Sir its not the 1st time when the reliance mobile has deducted amount from my mobile ([protected]).Today on 17th april 2010 at 11:36am i checked my balance as Rs25.25

but at 1:19pm i got the message that my acc bal is negative Rs-5.75

when i complained them they told that i had a call from them & i confirmed that .hence the plan like voice chat has been acitivated on my no.

But by god within this period i was in examination hall & my mobile was in silent mode & there is no any call in my mobile from them during this period.

After my complain they deactivated yhis plan but didn't refund me my Rs30.



Its not the matter of Rs30, but why they are disturbing their customers like this



So plzzzzzzzzzzzzz be loyal to me

ACTIVATION OF JOKES UPDATE WITHOUT MY WISH
Sir its not the 1st time when the reliance mobile has deducted amount from my mobile ([protected]). on the 14april 2010 at service provider deducted my balance.
previous many time I was complained, the service provider tell me your jokes update services are disactive for future.
dt. 14april my balance is Rs.2.00 after i got the message my current bal. -9.53Rs. Nagative.


I am very dispointed about the services, information of customer care, they give us total worng information & bad behaviour they cut the call without tell the clear information.

Kindly request sir, please do the needful .

    in dec 2009 i get sms that my voice chat is activated and i m charged rs 30 for that .i call cost care then he relies his mistake and tell me that rs30 is remembered and voice chat is deactived. bt all in vain
    now i got msg that my balance shows that 30 rs is deduct from my ac. for voice chat .talking to cust care he says that u receive a call at 01.03.54 pm to active the voice chat . bt i didnt receive any type of call from any no with in 2 hour of period

    Reliance — Voice Chat to be Disconnected

    I am complaining since 26/08/2009 for deactivation of vioce chat. I have launched many times complain in the customer care of the company and they have given me the assurence that my complain will be looked and corrected .
    But till now no steps have been taken by company. So I request you to give due importance and solve my problem.

      Dear Sir,



      REQUEST FOR TERMINATION OF PHONE NO.011/32214421

      RELATIONSHIP NO.[protected]



      In the month of July 2009, I got the above phone transferred from Allahabad to Delhi for which I submitted all papers, i.e., ID proof, address proof with Reliance Web World, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. Though connection transferred to Delhi but address was not changed in spite of repeated requests leading to non-receipt of bills. Neither bills were sent by post or by e-mail for which request was already registered. I have to request for duplicate bill



      We have deposited the bill for February of Rs 759/- by PNB Cheque No 477743 dated 20.02.2010 but our outgoing calls were barred without realising the cheque already deposited.



      I have again deposited this bill by my credit card on 14.03.2010 and asked your web world at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi to disconnect the phone. They told us to come with ID proof, telephone and termination request.



      Yesterday, I visited your World Web with Service Termination Request, Telephone Instrument with all accessories, ID proof and money for pending bill, if any. They refused to accept it and told us to contact customer service for reasons best known to them



      They have also told that they will not accept request for termination and suggested me to note down complaint in visitor book which was already recorded there in 21.03.2010.



      Now, while taking painful step to break relationship of about six year, I request you to investigate at following deficiencies in your services:



      (a) When a connection was transferred from Allahabad to Delhi after submission of all documents, i.e., ID proof and address proof, why address was not changed?

      (b) When the bills were not dispatched at my new address / e-mail address?

      (c) Why the outgoing calls were barred when cheque was duly deposited?

      (d) When I visited your Web World, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 21.03.2010 with all necessary without Service Termination request, why they refused to entertain the same?

      (e) Who is responsible for all irrational behaviour with an old relationship who never defaulted in payment of bill in last six years?



      Please treat this letter as notice of termination of telephone relationship. I will not be liable for payment of any bills further. Kindly also arrange to collect your instrument etc. from my new address after giving proper intimation on [protected].

        As everyone knows reliance and all its services are always fraud. The same result I am getting when I got connected to your services last time.
        I was keeping track of all my data transfers since last one month, When I checked the download usage, I found it under 10 GB as its my download limit.
        But after generating the bill when I tried to recheck, its shown me 13687922.35 of data usage and my bill is showing me the usage of 5430 Units with the
        billing amount is 2,715.00. I am attaching my bill, the screenshot of the usage.
        The funny thing is my credit limit is 3200 and my bill is 4200+.. how can I get more bill than mu usage limit !
        I have requested Reliance to stop sending me the wrong bills and take a corrective action

        I have already launched a complaint with no[protected] and talked with Muzammil [censored]i.

          Hello Team ,

          I had used Releaince data card # [protected] for 1 month and had then sent a mail after speakinjg to customer care executive Neha from Relaince that I wanted to disconnect the servces . However , today I have received a call from two idiotic illlerate people talking in vulgar language that I have to pay 10,000 and my case is logged with Hogh court . Could you please look into this urgently , otherwise , I would have to take some action against women's laws with higher authority .

          Please reply ASAP.

            sir i am student of st.augustine inter college i am using a wireless internet data card of reliance india mobile.sir i am fed up of the bad services. the company provides net speed upto 250 kbps but most of the time it remains 00 kbps and does not provides promised speed . i dont understand whom to complain ,i think the company never pays attention they are fooling the customers .i am disgusted every time recharging the data card in hope of better service but every time it steps me back .i think i am wasting my pocket money. sir kindly look forward to this complain i wish you will help myproblem.                   I HAVE HAD MAJOR CONNECTIVITY ISSUES WITH THE RELIANCE NETCONNECT+ IN PUNE'S SHIVAJI NAGAR SINCE I PURCHASED THE WIRELESS MODEM.

                  I GET EITHER ZERO OR VERY (S)LOW CONNECTIVITY. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESOLUTION. BELOW ARE THE MAIL COMMUNICATION HIGHLIGHTS.

                  RELIANCE NETCONNECT HAS BAD NETWORK IN PUNE. MUCH BETTER SERVICE IN MUMBAI.

                  Actual speed can be as high as 3.1mbps,but in most real world situation, customer can expect average speed of 500 kpbs since it is difficult to decipher the actual reason for low speed.

Also we request you to try using the card in a different location in the same premises. We also request you to use the USB cable to connect the HSD to laptop / desktop.

                      I am Rashmiranjan with a mobile connection Reliance GSM postpaid. My connection is suspended since last 5 days.Reason being that I changed my address but didnt submit my address proof.
                      The same day I deposited my address proof in Reliance Mobile store, Joramandir, Kolkata-700059 and the verification was also completed.But till yet my connection is not yet activated. Even after following up with the store a number of times and mailing across to the Reliance higher authorities, no action has been taken till yet. Reliance Mobile provides the pathetic customer service who only believes in selling their sim cards and not customer satisfaction.
                      I am using RIM (No.[protected]) since 2003, from the time it was introduced.I had submitted all the required documents including postdated cheques for availing the connection. Earlier it was post paid, but I converted it to prepaid after a year or so. I was availing of the services till yesterday i.e. 18.5.2010 without intrruption. However, today i.e. on 19.05.2010 I am not able to make or receive any calls, instead, I hear a voice telling " sorry! your telehone charge is overdue. Please recharge it". On enquiry from their customer care Np.*333, I am told that my connection has been suspended as there is no address proof. I really wonder what to do. I am using the connection for 7 years now and I have never received any notice or warning regarding any deficiency in the documents. I live in my own house as before and have not changed my residence. What are they talking of and what is the remedy. The Mobile No. is more important to me as that is my contact No. for all purposes. I am now planning to file a consumer case and claim damages @ Rs.10, 000/- per day. If there is any one who can guide me on this, I would be glad to seek his advice.

I logged a complient to RIL cust Care regarding the calls, and they promissed me to compliance twithin 15 dyas. After fifteen days, I received a SMS against my earlier complient that "As per RIL Record, I havent received anny calls and SMS, though I got a SMS while talking to the customer care (So called). Customer care representative just says so many SORRIES and ask for exact SECOND chance to correct the problem haowever for me that mey be the 10th time. If I try to enquire more deeply, they just disconnect the call.

                        2)197 mixmaz services service - on 7/5/2011 charged Rs 49 & when complained about the same then de activaed but not refund of money . the reason for activation is that i have received call from 197 tele caller company & with my approval they have started the services but actually i have not received any call & no approval of the service from my side.                             Reliance Net connect Plus Data card not working properly

                            Sir,

                            I have purchased and taken the connection 8 months back of the Net Connect + data card no:[protected].At my office at R.P Raod,Secunderabad, am facing the problem from 6 months. It is disconnecting automatically every 4-5 min or there will be very less speed all the time. I have lodged the complaint many times 6 months back and one Mr.Gopi Krishna(Cell no:[protected]) has visited the place, tested the network and informed that there is poor network here and he will recommend to install signal booster at my office and also told that some one will contact me after that. But till date nobody contacted me instead i have called him and your technical support contact numbers[protected],[protected] and [protected] n numbers of times. Nobody is taking the responsibility to clear the complaint. My complaint is still not closed in there records also.

                            Iam requesting concerned authority to please look into the matter and take necessary action immediately.

                              Vriti Infocom People sold us the reliance netconnect broad band for 3500rs and promised us 2 tickets to goa which v havnt recieved goa package & increasing bill month by month

                              i am regular user of reliance broadband. I have a night plan (499 for 10 GB) per months & my regular billing so far has never gone beyond Rs. 499+10% tax. I make sure that i have not cross the 10 GB limit. but surprise my billing for the month of feb-march was 784rs/- & mar-april was 850 rs.I can never imagine to have this much of bill amount as I hardly use internet at my home. but till date additional usage of Rs. 200 extra/- is also showing.

                                      Two years back I had Reliance USB Huawei EC325 CDMA data modem from Reliance Web-World.
                                      This modem is compatible with Operating System like Window XP, Vista and 2000.

                                      Now I have to use same modem with Windows 2007, So I demanded for drivers compatible for interfacing with Windows 2007. But they are telling me to purchase new modem.

                                      I am not satisfied with there option as Windows version changes I have to purchase modem parallel to that. THis is not done.
                                      I demanded for drivers but they denied saying we are not able to find drivers.

                                        I have taken a connection of Reliancs GSM a few month back. From the day i have taken the connection it has causing me lot of trouble. The messages sent ae not delievered evenf after a week has passed. There are also frequent call drops and when i try to dial the same number again its cay this route is busy...etc,. etc... But when i dial same number from other network , Airtel to be precise , it is connected easily.

                                        Wen i contacted there customer care , they said that there was a network expansion going on so there will be a problem upto Mar 25, 2010 and after that it would be resolved.

                                        Shame on Reliance GSM that baosting about their network as India`s best they are not able to provide reasonable quality of services, leave aside good quality.

                                        Another feature of reliance is their customer care , the executives didnot have a bit of manner to speak to cusotmers, they never call back even if they assure to do so...

                                        I just wanted to say that those who are planning to take a Reliance GSM please think twice...

                                        (While writing this i am trying to make a call to a number and i have tried more than 25 times but still there is a message that the route is busy.). The same number i have called from another mobile , airtel to be specififc and its connected instantly,

                                        Just go through Reliance GSM Tag line : India`s number One network ..., i would like to complete it.... in poor services. (NO one can provide more pathetic services than us..)
