Hi,
I have 15 rcom CDMA prepaid numbers and to each and evry no. they charge me umwanted amount by activating any of the VAS os deducting the amount by telling that R world is used.
they do not have any details for claiming the same.
Some times the caller tune pack is activated and there is no caller tune but amount is deducted.
against this i have send more thn 10 E-mails to the following locatons.

i myself javal nakhva from mumbai. i m having reliance connection from last 9years and 2dy i m facing a worst network problem since 6months. i have complain to nodel officer of mumbai but now he is playing a hide nd seek game that not responding 2my call.

I m having more thn 5 to 6 connection of reliance bt i m not getting any feedback from nodel officer as my every complain reaches to the deaf ears...

One fine day I started to receive some "Love SMS" from 56060. initially I didn't noticed but later found that there is deduction happening from my prepaid account. When I emailed them for this, the reply was amzing. You have to read your own.

Hi consumer forum Team,
I have one complain regarding the recharge voucher of the reliance communication.
In the Recharge voucher of the Rs. 599, they are mentioning that unlimited talk time to Reliance to Reliance.
How ever the scheme this is not the truth, and its 2000 min talk time, ited tanot the unlimlk time to the Reliance to reliance.

On 30th Jan 2010 I applied a broad band connection form number [protected] on the name of Sudha Nigam and paid rupees 500 by cheque num245448 of SBI Dated 30th jan 2010 but this connection was not implemented because of the non phsybility of reliance broadband line over here.
But the amount deposited for this has not been refunded so far. Therefore you are requested to cancel the connection and send the refund.
