Subject- Refund of money for not providing me call history within specified time period.(Mob. No.- [protected])

Sir
I am reliance customer since 6years.I have demanded call history from the co. at 04 March 2010.Complaint no.[protected].The charge of call history has been deducted from my mobile balance but till 05 April 2010 I didn't receive call history. On 05th April I have lodged an other complaint (complaint no.[protected] for the Refund of my money because after 30 days there was no relevancy of call history for me.It was told that reply will come in 48 hours.But no action was taken.I have lodged an other comlaint of complaint no.[protected] at 08 April 2010. Today at 13 April 2010 I still not get my refund back.I do not need call history now.The customer care employees are disconnecting my lines between the talk.I am not satisfied with their services.
I am requesting you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    My name is Venkat Ramana and am a user of Reliance Mobile from the last 6 years.
    Reliance is one of my favourite service providers which i always refer to anyone.

    The reason for writing this mail is that am not at all satisfied with the customer care executive response

    Below is my concern.

    from the last 2 months RS 30/- are being deducted for some vas pack which has been activated from our end or activated through company we dont know,but it is activated.

    so i have read this SMS and have sent a msg for unsubsricption of vas pack .so it got deactivated on April 11th.amount got deducted on April 10th.

    Regarding this i just wanted to confirm whether the balance can be refunded as we dont know the benefits of vas pack and as well it got activated unfortunately.
    so when i called up one of the agent Vidhya handled the call and she told balance cannot be refund ,so i requested to transfer the call to superior-she transferred to Supervisor pravayya. And here the way Pravayya i think escalation desk answering the call is to pathetic and he is not at all listening to my concern and he told there "sir.if we take a complaint for balance refund , i cannot promise whether balance will be refunded" so i told "no problem, please take a request or complaint whatever as per your process and if not getting the amount after taking request we can't do anything, if i dont get amount after taking a request i told him i will not call again for the same and requested him to take a request.

    but the agent is only stick with the word "sorry sir, i cant take a complaint",repeatedly using the same word and the agent is not at all willing to help the customer , he is only decided with his decision.

    so atlast i requested him to transfer the call to Team lead or Manager, but he is not at all doing anything.Even i told him if the teamlead also tells the same thing i will not ask for balance refund, even though he is not tranfering the call.

    here am not understanding if the customer is facing a problem its not a problem also just wanted confirmation and requested as "can you help me to get my amount refund" .
    if you people are only thinking for the process that not to take a complaint on such calls and responding in this way. i think no there is no meaning o[censored]sing the connection and i[censored]sed also never call to Customer Care with this response,

    Am not understanding that if customer wants to speak to a superior on the floor, if you people are unable to do that, then what is the use of Customer Care.

    I Can understand that every call cannot be transfered to TeamLead and at the same time every customer will also not ask for transfer and if am not wrong.

    here i am not understanding why the agent not transfered my call and very irresponsible.

    Only following the script does not provide customer satisfaction-reaching the customer expectation makes a sense ot atleast try to reach the customer expectation or understand us.

    am very unsatisfied with the service and i think i have to go for other networks asap

    NOTE: i need a revert from the superior as soon as possible.

      I bought Reliance netconnect broadband+ on 24th March. I took a plan of Rs. 1049. My download limit was 13 GBs. In case I exceed the data download, I'll be charged 50 paise per MB on the extra download. My total credit limit was Rs.2900 beyond which they would cut my connection unless I make a payment.
      The first 15 days bill was ok. After that I was to be billed from 11th March to 11th April. I downloaded 13.3GBs by April 2 (instead of april 11). I checked this when I logged into my account on myservices.relianceada.com.
      They cut my connection on April 2. I had downloaded 300 MBs extra than allowed. I was to be charged 50 paise per mb for this 350 Mb which is equal to 150 Rs. But they charged me more than 3500 Rs. Then they said-pay us Rs 2000 now if you want service to be restored and pay the rest when your bill is generated on april 11. I told them give me proof how you calculated this amount. Then a day later they asked me to pay 4000 Rs! I asked them how they calculated the bill to reach 4000. They said they can't explain me how they calculated. But that if I want the conection restored, I just go and pay the money at the outlet. I asked them what about the credit limit of 2900 rs. They told me the limit varies from person to person! Whats the fun in having a credit limit if it has to vary?
      Now I have just logged into my acount on myservices.relianceada.com. There I have received a message stating that I need to pay 5000 Rs. In 5000 rs amount I would have enjoyed internet for 5 months! Its just going on increasing even when I am siting without an internet connection for past ten days.

        sir/madam

        i approaced E-zone in V3S mall Laxmi nagar to buy Reliance Net conneect Broadband. they referred me to one Pratap Bhardwaj , who is your sales representative, with a mobile no. [protected]. he visited my house with in 20 minutes of the call on 6th April and issued me a reliance broadband with 3.1 MBPs speed. he charged me 2700 Rs. for the same. and promised me that he would get the bill from the office and give the same to me in one day time. no bill has been issued till date. i have also come to know that he has fradulently charged extra money. now when i gave him a call and asked him to refund extra money and also the bill, he said he would get the net disconnected as he is incharge of everything. it is a clear case of cheating. action be taken against him

        Hi,
        I am prakash.from hyderabad,motinagar.The reliance employee came and took 500rs. to provide the connection but he is not giving connection not yet and robed 500/-.He is not lifting phone when i am calling.

        Reliance Netconnect Broadband + — Cheating the customer

        Hi,

        I bought the reliance broadband netconnect device on 18th sept 09 through online payment for 3500 INR. Before payment the sale guy promised me that they are goin to provide the connection within 72 hr after i buy the device. till date nobody called me for the activation of the connection or neither anybody visited my residence for address verification. Moreover, i called up the customer care for more than 50times for this delay, they say since my customer information is not uploaded in there system they cannot help me in this regard, i also visited the releiance web world to know what happened to my connection but even said since i bought it online it can only be resolve by customer care. I dont know what to do know, i want my connection to get activated or else i need my money back since i have not used the device.

        Please let me know what can be done in this regard. how can i get my money back from reliance?

          my problem is i am not send sms in any place
          ,in 25 days i am 5-6 times complained and he
          said next 48 hours your complain will be solved and next 48
          hours my complained has closed but my complain as it is ,
          day11 April time 12am-1am i call *333 Reliance customer care call after 20min kameshwer received my call,i have talk to full detail and he said i m only forward your complain,
          then i request to pleas i talk to your senior and he transfer the call and
          " i licen one man voice he said hello ,i am said hello ,
          sir i am rupesh and u know my problem he said yes i know and ,
          i said so what you said this problem and he disconnect my phone", next time i will call customer care he said complain has already forward and i am nothing do anything.and he by force cut my
          phone my complain no is[protected] .... .any help then call me and

              we are facing problem of network conjunction from last two weak. this problem always arises in our area, lots of times we have complain for it..only complain but not solution we get sometimes Most off times customer care numbers are busy & sometimes it get conneted also they not response too us properly...

              problem if network is always there in my no.& no strickly actions r taken till now. from past one weak no calls r coming in my cp sometimes ..plzz doo some action solove this problem as soon as..or we have too soon change out numbers. with other company.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchase one RELIANCE NET CONNECT DATA CARD on my name on 4th-Mar-2010.
                  After verification by their executives the services of that Datacard started on 5th Mar-2010. But only after 5-6 days o[censored]sage the company stopped its services stating that my documents are not complete.

                  Sir, is if my documents were not complete then how come they started the services? And now, after almost 1 month of keeping it on hold and frequent communication with them they are still not starting the services nor they are refunding my money.

                  I purchased that datacard for INR.2550.00/- and after that I have spend more than 30 Rs. every day going to private internet cafe for my works.

                  Kindly help me and tell me what can I do so that I could get my Money back.

                    sir/ madam,
                    I bought reliance broadband+ in the month of december-2009. As they are showing in advertisement that they provide a speed o[censored]pto 3.1Mbps, but i always surf at a rate of maximum 10 to 20 Kbps. I registered complaint several times but they told me the basics that is, to clear browsing history or uninstall the software and then reinstall it after restart of laptop.
                    I'm facing the same problem and they are just so casual, besides I'm paying large amount in billing.

                      I visited to Retailer nearly 1month before to retailer to top up my account.
                      Retailer at Udhayanagar main road, Bangalore 560016 - Shop owner Mr.Sikkandhar recharged with Rs.111/- said full talk time. I paid and got a SMS stating account topped up with Rs.0.01/-

                      Shocked and called to customer care Mr.Rizwan told Rs.111/- recharge is only for new customer(first recharge) only not for existing customer, anyhow recharge wrongly done, visit retailer and tell to reverse the recharge.

                      I enquired with the shop owner Mr.Sikkandhar, he called to RHD CC(Retailer Help desk customer care) and told me recharge reversal is not possible. I told to retailer since you made the wrong recharge why should I suffer return my money back, he told is not possible. Again I called to customer care and told to take the complaint CC executive was rude and told me "dont call to customer care and dont do time pass, you useless fellow disconnect the call".

                      I thought to complaint against the executive and raised the complaint by speaking with the floor supervisor(useless floor supervisor) he also not able to understand my complaint and told recharge reversal not possible.

                      I raised only one Question to the floor supervisor, "If the recharge is not applicable for me why recharge has taken place" floor supervisor told, "dont waste my time disconnect the call, i have better customer on waiting"

                      Two days later I raised complaint on Reliance Nodal helpdesk:
                      Nodal Officer Mr.Rajesh(worth less personality) answered me and acted like he is doing follow up, with retailer, area officer and etc.

                      After 2 days Mr.Rajesh called me and told go to retailer shop and call me i will speak to retailer(i think nodal officer Mr.Rajesh donot have make a outbound facility to make the retailer) so again i wasted 9Rs by calling nodal desk connected with retailer.

                      They discussed and finally nodal officer told I will recharge to you Rs.50/- I did not aggreed for the that and told "I paid Rs.111/- i need atleast Rs.95/-". Nodal officer told he will come back to me within a day. 18 days over Still nodal officer checking I think.

                      I was harrased with Reliance GSM services for last one month, I will wait for the responce from this FORUM for next ten days. Else I dont think to spend thousands to log a legal complaint.

                      Reliance — WRONG RECHARGE

                      I did recharge of 99 rupees on 12th of August 2010 for the internet plan (2.5GB, 1 month validity) through retailer from Buldana (district place of Maharashtra state).Before making recharge I had confirmed the net plan mentioned above from reliance customer care. He said that for this plan you need to do recharge of 99 rupees through retailer so I inquired at reliance authorized distributor but he don’t know about the plan. So finally I made recharge through retailer, he did E-Recharge of Rs. 99. When I tried to access the internet then it was not accessible so I called reliance customer care and inquired about the trouble, he said that instead of net plan another plan i.e. homezone plan of 99 Rs. is activated. I said that I did e-recharge of 99 Rs. through retailer for net plan so he said that the procedure for recharge of net plan is different which should be followed by retailer (instead of e-recharge retailer has to send message to some number) ,customer care executive said that homezone plan is activated.
                      I told him to change the plan as I don’t need the homezone plan but the executive refused to change that plan. Also homezone plan is not useful to me as my area is not in predefined zones of that plan. So this plan is totally useless to me. My 99 Rs. are also gone and still I am far away to use internet plan. I have still not got any benefit of homezone plan. I tried a lot in this case but no use. I think there is no any mistake from my side. So please notice my inconvenience.

                      I totally agree with you.
                      The same thing happened to me today.
                      They have activated so called "home zone" plan with 500 mins of free calls. But that too is not applicable in my area where I am living.
                      So I have lost 99 Rs. completely with this home zone and got nothing for 99Rs.
                      I think Reliance has started new ways of earning money from customers in a fraud manner.
                      I have searched on internet, and many such complains for 99Rs. GPRS plan have been found.
                      Somebody please take some action on this.

They did not seem to care for their customer instead they were shouting at me, I almost lost my cool after loosing 99 rupees. man. Reliance Sucks.                       Reliance GSM — complaint against wrong recharge information given by customer care......

                      sir,
                      i am a consumer of Reliance GSM services... i took a e-recharge
                      Rs. 111/- but it isn't showing at my balance... and when i connected
                      to 198... it comes always busy....
                      so please suggest me how to i know my balance and validity of that
                      recharge... i also went to that retailer shop but they also unable to
                      solve my problem.....
                      i also have a problem if any retailer recharge your number from
                      wrong amount how we can refund that amount.... please solve my problem
                      immidately...
                      i am also sending same mail to the TRAI.... they will also explain
                      me why the give 198 facility to the costumer when its always going
                      busy....
                      its totally cheating with consumer's....
                      retailer costumer care give me validity for 111/- recharge for a
                      month so if he will wrong i will give you recorded talk with him.....

                        we have purchased reliance two data card nos [protected] and [protected] in personal name Mr Basant Sharma and Mr Krishan Kumar. though one no [protected] is working in order whereas no [protected] is not working being terminated no. in this connection we were talking to one mr cristophar (M) [protected] stationed at barakhamba road office who is taking care of our corporate office BILT,FIP, Gurgoan. this man has refused to give his business card or email id also refused to inform us his seniors name and contact no. moreover at the first instance mr mayank (M)[protected] of your office delivered new hardware and due to some problem in the hardware replaced by old one with blocked no. shall appreciate to help us and resolve the matter.

                            I am regular user of reliance prepaid, last month a voice service was activated on my mobile by chance which deducted my balance by Rs.30. I never needed that service but i was given explanation that its been activated from my side so we can't refund your balance but we can de-activate it for future for unwanted deductions (dated 28th Feb.). i agreed for so its only Rs.30, but please de-activate it for future.After 1 month on 31st march, again Rs.30 get deducted from my balance, i again called customer care and after much explanation they feed my complaint, after 2 days i got message that your complain is dismissed, again calling to c.c, An executive(divankar) checks all details of my past calls to customer care and tells me that i am right with my complaint and tells that :i submitted the first complain on 28th feb to de-activate the service but it do not get de-activated due to technical fault,then he calls his senior to resolve it but line disconnects.After another calling the other executive just denies to take any action as complain is already dismissed, which was without checking old request of me of de-activation of service on 28th feb.
                            I never used that service, but paid Rs.60,i don't know what that service was.but beared charges.

                            Reliance Prepaid Connection — regarding automatic balance is zero

                            dear sir,
                            on 25th of nov.i was having 200/- balance in the morning when i was coming from kolkata to ahmedabad.but in the afternoon when i checked the balance than i was shocked that as for 6 hours my mobile is been switched off than how can my balance shows me zero.i complaint for 4-5 times from my husbands mobile.but no action was taken by the company & no refund was made to me.know on 18th of dec.in the morning at 10.30am i checked out my balance it was 170/- as i was travelling towards bikaner from ahmedabad.sir at 3pm i recharged my phone for 300/- so the balance was 470/-.sir as iam having the schem of 1paise per second.sir between jodhpur to bikaner the reliance tower doesn't catch in the train.so after reaching bikaner at 6pm. i called to my husband to tell him that i reached bikaner.i talked with him for 50 seconds.after that i checked the balance than i was shocked that the balance is only 11.76 it means that my 458.24 is gone.i started complaining to the customer care. i talked to the executive he told me that please switch off your mobile for 5 minitues & pull out the battery.after 5 minitues i again started the mobile than i was shocked that the balance is only 76paise.i again contacted the customer care the said person named mr.rajkumar told that we are trying to resolve the problem isit the tecnical fault or what. but sir till date there is no refund or no one is listning the complain as i or my son or my husband do the complain they are now saying that your mobile calls are diverted to the other no. sir the number which they are saying is of my husband.my husband is using the vodaphone.but sir there are no calls on my cell .tell me sir in the web world i show my moblie if it is diverted or not but the executive says that there is no call diverted.so sir please try to make company refund my balance.

                            Reliance Telecommunication — deduction of balance without any reason

                            my balance is deducted by my reliance operator without any reason i haven't subscribed any pack or made any call and yet an amount of 30 rupees is deducted from my main balance it has happened with me several time, when ever i get a recharge of 110 a sum 30 rupees gets deducted from my balance after few hours...
                            sir plz do help me...........

                            Reliance — Balance deduction without notification

                            This is a complaint regarding the deduction of balance without prior notification. I have faced this problem more than 3 times now. I was using a SMS service of Rs. 39/- for few months, at the time when the validity was about to get over i received a message to keep sufficient amount to renew your message service, I didn't followed that as I was not in need of that service and kept my balance nil. After four i recharged my number with Rs. 25/- or so, they deducted Rs.19.50/- saying your message card is renewed for 15 days. Same thing happened this month again when i recharged it with only Rs. 15/-, again they deducted Rs.6.50/- saying your message card is renewed for 5 days.This time it happened even after i asked customer care t stop all the services from my number. When asked again to customer care they replied that it was my mistake and its company's facility we are giving which is actually creating problems. Kindly Reply with the same soon as what to do with these kinds of problems with RELIANCE. Thank you.

                            Reliance Prepaid Connection — Balance deduction without notice

                            Hi,

                            Just wanted to lodge a complain against Reliance Communications Ind Ltd. regarding their unscrupulous behaviour of deduction of balance from my CDMA prepaid mobile connection. Couple of months back I had complaint about the same and they restore the balance. But again they started activating the paid services for which I never gave my consent. And each time I recharge, they deduct money from my account since 2-3 months back. I request you to please help me in re-instating my balance deducted without any valid reason.

                              I have an internet connection of Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ (which offers speed upto 3.1 Mbps). I'm really frustrated using this product. It's unbelievably slow. Even Slower than the 1X connections (Which offers 144kbps speed). Presently I'm getting a download average speed of 3 kbps. yes very trus it's 3 kbps only. Where as per TRI, min. connection speed must be 256kbps. With 256kbps normally the download speed should be +/- 30kbps. Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ not only looting their customers with expensive device & tariff but also not conforming statutory rules of the land. Which is a punishable offence & needs to have a lesson.
                              Thier customer care no. you'll find always busy. Most of the time they don't pick up your calls. If you even able to get them after plaenty of try or go to their store with complaints, they'll promise you that "the problems will be taken care withn 24 hrs". But they will not for sure.                               I did everything but unable to see my rgistered account in my login.

                              I have raised many requests, sent so many mail, called up many time to customer care.
                              Customer care people simply place call on hold after 30 mins they will provide ref no.

                              Above is repeting everytine when I call but no resolution.

                              Same experience here. I failed to understand why reliance has updated their webpage recently. Earlier one can easily do payment online once connected without problem. But with this new way where one has to create credentials for login, again user has to get the netaccount confirmed with help of PIN whcih never gets e-mailed to user upon repeated attempts. There is not enough knowledge to cutomer care engineers if called on toll free numbers on how to solve the issue, but they are ready to charge customer hefty fines for late payments.This is ridiculous.
                              I had purchased one Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ on 6th May 2010. But still I am not getting sufficient speed, some time speed is zero. I had already complained but still it is not rectified. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

                              Reliance Netconnect/Broadband+ — Very worst service

                              Hi,

                              In my opinion, dont ever go for Reliance Netconnect/Broadband+ connection. It's waste of money.

                              I am residing @ Chennai-600096 and getting maximum download speed of 16 to 18KBps. But Reliance claims 100% network signal and maximum download speed of 3.1Mbps.

                              When I called, Reliance Netconnect Customer Care Number, they are saying my area is in congestion list {where, there will be minimal network bandwidth} and it will get resolved on 31st August 2011. But, for last one year I am facing this issue. And due to busy schedule, occasionally I have given complaints. They dont have any record of my previous complaints, and removed from the database without rectifying it & when was my area included in Congestion list and their system is not having facility to pull-out the complaints registered using the Reliance Customer ID. They can get the information only based on "Complaint Number", what a poor system they have. And last 3 months data only be retrieved from the server. They are simply cheating their customers.

                              They dont have any SLA to send mails from backend team (As per Supervisor Mr.Kalid Anwar) regarding queries. But, they used to send a mail to their customer before 3 days of due date for the payment.

                              Reliance is simply looting money from their customers without giving proper service.

                              Don't go for Reliance Netconnect/Broadband+.

                              Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Very Poor Download Speed and Customer Service

                              I Purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ on Corporate Advance Rental Plan for Rs.3300.- with 10GB per month free usage for first 4 months.

                              After first month on wards Reliance People sending Bills and asking to Pay the Bill Dues, After giving clarification about plan, leaving the issue, again disconnecting the service, when I contact Customer Care, they are saying Bill is Due, so service stopped, after giving plan details, service got connected, this was happened for 2 months, every day struggle.

                              I never see the connection speed 230 KBPS, and never see download speed more than 256 KBPS.
                              Very Very Very Poor download speed, When I Buy reliacne people told it connects at 3.1 MBPS and Minimum of 1.0 MBPS.

                              When I spoke to customer care, they are saying reliance tower near by my home is not supported for high speed, like this they are saying to all of my colleagues, and faced this kind of problems and finally they switched to another service provider.

                              I suggest my friends strongly, do not take Reliance Data card.

                                Have been provided with electricity connection at my address lagdi stable, ambapada, sanjay nagar,ranisati marg,malad (east)near milk dairy,mumbai-4000097 in central division installing metre bearing no.7419052 cycle no.8 book no.167 under tariff lt-ii (a)under unit cz3-poisar.you have also provided electricity connection to my five adjoining galas installing independent meter installation on the outside wall of my galas the out going electric wires have been laid down on the sheet of my roof feeding to the said adjoining galas I have opposed for this type of laying electric wires on my roof to feed the electricity to the adjoining galas but responsible person for doing so did not care for my objection and the quoting of electric wire have been damaged at many places and the naked metallic wire is visualized from open eyes and there is every possibilities of short circuit resulting in the flow of electricity in the wall of gala and supporting member of roof which may caused fatal accident by shirt circuit under the said fear I approached several times ti the dindoshi center of reliance energy but no one appears to be ready to remove the electric wires from the roof of my gala from the outgoing of respective meter or to put the electric wire in proper fitting and I apprehend that in case of rainfall the entire gala may be electrocuted.
                                Left with no option I am making this complaint cum request that the office concerned having jurisdiction of the malad (east) area more particularly sanjay nagar be directed to take care of my complaint and be directed ti install the electricity meter of feeding to a particular gala in the same gala or to provide a proper fitting from the meter point to the gala main swicth point instead of laying wire on the tin sheet of the roof and in case it is not done so any unpleasant incident happened shall be on the entire risks of yours I am ready to provide every facilities to the persons so deputed for the removal of the electric wire from the roof

                                  I bought Reliance Netconnect before two days. But till today i am not able to use this boradband because i am facing some technical problem. Due to this i logged complain tow times in releance Technical team. But till now i did not get any responsce. But my Rental is charged on me from the first day.

                                  In releiance there is no Technical Team to provide good services.

                                  Please take this issue. Because they can not provide the service 24 X7 then why they are commiting to Customer that they are charging bill even customer is not using the services.

                                  I had filed a complaint for non-connectivity on 12/10/08. Ever since I have made at least 20 phone calls to the Broadnet no.30337777 the call center.People placed at the call center have been sweet talking as usual but doing nothing.It is matter of shame that a senior citizen is being harassed by the technical staff of Reliance Broadnet Services.

                                    My home network is karnataka & i m staying in banagalore. my office is in hosur which is in tamilnadu..but when i comes office full day i m not recieving any incoming call as well as i am not allowed to do any ougoind call..when i make outgoing calls i gets a message that "to recieve service please contact customer care"..when dial 30334343, i get same message..i m really frustrated because of this problem and there is no action from reliance in this regard.
                                    I dont understand why i am paying monthly bill of 2000 rs to reliance ,when i am getting such a bad service????
                                    So i am planning to switch over to other service providers...

                                    I have a conection of your company no. is [protected], last week one of my payment chaque was disonerd so that i submited cash against that rspt no. is 266193 than ur exsicutiv told me plz submited 200 rs more than we will started ur outgoing, i done the same n i submitted 200 rs yesterday rspt.no. is 268185 but still my outgoing n incoming not started.
                                    sir my chaque was disonered because o[censored]r exicutives mistake i told him that plz dont deposit my chaque m sending cash but he deposited the chaque...

                                      I had purchased a Net Connect (MDN No. [protected]) from Reliance Web World, Main Road Ranchi, Jharkhand on Jan-2010 and was in the scheme of free unlimited download and browsing for three months. On 7th March, 2010, I had filed a complaint for terminating the same in the Customer Care Dept. and the request No. provided to me was[protected]. However still i was getting calls from Reliance Web World, Ranchi on the bill payment from the customer care. However i have still not got any bills for payment. So i again called on the customer care and talked with Mr. Murali and they told that it has still not been terminated. They gave me another request no.[protected]. But still the calls are coming for bill payment. The Web World(The main guy there who is calling is Mr. Rahul Singh:[protected], [protected]) is saying that they do not know anything about the complaint requests and that the bill for the month of April 2010 has got generated. The Net Connect has been taken in my parents name who stay at Ranchi but are too aged and cannot travel frequently due to this. This is the outcome of poor coordination on the Reliance part and my parents have to bear the burnt.

                                      I have already sent a mail to the Nodal Officer of Bihar and Jharkhand Circle requesting him to give orders to terminate my Net Connect with no further bill payment, but there is no response. Hence i would request you to kindly take a strong action against the same so that the customer is releived of the tension caused.

                                        It is very surprising and unfortunate that before selling the product you people give a lot of assurance. But as soon as the the product gets sold you don't bother about what was assured and promised.
                                        I purchased a reliance net connect broadband+ data card with the offers of one scratch card and a goa trip voucher. The product was delivered on 24th february. I was also assured by your person who came to deliver the product named Madhu having the phone number- [protected] that on payment of Rs150/- I will be provided with my rental agreement.
                                        It has been almost a couple of months now that I have not received the scratch card nor the rental agreement even after various calls made to the person and your agency. The person who delivered the product neither responds to my calls and almost its switched off and when calls are made to your agency it is passed over to each of the departments.
                                        Can I know that why my request is being unheard and unattended??? Should I take the step of lodging a complaint for a fraud case at police station against your agency???
                                        And finally tell me whether I will receive my documents ever or not???
