Rejection of porting request :

My reliance telecom mobile no. is [protected]. I have done my port request on 28.03.2017 but after 8 days porting is not done by reliance gsm (RCOM). Reason for rejecting the application is ”wrong donnar". As per the guidelines these are not the valid reasons to reject an application.

I want filed complaint in consumer forum against Reliance Gsm.

    This people cheats customers,

    I have asked to shift my existing reliance landline number to new location on 26th march 2017, and than after i have purchased new reliance landline and broadband at same location, The new installation have been installed in two days, while my old connection transfer request is still pending, Service request number :[protected], Its pending because of shortage of cables in ahmedabad !!!

    If shortage is there how the hell new connections are getting installed ???

      My connection is not working since 4 march.
      no one is responding as well.

      local technicians are also not responding. (Saying some billing issue of server site).
      We are paying for a seamless connection so please help or share the process to close my connection as from last three months i have raised several complaint for same connection not working issue.

        Sir,
        I am residing at gandhiadigal Road, deenadayal nagar, pattabiram, Chennai, 600072 reliance Tower is erected in front of my home and Generator is opposite to my Door, there is no body taking in charge of the tower and every day generator automatically gets started and the sound is disturbing us, as my daughter is studying she unable to concentrate on studies, pls inform concern person to change the place of Generator so that we can live peacefully.

        Hope, i can trust you because we middle class people only trust law.

          My post paid connection number is [protected] and I have been given network connection with this. But since 27th march 2017 net connection is not functioning although I am paying all the charges within the stipulated time. Due to such frequent disconnection without any prenotice and without any fault on my side ois causing great inconvenience to me.

          I recharged on 28th March for 149 for mobile data. Now company is intimating that there us no any scheme in such amount and now neither co giving me mobile data nor refunding the money my complaint no is Sr[protected]
          The speed test using internet with only data shows 0.23mbps for download and 0.03mbps for upload.
          I took a SIM on the 6th and charging also gave 300rs. So far the SIM has not started, the one who took it does not even lift the phone and is saying that the boss has left the office and that is what happens in reliance

            " You have been successfully subscribed to BWOODMANIASUB21 service for 7 days."

            And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

            However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

            Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.
            Then i called customer care to stop this ... They told to send STOP to 121 i did it and they also stoped directly frm their side

            3 times i lost 21 rs .. This is nothing but cheating . Dont spoil your name by doing this .Pls revert my money back

            Pls solve my complaint. And restore my balance and never add any VAS .

              Yesterday, rs 120 has been deducted from my main balance for a service that i never subscribed and even don't know what is it. My phone number is [protected]. It is not the first time when company deduct amount in such a way. Please do the needful asap. I have never balance more than 200rs and suddenly 120 deducted without any information.
              No one is listening on customer care service.

                Dear Reliance Authority,

                My Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID is[protected] and my broadband is having connectivity issue since last 3 days. I have already complaint about it on reliance customer care.
                It is sad to mention that reliance customer care is not taking necessary steps regarding this connectivity issue and I am being misinformed every time I connect to get status about the problem resolution status.

                I do not expect this kind of leniency from such a renound company. Please take necessary steps to relove the issue ASAP.

                  My self is ruchin brahmbhatt i happen to be a user of reliance pro 3 ([protected]) for more than a year. The best thing i liked is their uncapped internet connection.

                  Now all of sudden the internet does not connect, i have called up on customer care number yesterday[protected] they have told me that please visit the rim store thy will change your dongal

                  Today morning i have visited the store located at goregaon s v road mumbai thy have gv me some different number of [protected] and said this number belongs to their ho please contact there. I hv called thm up at 2.20 today[protected].

                  When i have called them i have got the shocking reply that we have stop operation of this services (Pro 3 dongal) please visit to store and take new as this don't have any value now.

                  It just and few month old and now it has no value of this its quit shocking and beyond imagination.

                  Kindly look into this matter & hoping that at least you’ll show me the correct way to address this issue.

                    My mobile no. Is [protected]. My plan is 97 for rental 97 for mp chhattisgarh free 97 for 2.5gbdata.
                    On date 25.02.2017 in the morning i receive a message that outgoing calls has been deactivated by the company. I contacted customer service centre and i was told it is because of high usage of data my limit is crossed. Just tell me how is it possible. My billing cycle starts from 05.02.2017. How can i use this much of data on 2g and in 20 days. My plan has 2.5 gb data means i have fully consumed 2.5 gb plus more thereby raising my billing limit to 3000 rupees. Service request no.4699414 was generated. At 7.50 pm i receive a message that my service request can not be processed due to outstanding amount.
                    I am a reliance customer since 2006. Means more than 10 years of association. Please check if it happens in the past.
                    Bill has been issued to me for 297 monthly rent and 2455.70 for data usage (First time in life billing is done like this). There was no answer for how this much of data was used. Clearly company is making fool and cheating.

                      I recently ported my number from idea to reliance . One reliance executive called me and explained me the plans and asked me to send the documents in her watsapp number i did that . Now all of a sudden my out going stopped . I am not able to message or call customer care executive from my postpaid number . I just any how want to get rid of this reliance . How am i supposed to request reliance that i want to port my number . Now the one who called me is not receiving my number . The number she called me from was [protected] .

                        1. Plan changed without information to double rental i.e. from 450/- to 900/- per month wef Jan2017.

                        2. Request made to cancel the connection which was accepted and number was blocked.

                        3. Bill continued to pile.

                        4. Call received from Mr Nitin for settlement [protected]

                        5. Email received for full & final settlement of Rs. 2523/- at Rs.1035/- on 28.02.2017

                        6. Payment made immediately on 28.02.2017.

                        7. But still bill getting generated every month and many people making calls for demand in rude manner.

                        Please help.

                          I have paid an amount of Rs 822/- via www.rcom.co.in for my bill payment on 31.03.2017, but still I am getting promo massages to make payment.
                          I tried to pay through www.rcom.co.in but it automatically convert to paytm which the company never informed me before.

                          But yesterday night, My outgoing services has been barred.

                          As an employee of corporate sector, I am facing many difficulties to communicate with my official responsibilities.

                          Please help and take some urgent step.

                            One of the useless service provider in India and Reliance is there to kill the customer business.

                            Our PRI line is down since form 6 days Fault Ticket No. :[protected] and no action has been taken. Service is due to reliance didn't pay rent towards BTS tower premise owner (Vijayanagar, Bangalore) and he has stopped all the service.

                            Dear Reliance, If you don't have capable to pay the rent then why are doing business. Just shutdown all the business and go to hell.

                                because i printed my customer printing a visiting card of this [protected] number i give him to promised its yours but some people or your agent will start this number system issue how he get a sim number how he start my swapping number how ? now me and costumer is in the trouble pl z help us to back our number i have all proof.

                                    This is anuradha, i gave a compalint regarding [protected] sim misuse, nobody didn't take action regarding this, i already sent two complaints before this, we didn't get any solution, till the date this sim was active status. And that complaint status was showing resolved.
                                    We make hundred of calls and 25 to 30 mails for problem resolving, nobody didn't take any action regarding this issue, today also i spoke to customer care unit, they said they didn't get any termination request.

                                    Who is the responsible person will ready to solve the customer problems.

                                    Is it trai follow new rules like

                                    Collect documents and security payment from the customer issue that sims to reliance executives
                                    Otherwise without prepare a bill in the name of customer

                                    As per Their discussion, they are simply close that issue with out any solution, we want to know the exact sim location as they alloted for us, whom did use that sim without our knowledge. If they follow TRAI rules is it correct to activate that sim without customer . One of the cluster head said he sent a mail for termination last one week back, till the date that sim was active state .

                                      I am start using the reliance data card ([protected]) its CDMA data card. September 2016 reliance company convert CDMA to jio. My data card in not working.

                                      October 2016 i am visit reliance store (Nangloi and Gurgaon) and also contact customer care but both side not get solution.

                                      So i am puchase another airtel datacard for using my office because i am not waiting for solution from reliance.

                                      If you verify. so please check my data card frequency. i am not using still october 2016 to now. but i made last payment in 8th january.

                                      I am already paid my full and final payment as per sugeested by reliance agency. but still not terminate my number. and so much time calling for again payment.

                                        I am a Reliance postpaid customer and I am not satisfied with the service so wanted to discontinue the number.

                                        I have tried multiple time to contact to the Reliance postpaid customer care but I am not able to. I have tried below numbers to call:

                                        - *222 (There is no option to talk to the CSR)
                                        - [protected] (Provided by the Reliance prepaid customer care)

                                        Kindly help me to deactivate this number and also i will not pay any bill to this number.
