Please don't make such a wrong statements that the concern is addressed. It is not addressed and I am getting continuous calls from you for paying the bill for the service which I have not used.
Giving the details again:
had given the request for termination of my broadband connection on 4th March 2017, the request no. is as follows :

I removed the modem and didn't used any Reliance services from 4th March onwards. The request was automatically closed without closing the connection. After calling them again and sending so many mails they called me and raised a new connection closure request on 16th March.
Now today I got the mail from Reliance to pay the bill of amount Rs 631.15. My plan details are:
User Id:[protected]
Montly Rent: Rs. 549, 1 MBPS
Plan: Advanced rental plan
Billing period: 11th to 10th
I already paid the bill for the period 11th Feb, 2017 to 10th March, 2017 and placed connection termination request on 4th March, 2017.
Instead of refunding the amount for 6 days (5th March 2017 to 10th March 2017) Reliance sent me the bill of Rs631.15.
