I contacted reliance at the end of February to help me TRANSFER my connection to my new address in Pune (PIN - 411048).
The agent said that the connection CAN be transferred.

After I shifted to my new address in the 1st week of March, on 05/03/2017 I registered a request to get my connection transferred to the new address.

From the last 6 months there has been continuous theft of Rs.15/10/5/3 in my main balance for the services I have never subscribed & without any message intimating me.
When i talk to customer care they say they have record of only three days and cannot do anything if the theft is done before that period. This means that everyday i check my balance 5 to 10 times and also write down my balance every time when i call someone.

My Name is Pradip Pradhan, I got a (Bonus Offer) msg from Reliance on dt-25.03.17 at 12.21 PM, In this msg clearly written that i get 300MB Internet balance, But When i surfing internet auto deduct from my main balance around Rs-60/- What kind of service gives you team ? Its a direct theft of money. Please look into this matter & return my money as early possible....

It's alomst a month and still the issue is not resolves. yout executive took the money for activating the sim and then there is no update, when i call back on the same number they and disconnecting the call and behaving very rude, This is the way how u treat your customer, SAME ON U GUYS, , , really pathetic service..

Reliance postpaid network is TOO WASTE & WORST & MOST FRAUD company among all the telecom providers in India. Because, I literally suffered with this network and strongly suggest not to take anybody in India. I have not seen such a **** customer service anywhere else in this world.

Even after my repeated attempts to get out of this stupid network by sending PORT then my number to 1900, I always got a message stating that the request could not be processed.

I am abhishek yadav from bangalore. I have taken one postpaid 4g sim from reliance communication. The person came to my office in mg road and took my documents details and didn't gave me the postpaid sim.

After Sales Reliance behave that Reliance are our customer, we have to schedule our visit to RCOM Store then you can continue .

They can Cut your connection because we all are fool.

Reliance know a customer is nothing for him, there are million, billion customer are there for reliance income .
If some customer are in trouble reliance will ignor him.
