Less Talk Time

The company had a scheme of giving 600 talk time for 500 top up. I went to the retailer and filled the same. The card gave me just 445 top up. The retailor says its the fault of the distributor and the company said that it cannot help me. I want to know what actions can be taken on the distributor because of his fault i have a loss of almost Rs. 150 which could get me another card....

Reliance prepaid balance

I have been using this reliance prepaid mobile [protected] provided by my company since last 9 months. There are fifteen connections using by differest staff of our company. Means we are very good customer to Reliance.
But my compalin is I have recharged my account with Rs. 500/- on dated 9th of December 2008. Now on 10th of December suddenely i have noticed that my balance is 4Rs. 80 paise only. I enquired with reliance customer care...

Not getting parts for Mobile Handset for reparing

I am using Reliance billing postpaid Mobile for more than 4Yrs.
I have samsung SCH-A603 handset which needs to be repaired.
But i am unable to find the spare parts in any service centers given by Reliance company.

SLOW SPEED

I bought a Net connection USB from one of the Reliance Web World in Kerala for approx Rs 3000.
The down load rate is below 2 Kb/second in day time and in night its almost zero.

This is frustarting...being an NRI. I was always proud to talk about success of Reliance in my friends group of other nationalities.

I feel ashamed of myself for chosing such a product now...

Its my request to authorities...

From last three-four months Relience smart Gsm service in Ranchi (Jharkhand) is ruined by the company as there is no connectivity within the network or vis-a-vis. Yesterday I faced the worst face of Time in my life just only because I am a costumer of Relience smart Gsm. I disconnected that phone in year 2006. I have not recvd the bill yet. I asked local webworld people hundred many times But received no response.
