I had take a new connection from west bengal of smart on 7/11/2008. i had submitted all the documents. after that it was possable to make o/g calls. but on 10/11/2008 i got a sms from smart end like" i/c and o/g calls are de activated.I have enough balance and validity till 2011. i want reliance to take quick action against my connection. i have already recherge 496 std free card. please do the needful as soon as possiable.

I have talked saveral times on "[protected]" for getting my data card.. they always said me that they will call me after some minutes for my online purchased data card But i didn't get any call for any positive feedback from their side.

one reliance person "Sandeep - [protected]" is making me fool, he always says me that he is comming with data card but he always speak lie. He has already taken my documents (Identiproof, residential proof, my two photos). Today, again he said me that he is unable to get my data card. I want to know what is going rubish behind there? He did me an SMS for calling his sir (Jamal - [protected]). I have called him but this number is switched off.

I have very tired and they are making me fool, I have already called your numbers many times and i have spent my lot of money but still not getting my data card (For first two month free... festive offer).

There was a mobile number of one of my friends who is a businessman and was going to Rajasthan for holidays with family. He gave me the money to deposit the dues of his two post-paid reliance mobile numbers. The due money was deposited by me at Reliance Webworld centre at Silvassa, D & NH on 1st Nov'08 however the mobile number [protected] got deactivated. On this number, my friend was to receive international calls. After a marathon and repeated calls for 2 hrs, we came to know that someone has lodged a complaint of lost mobile against this number. God knows who and with what credentials? (I really find it hard to digest that there was such a complaint as earlier I was being told that the due payment had not been deposited). Anyways, now I was told by some Mr Bharat at Mumbai customer care that the number can be activated only after providing valid address proofs to any Reliance web world or CC centre. I really feel very embarrassed as i was the person who was given responsibility of depositing the money. I
also feel guilty for the business loss of my friend on account of not receiving international business calls.

I'm Manas Kumar Mantri who was using a reliance no. [protected]. Actually when i was coming to Bhopal i lost my mobile along with sim card bearing no. [protected]. As now a days mobiles numbers are used by anti-socials, i'm worried about the above written proablem. So how can i block this number, please tell me that.

I am relience GSM coustomer since 5/6 yrs.on last 30/10 i have purchased top up vou. for500/- for which bonous talk time of 155 is to credit in next 24hrs., as per outlet deler.I have contacted smart coustomer care over [protected] on 1/11, they told the bonous talk time will be credited within 48hrs. but now it is 2/11 12noon, the co. have not yet credited the amount.Is it co.s 420 activities?why they then send me sms to get 600 talk time for 500 recharge? It is also very very problem to contact smart coustomer care service .why co. is not devloping its coustomer care net work for better services to its coustomers??? Is mr.Ambani will be please if his consumers say Good bye to him??
