refund against deactivation of number

fake agent

reliance agent firstly call me to offer postpaid connection with new per second plan, n i agree to take that connection after that he came to noida from delhi reliance (pitampura) branch and he takes RS700 for connection and address verification. my sim got activated after 15 hour and after 3 days it get barred n call to cstmr care to file the complaint but they didn't taken action till now.

Fraudulent service and pathetic customer care

I have a netconnect connection [protected]. After first bill (15 days after starting service) from reliance their USB device stopped working and customer care bluntly told me that it is a third party instrument so I need to get it repaired from their service center.

Complaint regarding auto subscribe in different schemes

Deactivation of caller tune

I am a subscriber of Reliance SMART service about 3 yrs.I have received one message from the said network that one caller tune has been activated and deduct RS-30/- with out my knowledge. It is very same ful matter that a great company earn money from innocent public without their knowledge. I equest that please rfund my money as early as possible.Because my money is not black money. Non Availibility of Blank Sim....

I am Abhay Kumar Agrawal, residing in D-3, Madahav Nagar, Akota,Vadodara, lost my mobile with GSM Sim (No. [protected]) on 8th Nov morning in Delhi. Now when i returned to Vadodara, I've applied for a new blank sim card so as to start using my mobile. Deduction of money for CRBT by smart gsm

I am a reliance smart gsm user. I received a message from gsm services, that CRBT is renewed and amount of Rs 30 is deducted from your balance and to unsubscribe sms unsub 1003 to 121 but i did not subscribed any caller back tune. Shameless and fraud RELIANCE BROADBAND

Billing Procedure And Customer Care

Recently I shifted to Reliance GSM Mobile, after the announcement of 'Simply Reliance' Plan. I thought of giving it a try. My Mobile No. [protected] Maharashtra Circle.

Excess billing and showing false usage

This is with respect to the Reliance broadband internet services, the fixed plan does work for first few months, after that the billing amount zooms. It varies according to the usage everone understands but not in such manner which happens in case of reliance broadband internet services.
From past several months the usage shown is also exaggerated daily usage of minimum 7 hrs that too when nobody uses the same at those hours mentioned....
