Negligiency / Intentional Trouble

i got the Reliance pre paid [protected] on 26th september submiting all my documents. On 29 Sept 08 my no. was activated. i dont know why and how reliace communication barred my out goings, as per interaction with Reliance Customer Care i resubmitted my IDs on d same day i.e., 10th October but by till date.. 28/11/2008 the services are not resumed.
Is this Reliance... or un-reliance..
Reliance must change its name to Unreliable...

Currency gone without uses

I recharged my reliance mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 201/- (Full Talk time) on 30.10.08 at 18.32.54. I Got masage on 05.11.08 at 07.09.47 that " Your prepaid account balance is currently Rs. 9.93. pl. recharge your account soon to enjoy ininterrupted service." I shocked because my Rs. 175/- was deducted without use. I have used maximum twenty to twenty five Rupees between 30.10.08 to 05.11.08. So I have called at *333 and booked...

replacement of rim cell

dear sir,
i bought a reliance cell two month ago that was in scheme of 999rs.but now cell is not working.i lodged a complaint in care center. They told me to come after a week to replace rim phone.after that whenever i go to them they just ignored my complaint and make new excuses e.g "Abhi cell aaye nahi hai".Today 4 week has been passed but i didnt get my phone replacement.Now what i do ? I am using RIM ([protected]) prepaid .why sir stop the offer of 496 plan .first reliance is a cdma .but if there is no offer like free so why we are using rim, i am using reliance from last 4 years in orissa, at that time 440 offer was stopped so why the customers are used reliance...

recharge amount not fully accredited

I am Reliance Smart Customer for the last four year (Mobile No - [protected]). Recently there was an offer that for every Rs 500.00 top up Rs 600.00 will be credited to the account . But I have got only Rs 445.00 and the balance has not been credited yet. Ihad recharged around 15 to 20 days back and till now I havent received the balance.

I would be thankful if anything could be done in this regard .br...

[protected] on yesterday night . he just informed me that he was calling from reliance cutomer care and now my out going call would be barred. poor recharge facility

i am using smart gsm pre paid service since 5 yrs now. for the last 4 months i am facing real trouble in recharging my phone on a regular basis. most of the time the server of reliance is down because of which the retailer refuses to recharge. even the customer care executive are also very rude, they just keep down call most of the time in a very manner less way....

wrong address after giving address proof 2 times

we had transfered my mobile from mumbai to gujarat before 2 years and given address proof and identy proof at that time.

I had given identy proof of H. K. DESAI - Pan CARD, in every Pan card there is a father name of the pan card holder.
Relience had registered Name as kantilal dolatrai desai - who is father of Hemlata kantilal desai.(H K Desai) and i request bye personally to their web word and given proof 2nd time...
