Dear Sir,

Please go through the below mail. I am following for the same from last year when i had obtained new connection, it took three months to provide me the connection with wrong address which I am requesting, but not yet got any respond from your end.

As from last few months I am facing network problem, I have requested several time but no response.

Kindly guide me if you can help me.br...

I HAVE HAD MAJOR CONNECTIVITY ISSUES WITH THE RELIANCE NETCONNECT+ IN PUNE'S SHIVAJI NAGAR SINCE I PURCHASED THE WIRELESS MODEM.

I GET EITHER ZERO OR VERY (S)LOW CONNECTIVITY. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESOLUTION. BELOW ARE THE MAIL COMMUNICATION HIGHLIGHTS.

RELIANCE NETCONNECT HAS BAD NETWORK IN PUNE. MUCH BETTER SERVICE IN MUMBAI.

i had rel prepaid connection no [protected] on my name parveen singh , after resubmitting the id proof and address proof my phone service was resumed as service was stopped my home minister for security reason in j&k but after 18 days it stop working when ever i try to call or some one else call it says contact coustmer care for recuming the service when they were contacted they say to recharge ur phone i recharged the phone next day...

Reliance Net connect Plus Data card not working properly

Sir,

I have purchased and taken the connection 8 months back of the Net Connect + data card no:[protected].At my office at R.P Raod,Secunderabad, am facing the problem from 6 months. It is disconnecting automatically every 4-5 min or there will be very less speed all the time. I have lodged the complaint many times 6 months...

Vriti Infocom People sold us the reliance netconnect broad band for 3500rs and promised us 2 tickets to goa which v havnt recieved goa package & increasing bill month by month...

I am a very old custome of Reliance Communication compay and my mobile No.[protected], I am not receive my mobile last 6 months, i had aware of company by customer call center, but company is not take serious, they are always give me excuse. company cut my Rs.54 balance without my information.
and after asking about it they tell it is cut because i m using gprs and they charged Rs.2 per mb. with out my knowledge.

Two years back I had Reliance USB Huawei EC325 CDMA data modem from Reliance Web-World.
This modem is compatible with Operating System like Window XP, Vista and 2000.

Now I have to use same modem with Windows 2007, So I demanded for drivers compatible for interfacing with Windows 2007. But they are telling me to purchase new modem.

I have taken a connection of Reliancs GSM a few month back. From the day i have taken the connection it has causing me lot of trouble. The messages sent ae not delievered evenf after a week has passed. There are also frequent call drops and when i try to dial the same number again its cay this route is busy...etc,. etc...
