    Hi,

    I am manish and my phone no. is [protected] . On 26 march I received a message "You have been successfully subscribed to BoxOffice service for 7 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 2674 to 155223(Toll Free)" and Rs 10 has been deducted from my main account balance. I had not requested for any service and also not replied to any such message for service subscriptions. I called consumer care executive but there was not any information regarding this message. This is the second time I am facing these problems and if you not fix it permanently then I would knock the door of consumer forum ( I am just warning you ).

    Hope you would take proper action of my complaint.

      My mother a senior citizen went to Dehradun for vacation, last month reliance disconnected the no. Saying u have exceeded the limit without informing and before sending the bill but the bill was paid, after that SIM card did not work and found at the gallery in Dehradun that SIM card has crashed, another SIM was sent and activated the no. After receiving inserted the SIM but same problem, did not work from last month till date she is not using her SIM but reliance has sent a bill with 780rs showing excess data consumed, when the SIM is not working and removed how she is charged with 780 rs, so many complaints have been made and wrote to their customer care but they couldn't solve the issue no what has to be done.

        My Complaint No..[protected] Dt. 17.02.17 . last 2 Months i have received excess bill amount.in the last month i was resolve the problem with the help of customer care toll free no. on 198 number.but in the next month i got that the difference amount of previous bill (Bill amount & Paid amount) also added & again over billing charges charged in next billing.
        so please resolve my problem, so i can pay my bill amount, till my service shold be continue.

          सर,
          मै पिछले करीब सात--आठ सालों ससे आपका पोस्ट पेड Consumer हुँ । मेरा नम्बर
          है- [protected]. मैने सदैव अपना बिल समयानुसार भुगतान किया है । परन्तु पिछले
          तीन महिने से आपके Costmer Care Executives के द्वारा लगातार परेशान और
          प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है।

          आपके Billing Department के द्वारा मुझे फरवरी'2017 का बिल (Bill no.
          [protected] रुपये 1667/= भेजा गया जो कि मेरे Normal bill से जायदा था ।
          मैने जब उपरोक्त बिल का आकंक्षण किया तो पाया कि बिल में रुपये 530/=
          इन्टरनेट चार्ज के सापेक्ष जोड़ा गया है जो कि पुर्णत: गलत था । क्योंकि मैं
          ये नम्बर सिर्फ आफिस के वार्ता के लिये ही उपयोग करता हुँ और मैने इस नम्बर का
          सिम बेसिक फोन मे लगा रखा है जिस हैंडसेट के द्वारा Net /Data का उपयोग संभव
          ही नहीं है।

          तब मैने आपके Coustomer Care पर कई बार वार्ता की परन्तु उन लोगों के द्वारा न
          कोई उचित समाधान दिया गया न ही अपनी ओर से एक परेशान ग्राहक के समस्या के
          निस्तारण हेतु कोई पहल की गयी। मै हर बार. आपके *222 पर फोन करता काफी लंबीं
          और अधारहिन प्रक्रिया से गुजरने के पश्चात् आपके Coustomer Care Executive से
          बामुश्किल बात होती, तो हर बार मुझे पुरी रमायण कथा उन्हें सुनानी पड़ती, अंत
          मे सब या तो मुझे ये कह कर फोन काट देते कि होल्ड करें मै आपकी सीनियर्स से
          बात करा रहा हुँ या यह कह देते कि आपकी समस्या मैने उपर फारवर्ड कर दी है।
          समस्या के समाधान हेतु संबंधित आपसे जल्द सम्पर्क कर लेंगे।

          परन्तु आज दिनांक 26. 03. 2016 तक आपके यहाँ से किसी ने सम्पर्क तक नहीं किया।
          हाँ ! इस बिच कुछ फोन अवश्य आये जिसमें मुझे फोन करने वालों द्वारा ये आदेशित
          किया गया कि मुझे जो बिल प्राप्त हुआ है उसके सापेक्ष अविलंब भुगतान जमा कर
          दूँ, नही तो आपकी सेवाएं बन्द कर दी जायेंगी। मैने हर एक फोन करने वाले से
          अपनी दिक्कत बतायी पर किसी ने कोयी सहयोग नहीं दिया। कयियों ने कहा सबसे आसान
          है पुरा बिल जमा कर दुसरे कम्पनियों में PORT कर जाइये।

          इसी बिच आपकी Company ने 23 या 24 फरवरी से मेरी सारी सेवाएं बन्द कर दीं,
          Incoming & Outgoing दोनों । यहाँ तक की SMS facility भी। अब आप खुद ही
          सोचिये कि जिन बैंकों मे मैने Relience का नम्बर रजीस्टर करा रखा है उन बैंक
          के खातों से होने वाले finencial transaction की सुचना भी मुझे नही मिल पा रही
          है। अगर उन खातों में इसी बिच कोई अनियमितता हो जाती है तो उसका जिम्मेवार कौन
          होगा। वो भी सिर्फ 500-600 रुपये के लिये आपने एक आठ साल के Coustomer का
          शोषण नहीं कर रहे हैं आपकी लापरवाही और निक्कमी सीस्टम इसके लिये जिम्मेवार
          है। मजे की बात ये कि सारी सेवाएं तो बन्द कर दीं पर Billing चालु रखी और
          मार्च '2017 मे पुनः एक बिल भेज दिया जिसमे Payble Amount है रुपये 2981/=.
          | बन्द मोबाइल का बिल एक महिने मे रुपये 1214/=. बड़ी आश्चर्यजनक और तकलीफदेह
          कार्य प्रणाली है आपकी सर।

          मै ये नही कहता की आप गलत हो या मै ही सही हुँ, पर एक कस्टमर होने के नाते
          मेरा अधिकार है कि अगर मेरी कोई दुविधा है कोई परेशानी है तो आपको बताऊँ और आप
          न ही सिर्फ मेर परेशानी की तात्कालिक जांच करें बल्कि मुझे सन्तुष्ट भी करें।
          आप कोई भी निर्णय लें तो उससे जुड़ें सभी पहुलुओं को सुक्ष्मता से देखें और
          होने वाले परिणाम और दुश्परिणामों का भी आकलन करें। क्योंकि आपकी सेवाओं का
          उपयोग कोयी मशीन नहीँ बल्कि एक जीता-जागता इंसान कर रहा है। बिना जांच किये
          निर्णय लेना अपने-आप में अन्याय और अत्याचार ही है।

          साहब सच मानिए कि आप के लोगों की बातें सुन इतना अफसोस और दु:ख होता है कि किस
          तरह एक बड़े और घने वृक्ष को उसी के डाल पर आश्रय पाने वाले न सिर्फ उसे काट
          रहें है बल्कि उसके जड़ों में भी तेजाब डाल रहे हैं। जब मोबाइल फोन का मार्केट
          ईतना बड़ा और प्रतियोगी हो गया है, वहाँ एक जमी जमायी कम्पनी के ग्राहकों वो
          भी Postpaid consumers के साथ जो आपके साथ शुरुआती दौर से जुड़ें है, उनके साथ
          ईस स्तर का व्यवहार, इस तरह से Service support वो भी रुपये 500-600 के लिये।
          कौन देख रहा है आप का system, आप से लाखों-करोड़ों की Sallary और सुविधाएँ
          पाने वाले उच्च अधिकारी गण क्या आंखे पर पट्टी बांध अपने कर्तव्यों का
          निर्वहन कर रहे हैं, निचे सिस्टम मे बैठे लोग क्या और किस तरह कर रहें हैं ये
          देखने और समझने की जिम्मेवारी तो उन्ही की है। हर सिस्टम का रुटिन बेसिस पर
          आकलन /समायोजन /प्रबंधन औरऔ समन्वयन होनि ही चाहिये नहीं तो उस system को जंग
          लग जाता है ।

          सर, मैं एक बहुत छोटा आदमी हुँ, और, मै जानता हुँ कि मेरे जैसे उपभोक्ता अगर
          आप से टूट भी जायें तो आपकी बड़ी कम्पनी पर कोई असर नही होगा, पर आप बड़े तभी
          तक हैं जब तक छोटे चिजों को समभालना और सहेजना जानते हैं।

          आशा और उम्मीद के साथ कि आप जल्द ही न्यायोचित और संतोषजनक समाधान अवश्य
          देंगें ।

            I have reliance prepaid sim plan unlimited call to all India by Rs 151 renewing every 4 weeks

            which has been several times altered minutes call drops and disconnect calls to other networks

            regarding this i have raised several complaints to their customer care and applet authorities but no clear action has been taken till date

            i am in a plan since 1st day of sim bought using the service and renewing two days prior to actual due date

            the plan was announced as long as renewing prior to renewal date it will available for life time

            previously i was holding one inida plan 40 paise minute including roaming which was removed all facilities

            I got Data offer 1 GB data for RC29 which was work only 4 days hardly 100 mb consumed regarding this issue I called customer care, the executive not able to see my account she need senior officers help

            I request All offer to be published by TV or news paper and TRAI closely monitor the sector activity

            I bought one new reliance prepaid sim on 21/03/2017 and recharged with Rs.196/-.But after activating sim i couldn't make outgoing calls but receiving only incoming calls.No proper response from customer care.I am not happy with their service.Customer care persons are saying that my mobile is not recharged but i received recharged msg in my mobile

              I am Minaketan senapati and my mobile number is [protected].About 1 or 1/5 month ago, many calls are received from your telenetwork agents.Your agents asked us to take the benefits of my special offer given by you. Many times I had neglact it. But after many calls I think I have to hear what he says. He says that "you are eligible for special offer. Now you are paying ₹ 299 but the price of special offer is for ₹ 300 which gives you 1GB 4G data with the same plan which you have earlier activated."Again I have said to him to say the total amount what I have to Pay. He said ₹ 300 total. And then I say" Ok".

              And now you make my total bill of 647(approx) which is 299+300+tax.

              Pls make my bill correct, so I can feel freely to pay ₹ 299. And also you can see my bill details. If you have to check whether am I right or wrong please check your call recordings.

                I contacted reliance at the end of February to help me TRANSFER my connection to my new address in Pune (PIN - 411048).
                The agent said that the connection CAN be transferred.

                After I shifted to my new address in the 1st week of March, on 05/03/2017 I registered a request to get my connection transferred to the new address.
                There was NO contact from Reliance. I called back on 10/03/2017, to know that my request has been CLOSED without informing me and my connection CANNOT be transferred.

                Faults of the company:
                1- Incorrect information at first that connection CAN be transferred.
                2- Closed my request without informing me.

                I then registered my request on 10/03/2017 for immediate termination of my connection.
                I was told that WITHIN 9 days the termination will be done. after the RETENTION team contacts me.

                21/03/2017- Reliance bill for another month generated.

                26/03/2017- No contact from reliance till date. Termination not done. I called them a couple of times - they keep telling me we have escalated your request.

                Faults of the company (again):
                1- Immediate termination not accepted, wanted me to wait for RETENTION team to contact me. What retention? Reliance refused to transfer the connection.
                2- Termination not done in the promised time.
                3- Next bill generated.

                I am NOT going to pay any money. I have cleared all bills until 10/03/2017.
                I have not used the connection since 05/03/2017. Paid for 5 days extra already.

                To Reliance - Terminate my connection with IMMEDIATE effect and waive the bill generated unnecessarily due to YOUR delay of termination.

                Toooo Bad Service and Reliance is a Fraud Company.

                Reliance is a fraud company. It cuts the balance by charging itself and then does not lift any customer phone with customer care.
                Congratulations, 3GB Data plus Unlimited Reliance calls with additional 500 mins on recharge of Rs 152 is credited with 28 days validity.RCOM but not give me 3 gb data

                  From the last 6 months there has been continuous theft of Rs.15/10/5/3 in my main balance for the services I have never subscribed & without any message intimating me.
                  When i talk to customer care they say they have record of only three days and cannot do anything if the theft is done before that period. This means that everyday i check my balance 5 to 10 times and also write down my balance every time when i call someone.
                  This is a fraud practice and resolve it as soon as possible. Such deductions are not valid at all. Look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible.

                            I am Shobana Jayaseelan, using a Reliance Datacard no. [protected].

                            We have been requesting for terminating the connection from July of 2016. Unaware of the termination process made us rely on the customer care for the termination. Lack of expertise or ignorance or arrogance of the customer care executives, we were never informed about the termination process precisely. And waited for the connection to be terminated. We were even told by the customer care executives, that our connection will get terminated as soon as we clear the outstanding.

                            In November of 2016, after the customer care executives clearly mentioned about the 'automatic termination on clearing the outstanding, we have cleared the total amount pending to that date. On the next day, when we called the customer care executives to check if the connection is terminated, they informed us that an amount is generated again and I have to pay that. Frustrated we, kept calling the customer care for a resolution. Many of the representatives understood the issue and told they will personally take the issue and resolve it in 48 hours (every time), with a promise of a callback from reliance, which never happened. On December 21, we have gone to the store which sold us the data card and called the customer care in front of the store officials and were promised we don't have to pay anything and the issue will be resolved soon. Upon calling the customer care repeatedly, we came to know that the bill kept generating again. We explained this to 'hundreds' of customer care executives and were promised of a 48-hour resolution and a callback that will confirm it.

                            In between, we got a resolution - Waiver of Rs. 77/- (This has to be a joke). And we still continued relying upon the customer care and were still promised the 48-hour resolution.

                            We never got a call back from reliance and we started getting advocate notice. We kept calling the customer care and the 48-hour promise carried on for hundreds of conversations. This week, we got a court notice to our address stating that we need to pay the outstanding by 27th of March, 2017. On 23rd of March, the customer care executives told us that our number which is in issue from the last one year is shown 'invalid' in their details and for the first time the executive informed us the termination process. And said we should still pay the amount.

                            I don't understand how a customer has to suffer by taking a reliance data card. A connection couldn't be terminated or the issue cannot be resolved in 8 months. As I cannot wait any longer, as the deadline for the court notice is just 4 days ahead.

                            Now, as I don't want to face any issues from the court, as I am unaware of how it works, I would pay the amount to Reliance today. But, I cannot sit and relax when a communication giant like Reliance is doing this to their customers.

                            As a responsible customer, I have done what I was asked for. But when a company as huge as reliance lacks the basic customer support, we don't want to sit and suffer.

                            I want the complete refund for my last three payments and decent compensation for the hours I've spent on Customer care and compensation for all the hassles and worries created by Reliance, and it's advocates.

                              Reliance postpaid network is TOO WASTE & WORST & MOST FRAUD company among all the telecom providers in India. Because, I literally suffered with this network and strongly suggest not to take anybody in India. My experience with Reliance was I ported my network from Docomo to Reliance and I choose unlimited calling plan. From the first day I was suffered with their worst network I should try minimum 3 -4 time to connect a call if it’s connect voice clarity is too worst, means we can not understand what the other side person is speaking. in 15 mins call 2 – 3 times call will b disconnect. Most FRAUD thing is I took unlimited calling plan. after 25 days my outgoing facility has blocked by the company. I contacted to customer care executive, As per his conversation ” I was used 10 hours outgoing call so that is the reason they blocked my out going calls and they withdraw my unlimited plan(I really didn’t understand what is the meaning o[censored]nlimited calling) and they withdrawn my unlimited plan. Now I can’t port from reliance to other networks Because of TRAI 90 days lock-in rule This is a VERY FRAUD thing from Reliance. So I took new IDEA postpaid number. I Strongly advise not to take anybody in India.

                                I'm using reliance prepaid sim from more than 6 months now and recently from last 2 months there has been a continuous 30/- per month deduction in my main balance for the services I have never subscribed.                                     Last week on 16th march 2017 in evening my reliance sim stopped working.

                                    As there was rangpanchmi ( Holiday) on next day 17/03/17.,

                                    the stores were closed.

                                    So i approached the store on Saturday 18th march 2017 morning,

                                    where they said my sim is too old so it has stopped working.

                                    So they reissued the new sim card and my new sim got activated in 30 minutes.

                                    Now after 5 days my sim has been ported to another company by a different person.

                                    I request you to help me and get me my number back immediately.

                                      Please resolve the issue that we are facing or else I am going to port my number to another company.

                                      This is the second time that I am facing the no signal issue. To the reference complaint dated 24th of March 2017, the issue was resolved but from today morning I am facing the same issue again.

                                      Please resolve the issue or else I have to opt for the alternative.

                                        I have not seen such a **** customer service anywhere else in this world.

                                        Even after my repeated attempts to get out of this stupid network by sending PORT then my number to 1900, I always got a message stating that the request could not be processed.

                                        I was porting out because I wanted to go for a reliable network like Airtel, who have good international coverage (was moving out of India).

                                        The reliance customer care guy told me that they would activate it on my number and that I must not opt out. I made this mistake of trusting them again.

                                        Now it has been more than 1 month out of India, still there are no signs of any international roaming. The executives have no idea and sometimes they it is already active, while other time they ask me to deposit 5000 INR first and get a new SIM for international roaming.

                                        I am not sure, how should I get back signals on my India number, so as to get important SMS and OTPs.

                                        Totally disappointed and disgruntled. Would not suggest anyone to opt for RCOM (diff from Jio).
                                        Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
