I Sushil Singh Purchase a sim from your Rcom Sales executive, this is new sim number [protected] Last month 5th (feb2017), I didn't get signals for that sim, i complaint regarding this number of times, nobody give proper response to us.i spoke to customercare executive they said, after onemonth bill they know customer using that sim or not,
day before yesterday i got a call from reliance its regarding billpayment, we spoke to them they said that was postpaid, they provide service or not compulsory pay the bill by the customer ok.
i sent 10 to 20 mails regarding service activation, no one can respond. i spoke to so many customer care executives they are playing with customers .
i try to call to sales executive, he block that sim.
Yesterday we visited Rcom outlet, they said mistake is their side only, that sales executive will come and change that sim. they said we will pay the bill compulsory.
i called to that sales executive, again he block my number
he charge 325 rs for that sim . and took aadhar card xerox, 2 photos.

Updated by ssrm3549 What kind of solution provide from your side, Simply cancel that sim, paid the bill or not i don't know. send the new sim to customer, finally customer will become defaulter, that story will be closed next day same will happen to another customer, customer sim was showing active status in 45 days, you don't know that sim was working properly or not at least that sim location, finally you people wants bill amount, i am asking about invoice, you don't have that one also, customer reached to your outlet, they said this sim was wrong,
If that sim reach to any hazardous place, anything goes wrong, who is responsible for that.
I spoke to your customer care people, we ask for any thing they simply said they don't know, Why rcom maintained customer care unit
