Dear Sir,
I have been using my reliance CDMA [protected] since 12/05/2007 and right now I m in roaming in bihar, and I am not able make any outgoing or incoming call from this number also I had complaint erlier about this problem but I haven't get any positive statement and not a further solution whenever I use to call their customer care they are not responding they cut the call when I am said to be on hold we are checking the problem. And they are just kidding with me it doesn't seem that they are their to help us in a good way. Today I have recharged my number that is [protected] with RS 30 INR, ID number is [protected] and they said their is no balance in ur number but I have paid for this recharge. so please take some action regarding this as a problem of every Indian.

    helllo, i m using reliance network mobile since last 5 years but due to unpleasnt & unproffessional behaviour o[censored] r custoer care centre as soon as possible discoonect this no[protected]. as im getting ONE SINGLE MESSAGE 60 TIMES IN 60 MINUTES i have lodged complaint for it 2 times at customer care but they didnt entertain me they were misbehaving and were very rude to me , they didnt even listen to my complaint i made complaint through *333 , I dont know what action they took despite that they assured me that they will take some firm action on it ,now i m nt expecting that u people r enough capable of taking care o[censored] r customer executives .I Am a DOCTOR by profession and didnt hv time to do all this , so i request u to look in to the matter .hope u will reply sooon..than

      On 30th Jan 2010 I applied a broad band connection form number [protected] on the name of Sudha Nigam and paid rupees 500 by cheque num245448 of SBI Dated 30th jan 2010 but this connection was not implemented because of the non phsybility of reliance broadband line over here.
      But the amount deposited for this has not been refunded so far. Therefore you are requested to cancel the connection and send the refund.

      Reliance Broadband Connection — refund of money

      I had applied for reliance broadband on-15 december, with App.No.-[protected].but from there side some tech.issue than they had not activate my connection now i m using other connection, i had many time forword my req. in chandigarh reliance head office for refund my advance activation charges but till today thay r nt getting me proper response, i m waiting from last 3 weeks, pls refund my money...

      There has been a pathetic response whenever I place a Complaint.There has always been a problem when I call up. Just to share whenever I call what exactly I have go through :

      Firstly when you call it takes good about of time to get through and when I get through a pathetic scripted/monotonous response comes " How can I help you today ?" .. which deep within I know for sure you do not listen bcoz you just just hear me out.

      Which is a disgrace to the first liner ...nevertheless when I called on 29th to report about my connection issue it was answered by agent Rikita Pampe for [ Broadband : Comp # :[protected]] & .Trhirish [Fixed Line : Comp # :[protected]]. guess what issue got resolved on 2nd July ...3days wasted.

      Now that was not the end again on 6th july the same problem???? When called Customer service again for Broadband {Venal Patil who took GOOD 5 mins to understand that I wanted to know her TL's name...SHE WAS SO DAMN DUMB TL - Rajesh Gaekward... which I know for sure she understood when I asked her in the first instance] ... the reason i was so MAD by that time I felt I should no longer talk to her hence askedd for the next level of escalation ... spoke to Sanjeev Bhatt - ( TL-Sarika ) and explained everything thing ... he was professional and honestly I liked the way he dealt the call...Called Broadband : Comp # :[protected]. I repeatedly asked Sanjeev and requested him that to arrange a call around ( 12pm-2pm) ... this timeline has never been adhered to -- the tech as usual calld me after the timeline I gave. In the evening I came know that still my Broadband was still not working ... called on 7th July Valmika Ire(TL- Imran Syed) ... surprising the TLs ...DO NOT TAKE CALLS AS WHENEVER I CALLL NONE OF THEM ARE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE ESCALATION CALLS ...anyways I just wanted to speak to Sanjeev as he had promised to look into the case personally ... again the agent did not understand anything and got the call transferred to the Supervisor queue [ Transferred - Supervisor Swati Kabadi asked her if it would possible to speak to Sanjeev. Her response was point blank NOT POSSIBLE ... I felt SO BAD .. because Sanjeev was supposed to take ownership of my problem...OWNERSHIP MISSING TOTALLY ... most importantly WRONG COMMITMENT ... then I wished wanted to speak to her Manager... spoke to Smita Shetty(TL) ... explained the entire thing again .. I was at a point wherever I lost COMPLTE FAITH. I gave her my timelines( 12pm-2pm) again and repeated told her to adhere to it.

      Interestring so far ... there is more to come... techies call me after the timeline. In the evening of 7th July'09. I was at work still I managed to answer the call and listen to them ...3 people calling for the same reason and none of them had any clue about the previous caller... INTERESTING...do they write notes on thea account .. I GUESS NOOOOT . the last conversation was when the put the tech on conference from kolkata Mr. Biswas ( who was extremely rude and had no ettiquettes) .. TOTALLY ILLERATE AND UNBEARABLE. This guy on conference talks to be with the agent on the other line, accusing me of not answering the calls which he had made ( out of the timeline which I had been repeated requesting) an then questions me how do I expect the isue to be resolved.. on Top of his voice. This time I was really ticked off, .. then I gave him the reason why i wanted the call to happen during the time line ... even I work in a call-center and I work for approx 12-13 hrs and that 2 hrs I lay my children to sleep and I take rest aswell ... and most importantly calling me out of the timeline given does not help...then again Mr. Illiterate Biswas started snapping back at me..and not allowing me to speak.I HAD TO HANG UP.

      WOW...WHAT AN EXPERIENCE...

      Relieance in case you read this : It is beacuse of my money that I pay you guys ..you get youy salary. I do not want compensation ...I JUST WANT GOOD SERVICE. Hope you guys learn the ways to treat a Customer...

His phone's outgoing has been barred by reliance for 3 days now by mistake from their side. his cell no is [protected]. The cusstomer care suckssss they cant handle any problem nor are they eligible enough to solve it.He is a businessman & needs the network.
        But now he has decided to change it to Idea all bcoz of the ineffectiveness of the customer care personel.

            I am one of Reliance prepaid customer ([protected]) from baroda, 24th May 2010 Night my service has been barred without any reason and intimation, I have life time validity card and I have sufficient balance to make calls I don`t understand why this has been done. And when I contacted *333 frist time they have all the information like my name and DOB, when i contected to r-world they said customer information is not updated then I have submitted all the documents once again on 28th May 2010 and they told me the service was active after 5-6 days after the verification check and all, I don`t understand this thing that I have purchased this connection in the month of 4th May 2010 and why this issue is happening without any prior notice. I have lossed my Vailidity and user service facilitys since 24th May 2010. When I asked for refund or extention they don't longe my complain or request. finaly i have longed the complain

            Reliance people are providing services which are very excellent and they are charging for that but after paying also if a customer has to face this kind of difficulties then there is no use of this services. Also drown your kind attaention that the persons who are appointed at R-World are does not have any proper knowledge or manner to talk with customer and behave with customer. One side from customer care informed that R-World are opened till 10:00pm but they opened till 8:pm only

            I dont understand that the connection has been purchased on 4th may 2010 and it has been almost a month and thay telling again there is a problem with the documents. If there is a problem with the documents they why have you activated the services. Also would like to ATTENTION to TARI that It's sirious becouse some antisocial persons may use and throu this card after missuse the same in any antisocial activity.

              I beg to state that i have recharged my mobile with Rs. 299 in which reliance to reliance (CDMA & GSM) is free for 1 month and daily 30 minute talktime to other networks upto 1 month, but from last three days I am unable to call at networks other than Reliance. Therefore i want to register a complaint against this fault because i am unable to take advantage of that facility for which I have paid money that is Rs. 299 .

                Hello Sir/Madam,

                This mail is to bring to your notice that my all faith in your network (Reliance Communications) has been thrashed like anything. I stand here cheated in front of you helpless.

                Sorry for the harsh words jotted above but these are true statements after using your so called 'UNLIMITED NATIONAL PACK 599' which is far from the word "unlimited". Your company is selling this voucher with the slogan as 'unlimited free local and STD calls to any Reliance phone' with 30 days validity. But only after using the scheme for few days I came to know (through Customer Care) that you can make limited calls of only 2700 minutes with this pack. This information was not communicated earlier while purchasing the voucher. Even the agent for this region selling this pack is unaware of this hidden truth. He too was shocked on hearing this.

                Even the advertisements posted by you on all mediums says its an unlimited pack. Why these can't be added to your advertisements that you would be allowed to make only 2700 minutes of call on the name o[censored]nlimited. I validated the plan thrice with your Customer Care before purchasing this pack but all in vain as I was informed that its an unlimited pack.

                On top of that I advise you that your Customer care should require some Soft Skills training along with technical skills. The supervisor of Customer Care for this region (Bangalore) Chetan was in no mood to listen to my pain. Please note the request number[protected] for your reference. It seems that you all are cheating the general public with new Rs 599-Unlimited Call offer. This is no way accepted. I have been using your network for the past 3 years with full confidence in you but all seems to be lost. Please refer my history and you would be seeing that I have been using your Rs. 999 Unlimited Pack. But I was just fooled with your latest scheme. All my money has gone in waste.

                I need an answer to all my queries stated above and if not satisfied would escalate this to the highest authority possible. I would also from now advise all my colleagues to refrain from using this pack of yours.

                Please forgive me of my harsh words. Do let me know if I am missing anything from my end.

                Same thing happened to me at Rajasthan. When I confirmed from Customer Care prior to purchase the RCOM 599 Unlimited pre-paid Voucher. He confirmed that it is really Unlimited. Only After Recharging I came to know that:
                For Calls on other Networks: Only 20 minutes of free call per day => 30x20 = 900 Free minutes
                For Reliance Network: 2700 free minutes per month

                I have been using Reliance since it's launch in Rajasthan, But this time it looks I have been betrayed much badly. I hope DhiruBhai is watching all this.

                  No connectivity - No Service

                  I purchase broadband (Wmax) on month of March 2009 and disconnected on Sep2009. Its speed and connectivity is poor that it disconnect within 2 or 3 minutes and when it connect speed mean " A bike run when its petrol is empty".

                  About the complain; no one is responsible for that. I approx send more than 20 mails, but not get any satisfied solution.

                  They closed the connection, but after that I was receiving bills. I had already informed them about this and requested to clear my deposit and closed communication for this.

                  Now I am getting threatening calls from reliance. They used slang language. I have all details paid bills receipt and instruments submission receipt.

                  You are kindly requested to look into the matter and do the needful.

                  Apropos to my discussion with your executive we are sorry to tell you about poor services of Y-Max. We are facing a lot of problem and it is really suffering our work. We have put-up a lot of complaint against connectivity problem and log out problem.
                  Major problem is connection logout daily ( twice to thrice time in a day) during the work and it take 30 min to 1 Hrs to reconnect, that effects my work.
                  second is connectivity, it takes 1 to 2 Hrs to reconnect after power off and some time in morning.
                  Third problem is speed. We are not getting proper speed like a 1 MBPS line. some time it work like 56 KBPS type of line.

                  For your information I am giving some complain, many are missing in list or not noticed at that time. Boss we are spending 1 Hr. daily to speaking with your CC Dept.

                    when this will happen so why u committed first and when the customer dont want the paper confirmation why send it and that is also on previous address.i have given 1 more request for change of address and request you again for the same.

                    but i fail to undersatnd that why it will happened to this if you will not give me explanation firstly i will put the matter to your top management and force to switch all the investment of my family from your company.

                      I am from Delhi owning two post paid connection [protected] and [protected] using from very long time and we have been calling customer care for the connectivity issue very frequently but every time we get to hear the same that there is conjunction in the network due to which we are not able to make calls....
                      If there is so who is supposed to get penalized we do get official calls and other important calls which we are not able to make, which is really ridiculous service from one of the most prestigious company on the name of Dhiru Bhai Ambani...
                      And even the customer care department service quality has drifted like a waterfall, they have no courtesy of speaking, the tone they use as if they are paying us to call them or we have only free time to do so..
                      What shall we expect from a company just the name or service
                      I dont get my post paid bill in time. But Reliance is prompt enough to sms reminders for late payment.
                      When I made the complaint I was adviced to recieve onlin and email id taken with the assurance that the bill would be mailed well before due date.
                      Two months and no email!!!
                      I am from mumbai subarb boisar .I using [protected] for long time in prepaid, but I change my plan in post paid from long time. But I want to change my plan in prepaid as early aspassible. I was paid my bill dated on[protected]. Rs. 1600. So many time I was goan in ur ghatkopar w. frenchise to change my plan, but they said the system is not working. pls. do needful and give reply on my email .my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

                        They keep on deducting your mobile phone balance... without updating their customer...

                        Today I certainly checked my balance and they are telling me less than INR50 from my morning balance.
                        I had not called anyone since morning and their system updated.... so are the IT companies providing them cheated solution.

                          I've purchased reliance datacard on May 26th 2010, at the same time I made the payment of Rs.2100 from my credit card. The person collected my photograph and the other documents were submitted yesterday. The person who came to collect my details Rakesh ([protected]) told me that my datacard will get activated on the same day at around 10 PM. It is still not activated. I sent an email to Muniraj Chuahan from Vriti's customer support team and he responded saying it would get activated today. Still I have not received any confirmation. I am trying to call all the numbers provided to me, however noone is picking up the phone.

                          This is a very bad customer service example. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from Vriti Infocom.

                            I have never requested for a CRBT Service through mymobile and I dont even know what CRBT service is.
                            The Company had then deducted Rs.30/- from my prepaid balance.Eventhough I had given messages to No.155223 saying UNSUB1003, my amount was not recredited.
                            So I request you to kindly recredit the amount Rs.30/-(Rupees Thirty Only), unautorisedly debited from my prepaid mobile account.

                            i want to lodge a stringent complaint regarding the unscruplous way in which i have been enrolled in Reliance services and near about a sum of Rs 2000/- deducted for data uses from last 3 months which i have NOT done.till date i never knew how to activate Reliance music system services.i gt msges from company that(CONGRATULATIONS U HV SUCCESFULLY ACTIVATED ...                             I had also faced the same problem twice of over billing for the services not used by me. Last time they charged me for the Cricket pack 49 which i never subscribed so they reversed it and the caller tunes they are charging 30 Rs on their own without any subscription and this time they charged me 265 Rs for Games, Music station, Ringtone pk and mytune etc. and telling me that you have used all these on 4th of May 2008, and showing me the dates and they themselves are putting the dates and telling me that you have used these services.In my case i didn't even receive the SMS for activation of subscription. when i asked for the senior authority ph number for complaint they refuses to give that also. They are continuously sending the SMS for ringtone packs and music and when i delete those i think they are charging for that also.or they have passed my number to some other person using these services.
                            It's better not to use their services anymore.
                            They have to seriously think of these issues as this might hit their customer base soon.

                                I waited for whole day but the issue didn't resolved and also there was no followup on my complaint then i called again in night regarding my complaint and got answer that they are looking and put that as urgent.
                                next day the situation remain same for the whole day.Then i called again in night on second day and i got answer that my complaint is closed without informing or calling me if issue is resolved or NOT.

                                Is making a complain is just waste of time? if my complains are being closed without followup then i am fool enough to complain again and wasting my time or better to say making myself fool in using reliance services.
                                This is worst customer care i have ever seen across different services i have used.I make a new compain again regarding the whole experience i got from you and hope that atleast this time someone would be able to help me last time with reliance and i would be able to log-in in reliance network.

                                I am sending this my mail using my neighbors AIRTEL connection which gave me best browse experience after using reliance.
                                Hope this mail is just not a waste again.

                                Hi,

                                We are facing internet connectivity issue from the very first the day (8th May, 2010) we have got the Reliance connection installed at our home in Pune. To be frank this is the worst service we have ever came across. Customer Care does not respond our calls and never sends any techinical person for the troubleshooting even after promise to do so. Neither the internet works nor the Landline works even after registering multiple complaints at Reliance Customer Care. The worst part is that we dont get any good service(or should say no service at all) but for the payment of the first bill we have received multiple calls and mails. Reliance Broadband should be considerate and be honest to their customers. Dont know when our problems will be resolved.

                                We are now planing to go to consumer court.

                                  dear sir,
                                  i am Taneem Misarwala from Ahmedabad and my mobile no. is [protected] (reliance cdma). on 19th may 2010 i had activated the latest reliance cdma pack of rs.299 which gives unlimited talktime on any network as shown in television commercial of reliance cdma pack featuring Hritik roshan. Inspite of this the company is giving just 30 minutes talktime daily on any network and only 2700 minutes per month on same network. Though i was charged for the calls made on 26th may 2010 at 10:14pm. i have contacted the customer care at web world situated on relief road, ahmedabad and communicated the complaint. but the customer care officials at web world are not ready to file a complaint and they are not giving me the complaint number.
                                  hence i request you to look into my problem and solve it as early as possible.

                                  Hi I am Kumaresh from Tamilnadu.My mobile number [protected].What you are telling is 100% correct.I also faced the same issue.I recharged with the CDMA 299 Unlimited talk time pack.And In my case make any call(local) they are charging for that.And the worst case is without making any call simply they made my account 0(Zero).I called the customer care peoples and asked them, they said server error, will fix it off with in three days.

                                  Just see below how many days they take to fix my issues

                                  1) 299 unlimited free issue, 6 days over, But yet to be fixed.
                                  2) Local 30 mins free issue, 2 days over, Yet to be fixed.
                                  3) Witout making call they made my account balance is 0(Zero), 12 hours over, yet to be fixed.

                                  I think this is very worst & worst customer service.

                                  Dear Reliance CDMA customer care, Incase unable to solve this issue, please let me know.I will take forward this issue to consumer court.Because i made more calls to your peoples than my personnal calls.I am totally disappointed on this.

                                    I have purchased a new Reliance Netconnect broadband connection. Reliance company is claiming the speed of the internet as 3.1Mbps

                                    whereas most of the time speed os 3.1Kbps, I have never got a speed above 30Kbps

                                    Although signal strength is very good. but speed is very slow.

                                    After contacting many times customer care, there is no reponse since last one week.

                                    Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Very Low Speed

                                    I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ for almost 6 months now. I never get consistent download speeds in this. I'm using it in Pune. I get download speeds above 100 kbps not more than an hour in week and most of the times it is somewhere around 10-15 kbps and sometime it stoops down to even 2-10 kbps. I have complained about this to reliance customer care more than 12 times by now. No response! They always say that my complaint will be taken in priority status and that I will get a solution within 4 days maximum. They also say that the customer care people will give me a call back within 24 hours or so but my friend, I never got a single call back from them. I maintain my dell studio laptop in the finest of conditions with regular antivirus checks and other sorts of services. Later on, I got to know that this was a problem faced by not only me but almost everybody who used this connection. I suggest you to keep away from this connection.
                                    yes I do agree with this complaint and I too had this issue and after continuous follow up I got the issue resolved the reliance technical team and customer care team are very poor in technical knowledge and do know how to handle complex issues.Every one stay away from this connection.

                                    Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — Low Internet Speed

                                    Its been the past two month since I'd applied for the Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ with monthly rental of Rs. 750 with the promised speed o[censored]pto 3.1 mbps for the bundled 5GB usage. For the whole time never had I witnessed the speed more than 180kbps. To make things worse I now get only approximately 18kbps. I am very confused right now as its been barely two month since I bought the data card and I don't want to change it in such a haste. I really wish Reliance would let make full use of it and not disappoint us.

                                    Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — too low speed

                                    they promised me a speed of 3.1mbps but the speed which i get is less than 200 kbps.RELIANCE BROADBAND PLUS should change the advertising name as RELIANCE DIAL UP PLUS..AN UNPROMISING PRODUCT.

                                      I am having landline telephone No.[protected] provided by Reliance Communications Ltd. I have made serveral complaints about faulty instrument which often goes dead and / or non availability of network. But no action is being taken by the service provider apart from giving false promises that the complaint will be attended to shortly. Finaly I made a request to them for surrender of the landline as it is of no use to me. Even the disconnection is also not being done. I am being regularly billed which I have paid always in time. Can you please guide me what options do I have or what action I should take to get rid of the telephone.

                                        I have a reliance broadband connection in Postpaid. I went to Reliance web world, Nadiad Branch to give an application to convert it into prepaid on 15th April but they said that you have to give app after ur bill generation i.e after 27th April and dont use for 10 days after 27th but you will have to give rent for those 10 days because our process will take 10-12 days. I have again gone on 27th and given an app and also paid 110 Rs. for life time validity recharge but still even on today 26th May they have not converted my postpaid account into prepaid.
