Dear Sir

This refers to my Reliance CDMA pre-paid cell No. [protected]. Since, last 6 months I am unable to unsubscribe the Masti Ka Rang Pack which you have activated automatically and deducting every month Rs.30 for it. The pack is not at all required by me. My hard earned money is just being drained because of you. I have sent number of sms to de-activate the pack and everytime I receive a confirmation sms on deactivation but it is kept activated and I loose Rs.30/ everytime. Please tell me the way to remove the pack should I discontinue my reliance connection? Please return back all my money whichever you have deducted against masti ka rang pack for no reasons and fault of mine.

Please take action immediately.

My complaint is regarding the services offered to prepaid consumer. They deduct Rs 10 for caller tunes, Rs 30 for mobile radio services or similar other services without your consent and they refuse to refund this amount when you tell about this problem. This happens every month and the customer care department says that it is not a system error and does not believe in that when we say that we have never asked for such so called value added services. This is highly unfair business practice. Though they have reduced the call charges now, they have found another way of extracting money from customers. This must stop and we all customers must unite to stop them from doing this practice.

    HELLO,
    MY name is umesh chandra jaiswal.
    my mobile no. is [protected].
    30 RS. has been deducted from my prepaid account on 19.10.2009.
    i have complaint for it on 20.10.2009.
    After several attempts, they agree to regiser a complain.
    on the behalf of the complain no.[protected] a balance of 30 RS. have been added in my account on the morning.

    BUT AT THE EVENING,
    again 30 RS. have been deducted from my accont.
    i again called to the customer care centre.
    but at this time,they refused to register the complain.
    according to them, it was my mistake that this service MASTI KE RANG was activated by me.
    i said to them, that i have not activated this service.
    they have disconnected my line every time whenever i called to the customer care.

    then i tried with another number, then they said to me that u have to unsubscribe this service by dialling 56300400 or 56300863.
    BUT on dialling these numbers, no unsubscription instruction is haerd.

    ONLY, a voice instruction heard for subscription that service for which my 30 RS. has been deducted from my account.


    PLZ LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    Greetings of the Day !!!
    My Reliance GSM no. is [protected].
    Reliance has been regularly deducting money from my prepaid account without my knowledge.
    1st Incident: 18th sept deducted 30Rs. without my knowledge.After this I've requested for activation of DND[Do not Disturb] service.
    2nd Incident: 19th Oct'09 deducted Rs 30 for FM service.Asked for updates & complaint about the same[Complaint no:[protected]] Customer Service evecutive not having proper info & transferred my call 2times others without intimating.Finally no response on my complaint no & from reliance. No use of Complaining.
    3rd Incident: 4th Nov'09 deducted 7Rs this time my phone was switched off & balance got deducted to my surprise.
    Every time I'm calling Customer Care & requesting to stop all unwanted calls & sms.I've requested for this 46 days before & its not yet activated &they have taken my new request today & will take more 45days for stopping this service.
    So whatsthe fun using Reliance GSM service & throwing my money useless.

    I am fed up of reliance mobile services and I will advise my friends & collegues to not to take any of the reliance services if my query is not resolved. As they are just fooling customers.
    I want DNB [Do not disturb]service to be activated within 28 hours & my money 67 Rs back.

    The major problem of reliance gsm is network problem. In jamshedpur area there is so much problem of no network and less network.The main area of problem is in area of tube company, burmamines.Jamshedpur.This is my 22 complaint.     My brother is also facing the same issue almost from 2 months and around 20 times i registered a complain and call also but every time these people are saying that "We regret the inconvenience caused to you while using our services and are concerned by the feedback received from you". I also email many times to my concern area nodal officer "Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com" but no response I think he sleeping or not able to handle this services or not capable enough for this customer services.

    I could provide you the content of chain mail because now its become around 20 pages. This is the totally harassment of the customers and Picking pockets without a person's knowledge and this normally called as cheap/cheater/fraud..etc..This is totally a mental harassment.

    MY REQUEST IS THAT TO RELIANCE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THAN SIT DOWN ON THE STREET AND BEG FOR THE MONEY ATLEAST THIS WILL BE LEGAL TO FULLFIL RELAINCE DREAMS THAT “KAR LO DUNIA MUTTHI ME”. REAL QUOTE

    Answer the following queries:
    1. Is your concerned department very loose or lazy and not interested to solve problems
    quickly?
    2. When u people will take necessary action?
    3. Will you people deduct balance illegaly in the next month(Dec, Jan...) also?
    4. How long will u make me fool?
    5. Do you want that i should not use your sim?
    6. Whats your problem to solve my problem?
    7. Is my problem is a major problem?
    8. Why u people deducted my balance(Rs.20, Rs. 30) illegaly without my knowledge?
    9. Is this reliance customer care service?
    10. Why you people cheating customers?
    11 Why Reliance is getting Great Cheater?
    12. Why Reliance is harrasing customer?
    13. Has Reliance company been fully corrupt?
    14. Has Reliance decrease call charges for cheating and lying?

    Has Reliance company has power to answer the above queries? If I get the answer defiantly I would be the happiest person in this word.

    And I will not let them out from this till my problem is not resolve. I will continue the complain regarding the same and lets see who can solve this problem( Customer Court, Reliance, Legal action )

    This is my humble request to consumer court this services please do me favor even not only for me for all the peoples who are facing the same problems.

      Hi,
      My Reliance Broadband account was compromised because of which my bill came upto 10,600 INR.
      Despite raising this issue with the customer care and the concerned authorities, there was no action taken from there side.
      Now, they have sent a litigation notice to negotiate the amount in the lok taluka.
      I would not want to pay the charges for the connection which i have not used.

      Hence,i need to register a complaint against Reliance Infocomm.

      I have Reliance WiMax Connection and having problem with the modem. i raised complaint on 18 th oct 2010 but it still pening till date.

        I have been using reliance CDMA service for more than a year from now bearing no: [protected]. I had taken this connection for using call conference for my business purpose i.e talking to my client and my developer. From the day one reliance had given me excellent service in signal clarity. But from past 15 days reliance had stopped call conference on my number (if a person from X location had called and it is incoming and I want to connect to other person which would be outgoing call from my mobile, if I try to put on conference it not getting activated). I need a clarification on this I tried to speak to customer care dept. they say sorry sir this service is currently not supported in reliance. Is it your wish and will that you would give service or withdraw it from time to time. please let me know what is the problem you have that if there is one incoming call why you are not giving me this service,

          I have Reliance Prepaid Connection having no. [protected] since 20.09.09. Reliance Communications is violating Basic Consumer Rights by forcefully subscribing its various other services like Caller Tunes, Hello Tunes, Jokes Service, Games Service, R World, Bakwas Service, etc.to Prepaid Mobile users and deducting money by cheating the Mobile users. Even after Registering my no. in dnd registration, I am getting a lot of caller tune calls from Reliance Communications irritating me. It has forcefully subscribed me to R World, Caller Tunes and Bakwas Jokes Service and deducted money from my account without my knowledge and even after my Prepaid balance has become Zero at the moment, I have received a SMS from Reliance Communications saying that it is renewing my Bakwas Service and debiting money to my account - clearly cheating and defrauding the consumer. Reliance Communications is forcefully subscribing its prepaid mobile users to its various services like R World, Caller Tunes, Hello Tunes, Missed Call Alerts, Bakwas Jokes Service even without knowledge of the mobile users and deducting money from consumer's account and its Customer Care No. 1909 call centre staff is very arrogant and do nothing for customer service and do not refund any money deducted as explained above. I would like to request Consumer Forum to take penal action against Reliance Communications for defrauding Consumers.

          They do the same to me, shamelessly. Everytime they deduct my money and tell that I only subscribed for that plan. Even when I ask them to deactivate, they keep charging me again and again and again. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Rude, irresponsible and unethical- even cutting calls and telling lies that no complaints were previously registered. Highly inconsistentn

          I have Reliance Prepaid Connection having no. [protected] since several years. I deposited Rs. 100/- last week and I had made hardly a phone call of Rs. 5/- form last week till todate, to day I enquired on *333 then balance told to me was Rs. 68/- and this type of complaint was lodged by me several times but as soon as i deposit money immidiately they deduct Rs. 30 towards monthly caller tune without asking and without being activated.

          I am facing the same problem regarding some service call Bakwas sms which I have never applied when asked the customer care executive Ms. Sabiya Shaikh the mot arrognat and vernac background person replies that I have applied for the same which she cannot confirm me when I have applied that means she is lying. Also infact she started blaming me that why have you not unsubscribed with the same in time. Every month they deduct without my knowledge Rs. 30 for this stupid service. I have never seen such kind of forced services in my life why should we pay for something which we never wanted. Where is democracy? where is nodal officer, these nos and emails never get answered? I have also written to DOT and TRAI but with no response. I thnk reliance pays their officers also to keep shut for this kind of complains. I would like to request consumer forum to take penal action against Reliance Communication for defrauding consumers in a very big way. I would like to take stict action against the constumer care executive who comes from uneducated background to companies by bribing the reliance company people and then answering in the most rudest way

            Our complain to reliace was:-
            This is to inform you that our above land line has a problem of signal dropping problem. This is from last 3 months and we have given our complain several time on

            30333333. Inspite of many request, your department is not able to solve this problem. There is no feedbaclk from your company. This phone is placed at my business place and I am loosing lot of business for your bad services.



            When there is a due date, your people calls up for payment but what about the services. You can see our bill and you will be able to that we have not been using minimum llimit. All this is because of signal dropping.



            We have also faxed our complaint to Mr Tilak Chatterjee 3 times, but this gentleman has no time to solve this complain.



            If your company is unable to solve this problem, kindly take your instrument and refund our deposit immediately.

              had sent a mail to customer.grievance at reliance as even they did the same fraud with me
              and no one is listening to complaint now as customer care say they only deal in trading not enquiries or problems. And branch offices never pick up a call. Even they closed the gurgaon branch n i cant leave my office and go to delhi to their office to talk to their executives. It would be like banging head against a wall. I mean if you give a plan to customer for a time period i think its illegal changing the plan structure without prior notice and even in the tenure but they do with full liberty. And as our money is in their accounts they are doing it all the time. Atleast if i hadnt had any money in account i could have closed but now there is no way out instead of paying all their charges. This was the mail i sent to them and i still havent got a reply. :( What to do now i am so frustrated now

              Hello,

              I have started feeling very frustrated using services of Reliance money now
              While opening account i was promised a good support and value for money but i see none of it in place. My account was opened with simple terms and conditions that i would be charged an annual maintainence of 50 Rs and no other charges than limit card which would compensate for trading brokerage would be applicable to my account

              But as i had started using the account, once i had been cheated with limit card charges which after a lot of calls and complaints i had been able to get compensated. Also i see a lot of charges being put on my account of which i don't even have a clue and neither does the customer care support ever able to clarify. The charges for account maintainence had been increased from 50 to 200 although notified but the raise was direct 300 percent. Also now the new condition of additional charge of 15 Rs to be applied per transaction (even when the brokerage is taken care of by my limit card) are applicable to current customers. What kind of service is this? If a person is taking an yearly plan and paying in advance for it then he should not be charged by any means in case of change of company policies. Although from the next year he can be intimidated about the policy change and thus go for a plan change. That is the legal way of doing business but Reliance has cheated on that.
              Also when i am trying to put any queries and clarifications regarding my account i am never able to get a reply from customer care as they always suggest on calling local offices when Gurgaon office has been shut down and no one in delhi offices ever pick up the phone.
              I would like to have my account closed down and i would forward a similar email to our Siemens management and other corporations as well so that atleast all my fellow employees get to know about the policy breaches at reliance and be careful while availing services from reliance in future.

              I would request you to please close my account or atleast provide a satisfactory answer to all my queries as i would even like to continue this relation with Reliance if the charges and terms are clarified satisfactorily.

                Dear Friends,

                I purchased Reliance Highspeed Netconnect modem in 3rd week of August 09 by paying Rs, 3500/-, after that I got my 1st recharge done of 15 GB for Rs. 1935/- which was valid for 30 days, till this time everything was fine.

                As soon as I got my 2nd recharge done for Rs. 1655/- for 10 GB data on 13th Oct 09, I used it for next 3-4 days but suddenly it disappeared and my NIGHTMARE started. I called customer care department atleast 20 times and everytime I am hearing a new story, on 20th Oct they told me pls do the top up for Rs. 20/- and everything will be fine, I could connect for 15-20 minutes and after that I was back to square one. Next day when I contacted customer care, I was told to recharge for Rs. 80/- as my so called Core balance is less, which I did and than it worked for 1 hr and again same problem. On 22nd Oct I recharged for Rs. 500/- for 500 MB and using that data to connect at the moment.

                My Initial problem of recharging for 10 GB data for Rs. 1655/- is still unsolved and their is NO resolution from Reliance. When I was buying this Reliance card I was adviced by so many people don't buy Reliance services, unfortunately I did a mistake and now paying price for it. RELIANCE WILL CHARGE YOU ATLEAST TWICE/THRICE than the amount published on their website/brochure on one context or another

                In nutshell, I have paid Rs. 7690/- to use Reliance Netconnect services for 2 months time. I STRONGLY recommend anyone NOT to go for Reliance NET connect services. To be wiser I am thinking to break my Netconnect card into pieces and throw into drain otherwise these guys will rip me off.

                  Kindly find mentioned below detailed description of my harrowing experience with reliance communication and a mail that i have sent to the reliance communication with last hope.

                  Hi All,

                  I am not able to understand what bills yourl keep generating... Its a very pathetic way of functioning... Reliance is suppose to be a brand but sorry your services are real pain for customers.. Kindly be informed that i have send multiple request for termination several times and got reliance service terminated twice. Finally i had to again visit your web world in borivali west where two exec named Ms Vandita and Ms Seema attended to our problems due to lack of responsibility and proper functioning of reliance communication wherein Ms Vandita co-ordinated with several departments and waived off the bill amount but still i had to pay approximate bill of 280 by debit card and got it terminated. This is the the second time I had made the payment for the same termination which is already done with receipt for the same with proper confirmation and termination letter mentioned in termination id.

                  I do have 3 termination id’s i.e[protected], [protected],[protected] given to me by reliance communication and two termination receipts. I did consulted the exec from reliance web world 10 to 15 times for assurance that my number [protected] is terminated and i wont get any new bills further which Ms Vandita(Manager) assured and committed to me that my number is terminated and wont receive any bills or do not need to make any payment anytime thereafter, but still i am facing inconvinience because of yourl and getting calls for payment and also guys coming at my doorstep asking for payment which is now become a serious thing for me and my family.

                  Ms Smita and Meena Yadav from shree has asked me to escalate this issue via mail at [protected]@gmail.com due to false assurance by reliance web world.

                  Kindly take strict action against the customer service executives calling in for the payments as they are incapable of communicating with the customers, can barely speak or understand English and we inspite of communicating with your cse’s in hindi, they lack understanding and mess it all up for reliance and reliance users.


                  They misguide reliance customers by sharing a simple information if asked as to where is your call center situated and one of the executive answers Andheri while the other one answers Bandra-Kurla complex . It shows how reliance executives are passing wrong informations to their customers . A humble request to all the managers and senior authorities to kindly provide proper training to all your customer service executives and senior officers based in reliance and your third party call center named shree on product knowledge and communication skills.

                  Hence after such harrowing experience with reliance , neither I am going to use any reliance service nor anybody who is associated with me wish to use reliance service since all are aware of a really bad experience that reliance has given me….

                  Hoping that reliance would be capable of resolving this issue and understand this simple thing that i dont want reliance service anymore in my life and do the needfull of closing my account completely which is still on suspension mode as per the information provided by shree call center agents since all the payment and termination from my end is done. Will send you scanned copy of both the full and final payments or termination receipts asap.

                    So please confirm at your end
                    Again yesterday morning 8/6/2010 at 11.35o'clock i had talk with the executive of your call centre and she told me TWICE that i have no due balance. and my account is clear and terminated. You may counter check with your recorded lines.

                    One more thing i want to ask you...that you called me after 2 years, if i had really due payment then why you didnt called me before this.. Even you didnt call me after your executive collected the Instrument...or say after 3-4 months or in that same year in 2008.

                    Your system shows that my service is in " active status"...your system didnt show my request numbers...than it is not my fault.

                    Lets consider the complaint number were freak, than how your executive collected instrument from me as he had request with him for termination.

                    It is your responsibility to terminate my service after instrument was collected by your executive.If you dont then its not my fault.

                      I am using this connection for more than 3 years. This connection is dead from May'2009. For which complain has been launched on 21.05.2009 vide complain no. 98216892. Since than I am followingup with customer care of Reliance but nothing has done. Whenever I call they give me new complain no. and say that same will be rectified in 1-2 days. Now I am having more than ten complain no with me but nothing has done.

                      Moreover I am receiving monthly rental bill every month without using phone. I am receiving call from collection centre of Relincae and they used to use bad language at that time.

                      Request you to look into this and take necessary steps to rectify this.

                      You early action in this regard will be highly obliged.

                        I TOOK CONNECTION ON 14TH OCTOBER AND THEY DINT BOTHER TO ACTIVATE IT YET.. I WENT THREE TIMES TO THEM AND NO1 SPOKE PROPERLY TO ME.. ALL THEY SAID WAS THAT THEY WILL ACTIVATE IT TOMORROW TOMORROW AND TOMORROW.. IEVEN XPLAINED TO THEM THAT AM A STUDENT AND I CANT AFFORD TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY GOING THR BT NO1 CARED...SOME OF THEM GAVE ME THE WRONG NUMBERS OF THE PLACE AND DIS WAS DA LIMIT... I SUFFERED A LOT AND STILL SUFFERING.. THE PERSON I CALLED UP TO SAYS CALL ME IN 10 MINUTES AND HE NEVER ATTEND MY CALLS AFTER THAT.. EVERYONE IS RUNNING FROM THR RESPONSIBILITIES...                           In the month of March 2009, Reliance Communication had launched data card with two month free scheme. I purchased data card for Rs. 3500/- from Reliance Mobile Store, Hiranadani complex, sector 7, Kharghar, Navimumbai. But employee of the store were not able to start the data card almost for 2 days. I returned the card and requested to with draw it. I got back my money.

                          After one month in april I got the bill for the services not used by me. On the bill my Reliance No. is [protected]. up to September 2009 I was getting bill every month. All those bill are submitted by me to the shop from where I purchased datacard. In the month of September 2009 some people came to my house to collect the money.

                          On 21st oct 2009 I received a Legal Notice from Adv. Shabnam Latiwala, advocate of Relaince TO INITIATE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS, CRIMINAL AS WELL AS CIVIL AGAINST ME .

                          And the funny thing in the whole matter is, whenever I visited the Reliance Mobile Store all the employees at showroom accepted the mistake and used disgusting words about the company’s operational policy and customer care.

                          What to do for this?

                          Whether people should go for Relaince Communications services in future?

                          Regarding every month bill, I informed to the Reliance Communications, still this problem … Why RELIANCE don’t have any system?

                          I request to all the people , please think twice before going for reliance services….. because they says “ MERE BAP KA SAPNA… SABKA MAL APNA”.

                            We have been using 19 reliance mobile connections in the name of our company for past six months.We had taken the connections on the assurance from the reliance outlet at Panchsheel Park-New Delhi thru Mr.Dheeraj that the service has been improved and there would not be any problem as we had been facing 2/3 year back.

                            We have received the bill dated 20/09/2009 vide bill no.[protected] against our relationship no.[protected] for Rs.1754(for 13 corporate connections) on 23/09/2009.We have deposited the cheque for the said amount vide cheque no.349294 dated 24/09/2009 on this date at their outlet at Adhchini,New Delhi.The cheque got cleared from our bank on 14/10/2009 But the reliance has barred their services on these connections for non-payment from 17/10/2009.

                            We have been calling up to the reliance (from whon we took the connections) outlet at Panchsheel and also called up Mr.Piyush Sukla,the relationship Manager of Reliance But they are just proving hight of their inefficiency.Due to non-connectivity we are just sitting handicapped and loosing our valuable clients.

                            Now,above responsible persons are avoiding our calls.In reliance there is no responsible person who can solve the problems.I think services of reliance is so poor,the billing system is worst and the responsible managers are just useless and irresponsible just putting a black spot in the name of reputed reliance group.

                            Reliance Communication — Inefficient response

                            Sir,
                            Reference to
                            1) Customer Account Number (CAN).[protected] •
                            2) Billing Account Number (BAN).-[protected]
                            We wish to place a complaint on the inefficent response received from Reliance support staff.
                            a) We were customer of Reliance Broadband Connection (Unlimited ) from year 2009, with half yearly payment option.
                            b) Due to less internet usage, we wished to switch to lower slab in December 2010.
                            c) Even though there was difficulty on making monthly payments visiting counters, we agreed to go ahead with RCOM on assurance from Cochin office Mr. Gitin, that monthly payments would be collected by RCOM field staff.
                            d) Not getting any response on the payment collection which was overdue , we contacted [protected]@relianceada.com, for follow up vide Letter dated February 28, 2011
                            e) We were then informed that payment collection would not be done. Vide Subject: RE:'ADAG=[protected]'Reference to your e-mail. We mentioned that Cochin office staff Mr. Gitin, assurance that monthly payments would be collected by RCOM field staff. This was informed to [protected]@relianceada.com, vide letter dated March 01, 2011
                            f) Even then, our request was refused by [protected]@relianceada.com
                            g) Hence we requested [protected]@relianceada.com, to disconnect the connection vide Letter dated March 01, 2011 .
                            h) Later, Mr. Gitin interfered dated 1st week of March, on telephone conference with Bombay office and confirmed that payments would be collected by RCOM field staff.
                            i) The issue was settled with this discussion. We received the Half yearly bill amount Re.633.35 dated 11th March, to be paid prior to 1st April 2011. This for the usage from 15th Feb 2011 till 6th Aug 2011(Bill Attached).
                            j) When we were about to make payment, the internet connection disconnected dated 18th March 2011, without our instruction nor any intimation. We were informed that this was on account on the termination request dated 01 March, 2011. We beleive that this against the norms of RCOM.
                            k) We requested that since the connection is disconnected, please to collect the instrument & settle the dues before 25th March 2011, as we are travelling from Cochin and be back only on June 2011.
                            l) In reply, we are told to post pond our Travel, as collection of equipment will take 15 days and then collection of dues a week after.
                            m) We are surprised to see, how the Reliance staff got that much power to interfere in our personnel life. All the above delay is due to the inefficient coordination of the staff.

                                  Caf incentives,otaf incentives,Activation slab schemes,not received since long. Our distributor M/S.Maruti Traders,Hinjilicut,Berhampur,Orissa has not given us even a single pie against our caf incentives and sim activation incentives since long.While asking to Sankar Prusty,Channel Manager and Rakesh Pradhan the leader of reliance they thretened us not to supply any voucher,sim,easy and handsets if we ask them about scheme.Kind request to ask distributor to supply the voucher,sims and handsets and possible ask them to provide our incentives.otherwise we will start to sell docomo,airtel,idea,aircell and vodafone sims and tata indicome handsets and also we request you to settle the scheme first then business start with us.

                                  Pl refer our telecon discussion on today had with you and mail on 15.12.11 regarding internet connection not working problem and it repeats continuously , after highlighted to your Nodal officer also and he promised to take action to get uninterrupted service . But , still problem exists and we got fed up by talking to customer care executives , who are unable to provide any solution , except entering of data into system . Customer care executives are not transferring call to shift supervisors and supervisors also not making call to us about solving of problem.
                                  As highlighted to you , it is causing disruption and delay in services to interact with clients and meet customer requirements . Pl take action to waive off the downtime charges in bill .
                                  Herewith , i have attached file consists the few details of complaint number , downtime and extra money spent details by us during downtime and actual downtime is higher than this . Pl
                                  In order to improve your customer service and sustain existing customers , we would recommend following points.
                                  1) Categorise the complaints like minor and major ( Server breakdown , natural calamity ) etc . Take action to solve the minor issues ( Wire loose connection and modem failure etc ) within 4 hrs . Since , it is not acceptable to need time of 24 hrs to solve minor problems .
                                  2) Automatic allotment of complaints from your customer care data base to your technician mobiles to speed up the process .
                                  3) We understood , even we register the complaint at 2.00 p.m on any day for minor problems and they will come on next days .
                                  Hope , you understood above concern and points and take necessary action by highlighting to your top management .

To unsub call[protected]tollfree)."
                                    and debit Rs. 15/- from my mobile account. I contact customer care and issue the request vide no is[protected] that for how can they debit money from my mobile account without any IVRS call and sms. They reply over phone it will be credited in your account within 48 hrs. for wrong charge. also i got sms from Relaince ([protected]) "Dear Reliance customer as per request[protected] has resolved Rs 15 will be credited in your account wihtin 48 hrs for wrong charging." But after 48 hrs to till now not credited in my mobile account. How can i solved it. Agian i complain for the above matter request No[protected] dated15.10.09.

                                      Due to your new tariff plan (all India @ Re.0.50P per minut) I had switched over from BSNL to Reliance and taken new SIM on 16.10.09 . As assured by concern my new no. [protected] aws activated on 17.10.209 but regret to inform you that my call charges are @ Re.1.00 per call on other net work withen UP.

                                      On contacting with the concern shopkeeper I was assured taht the same shall be activted withen 48 hours but the same has not been activated till now.

                                      Prepaid connection — Reliance prepaid No not working

                                      I m kaibalya Behera from Orissa taken Reliance prepaid connection having No [protected]
                                      Which was recharged with Rs 500 coupon on 22/01/08 for 1 year validity with Rs 1500 local reliance talk time.
                                      But now there is no outgoing or incoming on this number. Plz check the problem and let me know with immediate action.

                                      Reliance Prepaid Connection — false data charges

                                      I will never suggest to buy Reliance Netconnet to anyone, neither they have 3.1mbps speed nor data charges as per them 1Rs per MB.
                                      I have bought Reliance Prepaid connection, but from the first day i am facing a problem of false data charges as per reliance netconnect, they deduct 1Rs per MB but i have notice and note down that they deduct more than that. First time i have notice when i used 11MB they deduct 23Rs from core balance even when i got 10GB free uses for a month ( first time) than also they deduct money from my core balace. Although, i had more than 7GB to be used. Last time when i logged in, i had 23Rs core balance and used only 7MB and deduction was 22Rs.
                                      They do not have any details o[censored]ses after calling them several time to call centre and visiting their outlets.I asked them if i have used send me details on my E-mail ID. but they do.....

                                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am Shahid Husain doing M.Tech from Aligarh.My mobile no. is [protected].On 19 october 2009 at about 2:11 pm reliance activated MKR service on my mobile without my consent and my balance is deducted.
                                        When I call to customer care they told me that they have made me a call around 2:11 pm and i respond to that and then activated the service. But there is no call in my call log from reliance.When I told them to register a complaint they refused to lodge a complaint and disconnect my call and told me that your balance will not be returned back.
                                        When in evening I again call to customer care They transferred my call to senior management they lodge my complaint but again refused to return my balance.

                                        I am Raman Kant from Dehradun.My mobile no. is [protected].On 31 october 2009 at about 3:00 pm reliance activated MKR service on my mobile without my consent and my balance is deducted by 20 Rs.
                                        When I call to customer care they told you have activated MKR servised through IVR option but in my knowledge I didnt receive any call regarding this service. When I told them to register a complaint they refused to lodge a complaint and disconnect my call and told me that your balance will not be returned back.

                                        I think This new funda to make money becoz they distributing their SIM card for free and collecting money by this. And Reliance Costumer care also IIIrd class like their services.

                                        So pls guide me what should i do for it I am planning to go to Consumer forum against this..

                                        Idea — activation of traffic alert service again and again even after my refusal

                                        hi,
                                        I am an existing customer of idea and i am not at all happy with the help provided by the customer care centre.I have called up the idea customer care four times for the cancellation of traffic alerts service but it is not done so. this is the fourth time for which i have been charged for this service which i don't want.this is the sheer irresponsibilty of the custumer care people! being a student i cannot bear the charges of traffic alerts service which i actually do not want.Thus i want that Traffic Alerts service of idea gets deactivated as soon as possible!

                                        This was the main reason why i changed from Idea. They will charge you for no reason. Airtel also does this a lot.

                                        give a major complaint.and add also extra mirch masala to that complaint only then they will take it seriously.
                                        My mobile number is [protected].On 25 Nov 2009, reliance people has activated some "mantra pack" on my number, even though I haven't received any call nor do I have made call to customer care for any activation.
                                        It is case of cheating on behalf of RELIANCE.

                                        They(customer care) are talking rudely also.They think we users are slave for them so they can shout at us.They are also telling telling abuse words and shouting on us.

                                        They are not refunding the money and not ready to accept that they have automatically deducted the amount wihtout my consent
