My Name is Mahesh from Rajahmundry.I have a reliance prepaid GSM Number [protected]. I am using this number past 10 years. suddenly my outgoing and incoming calls barred. I can't even call to customer care also.After contacting reliance customer care by friend's number he said Please visit nearest store and submit kyc documents after that your number is activated. So i have visited reliance communication store and requested to reactivate my sim. Store person telled your number is barred i cannot reactivating it . Please help me to reactivating my sim

      I ported a number from aircel to reliance. I have collected the new sim from reliance store however the number did not get registered & reliance executives told to collect a new sim again from the outlet. They are not ready to activate my sim. Port request was made on 18/03/2017 and sim was collected on 23/03/2017. I need a resolution for this issue as soon as possible.

        I was facing Network problem for more than 1 year. I raised several tickets but no use. I tried to PORT my number to Other Network but when I sent message for Porting, I am getting reply like Your Request could not be processed. I sent almost 100+ times and from 5 Different Devices. But got same reply. I called Customer Care for more than 25 numbers and registered complaints for more than 10 times but no response. When ever I am calling again, I was getting answer that Ticket closed, will create new one
        Not sure why tickets getting closed without resolution of issues. I shared my thoughts through FB, Twitter to Reliance Official ID but no response. I fed up and started using another similar but most of my official things are mapped with Reliance number. Last week I faced serious problem and almost I lost my Loan Verification call and almost got cancelled. I traveled to Trichy from Hyderabad during Saturday and Sunday for verifying it . Due to this problem I am facing lot of problems. My Family, Friends are not able to reach me most of the time includes some urgent calls. My managers are scolding me as I am not available through calls in urgent crisis work situation. Totally I am irritated. But I want this number so I need to port. Please help me here ASAP. My next step would be some legal complaints about this as I have lot of proofs about the issues which I faced. I will wait for one more week and will start next action.

          I spoke to Reliance Customer Care CSR on MAR 29 asking if I can recharge with Rs. 398 to get 10 GB 3G data. This call was made from my reliance prepaid mobile [protected]. I was advised by the CSR that I can recharge and will get 3G data of 10 GB. when I recharged online with 398 I got 2G data not 3G.

          I have been contacting customer care from my other mobile number [protected] but no one seems to help. CSR Ankur gave me a TAT of 24 Hrs so that they will listen to the call & get back with a solution.

          Till date I have made several calls with no solution. When I ask for a manager, I was told that there is no manager on the floor during nights & I need to call back at 9 AM in the morning.

          I have asked them to either refund the money so that I can recharge with 225 to get 3G data or give me what was promised.

          I am not getting no where. Can some one please look into this issue.

            Hi I am Sameer having post paid mobile no [protected] which I have been using for almost 10 years now.
            For the past few days I was getting calls from reliance for converting this number to 4G for which I denied and stopped taking calls with this regard.
            Today I received a msg stating your 4G migration request is now initiated and please insert your new 4G sim. After a few hours there were no signals in my mobile.
            My point is how can any company force you to opt something which a customer doesn't want.
            I called up customer care from other reliance number and as expected they said that I had given migration request. I told the guy to tell me as to how the request came through. He said we don't have that option to see.
            I explained him that I have not given any request and this is the number from Delhi circle and I am in Hyderabad now and the number is on roaming.
            Again same flat reply sir we don't have that option to give you sim from Hyderabad. They expect to leave all my work here and go all the way to Delhi for the sim???????
            I said that if you don't have any option then why the hell have you blocked the sim.
            I had given portability request and documents a couple of months back to change the circle from Delhi to Hyderabad which didn't happen. Reliance office charged me Rs 300 for the same but of no use.
            This is pure stupidity from reliance end and for sure they would loose a post paid customer.
            This company has become so pathetic and number one cheater. Their executives have no brain what so ever and they don't even know how to speak to a 10 years old customer.

              I have no subscribed any pack but i hav received message on 29th march 2017 that i have successfully subscribed to shemVDevotional service. ..

              But i didn't. .
              Please deactivate this service and refund my money back.

              Sir when i have call to 198 they said me that your no is data card call to *355 and when i have called to *355 they asked me to call 198 and both are not registering my complaint please help me out

                Please disconnect my reliance 3g broadband no. [protected]
                with subscriber id[protected]. I will be shifting to another state for higher study and so cannot continue.

                I have already sent email to customer care but have received no reply.

                Kindly do this as soon as possible so that I do not have to pay bills from next cycle.

                  I have recharged Rs.148/= under unlimited calls to any company for 28 Days pack on 26.03.2017. That is unlimited out going calls to any company and unlimited free roming as per your company’s Terms & Conditions. Out going calls are not going from 29.03.2017. After recharge I have finished only 3 Days but not 28 Days. After 10.00 P.M your reliance company stopped the out going calls to any company. During the night emergency time reliance company done like this type of job affected me severely. Please rectify the same and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    Hello...i want to request for the removal of cell tower exactly beside my building wich is just beside my balcony as i live on 5th floor of d building n d facing of my flat is also just opposite to d direction of tower were we r directly exposed to the radiations within d short distance.i hav small kids n iam worried about d ill effects of d radiations on my family specislly on kids..plz plz do take a quick step for its deinstallation as soon as possible.

                      After using reliance as service provider for more than 6 months now, In continuation of balance deduction in last 2 months, this month also deductions have been made for unsubscribed services and requests. Last month I complained regarding the same and got my deduction waived off but this month again deduction has been made. This is totally unacceptable and unjustified. Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

                      Not all deductions have been waived off, just half of it. Please check this again and take appropriate action to waive off the rest of the deduction too.
                      I made a call to Roorkee from my reliance mobile [protected] and the charge deducted was rs 75 for approx 5 min. The customer associate said it was a international call as according them I input double zero before the dialled no. but the surprising fact was that I didn't did. when I dialed the same no. From Vodafone the charges were nominal.

                        Sir/Mam, i bought a reliance gsm sim from a sim dealer. I bought i around 1 week ago and i was assured that the sim will be activated within 2-3 days. I had to run each and every day to ask if my documents have been accepted or not. Every day i was told the next day sim will be activated. The dealer also contacted the person responsible for my sim activation. He said the Sim is activated but i see not network signal whatsoever. Please do something ASAP or else i have to change my options.
                        No-[protected]. this is no required to be activated.

                          I had given the request for termination of my broadband connection on 4th March 2017, the request no. is as follows :

                          SRN no.[protected]
                          I removed the modem and didn't used any Reliance services from 4th March onwards. The request was automatically closed without closing the connection. After calling them again and sending so many mails they called me and raised a new connection closure request on 16th March.

                          Now today I got the mail from Reliance to pay the bill of amount Rs 631.15. My plan details are:
                          User Id:[protected]
                          Montly Rent: Rs. 549, 1 MBPS
                          Plan: Advanced rental plan
                          Billing period: 11th to 10th

                          I already paid the bill for the period 11th Feb, 2017 to 10th March, 2017 and placed connection termination request on 4th March, 2017.
                          Instead of refunding the amount for 6 days (5th March 2017 to 10th March 2017) Reliance sent me the bill of Rs631.15.

                          Please help.

                          The complaint has not been addressed, I got the call but that was for some other user not for me.
                          Please don't make such a wrong statements that the concern is addressed. It is not addressed and I am getting continuous calls from you for paying the bill for the service which I have not used.

                          Giving the details again:

                            Dear Sir,
                            I antim singh Mob No [protected] baught a connection 3 months before with paying 300 security deposit. after that 1 month i was in village at that time there is no notwork in mobile so i have not make a single call from the number [protected]. And i have not received a single call for the bill payment. someone(mob no [protected]) called to my mom([protected]) and scolded her alot and ask to last wish of antim singh. he behave very badly. i will file a case against reliance in consumer court if action will not be taken against that person who called to my mother and abused alot and threat to her about to kill me. my mother is heart patient and she bothered alot.

                              Hello sir/madam, I'm using Reliance Gsm sim. I'm living in Diva, Mumbai city, Maharashtra and From this months, my mobile shows Roaming Notification unnecessarily and I couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears and cant able to operate internet. When I tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take any action.                                 I am using Reliance Broadband (ID:[protected]since october 2014 with landline connection.

                                There is frequent disconnection of service/ reliance internet does not work and Landline is disconnected mostly.Even after several complaints to reliance customer care they don't respond immediately nor the issue is resolved permanently. We observed that after several reminders just a week or few days before monthly bill payment they start the Internet Service only(not Landline).

                                This has become their regular practice which is not acceptable and losses the interest in continuing this sort of service. It hampers my day to day activities for which this service is enabled. However, there is no positive response from Reliance Broadband till today this is followed. The customer care complaint attendant person told us that this issue is due to permanent faulty cables for Internet and Landline which the company is not changing/replacing.

                                Note: Landline is still not working.

                                Kindly look into this issue and help us to resolve it permanently.

                                  My name is Bhuwan Jaiswal and i live in Kanpur. I would like to tell you in your department fraud has been doing by some irrelevant people i dont know who are they let me tell you what has happened with me i got a phone call from [protected] on[protected] at 10:23 am regarding reliance dongle bill which made me shocked which bill i have to pay i asked with that executive who told me i have to pay 400 rs for the reliance dongle number ([protected]) said by executive as a monthly bill which i never bought or used . I told her i never bought and used any reliance dongle she said no its not true u have bought and u have to pay then i asked tell my address and full name she said and i was shocked then i asked please tell me from which store this dongle has been bought she denied to tell me and said i dont have this information and I am not authorized to tell this then i said u r authorized to make a phone call regarding bill but u r not authorized to tell where that dongle has been bought from then she said i[censored] want information then go to the nearest reliance store department they will tell you therefore on[protected] i visited to reliance communication office which is called ( AIM COMMUNICATION) situated at Express road kanpur pin code 208001

                                  I spoke to your staff and tell that dongle number and then they checked the information regarding dongle number ([protected]) then I saw my details Appeared there again i was shocked what the hell was that then i took the screenshot of that where I saw my name was there address was there but email id and pin code was different.
                                  kindly resolve my issue without any address verification without knowing in my knowledge someone of reliance net connect department person how can anyone approved this fake connection with different pin code area and has been using . when i visited reliance office (AIM COMMUNICATION) EXPRESS ROAD KANPUR rather than sorting my problem they started accusing on me i might have given my id to someone else although i have used postpaid sim last year so my id has already they got.
                                  The email id which has been used that is ([protected]@gmail.com) and pin code was 208010 which is also not belongs to my email and pin code address below i will attach the screenshot which i took for the proof so when i asked to your express road reliance AIM COMMUNICATION staff how can its possible without any address verification how can u allott a number or dongle to anyone they refused to answer my question and and start saying we dont know anything . After then I asked kindly tell me from where this dongle has been bought from they checked into the system and they TOOK THE NAME MB INTERPRIZES i asked where is this MB interprises they said we dont know and we are not authorized to give any information so this kind of fraud has been doing in your department and customer assistance is zero from your staff . i spoke to reliance customer care an executive of yours provided with the email. Therefore i an sending you the mail. I request you kindly take necessary action towards this and cancel the connection which has been used by fake person else sir i post these message on social sites and will do FIR in the police station and will complain in( NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE AND Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) .I am looking forward for your positive response.

                                  I got a call from reliance customer care but that executive was unable to understand english beacuse i have clearly mentioned about the fact what's wrong happened to me. I have been trying to persuade reliance netconnect people in the above mentioned mail someone used my id with different pin code area and different email address which doesn't belong to me . So if i dont live in the pin code area 208010 which has been used for using that dongle . MY pin code area is different therefore i din't get any verification team person visited my house for activation of that dongle no.((9369688732). This is what i am trying to persuade you all if my address doesn't come under the pin code area 208010 then how come this fake dongle connection was alloted on my name along with my mobile number . So it clearly states that someone who is a employee of your company gave approval to that dongle connection and whosoever has been using its illegal and against law . I want this issue get sorted asap else i will contact media people consumer helpine and all the legal help which can be taken against you I have been told i will receive the call by today till 12 pm uptill now no call came to resolve my issue. Uptill now it has not been resolved

                                    Maine 18 month pahle 17000.00 relaince cdma me advance payment kiya, jisase mujhe 24 month ke liye free service mili. Lekin 12 month ke baad cdma company band ho gayi aur mujhe sirf 9 maheene ka free plan gsm me diya gaya.Lekin 4 maheene baad hee bill aane laga aur company wale mujhse 3600.00 ka aur demand karne lage, mai baar baar reliance ke office ke chakkar lagata raha, wo bole 3600.00 waive ho jayega, par abb wo 3600.00 waive nahi kar rahe hain, tab maine 3800.00 payment kar port ka application diya hai, to usme bhi problem create kar rahe hain.

                                    Please mai sabhi customer se ye batana chahunga, jo company dusare ke paise ka garbari karke bari hui hai, uska bilkul bhi sath nahi den.

                                      Sir,

                                      My case is pathetic. I am reliance broad band customer who had opted for thunder combo pack of rs.749 package, in which the vendor promised to provide 2mbps internet service unlimited and calling unlimited. Before installation i was promised by the service provider that their service is the best service provider but their promises to be totally false and i was so troubled and regretted for choosing reliance services.

                                      After installation, there were frequent break downs and i have to complain to them for restoration of the service and it takes 1 to 2 days for restoration of services. You can check from them how many frequent complaints i had made to them. Now since 15th feb 2017 i don’t have broad band service and the calling service is also stopped, when i enquired the technical team they are informing me that their equipment is down and the server is also fully down and the services cannot be restored at all.

                                      They had installed an old modem during the installation of the service, the technical staff who came for installation had assured me that very shortly they will replace with new one. Thereafter, i had reported many times but they had not replaced the modem.

                                      Now from 15th feb 2017 my broadband services are stopped, since, then i am constantly following up with the reliance staff but they are failed to restore the connection, but the billing department is very prompt they are regularly following up the payment of bill even though they are unable to provide the service. When i contacted the customer service dept. They assured me that they will provide the revised bill where they will wave off the amount for the period they had not provided the service. It had become another nuisance to me.

                                      It’s almost 2 months i am without the broadband & telephone services. I had requested them to disconnect the services so that i can opt for other service provider but they hardly heed my request. I had even contacted their appellate authority many times but they, instead of providing the solution for my complaint they ask me to wait for some more time and give excuses which are not acceptable at all. You can understand they take almost 15 minutes to reach the appellate authority/customer care over phone because of ivr and thereafter again they take 20 to 30 minutes to appease me with some unsolicited reasons for not providing the connection. How much i had wasted the time to follow-up this matter.

                                      Now for the past 2 months i am using alternate internet connection at a higher price/rate because of my defaulter internet service provider.

                                      I humbly request you to provide me prompt solution and advice the service provider to disconnect the services and full & final settlement, so that i can approach the other vendor.

                                        I am R Ramamurthy having post paid connection no [protected].Without my confirmation post paid net connection has been activated and rent for 1125 charged for the period 18 Feb to 17 mar 2017.Despite my complaint no status has been informed to me. I don't want net connection kindly make necessary arrangement to wival of the net charges and re credited to my account. Pls confirm.
