I purchased Big TV Package for Rs. 4990.00 on 9th Sep, 2008 and opted for MAX subscription. Now I'm getting calls regarding my payment for subscription being due on 17th Dec, 2008. As per my information on purchase of MAX 4990 offer I was to get 1 yr Max subscription for free. However when called the call center executives they are not able to provide me with any detail with a simple reason that there isn't sufficient balance in my a/c and the solution is to recharge my a/c by paying subscription amount. I don't understand why am I asked to recharge my account when I'm suppose to have the subscription free for a year.
I also had similar issue for wrong package being applied to my account before for which logges another complain before

Zee TV, Sab TV, Filmy, ...etc.), I have lodged a complain for the same on 21st sep, 2008 (complain no.[protected], but even after my repeated calls to the call center executives this complain is not resolved.
Only responce I received for the above complain is as below:
