dear sir,
i recharge my cell [protected] on 399 rcv dated 5-11-08 at 3:17 am. this voucher provide smart to smart free, but i hav any call of local smart phone then deduct .99/M. and today evening incoming call are also not availble on my cell. my total deduction amount approx Rs. 60. i kindly request to u plz solve my prob nd refund my deducted amount. i also complain on 58200 & [protected] nd my complain no. No attendance to customer

This is to compain that Reliance Communications has not been responsive towards our complaint about the Internet Modem that we have purchased, though we have never been defaulters.
Repeated complaints have not been attended and we feel being cheated.
PLEASE heed to this complaint......

non credit of talk time

I am relience GSM coustomer since 5/6 yrs.on last 30/10 i have purchased top up vou. for500/- for which bonous talk time of 155 is to credit in next 24hrs., as per outlet deler.I have contacted smart coustomer care over [protected] on 1/11, they told the bonous talk time will be credited within 48hrs. but now it is 2/11 12noon, the co. have not yet credited the amount.Is it co.s 420 activities?why they then send me sms to get 600 talk time...

smart internet connection offer 39 for three days

I manoj kumar([protected]) recharged the 39 offer for net surfing by eg recharge on friday and alos sms for to get settings. i got the settings but the connection was not made available in my phone. i have contacted customer care many times. i got the complain no. also i.e. [protected] dated 01/10/2008. thenever complete saturday I kept trying but not got success. at last the problem was short out at 12.00 night.
I lossed one complete...

Frequent Disconnection

I am a customer or Reliance Broadband Connection..

I am facing frequent disconnection for the Broadband connection .. On Calling Customer Care, they will accept complaint forwarded to technical.. This is happening most of the time.. Atleast more than 50 complaints in a month from my side.. It is really worst service from Reliance.....

Reliance cheating / Reliance Worst / Reliance fooling customers. they had a Rs 496 recharge with which customer used to get unlimited STD. now it is valid only when customer recharges before its validity.

1. this is not intimated to the customer
2. to avail unlimited std now it is 799
3. customer care people says that we intimated but they don't have proof
4. They send some junk messages and junk...

fake bill

hi,
i am never taken a reliance connection but reliance communication release a corporate post paid connection without my id and after that they force me to accept that this connection is mine and they disturb me for 7 days for terminate the connection.some one tell me that what kind of action taken against the reliance communication in this matter....

I am a Reliance Consumer since past three and a half year. I am a Prepaid consumer. I Recharged my account with an Recharge Voucher of Rs 25 specially for sending messages to my friends. Excess Billing Reliance really sucks

Dear Sir,

This is very frustrating to know that Reliance People are not efficient to capture the billing details. The whole history is given below, and judge that when for the whole month usage the billing is Rs. 1752/- and then for just 5 days usage the bill went to 24000/-. Lots of unwanted ofer calls & messages

Respected Sir,
My name is vinit agrawal, from Varanasi, Sir I used the the reliance Service since last five years.But I am not satisfied with his service.The Company gives daily a number o[censored]nwanted calls and messages to my number day and night.When I want to register a complaint against all these to the customer care number.But his Customer Care number is always going busy and busy and busy.I never Connect to the customer care number...
