Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently in Bangalore and took a Reliance prepaid connection with Rs 496/- plan in month of June. I was told that I can enjoy unlimited reliance to reliance calls all over India with this connection. Talktime will be zero and validity will be 30 days. I was also told that you can recharge with additional Rs. 200 or above if you want to talk to other services like vodafone, Airtel etc. I was able to talk to another reliance STD number for 5 months, after which my outgoing calls to reliance number were barred saying I have insufficient balance. After multiple attempts calling to reliance customer care, I was finally told that lifetime activation was activated after it was recharged with Rs. 200 and hence it wiped out my 496 plan. Customer care told that they cannot do anything now and that I will have to buy some other new schemes.

I was recharging with additional Rs. 200 every month in order to talk to other connections like Airtel, Vodafone etc.
But all of a sudden in the month of November 2008, after I recharged with additional Rs. 200, lifetime activation was activated and it wiped out my 496 plan.
I am unable to understand that without customers permission and approval, how can a lifetime service be stopped.

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.

    Sub : Stop of ECS Mandate and Refund of Excess Amount Wrongly processes By You As SIP Instalment with Interest @24%


    Dear Sir,


    This is refrence my application for the investment under Quartly SIP vide Folio No [protected] in Reliance Diversified Power Sector Fund – Retail- Growth Plan
    I had given the Instruction that my SIP should be carried out on quartly basis for Rs 2500/- for the investment in aforesaid Scheme. When I Received the Account statement from Reliance Mutual Fund and Account statement From My Bank I Found that you are deducting the SIP Instalment as Monthly Basis. Therefore I Instructed to Reliance Mutual Fund to deposit the SIP on Quartly Basis Which Clearly Mentioned In application Form and ECS Mandate Form. In this way you have taken out 6 Instalment on Monthly basis of Rs 2500/- each when as you ought to have deducted only 3 Instalment.

    You therefore liable to refund my extra money of Rs 7500/- with Interest @ 24% which you have Illegally Withdrawn from my Bank account and also the Bank Charges which
    My Bank debited from my account for Rejection of Previous SIP Instalment.

    You are Advised to Immediately refund the Amount with interest @ 24% and Stop my ECS Mandate As soon as Possible failing which liable action will be taken against you

        Sir,
        I am a reliance prepaid customer. I was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested before 75 days(15 -sep) but till now its not working So i requested them to activate DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE in my mobile Now they are disturbing me continuosly all through the day by calling and sending promotional sms'es(Automated calling for promotions). I am really fed up with these calls &sms as it starts from morning 8'o clock till evening 8'o clock. During roaming also they used to call and disturb. I dont know whom do i need to contact to get rid of these junk calls. I have sent some 2-3 complaints to reliance regarding this but in vain.

        My Name is Yesudas I am sending this mail from Cochin, Kerala I am a reliance prepaid customer.( I think That's the only mistake I did in my past life) I am getting lot o[censored]nnecessary promotion calls from reliance. i requested them to stop this so I was asked to request for Do not Disturb service and I was told that it will take 45 days to stop Sending Unwanted calls and unwanted smss .what is this Sir its like they have the right to disturb me for a period they like to Then I thought let it be.. I will wait and now its been more than 2 months still they have not stopped it Now they are disturbing me continuously and I am really fed up with these calls, you just assume my situation even in busy road traffic I am forced to take these junk calls by stopping the vehicle removing my helmet and all .. so today I called the customer service and requested very pleasingly then the representative is telling "we will check ur last time request please wait for 2 days !! just to check my last time request they need two days and if they couldn't find my past request of mine it will take another 45 days to stop this junk service .what kind of service is this sir ? Then I asked why you people are doing this to me then they gave me a service request number[protected]and told TRAI ( Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has decided this rule . Now what I will do Sir ? My Government is doing this to me Oh God " Did I elected them to disturb me...? I have a reliance mobile ( [protected] ), the problem is its being too disturbing day by day, it is creating disturbance in my social life, even during my sleeping time. All through the day random disturbing calls like ring tones, caller tunes, recharge, songs etc.are making me irritated.

        i want to start DND SERVICE on my reliance mobile my mobile no.[protected]
        Here is the simple process for all those people who use RIM (CDMA), feel disturbed by commercial calls and SMSs.
        Just Call : 1909 to activate DND (Do Not Disturb) and
        follow the instructions.

        Note:-
        it may be area specific, I'm in Kolkata region. Then again I'm not sure whether the no 1909 is area specific or not. Try out.

          Hello Sir,
          I am Ajay from Dehradun my brother purchased a reliance lifetime Prepaid mobile few years back now the reliance

          communications it is work fine but know for last 11 months they are automatically charging it for different pacakages like

          India Edu etc. I have complaint several times to there customer care(Dail *333 on any reliance mobile for customer care) but

          but they are not responding.They are saying that we can not deactive the pacakages and they are giving us a paid mobile no of

          the third party that is providing them these services and the no they provide us are not work and no one is responding on

          those no. Then we again and again complaint to there customer care then they give us a sms code UNSUB INDIA EDU & a toll free

          no to deactive the pakages we does what they said but the pacakages does not deactive and a reply had camed from there server

          that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they

          are saying that you can complaint on consumer forun of india or in trai. Sotherefore please take legal action Reliance

          Communication & There customer care employees.

          reliace mobile — .....

          i am a customer of reliance mobile since the past two years. a messge came on my mobile saying that if we get a rechrge done on my mobile of rs.222 i wil get lifetime validity. but i got only 10/- rs as talk value and no lifetime validity. i have complained it to customer care thrice but no action was taken on this. my mobile number[protected]. i request you to please take some actions against this.

          i have purchased a classic c731 mobile on 30 march. the product was found defective and i asked the service centre to repair my product. he repaired the product in about 15 daysand now again the same problem is coming in that phone and the service centre incharge is not giving the exact date that when he will repair myphone again i hav submiited my phone .kindly do the needful.

          Reliance Communications — Web world indulged in wrong practices, which are ignored

          I had bought the mobile handset from Reliance Webworld, Pune. There they told me that the cost of handset is 1850 + 200(for number transfer) and FREE adlabs ticket.

          But the cost of that handset is 1400, which I came to after a week when I saw some advertisements. Then I complained they told me after completing their search, that everything is alright.

          The Adlabs ticket which was so called FREE was never free. But its cost was included in that Bill price. When I complained about this, they told that if we would tell customer that this ticket is not free, nobody would buy from us.This is the way companies are growing.

          So, these people are doing Fraud which nobody can prove it that it is wrong. So please, always take the break up of the bill with all details written on bill as what are FREE items and what is being accounted as cost for you..

          RELIANCE INDIAEDU PACK — AUTOMATICALLY DEBIT OF RS. 30/-

          DEAR SIR,

          INDIAEDU PACK SERVICE AND EVEN AFTER SENDING SMS TO DEACTIVATE, THEY DEDUCTED

          THIS IS VERY SERIOUS MATTER AND I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN UPTO TRAI, IF NO ONE LISTEN TO IT.

          Reliance Communications — Most annoying helplines & services

          We have a corporate connection of Reliance and have not received the bill for the last month (Dec. '08) and despite all my efforts to connect to their various customer care divisions (which they have bifurcated for individuals, corporate etc. etc.), all their CCEs pass the ball to the other division and none of them addresses the complaint in hand. There are events when these people run after consumers for bill payments and now for those who are actually willing to pay the bill, there's noone available for facilitating that as well. Further i tried calling their VARIOUS helplines around 10 times in the past two days and even put a mail at their customer care mail id but have not got a single satisfactory reply from any of them.. either its system not working or they tell to contact their other division which in turn tells to call some other and vice versa.. and best part they dont even entertain compalints for each other.. GREAT SERVICE!!!

          i had a post paid connection of reliance i was using it from past 4 years i dint have any problem last week i converted it into prepaid i recharged ti for the validity purpose and the balance amout its been more than 15 days my account has not been credited with the prepaid balance and whenever i call the customer care deapartmrnt they say our server are down...i am sick of the services provided by reliance customer care department

          Hi,
          Recently I bought Reliance GSM prepaid connection in Bangalore. I got two problems mainly to address.

          1) I provided all the documents which I require to have a prepaid connection to a shop keeper. I dont know if he has submitted the documents to the Reliance or not but after three days I got an SMS that you documents havenot reached to Reliance and your service will be barred. I guess, I have not done anything wrong from my side, then why a consumer is suffering?
          2) After that biggest concern is coming up now. Reliance had made ads like Air, Food, Water, and network. It do surprize me when I get such a poor network coverage which is pathetic to such a level where I can not connect to any phone in evening after 8pm. Even in the day time, call connects hardly in one go? I think, service provider like reliance always fool people, consume and their conscience. Though I believe, organisations like TRAI and DOT donot do anything and good for nothing. People who are sitting in such organisations just sell their responsibilities to the corporates like Reliance. They just sell spectrum to the companies which provide substandard services to consumer. They dont even check if service provider is good enough to provide the right services or not.
          TRAI and different service provider have installed a grievances addressal system but no actions are taken or actual issues or they are just inefficient and setup for just providing definitions.
          I believe, if a service provider is commited to provide services to a consumer/subscriber then he/it should be checked throughly if they are well enough to hold the highest level of quality so that consumer would not felt cheated.

          i m avdhesh saxena from faridabad. i m call castomer care toll free no. dated 05.06.2009 and time 10.25 pm, customer excutive received my call and not good response for my questions, my complaint agst. criket pack i have not activate this but my mobile gone balance amount 10 rs, my request to u pls dconect this pack, ur customer care excutive are not good behaviour also,

          Dear Sir/ Madam,
          Exactly the same problem, I also have been facing. Cricket pack got activated on their (Relcom) own on the first day of T-20 world cup. My Rs.5/- is being subtracted on daily basis despite my daily complaints to helpline and twice at Ludhiana's Reliance Web world since past 3 weeks or so I'm losing my money and getting my BP high due to unsolicited SMS messages. Company has been promising me of refunding the money but they are not.
          *333 is a bogus service. At first it's closr to impossible to get to them. Second, they don't talk nicely and are rather arrogant at times. Thirdly, whether i choose hindi or english option, they would start speaking in hindi only. They refuse to give any details of the calls made or action on my previous complaints. They always say their terminal is not working due to some technical snag and ask you to call later... Calling every time is a pain... Example : U dial *333. Tring Tring Welcome to Remliance mobile India's no 1 Telecommunication network. Pl dial 1 for hindi punjabi layee 32 dabao press 3 for english ---- press 3 --- Dear customer please make all local calls at 50 paise and all STD calls for Re 1/- using the jaadu pack for Rs. 550/- ... Sorry, all our customer service associates are busy on calls.. Pl call up later or hold... MUSIC and again some rubbish announcement --- after around 8 to 9 minute one arrogant BPO chap will come on line--- He'll talk some non sence and lo ! All of a sudden mid -way, your call gets cut.
          So START ALL OVER AGAIN !
          It's PAIN to contact the IRRITATING/ HOSTILE/ UNCO_OOPERATIVE RELIANCE HELPLINE !
          I don't think any of Reliance people would ever get back to an agrieved customer...

          I also face the same problem, some or the other services of reliance gets activated and when we speak to customer care they say it has been activated by you only. Though I never had activated any services. They unsuscribe the services on request but dont refund the amount. I am not the only person who face this problem. Many of my friends & relatives face the same problem. Unnecessarily we the amount get deducted form our balance.
          Plz you need to take the serious action against this and also need to check your systems.

When i asked that how much i have recharged in last six months He declined to divulge the amount i.e we are at their mercy after buying lifetime card ( i.e validity upto 2021) and every six months we need to buy the lifetime card.This is done only to create a super natural profits of Rs.50000 cr. by adag group.           now reliance company have a tie up with third party to whom reliance is selling customers privacy without any confirmation of customers. third party pays money to know contact details of customers and then they make call to that customers and tells about their products and without any request from customer they activate the services on customers phone. this is nothing but only the selling of customers privacy.

          that there is no package active on your mobile phone no to deactive. So, I think that there all Employees are fraud also they

          I agree to Ajay. Packages get activated from the Reliance itself and its about 7 months now Rs 30 is getting deducted for a package which I dont even know what is it and what are the benefits of it.

          Complaint Against Reliance Comunications Fake Pacakages on my Mobile & Customer Care Employess are all Frauds
          Again wrongly debited my account with Rs. 30/- yesterday and no one is taking responsiblity in reliance communication even nodal officer is not interested to attend my complaint.

I want to ask that there is no provision of that becasue customer is making fool by the company and i have already registered a complaint to RELIANCE NODAL OFFICE delhi, but he does not take it seriously they are saying that they are not responbile for OBD,

          Relince has installed an active landline phone at my home in 1 st week of january and i paid 500 Rs. of cheque against it, after 7 days the dial tone has gone , so i made complaint , they told me that your complaint will be solved in 24 hours. i waited so but nothing came up , again i made the complain, they told me we are sorry sir but this time we will definately look in to the matter and your things will be sorted imediately sorry for inconvienience caused, and i waited for 5 days , then i mailed them for this then the officer rang me and said we are unable to provide service as of network or tower problem, i said ok fine i purchased new telephone from tata indicome, and at the same time i told them for cancellation, then they told me that provide the CAN and BAN numbers which i said i do not have as i lost my bill, but they repetedly harrashing by asking the same thing otherwise they told me that the bill will come every month for non active phone and you have to pay it till you provide the said detail.
          I have mailed my problem to their higher authorities but result is the same they do not want to interfear into the matter as they have their money of installation.
          very bad service, reliance should concentrate more on existing customer rather advertisgment and they shouls appoint rather dicisplined staff.

          have lost my balance due to some meaningless offers which has been subscribed without my knowledge and by default. No proper response is given. Daily am receiving 7 to 10 calls from reliance for setting caller tunes or asking to subscribe to some offers... i ignore n disconnect them carefully. But somehow they have by default subscribed me to "Missyou" pack by which i have lost 60rs till now.. Am afraid to make a top up. And inturn they r blaming me for not comlaining when i lost the money the first time.. They renew the pack every 15 to 20 days n reduce all the money...

          I have done a recharge of Rs.197 which includes 520 min free to any other mobile on 5-9-13. Today its showing that minutes are utilised as well as my balance of Rs.33 got deducted. I always carry the pack for 30 days. I do not use my cell much. So it is not possible to get it utilised in just 4 days. If this way they would deduct the balance, then the normal college going student will have to spend all his pocket money making recharge . I have complained many times in customer care but no action has been taken regarding this. I will be thankful to you if my problem get resolve as soon as possible.

              I am arvind kumar maurya. My RIM mobile no is [protected].In my mobile Devotional pack
              was activated voluntarily by the reliance service without even asking me, further,
              they even charged me 30/- Rs. last month. I also spoke to customer care and requested them
              to deactivate the devotional pack. It seems that they have not taken the action to deactivate it. When
              I called them again they said that I am supposed to call on 56300863 a toll free number. When I gave call
              on the number, the number was not working. Apart from all these, they did not even register my complaint
              and were also rude to me.
              My RIM mobile no is [protected].In my mobile Devotional pack

              they have charged me Rs. 30/- each month since last 3 months. When I approached the customer care and requested them to deactivate the devotional pack have not taken the action to deactivate it. When

              i agree to this as i also want to complaint to reliance pack.Today when open my cell, i found an sms that dial a toll free no. to know ishq pck.when i dialled it my Rs.49 was gone.they without informing me on this pack.
              I agree to this type of complaint as myself have also suffered from Reliance CDMA. I got my connection on 12th June'09 but it did not activated for 7 days. I tried to ask at the Reliance Communications Store at Chandigarh in Sector 35C, they told me thy can not help me as this is activation problem & will be encountered by the HeadOffice. I called the customer care, they just don't care. These guys are so rude that we had a fight on phone. Pathetic responses from Reliance led me to write a mail to Anil Ambani, & the beauty is that the number is still not activated. Realince Communications has the worst customer problem handling system
              i!want to deactivate the devotional pack from my parents cell phone what should i do i tried messaging Stop to 121 but nothing happened. Pls help me asap i want to deactivate it as 30 rs gets dedcuted from their account. Need help guide me asap.

                i got the Reliance pre paid [protected] on 26th september submiting all my documents. On 29 Sept 08 my no. was activated. i dont know why and how reliace communication barred my out goings, as per interaction with Reliance Customer Care i resubmitted my IDs on d same day i.e., 10th October but by till date.. 28/11/2008 the services are not resumed.
                Is this Reliance... or un-reliance..
                Reliance must change its name to Unreliable Communications Ltd.
                well, i dont know how do make it!!

                  I recharged my reliance mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 201/- (Full Talk time) on 30.10.08 at 18.32.54. I Got masage on 05.11.08 at 07.09.47 that " Your prepaid account balance is currently Rs. 9.93. pl. recharge your account soon to enjoy ininterrupted service." I shocked because my Rs. 175/- was deducted without use. I have used maximum twenty to twenty five Rupees between 30.10.08 to 05.11.08. So I have called at *333 and booked my complain vide no. 79508872 on 05.11.08 at 07.48.23 and reminder on 10.11.08 at 21.48.44 vide complian no.[protected]spent approx 32 minutes with *333 customer care) and they told that with in sixty hours your money will be reverse. Till now amount not credited in my account. Today I have seen one more masage that " Zara sa has been downloaded successfully and Rs. 15/- deducted from my account on 22.11.08 at 21.36.09. I have not using any caller tunes. They simply deducting and cutting pocket of prepaid customers. Again I made complain at *333 and request to reverse Rs. 15/- but they are denied to reverse the same. Reliance giving very hope less services and I can say that HE IS BIG JEB KATARA - PICK POCKETER.                     Hi,
                    I purchased Mobile no. [protected] recently from reliance..
                    they discontinued the out =going services after 17-18 days of service... saying "documentation is not correct"
                    i just wanted to say..
                    if it really is not correct ... what made you to think over for 18 days for discontinuing services..
                    more over i visited customer care at web world for the same..
                    they asked me to call customer care ..
                    while customer care from call center when contacted again asked me to go to web world..

                    service is poor....
                    and you would be lucky if you get to talk at 50 paise in first go..
                    otherwise there is always a pulse which goes waste before you get to talk..
                    50 paise is a delusion..
                    actual cost is more than 1 rupees by that measure....

                      i bought a reliance cell two month ago that was in scheme of 999rs.but now cell is not working.i lodged a complaint in care center. They told me to come after a week to replace rim phone.after that whenever i go to them they just ignored my complaint and make new excuses e.g "Abhi cell aaye nahi hai".Today 4 week has been passed but i didnt get my phone replacement.Now what i do ?                             Anil Dhiru Bhai Ambani's Welcome to Reliance Communication at Varanasi fradulantly issued same Reliance Sim Card to two different customers at two different ID proofs. Reliance at Varanasi (U.P.) sold to the Customer a new Sim Card bearing Number RAXR S[protected] against connection number [protected] on 14.11.2008, which was found already registered to some Rizwan Ahmad on 17.11.2008.
                            When enquired by the customer against non activation of the Sim Card, the dealers informed that it could not be activated due to a prolonged strike into the company.
                            The Reliance offices refused to attend the complaint against the fake and fradulant act of Reliance Communication.
                            The chief of distribution cell Mr Vikas Singh at Reliance Office Varanasi misbehaved with the customres and refused for redressal of the complaint and customer's legal request.
                            The Sim Card sold to the customers could not be activated from 14.11.08 to 18.11.08.

                            Could anyone move my complaint to Mr Anil Dhiru Bhai Ambani, so that a seperate cell is there to check such fake and fradulant sales.

                            Today my SIM get blocked. I went to VODAFONE CARE LUDHIANA AT MALL ROAD.
                            There i met with your employee name MEENU. She told my that i have to pay rupees 100 for new SIM.                             welcome to Reliance Communication — Reliance Communication defrauding Customer

                            Reliance could not activate its Sim Card CDMA connection [protected] even after 25 days. Reliance had sold to the customer a fake Sim Card [protected] on 14.november 08, which was found to be registered at two different ID proofs and with two different customers.

                            The Customer Care Centre at Reliance acted as dumb and deaf on this very issue. The Reliance Communication Customer Care Centre is a fun as it does not respond at all. The next Sim Card with a new connection is also understood to bear the same problem as it could not be activated even after making 31 reminders via e-mail on their site. Reliance Communication is defrauding its customer through the franchise service providers.

                            Any one buying a new CDMA connection from Reliance must be aware of the dumy Reliance Customer Care Services.Be aware of the fake Sim Cards.

I know has Company deducted the Money from the consumer phone after than company did not respond. We are also suffering with the customer. Company has only excuse it is Value Added Services we have not activate the services. It has been activate from Backend or automatic. We are unable to understand where is company Backend.

                            Who has done this? Why the company Chairman Mr Anil Ambani did not thing about Infocom Business in Punjab or the franchisee?

                            I have also send the written complaint against company person with name rank along proof to MR Anil Ambani they did not have any answer? These questions are related with Infocom Business in the Punjab. But Mr Ambani has no time even to read my documents he have just replayed you have discussed all the Issue with Mr Sanjeev Garg CO of Punjab. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) Said All the Debits & Credits are as per Policy So We are unable to do any thing. Now Our question at time of doing the job by the company persons with DSA/SDSA where were company policy, company persons did not did his duty as per policy & we are having the proof which are showing Now How You can say All the Debits has been made by the company to the franchisee are genuine. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) has refused to discuss with me.

                            This shows Company have no ethics. They are the manipulators you are requested to look the matter seriously because it is happened with every franchises or with the customers I am sure that every franchisee has been panelized with huge bed debits.

                            Company people give every franchisee & franchisee to customer sweet Tablets Like Wire Line, Big TV, PCO, GSM etc is coming soon after then all the problems have been resolved But till date it is not happened

                            We people small businessman are working with reliance with the sweet tablet as coming business will give you the chance for recover the looses . But every time we have loose something in Reliance.

                            I have also send the written complaint against company person with name rank along proof to MR Anil Ambani they did not have any answer? These questions are related with Infocom Business in the Punjab. But Mr Ambani has no time even to read my documents he have just replayed you have discussed all the Issue with Mr Sanjeev Garg CO of Punjab. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) Said All the Debits & Credits are as per Policy So We are unable to do any thing. Now Our question at time of doing the job by the company persons with DSA/SDSA where were company policy, company persons did not did his duty as per policy & we are having the proof which are showing Now How You can say All the Debits has been made by the company to the franchisee are genuine. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) has refused to discuss with me.

                            This shows Company have no ethics. They are the manipulators you are requested to look the matter seriously because it is happened with every franchises or with the customers I am sure that every franchisee has been panelized with huge bed debits.

                            Company people give every franchisee & franchisee to customer sweet Tablets Like Wire Line, Big TV, PCO, GSM etc is coming soon after then all the problems have been resolved But till date it is not happened

                            We people small businessman are working with reliance with the sweet tablet as coming business will give you the chance for recover the looses . But every time we have loose something in Reliance.

                            I have been a customer of reliance from 3years.We were told about the reliance std 496 plan.So we took nearly 30 reliance connections.Now they r telling that the plan has been stopped.How come they?

                            Even it is of no use as it is cdma type.

When i went to shop asking for the status, first of all they said that this is not their job and later they said we are not going to do anything, do whatever i can do. when asked my money back the sales person even become very wild and used bad words.

                            Reliance GSM — Lie to sell the Sim card

                            The employee of a reliance communications had come to our area to sell GSM sim cards and he told one plan, that is as mentioned below,

                            199 Plan,
                            450 SMS free / Day,
                            20 Hours free for any GSM To GSM / Month,

                            and he told this is limited period offer we got impressed and took 2 sim cards and he given 2 sim cards with one same document one i was using [protected] one more my friend using i didnt use much and my friend used it because he thought 20 hours free and month end we got bill stating for [protected] - 244 inr,
                            and other number i dont remember the number thats is some round 1033 inr, in the bill statement every single call is charged there is no free at all and sms also charged 50ps, and total bill is that much as mentioned above. and now when they call i told everything from starting to till end but they say ok and again next day they will call now i am receiving nearly 5 to 7 calls everyday from reliance i told them not to call but still they are forcing me to pay, i didnt use why do i have to pay,

                              i was taken reliance mobile vth life time simcard no([protected]) then also u expired my validity after one month at 30 oct 2008, i was trying to solve this problem upto 16 days, but customer executive every time told that comlaint in solving in 60 hours but i was waiting upto 16 day, it was so rude, i was so disturbed during this time i lose something during those day, show me reason of this complaint becoz m going to district consumer coplaints, i think only and only reliance mobile is the very bad service provider.

                                I was offered card bearing No.[protected], in my name "AMITKUMAR V GAJJAR" which is valid since 07 and valid thru 07/11.
                                i am using the same since than and always offered the card every time i made purchase from reliance retail outlets for accumulation of reward points, but when i visited yesterday the reliance fresh store at AMBAWADI, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, to my surprise they said that their system does not show my name but instead it shows that the card no. reflects some other party's name.

                                i request to sort out the same at earliest.because issuance of any duplicate card amounts to criminal fraud.

Recently there was an offer that for every Rs 500.00 top up Rs 600.00 will be credited to the account . But I have got only Rs 445.00 and the balance has not been credited yet. Ihad recharged around 15 to 20 days back and till now I havent received the balance.

                                    I am having all india rim to rim free on my handset as i recharge montthly with 496/-.But for four days i am unable to avail this facility.And Reliance havent giveg me any prior intimation that u cant avail this serviec or u do not make calls on reliance, it will be charged . I have faced many problems of not making calls as I have taken the service of free calling to reliance for one full month, now it is the responsiblity of reliance to give me service and if there is any deficiency in that to compensate me.
