Dear sirs,

Its been a year I have been requesting this particular call centre to stop making such calls but it has been continued.

Further it seems to have been a failed attempt by myself to convince the tele callers to stop calling me.


Got a call from Rohit Sharma he gave me the address of the call centre as "Delhi Carol Bagh E 53/20 New Delhi 1100085"

The numbers from which I receive calls are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

Received a call at 1713 hrs IST on18/03/2010 from [protected]

On 2 Apr 2010 I got a call from [protected]. (Idea officials confirmed that this is an Airtel connection)

The official from Idea Manisha Gawli whom I spoke was reluctant in forwarding my request as she said the system was down (this is a common excuse we get as we are suggested to all after 2-4 hours).

Have already escalated this to TRAI (Consumer Complaint - 109-9/2010-MN).

The DND system does not work. From the last year I have been receiving unsolicited calls from a call centre in Delhi working for Reliance Life, Reliance capital, Reliance money etc.

The number is [protected] where Rajneesh Kumar had called me at 1655 hrs IST on 07/03/2010.

He confirmed that he had called from Reliance Life insurance.

It seems that Reliance is not taking the necessary steps to curb such unsolicited calls which invariably is disturbing my mental peace.


Reliance Life insurance is denying any connection with this call centre. Please find below extract of their mail received on 20/04/2010

    Hello,

    I had purchased Reliance GSM SIM card form the Reliance Franchisee (R A Communications) Located in Sector-27, Noida on 02/05/2010. Mobile No Purchased: [protected]. I have submitted all the required documents and forms on same day still as on date i.e 04/05/2010 the SIM is not activated. Kindly help me to activate the sim at an earliest.

    Hello,

    I had purchased Reliance GSM SIM card from the Reliance Franchisee Located in greter noida, on 21/01/2012. Mobile No Purchased: [protected]. I have submitted all the required documents and forms on same day.but number not activate so i have required documents submitted second time in reliance care in sec 18 (opposite of GIP) on dated 15/2/2012 and then number had activated but our number is disactivate on dated 20/2/2012. I am suffering from this problem Please solve my Problem soon.

      my mobile no-[protected], i received calls & messages from the co. for the recharge of rs-55 for full talk time, so i recharged my no. with 55 on d-26 april but i received only 48.76 talktime, when i called customer care firstly they told that irecharged with 50 when i told that i recharged with 55 they told me that iam not eligible i argued with the that if i was not eligible why u called & msg me regarding the offer. they just say sorry. reliance such a big name make such cheap acts to make money ,i request u to stop such cheap acts or else u will loose your market .

      I am santosh, I use reliance mobile (CDMA) No. is [protected] from the last six months.

      On 15 the June 2009 I lodged a complaint in customer care center (request) No.[protected] as the service provide as deducted Rs 10 as love pac activation as I have not activated any package since starting. Customer representative asked me to wait 48 hours to solve the problem. After more than 48 hours I called customer care as my complaint was not solved. The representative took another complaint (No.[protected] on 18th June 2009 and asked me to wait another 48 hours. On 20th June I received an SMS stating that the service provide as deposited RS 10 in my account. When I checked the balance it was showing Rs -6. When I again called up customer care they again took complaint and asked another 48 hours to solve. But till now the problem has not been solved after many requests.

      When I asked customer representative to talk with their senior persons they made me to wait nearly an hour but went in vain as there was no response.

      Although I sent DNC SMS to 53733 after irritating many marketing calls as soon as I got the mobile but I still receive some kind of marketing SMSs.

      Same thing has happened to me. During some renovation process, my reliance mobile(that I rarely use) No. [protected] got misplaced in my house during Mar 2009. At that time the available balance was around Rs. 70 and a life time validity till the year 2020.

      Last week I could trace out my mobile and after charging the battery, when I tried to make a call, I got the reply that I am having insufficient balance. When I checked up at *333, on 01.07.2009, I was told that I am having a negative balance of Rs.18. The reason is I am supposed to have subscribed to some of their dirty masala jokes downloads, when my mobile was not even switched on.

      The customer care person assured that he will reverse the wrongful debits in 48 hours (my complaint no.[protected]. But today I am only getting a message that they have deactivated my earlier so called request for jokes. Upon taking up, I am simply being told any representation for reversal of debit has to be done within three days.

      Reliance CDMA — Cheating

      I was called by an executive from reliance to convert my prepaid connection into post paid on[protected] by saying that i will get 10% discount on each bill.I selected a plan of Rs.770/- rental /month.A Boy was sent to me for collecting 500 cash and identity proof.next day my address verification is also done but still today my connection is prepaid.

        I am getting constant calls from Reliance No 39503500 for music activation by calling 560560. This is a recorded message which has a distinctly irritating voice saying " Good Morning ...... " all through the day ! The recording goes on to say that we can record our voice or send music to anyone by activating the service on 56060. On an average I am receiving at 20- 30 calls in a day !!

        I complained on *333# and spoke to one Ms Komal. I explained the above at length but she refused to give me a complaint No. stating that the harassment was being done on a MTNL No. not a reliance No. Thus it is MTLN's responsibility to protect my privacy. On insisting she transferred the line to a supervisor Mr. Sanjay who too was in co-operative. He kept saying ' Contact MTNL ' or disconnect your phone and apply for a new one ! This is ridiculous and illegal, what are their real intensions ??! He did give me a complaint No. [protected]. He even admitted that Reliance No[protected] belonged to a private Limited company specially appointed by Reliance Communications. He refused to divulge the address or objectives of this dubious 'firm'.

        I am quite helpless and am requesting the police to intervene. If you can also help resolve the matter I'd be obliged.

        I also request you to provide me the address of the Reliance Agent owning 39503500 as I intend to proceed against them for damages for harassment and intentionally not giving any option to unsubscribe from their offer. Reliance refuses to give me the same.

        Awaiting your urgent action in the matter.

          I have lost my Reliance Sim card no (don't know) phone no [protected] purchased from TTK Road, Chennai 3 months back.

          I lost cell phone along with above said no sim while driving vehicle on 30 Apr'10 and could not inform you immediately because I was on the way to go to Central station for going to Hyderabad, now I am at Hyderabad. As soon as I reach Chennai, I will search for other information for feed back to you.

          Once again I request you the kindly block the sim card to avoid touse misusing of my No.

          I request you to kindly block the sim card and arrange to issue me the same no.

          I have lost my Reliance sim card (GSM) baring cell no. [protected]name as “Kunal –Group “(purchased at Pune) lost at pune at 4 pm.Lastly I used this sim on 19/05/2010 in pune till 4 clock after that yesterday I have tried to reach my no but it has been switched off.

          So sir i request you to please block my no. so it can't be used by anyone in a wrong manner.

            Reliance GSM — No incoming call, no outgoing calls

            This is very said to know that after the death to a dhirubhai ambani both of their elder brother are only trying to get money and money and their services deteorited day by day..


            I have a reliance GSM sim and currently i am a user of it. Whenever i am trying to make a call from this number , i always getting a message that unable to connect. Even this problem not only stops here, i am not able to recieve any call . My incoming is also not working. I have lodge a complaint lot to times in the reliance GSM complaint cell but always i got a same message over phone that sir actually we don't have any supervisor on floor right now and we will call you later.

            Please help me ..

            After MNP from reliance cdma to reliance gsm my gsm sim got activated and received your activation sms but my outgoing call service is not yet started & can only receive incoming call i have tried complaining in reliance web world and customer care but they say try calling after 2 hrs ur service will start but its been 5 days my services is not yet started they even told me to do a recharge of 50 rs and see i have even tried it but my service is not yet started

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              The telephone number 139 is a gift by Indian Railway; by this number we can get different facilities. So the thing is that I am using RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE, but this 139 number I am not able to contact especially when I am in Orissa state. But when I am going to another state, means when I am in roaming this 139 telephone no is working.

              So please help me to come over from this problem.

                I (Vipin Kumar Gupta) am using Reliance Broadband since last one year. I am very much satisfied with the services but today I got a call from retention department for bill payment. They asked me to pay the bill. I asked her to waive off the late fee in my bill because it was due to company's mistake.But instead of giving me a positive response she was talking to me in a abusive language. Her behaviour was very bad which lead to loss of one customer to reliance. I will get my bradband connection disconnected very soon.
                Kindly take appropriate action in against of the executive.

                I hv broad band connection with Reliance UP to December 24 th 2014 on same day I hv cancelled my connection still I am receiving bill
                Also 29th December I receive call from customers care they said they are giving 3 months free of cost they said we are convert to that plan so pls wait 3 month after that still not interested we will cancel

                But I am receiving bill

                  We have procured new reliance net connect data card (model:EC1262). We have facing a problem in it,
                  whenever we logoff the system to login from another login remotely intenet is getting disonnected.

                  This is not the case with old model of reliance data card, any broaband connection and even with Tata Indicom.

                  Please any one help me how to come out this problem.

                  Reliance Netconnect — Neglected and Helpless

                  I am an unfortunate holder of a Reliance mobile phone No.[protected].

                  I cannot send SMS to my daughter’s mobile when she goes abroad on work.

                  My complaints to the company’s Customer-Care help line have had no effect for over a year. They never say they cannot do it, but make you go round in circles with one false promise after another. I must have exchanged at least twenty emails but in vain. The common feature of the help line’s reply is the following ironic sentence:

                  “We understand the inconvenience caused to you and take this as a feedback to improve our services to meet your expectations.”

                  There is, of course, never any change. They just do not care.

                  When I tried calling my daughter from my mobile, I was asked to pay a deposit of Rs.2000/-. I did that, and when my daughter was in Indonesia next I tried calling her. But I could not connect.

                  I could neither remain in touch with my daughter by SMS nor mobile.

                  I got fed up, and thought of going to another mobile service provider after the number portability starts from 31.10.2010.

                  I gave a written request to the company to refund my deposit of Rs.2000/- on 26.7.2010, and I was told it will take 45 days. When nothing happened till end of September 2010, I made a complaint to the Customer-Care help line by email. I must have already exchanged a dozen emails, but there is no action so far. They have the most ingenious methods of keeping a customer go around in circles. They have twice tried telling me the amount is “Not refundable”. When I contest this, they promise to refund. It is more than obvious they will keep me hanging for ever.

                  Is there any way the company can be taught an unforgettable lesson?

                  I have complained about the way I am losing money with my prepaid netconnect datacard connection but I didn't get any reply on that. I also spoke to customer care people but they are helpless in resolving the issue.

                  Briefly the problem is that I have changed to Prepaid plan for the netconnect datacard. Before changing I lost my money without using the connection and I were to wait for 2 months to change my plan to Prepaid even after applying for changing to prepaid. You can check the history o[censored]sage of my datacard and you will realise how much money I paid towards the monthly charges when I was under Postpaid plan. It is very difficult procedure to change to Prepaid and I managed to get that converted to Prepaid.

                  After changing to prepaid plan also it is not that helpful for me to use the datacard to the max amount that I recharge for. 30 Days is the maximum validity period using which I use to recharge for and I don't need to use the datacard regularly to get the total amount utilised for whatever I recharge for and once the validity period expires I am losing my money. This happed twice in last 3 months and each time I recharged using Rs.350/- and used it for one or two hours only.

                  Could someone please look into this for GOD's sake and refund my money based on my usage. I was not aware that after 30days the money will be lost but I was under impression that even after the validity period expires and If i recharge again I will retain my old balance similar to mobile usage. It seems to be something different for DATACARDS and it is ridiculous to say that such policy is inforce for Prepaid wireless internet connection plans.

                  Reliance OR any other such provider has to change such policies eating up customer's hard earned money without any courtesy. Please review those policies and please refund my money based on my usage for last 3-4 months.

                    i am rahul surana from thane.i had dont recharge of rs.300 on my prepaid card no.[protected]
                    i recieved the due balance in my account on some where between 24th april to 28th april 2010.
                    on 29th i had a balance of about approx rs.280.on 30th morning when i checked the balance was just rs.37.i had made a few calls but not worth rs.250.when i called the customer care they have no answere for the same.
                    i want justice for the same.the company is doing white collar cheating me.

                      i srikanth, i purchaced reliance prepaid SIM( [protected]) in the month of OCT 2009 in hyderabad, i submitted my passport xerox copy for proof of identity n address. i am working in a certral govt, so i went to trivandrum for training purpose in the month of OCT 2009. in trivandrum i had a problem of discontinuing of service in roming, then i contacted service centre then they said once again submit documents of proof at the nearest service centre than i replied that it is very difficult at present because i am in roming at that time so they said that i can submit the same in trivandrum itself than i submited my document in trivandrum, kerla. after that my services start working for one week and same problem repeated i.e service blocked. than i contacted again to the service centre than they told once again i submitted my documents in hyderabad with the help of my friends in hyderabad even though i am in trivandrum at that time. the customer service centre in hyderabad said that my services were blocked from trivandrum so it(SIM) is not belonging to hyderabad, AP circle.
                      so what ever may be the case, i submitted my documents 3 times(2 times in hyderabad, 1 time in trivandrum) at present my number is not working even after nearly six months every time your rep.in hyderabad(head office in hyderabad) saying that we sent mail to trivandrum circle to un blocked my number.

                        Hi team, i am a cdma prepay subscriber with reliance since past 1 year...a month ago my handset and simcard was stolen so i had blocked my services, later i purchased a simcard from vishrantwadi reliance webworld, i was informed that the simcard will be activated in 24 hours, but i waited 48 hours , the simcard was activated, i was able to make calls only to relince customer care, i am unable to make/receive calls and text from/to any number, so i contacted customer care and i spoke to Nitesh Mhatre, he informed me that simcard is active, so i inquired if there are any bars on my account, the advisor rudely commented "wo sab mereko nahi malum, kidhar aur ja", he also gave me incorrect information that the service is down , i inquired at which place the service is down, the advisor then asked my location i informed i am in pune, then he said that services in pune is down, i asked for supervisor, he said he cant put me to supervisor....this is the most worst experience i had, i suggest that advisor should take responsibilty in providing accurate information.....then i called again, i spoke to another advisor who informed that there isnt any upgardation or service failure, then he informed to to contact cdma contact center, i requested him to transfer the cal but he said he cant do that, i asked for a contact number, he didnt have that, also he req me to call on same *333 which doesnt have specific option for cdma...few questions which were unanswered 1)is there a differrent dept for cdma?
                        2)both the times i asked for supervisor but i was durectly refused, are there noo supervisor s at RELIANCE?
                        3)my simcard shows active but still i cant use service though i have balance and network?
                        4)what does reliance do in order for inconvenience and for the custmers who sufferr because or incorrect information due to incorrect people in customer service?
                        5)inspite of validating on the account, the advisors are blank and not able to answer any query?
                        ....thsi is dusgusting and one of the worst service provided by worlds number on network, as its only quantity and not quality?...my service is stil not working, i am very dissapiinted, i will have to give a second thought...this should be taken seriously if it realy bothers anyone..

Veerapuram may be a village but here Taminadu Special Police (T.S.P Camp) is situated and more than 20,000 people were getting trained in the camp. But here the reliance tower signal was not getting.There was no RELIANCE TOWER in our village. So many of them uses other communications.
                          If a reliance tower is constructed in our village, it will be more useful for us.

                              my name is achal kumar soni and my reliance number is [protected]. and this taken on the name of my younger brother ramakant soni. me and my family members are using reliance mobile for communication purpose. one day we found that they deduct rupees 25. Apart from lodging a complain and calling again and again no feed back was provided by customer care.Fortunately I get the line a day and asked that how they deduct 25 rupees frommy account. they replied that we have activated caller tune. i asked to activate this service without activated by us. I was surprised when i called on my this mobile it was regular bell ring no song or caller tune. When i asked reliance customer care executive he said please stay on line till then i check for the reason but he disconnected my call. when i asked them about this they said we don't know anything but you have activated a song. in this case they dint returned the money. they always gave lame excuses.
                              Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

                              My mobile number is [protected].My no. was automatically subcribed to cricket bat on reliance service and my balance was deducted.Apart from lodging a complain and calling again and again no feed back was provided by customer care.Fortunately I gat the line a day and asked to unsubscribe the same above.And the complain no. was 96171593 dated30.04.09. After that I recived the message of deactivation on 03.05.09. But to my Surprise My balance was again deducted on 05.05.09. and on 29.04.09. So is this the policy of the company to make the customers fool and theft their money.
                              Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

                                  Myself Bhupender Singh using RIM no. [protected]. Till 12 of March'10 I was very much satisfied with the services. But after that I have series of complaints against regarding services, which I am mentioning below:

                                  1) I have activated ! paisa sms plan on aforesaid number, but suddenly my this service was discontinued (due to which I was charged Rupee 1 for each sms instead of 1 paisa) and the reason given by your customer care representative was that there was no sufficient balance in my account. But I would like to inform you that the date I activated this number my balance was never less than Rs. 600. Due to this I suffered a loss of Rs 200 (the number of sms I sent)

                                  2) On 4th of April'10 my balance was Rs. 597.22, but on 5th I received numbers of massages informing me that various VAS were activated and my balance after that was only Rs. 2.22. All these services were activated without my permission. I also want to inform you that I never pass my cell to anyone so there is no chance that such services are activated by any other. I have lodged a complaint against this and I was informed that within 48 the amount deducted will be added to my account, but after 6 days have been passed but no proper action is taken in this behalf. Complain no.[protected]

                                  3) Then on 10th of this month again I recharged my mobile with voucher of Rs. 399 by which I received Talk Time of Rs. 175.01. But again on 12th morning I received messages that various VAS are again activated, without my permission and my balance now was reduced to Rs. 40.

                                  Reliance Com. is not able to provide any details i.e. on ringing to which number these services were activated.

                                    I have lost my Reliance GSM Pre - Paid SIM card (no:[protected] last Dec 2009 and then i placed a report to Police Station and get replaced a new SIM card from "Reliance Customer Service Centre", (Datamate, NH- 52, near SBI, Biswanath Chariali, Sonitpur, Assam - 784176) in January 2010. but till to date the SIM card is not activated. I have visited the Reliance Customer Service Centre more than 10 times. According to them they have some technical problem so that I made so many calls to "Reliance Call Centre" to get solution. They always suggested me to go Reliance Customer Service Centre and Reliance Customer Service Centre suggested me to contact Reliance Call centre. Finally on 17th Apr 2010 Call Centre Fellows gave a Complain number against the not activation of SIM card::[protected] and they told me that within 24 hours the problem will be solved. but still I am facing the same problem.

                                    I tried all the processes to activate my Reliance Pre-Paid Sim Card. I got only negative result from all of them.

                                    So I place this complain to you to get Positive result.
