Dear Sir,
I had been the subscriber with reliance since June 2016. The company provided a very poor service as the connection would remain dead for 25-30 days. This happened 3-4 times and each time i had to take follow up daily with customer care to resolve the issue, and as usual the customer care system was poor and would take a month to solve the problems. In case, If i wouldn't take the follow up regarding the issue for 4-5 days, then they would close the request stating that the issue has been auto resolved, and i had to register the complaint again.
So fed up with this, I decided to terminate the connection, therefore on 6th Feb 2017, I had requested to reliance broadband customer care to terminate my broadband connection as they were unable to provide me clean and trouble-free services.
Then on 18th Feb 2017, I had received a follow up call from the company asking the reason and i had given clarifications on the issue, and I was assured by them, that the connection will be terminated in 2 days time.
But as the time went by, neither i received a confirmation from the company nor the connection is terminated. When i contacted the customer care, to know the status, they would just say that my connection is active.
And now i have been given a new bill for the Feb month (from 11 Feb to 11 march), all i want is to give me the total waiver on the bill and complete the termination process.
Customer care system of reliance communications is callous. And they just work for money, not service.

I Have 195 Unlimited calls pack and main balance also
my problem is per day going only some minutes then call
any number its coming busy tone its calling any number
please solve my issu as early as possible...
