Internet Service settings

Hi,
I recharged my account with Rs.303 for internet service on my Smart Gsm card.I have got a Nokia 2626 which is GPRS enabled.I smsed ALL to 55100 twice for the settings as told by the customer care.both the times the sms delivery failed and even then Rs 5 was deducted from my balance twice.Also i haven't received the setting as yet and am not able to connect to internet.they always boast of their services only before selling...

Too many calls and messages from reliance Customer Care

Hi

I am getting not less that 10 calls and 6 SMS per day from Reliance end reagrding there various offers.I would like to compaint against this as they are disturbing me a lot during the day.It is really sad that a company like reliance is not taking care of its user privacy and keeps on disturbing through IVRS calls.

Misuse of my number

I buy a SIM of reliance Smart serial number[protected] and number of SIM [protected]. I buy this Sim in June2008 and use 2 months in July I gone abroad for some time.Now i am coming back on 22nd of Nov. Today I check my numebr by make a call then someone else pick the phone and he told me that he buy this SIM 3 month before how come this? that Reliance Smart gave my number to other person. Even I informed you about my abroad trip....

Prepaid Recharging

i have recharged my mobile through online on 4th November with amount 496/-, my mobile not yet recharged and i have raised complaint in reliance customer care(#[protected], as per the customer care people the amount will be credited to my acccount with in 48 hrs, but still i dint get the amount, even after 10 days when i called to customer care, i am getting some irritation answers from that guys, they are asking me to raise again one more...

extension of GPRS service

1. I am using reliance SMART sim having no [protected] (Circle west Bengal). I recharged with Rs 303 on 06 Aug 2008 for internet conectivity to my PC. o/g and i/c calls are barred without any reason

I had take a new connection from west bengal of smart on 7/11/2008. i had submitted all the documents. after that it was possable to make o/g calls. but on 10/11/2008 i got a sms from smart end like" i/c and o/g calls are de activated.I have enough balance and validity till 2011. i want reliance to take quick action against my connection. i have already recherge 496 std free card. please do the needful as soon as possiable....
