I have been trying to activate Facetime/iMessage on my iPhone6 but the same doesnt happen. Your customer care rep. made me try several times and i got charged Rs. 5 everytime i tried. Tried calling your customer care several time after that but most of the people are clueless about the problem. Also, Please dont tell me its not a problem at Reliance end because i myself tried it with other Operators & its totally working fine. The Problem lies in Reliance.

Also, i would not like to reveal my personal details here so you can pass on your number here to me. i will give you a call if you want to help me resolve the issue & stay back in Reliance Comm.

Will Relaince Communication ever take action?
I think there is a problem with reliance and iphone 6. I was using my iphone 6 with airtel never had any problem. After I ported for the first month I got 60+150 ( 210) as international sms. They said they will generate new bill but I am still to hear about that.

    I had a 2g dongle with 1 gb data plan unlimited then that service is deactivated and told us to upgrade 4g but your plan will be as it is, that’s why i purchase 4g lte wiped and you also plan to gave 10 gb data with this dongle but your bill shock me you gave me bil 841 rs and now 1748 and from first bill i am not using this service. My question is why should you change my exiting plan of rs 300 per month unlimited data. When you send us mail that your plan will be remain same. After that i paid the settlement amount check tof rs. 700 hundred and that person said its your full and final settlement amount.
    After some days i am getting phone call to paid 622 rs.
    I have purchase wipod modem for rs. Around 900 /- which is not useful for me because of your service and data plan which i cant bare 1000 rs. Per month for internet. And i have n't used your service after first billing but i paid money for monthly billing as per my plan. Then after you are thretening me for bill. It is not good business. Please stop this and sent me that person who has taken 700/- cheque and told me your full and final settlement is done.

    Please stop this harassing & threatening and solved my problem as early as possible.

      I Sushil Singh Purchase a sim from your Rcom Sales executive, this is new sim number [protected] Last month 5th (feb2017), I didn't get signals for that sim, i complaint regarding this number of times, nobody give proper response to us.i spoke to customercare executive they said, after onemonth bill they know customer using that sim or not,

      day before yesterday i got a call from reliance its regarding billpayment, we spoke to them they said that was postpaid, they provide service or not compulsory pay the bill by the customer ok.

      i sent 10 to 20 mails regarding service activation, no one can respond. i spoke to so many customer care executives they are playing with customers .

      i try to call to sales executive, he block that sim.

      Yesterday we visited Rcom outlet, they said mistake is their side only, that sales executive will come and change that sim. they said we will pay the bill compulsory.

      i called to that sales executive, again he block my number
      he charge 325 rs for that sim . and took aadhar card xerox, 2 photos.

      What kind of solution provide from your side, Simply cancel that sim, paid the bill or not i don't know. send the new sim to customer, finally customer will become defaulter, that story will be closed next day same will happen to another customer, customer sim was showing active status in 45 days, you don't know that sim was working properly or not at least that sim location, finally you people wants bill amount, i am asking about invoice, you don't have that one also, customer reached to your outlet, they said this sim was wrong,
      If that sim reach to any hazardous place, anything goes wrong, who is responsible for that.

      I spoke to your customer care people, we ask for any thing they simply said they don't know, Why rcom maintained customer care unit

        I am not at all happy with the Reliance Mobile Services as well their cost structure is quite high compared to its competitors like Vodafone and Reliance Jio.

        Hence I want to port out, but whenever I am sending message of PORT with my mobile number [protected] to 1900, I am receiving a standard message of "Dear Reliance Customer, Your Request could not be processed. Please try after some time. Thank you". I have been receiving this kind of message since Dec 28-2016. Including yesterday night.

        Telecom Service Provider is playing mischief by not issuing UPC code to facilitate the port out request, which is regulatorily liable duty on their part.
        Pls help me to reachout to the appropriate authority to fix this issue at the earliest.

            I have requested for connection termination of my reliance WiPod and also submitted the necessary documents for the same in reliance store located at Naupada, Thane on 26th Nov'16 and asked for bill payment but store manager said we can not terminate the connection. This can be done only through company and customer care executive will be calling you for this per se but still i have not received any call from them.
            I have connected with Reliance Store to check the status of the connection still it was not terminate dnad when asked for bill payment, store executive themself said if you pay the bill it will again become active hence pay the bill only when status show terminated however still that connection is not terminated and did not get any call from Reliance Customer Care for termination of connection and final bill.
            Please look into this and resolve at the earliest.

              My name is Manish and mobile no. is [protected]. I got a message "Dear Reliance customer your subscription renewal for music 54646 service for Rs. 3 is due on 16/03/2017. To unsubscribe sms Unsub 2848 to 155223 ( Toll Free), and an amount of Rs. 20 has been deducted from my account, which I did not requested nor did I replied to any such message, but an amount of 20 has been deducted for this I called at 198 & *333 and excutive do not have any information about this message.

              Hope I will get refunded soon.

                I already posted a issue about getting a number [protected], reg that some lady from Reliance Social called me and asked me that which reliance store I contacted, I told her I have contacted many stores here in Andhra Pradesh ( Bapatla, Vijayawada, Guntur...) in that I had only Bapatla person name & contact numbers, coz he is the only person try hard for me to long 3 months, remaining Guntur & Vijayawada person didn't even respond on first contact itself,
                I told you her clearly I'm not complaining, .. but what she spoke with him i don't know, he now blocked my number.
                CAN I GET [protected] OR NOT..? Please answer cut throat . Contacting me without knowing problem involved to get that particular number or correct solution is waste of time for both end. ( person who calls me is just asked me to walk in to store with proof... I tried that many many times)
                The particular number went to prepaid... how can I get that as postpaid..?

                  Hi,
                  I submitted a port request on 4th march 2017 and I got UPC CODE from reliance as RX565136 and I got a Jio sim on 5th march 2017 in Jio prime offer. But still now this Jio sim is not activated. So I called to Jio customer care and they told your request unprocessed due to wrong UPC generated from reliance so you can request once again for port . But this code valid till 19th march 2017 so I can't get new UPC code after I called to reliance for reason for why generated wrong UPC code but reliance executives told RX565136 is the correct UPC code Jio not submitted KYC to our end so we can't able to stop or disconnect reliance network. After that I called to Jio care they told once disconnected that time insert Jio sim otherwise provide us new UPC code for reprocessing. So I really frustrated these to vendors reliance 4g and Jio 4g so I requesting you please guided them do not give these types of torhers to customers.

                  Hi,
                  I submit a complaint regarding UPC CODE not receiving. After that I saw a comment from reliance " our executive as discussed over phone call your issue has been resolved satisfactorily "
                  But reality is I didn't received any calls from reliance executive and my MNP Issue still now not resolved why are you people doing these types of third class activity.

                  I received wrong UPC code from your side so my Jio application has been rejected.

                  Kindly resolve my MNP issue as soon as possible give me a new correct UPC code immediately. Other wise I will complain at consumer court and trai why are you people wasting my time and money?

                    Sir,

                    I applied for MNP to Vodafone from for my reliance mobile number [protected] on 18th February 2017 -vide the MNP number transfer approval number by Reliance. Since no action was taken for more than two weeks, when I contacted Vodafone, I was informed that Reliance did not release the number yet. When I contacted Reliance on 8th March 2017, Suresh the customer care person informed that the release would be done within two days.On 11th March I received the SMS from Reliance that my grievance reference number UCS[protected] would be resolved on priority. However till date nothing happened. when I contacted Reliance customer care today, the customer care executive Sarath spoke rudely and advised that I need to pay some more money which was neither informed so far either through E mail or Phone or SMS. He further informed that the MNP request is cancelled unilaterally.

                    For no fault of mine, I am being harassed by Reliance communication and MNP is denied. They kept my MNP request deliberately pending even after my payment of the monthly bill on 3rd March 2017, though the MNP request was raised on 18th March 2017. They are cheating me by wantonly keeping the request pending even after payment just to collect some more money. Now they say I must pay further money. It is going to be a vicious cycle. Even if i pay now, they will again keep it pending till next billing cycle and again demand money and the MNP will never happen

                        Dear Sir, I requested to MNP from Reliance 4G to Reliance Jio on 5thof March 2017 and I received UPC CODE RX565136 from reliance and I gave this UPC code to Reliance Jio for MNP Sim activation but still reliance Jio not activated so I called to reliance Jio for Sim activation that time reliance Jio executive told your MNP request unprocessed due to wrong UPC code generated from reliance so I called to reliance customer care that time reliance executive told UPC code is correct and application didn't submitted from reliance Jio so we can't able to disconnect present network after that I call to reliance Jio but executive told once again generate the UPC code but old UPC code still running and I purchased reliance Jio Sim and I recharge at RS 99 so I Called Several times to Reliance Jio and reliance 4G customer care but still issue not resolved my time money is wasting my number is [protected] please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                          We have purchased the reliance handset with its sim from its authorized dealer in barnala. And after few days we started to face the issues like auto disconnect or voice disturbance . And finally reported to the dealer & RCOM online portal. But they are not taking any action towards resolution to the problem. So right now it has been become the totally money wastage where no service support is provided & customers not getting entertained.

                            I topped up my Mobil no.[protected] by 80.00 in anticipation of getting 5% extra balance on 10/03/2017 and did not request for any services.Suddenly I found my balance comes down inspite of my low calling. I presume by giving 5℅ extra the Computer has deducted for the service which was not asked for. Please checkup n try to reimburse it.so I want my balance back which was deducted from the services which I didn't ask for

                            I could not understand as to the charges deducted by M/s Reliance Communications from the bal amount. I had balance of 27.22 and did not make any call to any where. What I find that the company is giving SLOW POISON to its customers by charging Rs. 1.00 ; 2.00 ; 3.00; under different heads as service charges for ... ...this service where as the customer even does not know about any type of service given by the company. My account balance shows at Rs. 5.22p after deduction of Rs 3.00 yesterday. I yet to understand about the charges made. Therefore I request to reimburse all the unauthorised charges made for Rs. 22.00 in my mobil no. 9331030983 .

                              I was informed that i dont have to pay the bill amount since i have not used the data card. and you marked it as resolved on the complaint i raised before. I have been following up for more than 6 months to get this resolved and still i m facing harassment from your side. Today i received a call from [protected] that he is an advocate and complaint is raised from your side that i have not paid Rs.901. I have to face court charges if i dont pay it now. Why is it marked resolved when i m facing all this still? what else i have to do to get rid of this unwanted threatens from your side... i have to pay the bill even though i have not used it? threatening is not the right way. please get in touch with me immediately.

                              Yesterday one of your customer care executive called up and said that she will escalate the issue to the concerned email departments (since i complained i dont have any mails response from your side for any of the complaint mails i sent to customer care and last time when i raised a complaint the same happened and i never got a mail confirmation that the data card is deactivated) and deactivation. Please make sure this time i get proper response. It would be really nice if you could close this once and for all.

                              I m really frustrated with your service. I m harassed day by day by your customer care executive and legal department team. What is happening? can someone please call or look into this issue immediately? i received a call from [protected] and he said he is from Delhi consumer court information department. Everything should be in written communications. I m not accepting anything oral or through messages. The person could not explain anything clearly. This is really horrible.

                              I need resolution for this. What is the mistake i did? getting your service and paying extra amount like is a fool is the only mistake i made. Why should i pay the due even though i have been complaining again and again. just because you people dont do your work properly i have to face all this legal charges? please mail me detailed information on what is the outstanding charges even though i have lost my data card nearly 8 to 9 months back and i have complained the same and you have not taken up the request. U will mail the bills and we have to pay for your mistakes?

                                I have recharge with with amount of 47 rupees (i.e 1gb 3g data) from my bank account ..you have already cut the money from my bank account..but i didn't get the confirmation massage...so please can you check this situation...
                                Besides, can you tell me what your service for customer, this type of e-recharge is not reliable for potential customer or not...so can you solve this problem...as soon as possible...my number is [protected]...

                                  I had reliance net connect long back with tariff plan 7 GB per month i.e. cost me around 700/- per month + taxes (Postpaid connection).
                                  I disconnected this connection in Aug 2015 and also paid all my dues in Sep 2015 even though i had not used it.
                                  After 2 year I got the LAWYER NOTICE saying I have to pay remaining amount otherwise they shall initiate civil and criminal proceedings against me before the competent court of law at your own cost and risk am receiving mail for non payment of Bill .

                                  I considered this to be a threat call from recovery team but i want to knew whether any action could be taken against Reliance for using such ill practices.

                                  Looking online i found many other people are trapped like me.
                                  i consider consumer court should take action against such issues.

                                      I got a message that for 152 there is unlimited talktime. As I recharged it, they did fraud and given 3gb of 2g data(whom on earth will use 3gb of 2g data now a days) without further communication. There is no proper complaint response available. Called multiple times to customer care but there is no proper response available. So I hope here I'll get answers

                                        My number [protected]. Yesterday i recharged 151 rupees for unlimited all local 1 month and 300 mb data. But only 2 rupees credited to my account. I called to customer care they told we are changing plan yesterday not possible to do anything. (It is not customer care it is customer cheat centre)
                                        I need that recharge or 150 rupees talk time.
                                        They are changed plan with same denomination (151 rupees) to cheat people and earn more money. Irda not regularize this.
                                        Please file my complaint. And stop doing same like this.
                                        I think more people affected for this activity.
                                        Irda should take action against this type of activity.
