Respected sir/madam,
I the under signed has faced a major problem from last 6 days, my outgoing service was closed with incoming call also . I can't even call to customer care. My no is [protected]. When i went to reliance office at Lanka, Dist. Nagaon(Assam),782446, they said that i have not submitted the form but as you know in assam without recieving the form they don't give us the sim. After that they said me that wait for 24 hours it would be solved, but today is the 6th day.
So, i want to complain against the head of the office of reliance at Lanka whose name is Abhijeet Dey and his contact no is [protected] for his negligance, and due to whice i faced lots of problem. I want to inform you that it is not only my case, like me lots of people faced this problem. So i kindly request you to take this matter seriously.

i hahve a realince gsm conecction but sinse not working from last 2days . i am write a complaints

      i complent reliance coustomer care on 22-5-10,time 3pm, that i cant able to recive any sms from any other mobile they said we try to solve it in few hour,but problem cant solve....i used corporate postpaid reliance number from last 1year [protected],,,,today i again call reliance custumer care regarding my problem cant solve tell today 24-05-10,,7pm, there executive parvin attend my call they said i cheak your complent but reliance cannt solve your problem,i said transfer my call to your seioner staff but they said they also cant solve your problem and reliance cant solve it and he suggest me you contect other gsm or cdma company for you cannt resive sms,i said my servise provider is reliance but that guy said we cannt help... sir due to this i face lots of problem and my bussness get lots of loses who pay for this

        This is regarding a dissappointing and most annoying service provided by a Reliance India official who was suppposed to provide me a replacement battery for my Reliance landline phone set on my name .He did not disclose his name and called from [protected] saying that as he is on his way to my house for the delivery of the battery he requested me to report that I recieved the baatery if anybody from reliance office calls before he arrives.In good faith I did so and to my surprise he never arrived.When I called him he did not take me call.

        This is really annoying.Please let me know if i can be privided the battery and this matter can be taken seriously.

          A reliance mobile handset RD3610 was purchased on[protected] vide receipt no.1040 from YASH MOBILE SERVICE Plaza Cinema Ajmer. On 3-5-2010 it became dead.On that day there wasn;t any male member at my home who can contact the dealer or service centre. When my papa came on 8-5-2010 i make them to rush to the dealers shop. The dealer asked them to go to reliance service centre.Immediately they rushed to reliance service centre. On the workshop the representative attended and make the handset ok. On[protected] again the handset became dead. On[protected] i send the dead set with my elder brother.The representative of your co.at service station,told them to make the complaint on mail address,the parts of the said set are not under warranty.I felt very much shocked by having such a reply from the representative of such reputed co. of world. Any how it is my humble request to replace the handset so that i may feel relax from mental tension.As you know in this electronic age a mobile is essential for every one.Please consider my request to replace the mobile handset immediately.

            this mail is with regards to a plan given by reliance communications.the prepaid plan displayed on tv and print media states that in Rs.299/- pm u can speak to any network un ltd.but when going to mobile store,we r said that the scheme offered is its free only reliance to reliance connection.so i do need a clarification like y the co. has dubious intention to fool people and also to withdraw the ad from television n media along with proper explaination to the public.mind u this this mail is forwared even to TRAI. U CUD HAVE RECD. MANY COMPLAINTS BUT NO ACTION SO FAR FROM UR SIDE.

              The reliance netconnect broadband + is the worst broad band service provided by reliance. It is the way to fool the customers.

              When I try to log in to check how many MBs I've used, it says invalid username/password even after registering in it.

              When I see the usage in Broadband + local software, it says over 5 GB however I've not used it that much.

              The speed of the reliance netconnect broadband + never goes above 60 KBPs but it says 3.1 MBPs. Then is there any one who can say how is it possible to download 5 GB of data in 8 days with 2 - 3 hours daily usage with 60 KBPs speed.

              Dear friends, do not take reliance broadband + in your life because it is the trap from Reliance communications to fool the customers.

                Reliance Communication is Cheating People

                Now why are you quite on the issue of refund? Is there anyone in your company who can give me proper reply when will I get my refund or you want me to file police compalin for cheating the customer for taking excess payment from customers and enjoy and do not bothered to settle the account.



                I have even lodged the compalin on Indian Consumer forum and all my emails are attached to them. This is for your information.

                  Your help here is very much appreciated.
                  I have been left clueless and not sure how to go about this. I would like to highlight a few things for your understanding and resolution of this.

                  1. I was using Reliance Data card connection [protected] since March 2009
                  2. I had no problems with the connection or bill payments
                  3. Usage fell in the month of Oct as I was to be getting married the next month and On Nov 8th Got married, No usgae in Nov also due to marriage.
                  4. On 28th Of Nov 2009, Bill payment made through visa at the webworld and suggested disconnection of service, as I was relocating to my husband's place in Hyderabad
                  5. I was told by Webworld, Blr that payment would be accepted and for termination an e-mail need to be sent
                  6. Mail sent to that extent
                  7.Had to relocate to Hyderabad, Bills still being generated on my number despite termination for the month of dec, Jan, feb march, April, Have not checked the e-mail assuming it to be promotional e-mails,(cos I am also a member and have a reliance fresh membership card)
                  8. Court summons being issued at my parents place in Bnagalore(Was shocked and hurt to hear something like that, inspite of prompt payments)
                  9. Connected with web world personally and customer care on phone. I was confirmed by the customer care officials that the connection was indeed terminated but due to some technical error or due to some gap, the termination Info has not flown to the billing department and hence the bills generated.
                  10. Have been connecting still with webworlds and customer care for issue of No dues and recalling of the summons but it seems like tough luck

                  I would have wanted to retain the connection, but since my husband had already had a broad band connection, I had to let go of this service. However, I was not hoping that I would be letting go of it without so much of hurt and hassles, I wished that I could have got this closed and settled at front end level and wished I could recommend your services to others, But It has left me so agonised that I am wondering If I should continue to have any sort of relationship that I already have, Be it the insurance, be it retail..It has just left me shaken.

                  I had no choice except to seek your intervention here, Am sure you would be able to see how much trouble I have been put to and help me the No dues and the recall of the summons by your legal counsel.

                      on 16th may I placed a complain for -without informing me balance reduce to 0.72. So I m not able to make a call and not even send a single message. Not only this customer care department not listen my problem and give wrong information.
                      From 18th they also stop customer care department service form my number, so I am not able to talk with customer care department,and now no one reply me and even not resume my service.
                      I am very disappointment with service. last 5 days I am screwed up with service.

                      Now what to do? the higher authority also not listen my problem. they are telling another story. they tell me that you have sufficient amount in my account. if i have sufficient balance why not able to use it???solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing and incoming calls are barred from 18.05.2010.i complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out till now .Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Its been more than 3 days since I have made my first complaint and still no attention is paid towards it.I am completely fade up with customer care careless attitude .Also I would like to suggest that a complaint number must be given to the customer against a complaint registered so that further reference could be made through it.

                          I too am a reliance user i am also being harassed the whole day and my pre paid balance gets reduced, either it is the same person soliciting caller tunes from different phones or different persons, i have noted down some of the phone numbers

                          8either it is the same person or different others when you try to trace the call you get the message this phone does not exist.

                            I had taken 2 reliance postpaid numbers ([protected] & [protected]) which i surrendered 2 months back,
                            i went to the web world in sector 35 Chandigarh to submit the surrender form, I Cleared all the pending amount since that day and completed all the formalities . I was told that i will get a cheque of refund at my place in one month but till date i have not received any cheque for the same.
                            SIR MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] I AM PURCHASE THIS NO RELIANCE STORE BATALA ROAD NEAR CELEBRATION MALL AMRITSAR AND SECURITY DEPOSIT ON RELIANCE COMPANY RULES BUT SIR THIS NUMBER IS NOT MY USEGE TO CLOSED THIS NUMBER IN DATE 10/12/2012 RELAINCE STORE AND BILL IS CLEAR SO NOT REFUND CHECK IN SECURTY THIS NUMBER MY BILLING ADREASS IN AFTER 90 DAYS SIR PLEASE SOLVE MY COMPLAINT

                              Its being 2-3 years I have been using this number , but since I have taken there is no outgoing SMS facility theirin the number .

                              I have requeted customer care , visited R-WORLD atleast 100 times , but all in vein .

                              CAN YOU HELP ME OR I NEED TO take some legal actions.

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that Our connection which was limited till 1GB restriction & we were having the same connection from the last 1.5 - 2 years but never ever faced such a situation till the Month of April – May ‘ 2010 wherein we were told due to excess usage your connection has been discontinued.....

                                The faults that we had encountered:-

                                1. After usage of Internet for 15 odd days we are told that your billing has exceeded the limits so your connection would be discontinued.

                                2. We visited your Reliance Communications , Mall Road Office in Ludhiana & checked out that the billing was nearly about Rs 3000/- but at that time the billing was not done in proper.

                                3. As I have registered my connection for 1 GB only I shouldn't be allowed to exceed that kind of limit.......once you people give the limits but are silent on the extra amount you guys charge from the customer on the exceeded amount in ahead of 1 GB…….Clearly befooling the customer.

                                4. After being sending Letter to your Chandigarh Office...I do not get any reply but still calls that the billing would continue.......Poor Customer Grievance Cell at Reliance.

                                I would again say you to check up with your main office servers about the wrong billing & excess Internet usage being shown in our account.
                                I would request your authorities to get the connection disconnected & I am ready to pay the amount of Rs 330/- only that I used to pay every month.......

                                I had applied for 600Kbps Unlimited Usage Wired Line Reliance Broadband Connection for which the charges are 1399 Flat Fee.However Reliance started charging Flat Fee 1799 per month.
                                Even after repeated complaints, they did not provide any resolution

                                Also, I heard from thier rep that with out any infrastructure, they are being forced to get deposits from public.

                                I have applied for a reliance broadband connection through one of your representatives during last month of AUGUST’09.
                                While applying for the connection I have been promised by your representative that I would get a connection by a week.
                                But, a month has crossed and still I am not able to get a connection.

                                Meanwhile, during last week I got a call from reliance saying that they were not able to provide a broadband connection in my area.
                                (I am located in the heart of the city, capital of Tamil nadu!!!).

                                Ok, but I don’t know what happened to my money paid as initial deposit. How can I get the refund.
                                I want a prompt response since I was not able to catch that guy who booked my connection and no proper response from the customer service also!

                                  My RIM No is [protected]. I am using it since 2003, from the time it was introduced by the Reliance company. I had submitted all the required documents and also postdated cheques at the time of applying for connection which was under the post paid plan. Later, after a year or so, I migrated to post paid plan. All these long years I have been using the said connection without any interruption and it is my contact No for all purposes. All of a sudden, today (19.05.2010) morning when I made an urgent business call to a contact, I heard a voice saying " sorry! your telephone charge is overdue. Please charge it." As it was not possible to make or receive any call from my mobile, I contacted the customer care No.*333 from another RIM mobile to enquire about the status of my connection They told me that my connection has been suspended for want of address verification. I am not able to understand anything: I have been using the RIM connection since 2003 and they have now suspended the connection without any information to me. This in fact entails heavy loss to me as this is my registered contact No. for most of the business transactions I do, in the absence of which I cannot transact at all. I am, therefore, planning to file a consumer case demanding damages of atleast Rs.10,000/- per day of disconnection. I shall be glad if some one can guide me in this regard.

                                    I was using broadband connection of Reliance from Jan 2009 & have been regularly paying bills upto Jan 2010. But in Feb 2010 my net connection stopped working for which i had launched a complaint, which till today has not been solved. More over for solving the problem they had removed the cable that was damaged to install new one, but no one came back after that.
                                    Now they have sent me a letter threatening legal action for a connection that doesn't even exist in my home saying to pay up the dues for the same.
                                    Kindly assist me to resolve this problen & also indicate how to send the documents related to the complaints i launched & the letter that has come to me
