UP WITH THE SERVICE. I AM PLANNING TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER

                                        I Have recently bought a reliance gsm connection 10 days back and had requested for gprs service to access my email in the inbox. GPRS did start working to connect to internet but i am unable to send or receive email on the inbox configured for my personal email id gmail account. My no is [protected]. I called the toll free no several times to complaint but they are completely unprofessional and not at all equiped and trained to answer those. They dont even have a technical department or gprs team who can be called to resolve the issue. Simple answer that they have is visit our webstore to resolve the same. On visiting the webstore thay dont have a clue what I need. I had visited the store located at Dhole Patil, Pune and had no customer service help available for technical help. Mr Jadhav the main incharge just had no interest in even listening to the problem or checking the problem just wanted to divert me to Handset Service Center and gave me an address to the same. On reaching the address I found out the service center has moved from that location 10 months back. This is what Reliance gives to their customer............GUYS DONT GET ATTRACTED TO LOW RENTALS AND OFFERS AS IT IS ONLY GOOD IF IT WORKS.

                                        Now talking about network most of the time it will not connect to any other network and if fortunately connects the network clarity is .
