I am a customer of Reliance Smart from Indore with mob no. [protected].Last night i have recharged my mobile with top-up of Rs39 to access Internet.i requested them to send me settings on 55100 but again & again i am getting message failed as Prompt thn i contact customer care executives more thn 10-15 times but they also did'nt solve my problem
Please solve my problem immediately.

SMART GSM SIM — HAVE NOT GET GPRS SETTINGS

Sir, My number is [protected]. I'am recharge my mobaile of RS-303. and get RS-1 talktime. which is occered in 2/04/2008. but i till have no recive any settings. i say this problem into castomar care many time but i can't. please solve this problem as soon as possible. thank you.

Smart GSM service — problem in receiving setting for internet connection

My phone number is [protected] and I recharged with Rs 303 voucher on[protected] between 6 pm to 7 pm . TOday is[protected] . Almost 36 hrs have gone but I have yet not recieved my settings to access internet . I have called the customer about 20 times but they say they will send the settings within 15 minutes each time but yet i do not recieve the settings . I had also sent SMS to 55100 writing ALL but yet i did not recieve the settings . The customer care just ask for the IMEI number and say they will send the settings . The handset i use is NOKIA 3110 classic which is GPRS enabled .
Please Sir/Madam, kindly look after this problem and try sending me the settings so that i can access the internet . Already i have lost 36 hrs . I have used internet through SMART GSM earlier from my friends SIM and the settings come within 5 mins after recharge of Rs 303 and sending sms to 55100 writing ALL . So please look after the problem and kindly send me the settings .

i m the custmer of smart services.my mobile no is [protected] i recharged my mobile [nokiya 3500]from 303 rcv dated 11118.but till today i coun'dt get settings from ur side.i complaint ur custmer [protected] many time's but they coul'dnt give response to me.i also complainet local senior exucutive for this but they makening promise to me for solveing preblems last 3-4 day's.at least i complaint to u for solution.i request sir plz solve my problem & inform me as soon as poisible.

nokia 6070 — Sending message failure and GPRS not functioning

I am a reliance gsm user and thought I found gprs setting for reliance gsm through google still it cant connect to Internet. I strongly feel that even the customer care people don't know much about the gsm launch, because they explain go in the phone Internet browser and type the website and you will get connected how stupid of it. Anyways see guys reliance has just launched a service as a trail period cant expect more be happy with what you have RS 10 talk time & night free talk with poor connectivity.

i am a reliance GSM user from M.P. Indore...and i want to share few techy things which gives us a lots of problems...

smart GPRS does not support socket connection...it can be checked by the fact that operamini connects by http link and not by socket type...
secondly slick software (in beta stage) used as online IM client for many protocols like yahoo MSN gtalk etc does not work as it also uses socket type. i tried it iwth airtel gprs and it worked smoothly in the same cell.

the network often drops to zero and remains like that for many hrs in many cities of M.P. at the same time and this has become a regular issue...

the speed of GPRS varies a lot from city to city...i have checked it for eg in Indore it is usually around 15KBps but in Ujjain or Dewas which r 60 and 35 Kms it is below 6KBps

please if some1 is listening then please do something about these issues...there r many more but i think these r of much more importance

Very bad service by relianc gsm
when i purcase the sim i apply for the wap setting. But there is no responce from them.

i have nokia 2600 C and i also have reliance gsm sim i have r world gprs setting allready but when i brwose the home page thate url is http://wap.rworld.co.in the poblem is consist seen as not allowed and then snon as link not available my no.is [protected]

i have allready submitted my all documents and the other formalities to own the no. but after arround 10 days
my services to this no. r barred and when i try to contact with the customer care for assistance then intialy they
were not sure themself whats the problem ? they told me do alter some settings on my no and then they told me
your documents are nor submitted an then they told me your varification is -ve. and all that. but no body was sure.
each time they told me a new things when i ask to speak to the senior executives they told me that we can't transfer ur call.
specialy the behaviour of the executives was so rude that i can't tollerate in myself.
is it the reliace policy to make bussiness by insulting the customer.
your executives have no time to listen the problem then what they r doing as cce ?

let me clear you few things now and also my problem:-
i have submitted my all documents and as your network of gsm is unavailable inside my flat, i have to g to balcony to make a call.
so generaly i avoid this riliance no to use so how would i get your confermation call whenthere is no network ?
and if you don't get meon this no for vrfication then what for i have submitted m alternate no along with my documents ?
you should make a call on that no. for any kind of varification. thats very siple.
now as your executives were unableto clarify the reason they tod me to visit webworld, , , boss they can tell me the adds. o[censored]r webworld
but they don't have time and i would like to say they were too busy to insult me rather than solving my problem.

    My mobile no :- [protected]

    I would like to inform you that i got one call from reliance mobile no. [protected] on yesterday night . he just informed me that he was calling from reliance cutomer care and now my out going call would be barred. When I asked him why he had done so he said it was his vocation and it was a reality because when i checked, my out going calls were already barred.

    So please help me.

      i am using smart gsm pre paid service since 5 yrs now. for the last 4 months i am facing real trouble in recharging my phone on a regular basis. most of the time the server of reliance is down because of which the retailer refuses to recharge. even the customer care executive are also very rude, they just keep down call most of the time in a very manner less way.

        I have made a purchase for Reliance Neconnect USB Modem online through http://reliance-datacard.com/ where a customer care executive had called from [protected] and had promised me to deliver the product on 21Nov08 latest by IST 18:00 HRS. I have been making contineous calls to that number and have not received any positive response from them. Before makign online payment, I had clearly mentioned that my usage would only be for 20th & 21 of Nov '08 as my guest had arrived and would require this for surfing the net.

        I have also called on Reliance help line : 30333333 & 30337777. But even they could not help me on this issue.

        Kindly suggest as it would not be worth if I do not receive the same on time.

          i have using the reliance gsm smart mobile with no.[protected]

          i have facing very much problem in recharging vouchers, contacting the costomer care. costomer care no. 2 day i have tried continusly tried but not get it, the same condition in recharging the vouchers also.

          i am using this mobile no. since 4 years, facing same problem always, lot my frnd have shifted there no. becouse of this desturbence.

            we had transfered my mobile from mumbai to gujarat before 2 years and given address proof and identy proof at that time.

            I had given identy proof of H. K. DESAI - Pan CARD, in every Pan card there is a father name of the pan card holder.
            Relience had registered Name as kantilal dolatrai desai - who is father of Hemlata kantilal desai.(H K Desai) and i request bye personally to their web word and given proof 2nd time also but they had not change the name . Mr. Kantilal D. Desai is no more from last 35 years. for which i had fired there staff also but not changing the name.

            Secondly I had given Light bill of Hemlata K. Desai which is in gujarat but they changed the address up to town means they changed like

              I and my husband are users of Reliance mobile phone for more than three years([protected], [protected]) and have always paid our bills on time.
              For past two days I am getting a call from various reliance mobile numbers that I should pay mobile bill for my sister Sherry Singh(Delhi number) who has given my number as alternate number. I have even received call from your office at 11:30 PM saying to pay the bill on 18-11 08. When I said that is this the tie to call, I got the reply to pay the bill or lest my number will be disconnected. Next day again same happened and they disconnected my number(incoming and outgoing were barred). When I called *333, I was told at some webworld a complaint has been lodged that handset is lost.- They even don’t know, where it was lodged. (Complaint number[protected]
              Now they tell me to go to Web world and show my ID proof and get it activated
              My father is also reliance user for perhaps 5-6 years. I called him and he found out that the night call was made from Patiala and number was also disconnected from there. When he contacted their manager, he took the cheque for sherry singh and assured that the numbers will be started soon. Even after 18 hours they have not started the same
              I am a doctor and on call 24 hours. There is epidemic of dengue and viral encephalitis which is under my department and I may need to be contacted by senior faculty members for reporting of sick children on urgent basis.
              Do you think it is right to be harassed in this way?
              Do you think who will be responsible if any fatality occurs due to deficiency of services from you side?
              When I asked reliance people to get me to heir seniors, they say that I have to go personally to get my phone activated. Nature of duty of a doctor prevents him/ her to leave the hospital premises for these small issues
              Whom I should complaint against?- Reliance/ Reliance webworld/ or Patiala personnal?
              Is it ethical to disconnect the phone of a doctor for someone’s else fault?
              Is it right to lodge a false complaint of handset lost without checking the ID proof of complainant?
              I God forbid, your child is sick and the report is delayed because of this reason, who is responsible
              I am not going to Reliance office to rectify this. I will disconnect the phone and will switch to other network

              I have applied for a new pre-paid connection from Reliance Communications on 13.12.08 in the local office at Hojai in Assam. I am an employee of Assam Govt. I have submitted copy of my PAN Card, Driving Licence, I/Card etc. in support of my proof of identity & address. They have delivered the SIM Card on 18.12.08 evening. But after a lapse of 8 days, I have not get the network connection till to-date on 26.12.08 (5.08 pm). Now, is it possible for me and other employees to believe in the service of your Reliance Company?

                Hi,
                I recharged my account with Rs.303 for internet service on my Smart Gsm card.I have got a Nokia 2626 which is GPRS enabled.I smsed ALL to 55100 twice for the settings as told by the customer care.both the times the sms delivery failed and even then Rs 5 was deducted from my balance twice.Also i haven't received the setting as yet and am not able to connect to internet.they always boast of their services only before selling them to us.This is robbery as they are not giving us talktime in case of not getting settings or not being able to avail the service I paid for.
                kindly see to it that how i and many more like me can come out of this suffering.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I'm a reliance user from June 2008.I subscribe to "MyMobileUnlimited (On-Net) 440" plan/scheme. On 30th August, 2008, I had requested for the activation of "mobile value pack of Rs.249" wherein by paying Rs. 249 as monthly rent, all STD calls would be charged at Rs. 0.50/min.On 2nd September, 2008, I was told by the reliance customer care over phone that the mobile value pack of Rs.249 was activated. From 2nd September, 2008 onwards, I started making STD calls to other network mobiles from my mobile. I was completely satisfied with the services and even changed from Vodafone to reliance. My troubles began on 25/09/2008.I got messages and numerous calls from reliance customer care personnel asking me to pay a definite amount in order to enjoy the services since I had exceeded my credit limit of Rs.1000.Since they had already de-activated the outgoing service in this regard, I was forced to rush to reliance customer care centre to make the payment in order to activate the service. That's when I requested for the bill statement for the period of[protected] to[protected] which stated a huge figure of Rs.1, 914.I demanded an explanation for this with the Reliance Customer Care-Haji Ali outlet. As per their directions, I requested for call history via complaint ref no.76658354.After 10 days or so, I received the call history data by post. On going through the call history, I was shocked to see that all STD calls made from reliance to other network mobiles were charged at Rs.1.49/min instead of Rs.0.50/min.I pointed out the error to the customer care personnel from Haji Ali outlet and filed a complaint [Complaint ref. no. 77755816] on 12/10/2008.On 14/10/2008, I received a message stating that with reference to the complaint no.77755816, a waiver of Rs.414.48 would be deducted from my next bill. I had to again rush to reliance outlet because in actual, as I had worked out I was supposed to get Rs.751.20 and not Rs.414.48.The reliance customer care personnel at haji Ali outlet verified my calculation thoroughly and assured me that I would get the correct amount of Rs.751.20 adjusted in my next bill. But in the bill statement for the period of[protected] to[protected], only a waiver of Rs.415 had been given. Not only that, the mobile value pack of Rs.249 is still not activated for me. Since I'm given a credit limit of Rs.1000 only and since all STD calls are charged at Rs.1.49/min, my unbilled usage exceeds Rs.1000 within a short span of time which leads to de-activation of outgoing service till I make payment. In this regard, I've already made huge payments of Rs.1500 on 25/09/2008, Rs.1000 on 07/10/2008 and Rs.1000 on 23/10/2008.I'm tired of running around to reliance center every damn time. Since I'm a working student, these frequent trips to reliance customer care hinder my career and studies. Please help me. Please help me in the following two issues:
                  1) Please arrange to get the correct amount adjusted in my bill.
                  2) Please ensure to get the mobile value pack of Rs.249 activated.

I buy this Sim in June2008 and use 2 months in July I gone abroad for some time.Now i am coming back on 22nd of Nov. Today I check my numebr by make a call then someone else pick the phone and he told me that he buy this SIM 3 month before how come this? that Reliance Smart gave my number to other person.                       in this connection i would like to inform you that Iwas recharged through easy recharge for Rs.500.00 on 27.11.2008 at 2.30 P.M. with my previous A/c Balance of Rs. 86.00 .I have also received Massage from Reliance that my A/c has been recharged by Rs. 445.00 talktime against voucher of Rs. 500.00 but I have not received any amount including my Prvious balance of Rs. 86.00 .In this connection I have contacted several time to Kolkata & Siliguri Reliance Customer Care. But I have not received any responce from both side. I am facing very problem as our whole Family at Mumbai. I am not able to contact them since last day .

                        i have recharged my mobile through online on 4th November with amount 496/-, my mobile not yet recharged and i have raised complaint in reliance customer care(#[protected], as per the customer care people the amount will be credited to my acccount with in 48 hrs, but still i dint get the amount, even after 10 days when i called to customer care, i am getting some irritation answers from that guys, they are asking me to raise again one more complaint and it will takes some more days to get resolve. still how many days i need to follow this issue, every time i need to spend around 30 mins on this to explain my problem to customer care.
                        I have recharged my mobile of Rs= 165/-(top up card)as on 02/01/2009 but yet not recharged.When I asked to agent of reliance he told me that there is a mistake from reliance company.He said that within 24 hrs your recharge card will be active automatically, but today is 04/01/2009 my top up card is not recharged in my mobile.My top up card ser. no. is 65289754.Now could you please tell me how much time will take to activate this card.My mob. no. is [protected].

                        I have rechargewith 165/- on getting the sms from RIM that I will be getting 375 mins. (std/ local) with the recharge and validity 30 days. but today on day 15, I am being greeted with the message that "You have insufficient balance " .

                        Calling repeatedly the Call center gives me the impression that "Either they don't know the 165/- option or simply taking me for a ride with the plea - "System is down now please call later" (obviously after hearing the type of recharge that I have incurred).

                        Please take kind note of this and offer a remedy immediately to avoid any further consequences that may arise out of this !

                          i was alloted 15 shares of reliance power IPO. my application no. is 55928838. i received a letter from karvy computers pvt ltd dated 07.02.2008 sl no. 27068 and ref no. 8737229 that my beneficiary account based on client ID as per application form is found closed and i was asked to provide correct DP ID and Client Id.I informed two times on 22.02.2008 and on 24.05.2008 that my previous demat a/c with india bulls with DP ID 12029900 and client ID 01258046 closed by them for want of my PAN number and I requested Karvy Computers to credit my these shares in my new demat a/c with state bank of India. details of which are as under-

                            I have recharged today (02/02/09) with Rs 388/- but I got talk time for only Rs.347/-. But according to the Offer I have get paid to talk time for Rs.388/-. My no. is [protected]

                                I am using Reliance Broadnet Wimax 400 kbps internet service since few months. Since one month (October - November 2008), I am not getting a desired speed as promised by the company in the plan (currently I am getting a speed of 5kbps).

                                I have lodged several complaints with company's customer care executives and online (CSA/complaint number: Pravin/79677731, Jayesh/80083905 and Kundan/80276977 and Trouble Ticket number for online complaint:[protected]. I neither got a satisfactory answers from CSA's nor from the technical team and the service is still not resumed to normal.

                                I have sent an email to [protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com, rworld.[protected]@relianceada.com and [protected]@relianceada.com.

                                The Reliance broadband have the poorest connection in the world. Customer Care will not hear to any of our problems. I have paid 500/- for new braodband connection. I didnt get the connection upto now. I made many calls to customer care in bangalore and also i have speaked to Escalation Managers and no use. They simply charge the money and will not give connection and responce. Those are Indian ****ers. Biggest [censored]S.
                                Yes what all you said is true here in Mumbai also. I think we all should make a big issue out of it. They really it up our money and we can not do anything.

                                I'm also one of the sufferers with Reliance Broadband Service. May be for you this would be a lengthy story to read and you may feel its time waste. But let me tell you, once you read you'll know the complications you are going to face. Its really worth reading. And later... its your wish. And may be it may not really happen with many people, but yes, it happens...

                                In September 2008, I called up to one reliance representative and told him that I want to apply for internet connection. And the day I called them, by 8PM they were in my home. We have gone thru all the services and speed ranges. I opted for 75kbps as that was enough for me. But that time the amount what I have payed for them, 500/- Rs, they told me that its refundable and will be returned once the connection is terminated. And connection will be provided in 7days.

                                There was a urgent need for internet to me. Still minimum time I need to wait and I did. I waited for 7days. Then I called up to same representative and enquired about the status. He said he'll arrange within 1 day. Next day again I called up, again 2 more days... and days passed out like that from 7 to 20days... Finally, I spoke to him very loudly and asked him to return my money back. He gave me his branch officer number and asked me to contact. As it was my necessary, I agreed to that called him up. He gave his boss number and asked me to contact, and I followed... And the reply was same... within 2days... and from his side also... another 10days passed away...

                                Finally I got fedup with these local representatives and called up to customer care. They said, they'll contact us in 72 hours... and those 72hours have passed like... 72hours X 4. And all these 4 days.. I was trying to call all the people whose contact number was with me, but nobody was lifting the call.

                                Atlast through net search for 2 long days, I could get the address of the branch of the representative to whom I took the connection. I went to there office to speak to the higher official. But the security was not allowing me to enter. Finally, with lot much of argument, I could force him to call a person with whom I spoke on phone. And when I was enquiring, he was not answering me properly. Me... then forced to leave my dignity and manners over there and started shouting like a mad person. Then they allowed me to enter into the office... All this show went for more than an hour... There it got ended up? No...

                                I told the branch officer about what all has happened... and just in front of him, I tried to call the representative and his boss through my mobile. As usual.. they did not lift the call... Again there was a big show for another 45mts and finally when I was in there office, they have sent people to my home and connection was given.

                                This much of big show happened just for connection. And what next???????? Not yet completed...

                                Though connection was given, phone was not working, and internet speed was too low... infact connection itself was happening hardly... so one more complaint... And from there onwards... if internet works for 4 days... it will remain dead for 1 week. Again as usual, complaint... 72 hours... followup... Almost out of 30days... 20days phone will be default dead and net ... doesn't work for more than 15days. And if it works, it will work fine only in the late hours around 11.00pm till 4.00pm. From october till January of 2009 my days have passed with complaints and followups.

                                Atlast, I got frustrated and decided to terminate the connection. If connection is terminated so simply... whats the fun. Again another long episode...

                                In Jan 2009, may be between 23rd and 26th, I have put a request for termination of both landline and internet. On 30th of Jan 2009, it got terminated. And they informed me that within 15days his representative will come and collect the instruments. 15days... completed, reached to 1month and nobody comes... finally we received a bill. I decided not to pay the bill till some concern person comes and takes the instrument. But u know what happened... daily one of the person calls me up and asks me to pay the bill. I said when there representative comes I'll hand over him. But even then I was continuosly receiving their calls about bill payment, my reply was same. Finally one day when I was seriously with my work, they called up. I didn't receive the call. But they didnot stop calling me. They was ringing continuously and when I got fed up, I lifted the call and spoke to him so blunder language... that too very loudly. Then they said they'll come to pick in 48 hours. But what happened is... after that niether they have come nor I received any call. But I was repeatedly putting a request to send a person for instruments.

                                One month passed and I received another bill... this time it was 1633/-Rs or so... When I spoke to customer care, they listed the billing amount details. Out of which one was for instrument. As I didn't handover the instrument it has been charged 1000/-Rs for me. When I asked them to give the local branch address so that I can return the instrument, they did not give me address and said 72hours... One more month passed and now my bill was 2800/-Rs. Meanwhile every week I used to complaint about this to customer care... Its not possible for me to list all those numbers here...

                                Now, its March. And my bad luck, one day I received a normal notice from them for not paying the bill. That day I really got frustrated and shouted to those customer care people like anything. And forced them to give me local concerned person phone number. Then I spoke to him and finally atlast a person came to our home and took the instruments and gave us the receipt. Thought that atlast could get rid of mess. But no.

                                The next day I received a legal notice for not paying the bill amount. I spoke to customer care and said they don't have updated database about instrument return. And after a long struggle... they confirmed that I have returned it and then asked me to pay 153/-Rs. As I'm working I thought one weekend I'll pay the amount, but meanwhile I received another notice for 2800/-Rs and then again when I spoke to customer care... they said I need to pay 606/-Rs only. The next day I went to there office to pay the bill. That employee was talking so rudely and was literally misbehaving. When I told him about bill amount, he said his database is showing that we need to pay 2800/- Rs only. And was warning me... But still I said I'm going to pay only 606/-Rs. He took the amount and gave me the receipt. But again I received one more notice the same day. When I called up to customer care again he said 64/-Rs is still due from my side and I need to pay that. And when I told him about there employee's misbehaviour, he said they don't have any information about those people and they don't keep any information about local branches with them... and now its April, and still, till today I couldn't solve my problem... Still I need to pay 64/-. When I asked him the full billing details, he refused to send me and said that only 64/-Rs I need to pay and after that no more problems... I can't even check my billing details as my connection got terminated and they r not going to send me any hardcopy it.

                                I feel this would be the first worst punishment I have ever recieved for a small wrong decision... and that was opting for Reliance broadband connection.

                                Whatever I told you, I can prove you also... I can list all the complaint numbers I have been put with dates...

                                PLEASE DONT OPT FOR RELIANCE BROADBAND EVER. OTHERWISE YOU'LL SUFFER TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT.

                                i went to take a reliance broadband connection, they Convince me to take a New Broadband USB modem 3.1 mbps. i asked them that is it possible to Coneenect Onother 5 System.They told me Sure,
                                but i faced lost of problem like Disconeect or No range Or very slow speed. But no techniocal person come to help me out finaly i take a tata Brodband Connection.
                                Reliance Service is so bad no Use of this, at the time of taking a connection they told me that your maximum bill will be 1100, but within a 20 days they send the bill amt Rs. 2563/-.

                                I've Reliance Broadband and from last 2 months. I’m facing the internet problem. I've record and complaint numbers since last month so I must say from last month I’m facing PROBLEMS.

                                My Internet plan is 300Kbps during unlimited plan. The Problem is that the net doesn't work at all. When it works it will be equivalent to non working because the speed I get is as high as 300Kbps plan during any time any hour. But dead slow broadband any time. I was compliant more time. Not resolve the problem

                                  I am facing continuous harassment after getting myself a mobile with reliance post paid connection.In spite of submitting application form and adequate proofs my outgoing service was disconnected, then I was asked by the company to submit the documents for the second time as there was some misplacement from their side.My outgoing services were not resumed even after this and I kept receiving sms and calls from the company that my application form has not been submitted(i used to receive these sms and calls after submitting the form for the first time also). On Friday that is 7th November my incoming service was cut too.After this I was asked to submit the documents for the third time which I did but without any result as my connection has not been resumed till date.My mobile no. is [protected] .

                                    1. I am using reliance SMART sim having no [protected] (Circle west Bengal). I recharged with Rs 303 on 06 Aug 2008 for internet conectivity to my PC. The service was activated for 30 days (i.e wef 06 Aug 2008 to 05 Sep 2008). My service was stopped on 29 Aug 2008 due to breakdown of service in complete Gangtok sector.

                                    2. Service of towers in this sector was again started on 05 Sep 2008. but my GPRS service deactivated since validay was upto 05 Sep 2008. Therefore I got validity for 30 days but service for which I had paid money was given for 25 days only. I approached customer care executive for extension of 5 days GPRS service or refund my money for 5 days, They directly stated that my validity is over neither they are going to extend the service nor will refund the money.

                                    3. please do the neeful for extension of 5 days GPRS service/refund of Rs 50 (i.e 303/30 x 5). Reliance smart service gave me validity for 30 days but service provided for 25 days. Reliance communication should understand that customer pays him money to get serivce not for empty validity.

                                    reliance smart communication — Estension of GPRS service

                                    I am using reliance smart SIM no [protected]. After confirming from customer care executive I recharged my mobile with Rs 39 on 12 Sep 2008 to get GPRS serivce for 3 days (i.e wef 13 Sep 08 (0000hrs) to 15 Sep 08 (0000 hrs).

                                    Service at 0000 hrs on 13 sep 08 not started, hence I approached customer casr executive on 13, 14 & 15 sep 08 through mob. My complaint Nos refers in this connection are[protected] dt 13 sep 08,[protected] dt 14 Sep 08,[protected] dt 15 Sep 08.

                                    Service supposed to be started at 0000 hrs on 13 Sep 08 but actually started on 15 Sep 08 at 1230 hrs and deactivated at 0000 hrs on same day. Thus I got GPRS service for 12 hrs only making a loss of 2 days to the customer.

                                    I approached customer care executive for extension of service but they didnot agree stating that your complaint resovled.

                                    You are requested to ask reliance to extend my service for 2.5 days or refund my money.

                                    reliance smart communication — NON EXTENTION OF GPRS SERVICES

                                    I am ved prakash and using Reliance Smart SIM (West Bengal). My No is [protected].

                                    I recharged my sim with Rs 303 on 2 Nov 2008 to get GPRS services for 30 days (i.e upto 02 Dec 2008)with talktime of Rs 1.

                                    On 05 Nov 2008 due to technical problem at reliance towers my, service was stopped. I called customer executive and made a complaint No 79538618 on 05 Nov 08 to customer care executive Miss Krishna.

                                    On approaching many times for 7 days my GPRS service restarted on 11 Nov 2008. Thereby making a loss to me of 7 days. Loss of amount is 303/30 x 7 = 70 Rs.

                                    I want say that out of 30 days i was not given service for 7 days. I approached customer care again on 15 Nov 08 to exentend my service for another 7 days (i.e up 09 Nov 08). Customer care executive Miss Mona directly said that It is impossible you have been given validity for 30 days.

                                    I have paid Rs 303 for service not for empty validity. May I therefore request you to kindly guid me to get service for complete 30 days as I have paid Rs 303 for 30 days service or you are requested to do the needful please.

                                      This is an application to bring to your notice that when i subscribed for reliance internet connection to my laptop, i opted for Rs.400 monthly plan with 20 free hours during day time and 40 free hours during nights with initial two months free usage.
                                      To my surprise, without prior intimation and my consent i am alloted monthly plan of Rs.650 and collected excess charges from me in the subsequent two bills. On verification it came to light that one Ashok, the reliance employee through whome i subscribe to reliance internet connection misrepresented and misguided me. Because of it i had to pay excess amount under the two bills dt:22-9-08 and 22-10-08. On my insistance, i am placed under Rs.400 plan from this day onwards. Because of this discripancy on the part of reliance agent, i had to pay excess amount. Hence the ensuring bill may be adjusted.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Please take this as a formal notice/complaint in regards to the unproffesional behavior of your staff at Reliance Web World, Police Line, Asansol (WB).

                                        Last saturday (08/11/2008) at 10.15 AM, I visited your Store at Asansol in regards to submission of documents and photograph because my outgoing calls were deactivated. There were two lady staff(CSE), who used very bad words against me, which I don't think would be acceptable by any customer.

                                        My name is Rajiv Lochan Paul and my mobile number is [protected]. I have taken a new connection from Asansol Reliance Web World, however I am not able to use my services till date. I have also done a recharge of 490 Rs. INR which is going to expire in few days now. Therefore I am not been given the permission to use the services for which I have already paid. I request you to please give immediate attention to this or otherwise I will be forced to see the doors of Consumer forum for justice. Even after submitting the documents on saturday I am not able to use the services.

                                        I would also like to draw your kind attention towards the unprofessional behavior and the intolerable dishonour showed by your staff (Two Lady Staffs - CSE) in your stores at Asansol. I would request you to take necessary steps against this, while I believe it is not accepted in any service industry, specially when you have good competerors around.

                                        Please take this as a formal notice or I would be forced to speak to the higher management/ court for justice. A copy of the complaint has been sent to the Consumer forum.

                                        i have submitted all my documents to the shop keeper from whom i purchased my new reliance sim card

                                        but after some days my mo.[protected] is not working
                                        my outgoing call fecility has been deactivated, , , thee days have passed
                                        i have requested dealer several times but no solution...




                                        i[censored] dont know how to run it, , , why u open the shop??????????????????
