Hi team, i am a cdma prepay subscriber with reliance since past 1 year...a month ago my handset and simcard was stolen so i had blocked my services, later i purchased a simcard from vishrantwadi reliance webworld, i was informed that the simcard will be activated in 24 hours, but i waited 48 hours , the simcard was activated, i was able to make calls only to relince customer care, i am unable to make/receive calls and text from/to any number, so i contacted customer care and i spoke to Nitesh Mhatre, he informed me that simcard is active, so i inquired if there are any bars on my account, the advisor rudely commented "wo sab mereko nahi malum, kidhar aur ja", he also gave me incorrect information that the service is down , i inquired at which place the service is down, the advisor then asked my location i informed i am in pune, then he said that services in pune is down, i asked for supervisor, he said he cant put me to supervisor....this is the most worst experience i had, i suggest that advisor should take responsibilty in providing accurate information.....then i called again, i spoke to another advisor who informed that there isnt any upgardation or service failure, then he informed to to contact cdma contact center, i requested him to transfer the cal but he said he cant do that, i asked for a contact number, he didnt have that, also he req me to call on same *333 which doesnt have specific option for cdma...few questions which were unanswered 1)is there a differrent dept for cdma?
2)both the times i asked for supervisor but i was durectly refused, are there noo supervisor s at RELIANCE?
3)my simcard shows active but still i cant use service though i have balance and network?
4)what does reliance do in order for inconvenience and for the custmers who sufferr because or incorrect information due to incorrect people in customer service?
5)inspite of validating on the account, the advisors are blank and not able to answer any query?
....thsi is dusgusting and one of the worst service provided by worlds number on network, as its only quantity and not quality?...my service is stil not working, i am very dissapiinted, i will have to give a second thought...this should be taken seriously if it realy bothers anyone..

I had purchased Reliance GSM SIM card from the Reliance Franchisee Located in greter noida, on 21/01/2012. Mobile No Purchased: [protected]. I have submitted all the required documents and forms on same day.but number not activate so i have required documents submitted second time in reliance care in sec 18 (opposite of GIP) on dated 15/2/2012 and then number had activated but our number is disactivate on dated 20/2/2012. I am suffering from this problem Please solve my Problem soon.
