Rcom rogues are cheating 4g customers by wrongly deducting data balance.we don't have option to check data balance on our own, though we have option to send sms;' bbal' to check balance, the information about data balance is wrong.rcom is eating away our data secretly as we are unaware of data usage like in past as 2g was more transparent.FRAUDSTER ANIL AMBANI IS MAKING MONEY BY CHEATING COMMON MAN.they have worst CUSTOMER CARE, THEY ARE UNEDUCATED, RUDE AND ROGUES.I DON'T LIKE TO CALL ROGUES WHO CAN'T UNDERSTAND SIMPLE QUERY.

    Dear Sir,
    I had been the subscriber with reliance since June 2016. The company provided a very poor service as the connection would remain dead for 25-30 days. This happened 3-4 times and each time i had to take follow up daily with customer care to resolve the issue, and as usual the customer care system was poor and would take a month to solve the problems. In case, If i wouldn't take the follow up regarding the issue for 4-5 days, then they would close the request stating that the issue has been auto resolved, and i had to register the complaint again.

    So fed up with this, I decided to terminate the connection, therefore on 6th Feb 2017, I had requested to reliance broadband customer care to terminate my broadband connection as they were unable to provide me clean and trouble-free services.

    Then on 18th Feb 2017, I had received a follow up call from the company asking the reason and i had given clarifications on the issue, and I was assured by them, that the connection will be terminated in 2 days time.
    But as the time went by, neither i received a confirmation from the company nor the connection is terminated. When i contacted the customer care, to know the status, they would just say that my connection is active.

    And now i have been given a new bill for the Feb month (from 11 Feb to 11 march), all i want is to give me the total waiver on the bill and complete the termination process.
    Customer care system of reliance communications is callous. And they just work for money, not service.

    my problem is per day going only some minutes then call
    any number its coming busy tone its calling any number

      In the last two days, there has been unjust deduction of Rs. 42+30=Rs. 72 from my mobile phone balance (Reliance Smart). Rs. 42 has been deducted while making local calls which are supposed to not deduct any balance. Rs. 30 has been deducted in the name of LDRSubSub30 that I did not request to activate. I had recharged my phone with Rs. 199 on Feb 17 that is supposed to give me unlimited calls for 28 days.

      I have been a subscriber of Reliance since almost 10 years. These type o[censored]njust deduction of phone balance forces me to think of changing the subscription.

      Please refund my Rs. 72.

        On recharging my mobile phone with 150 rupees it was intimated that all local
        and STD calls will be at 30 pmin for 90 days.but i am being charged Rs 3.0 per minute..As it is excessive and not according to the stipulation i request that it should be corrected, excessive charge to be reimbursed and continue to charge charge only as stipulated.

          Hi all,

          Yesterday i received call from no [protected] (Mr anil) from reliance jio and he told me that they are offering reliance jio sim only in 500/- rs for those who don’t have adhar card on the basis of id proof and will port the existing no as well. Later, mr syed ([protected]) has visited my house and taken my singn on all the documents and taken original document as well along with money and given the sim of reliance 4g let of reliance communication.

          When i released that i have been cheated and called them they have stopped picking my phone and started abusing,

          I am from bangalore located at hbr layout. Please intervene in this matter and help me immediately. They are still rooming in the city and may be cheating others. Please do take strict action against them. Please do call me on [protected]

            Hi,

            I am priyadharshini here to complain about reliance cug connection. We are customer of reliance communications for the past 1 year. We had corporate cug connection since december'2016. I am facing issue in my company cug connection for which we have raised n number of complaints with reliance still now my number is not activated. We have got fed up; even though we paid the bills on time we haven't got waive off for the period where technically sim card is out of fault. We have intimitated this to private corporate account manager, tamil nadu appellete person sent mails but nothing seems to be productive

            Stop cheating customers, when you don't provide them the Agreed service, how can you expect customers money...with out providing or delivering a service..

            Sim card was inactive since Varadah Storm.

            Lots of customer complaints raised, no updates from reliance...

                I lodged a complaints against RCOM limited regarding broadband connection not working on 8/03/2017., There is no response for it and the problem is not yet resolved. Also when I visited the local office, they are not providing me any satisfactory solution for the same.

                  Hello team,
                  My subscriber id is[protected]. I have logged complaint (#[protected] on 27/2. I have called many a times to get internet issue resolved.
                  We had called rajendra on 3/3 and he promised that connection would be up by monday 6/3. It has been 11 days and still got no resolution.
                  In between, i was not able to reach any customer executive.
                  Today i had talk with nindeera and she said there is major issue in my area and it would be resolved in 48 hours.
                  Why customer executives are not able give clear eta? Why we need to call again and again and meet new executive and need to explain problem multiple times? Why are they wasting our time and energy and giving no solution.

                    Sir, I have raised a complaint lost week regarding my balance reduction for no call I made. After the complaint they have refunded 125/- out of 140/-. I always keep my mobile data off.But the same problem exist still. I have raised service complaint, but no use, simply getting a msg as if a reliance employee spoke to me, but no person spoke to me except Mr Anil. I am trying to reach reliance customercare which is of no use. Please try to rectify the problem and solve it soon. I have attached some screen shots for your view.

                      According to my tariff plan (Which is valid for 90 days from 7th march 2016) all call should be charged at 30p/1min but I have noticed on 13 march that I have been charged ₹28 for 23 min of call. Although I hadn't received any notification, I ignored it assuming it's because of festive day. But on 14th march I have been charged ₹9.3 for 8min call. Then I decided to contact company's customer service. But there's a very cold response telling me that It's a technical fault and I should not make calls for more 2 hours otherwise I would be charged irrespective of my tariff plan and they also can't help with the talktime I have lost in this blunder.

                        Over the past one week, I have had to recharge my phone twice, worth over 1000 rs. The first time, I had a recharge of 444 done on the 3rd of March. I got the recharge done through freecharge and nowhere was it mentioned that the pack is valid for just 6 days. Then, I had to get a recharge of 46 (rate cutter) on the 8th of March because I was being charged like anything. On the 12th of March, I got a recharge if 500 and there is absolutely no information on the validity of the recharge. I got this recharge through freecharge as well. Now, today my balance is down to 0 again. It is down to Rs. 0.228 again, just as it had when I had the 444 recharge done. I am sick and tired of your theft. I want my money back. Or I am taking you to the consumer court. What is this!! You gobbled up over 1000 Rs. Kindly respond at the earliest and refund my money.

                            Sir, i am regular user of reliance telecom services. By now i think i need to quit reliance telecom services. Its not first time i am complaining about balance deduction on its own, its frustating now. I had Rs 100 as balance on my reliance no. [protected] from then i am experiencing deduction of some amount every after 2, 3 days sometimes 5 rs gets deducted for some sought of reliance tune activated on its own on [protected]. This happens till my balalnce gets to Rs 50 . And after then my balance left was Rs50 and then this time it drop to rs 3 without any call without any reason. It frustating now i am thinking to quit this service and never suggest anyone if my balance not get refunded. I am not able to understand how any recognised well known company can cheat like that to customer cutted Rs100 balance on its own.. and not once again and again . This time i really feeling that i need to complain somewhere too who can puts punishment on this companies for their cheating to consumer . Thanking you.. expecting some kind of help from consumer complaint service.

                              Reliance is worst network I ever seen in my life. I don't know why I made a mistake to choose this crap network. I recommend to all customers to beware from this fake network.

When I call to Mr. Rahul service department, gurgaon office they said in very awful manner that sir if you face some problems with Reliance please discontinued your pack. We can't solve your problem. And when I call to Mr. Vimal mishra (mayapuri, Delhi) office they said if you want that your connection working you give me 500Rs as a bribery. So this is the way of Reliance employees working.                                   Reliance activates VAS on my mobile([protected]) without my permission, frequently this type of thing happining on my number.
                                  And after complaining your senior Customer care Executive named(KIRONMOY) misbehaved with me and cut the call without listining the problem. As a customer I don't expect this type of responce from Reliance. Worste experiance ever.

                                  I have giveb request for termination of connection on 30th jan but my connection was terminated in march and reliance team is threatening me to pay bill of feb orelse they will take legal action. I had already paid bill for the period 10th jan to 10th feb.

                                  Kindly look into this matter.

                                    I'm newly started business in Appapuram, kakkumanu mandal, Bapatla. I'm from Tamil Nadu and I'm having my TN number[protected], same like number in reliance here[protected] is available here, I like to have it as my number as prepaid or post paid, even I'm willing to pay some premium amount for that,
                                    I tried a lot by visiting Reliance store from near to far ... Bapatla, Guntur, Vijayawada... every body is telling they can't.

                                    Some one called yesterday and got all details, ie were I have tried, his name, contact number, ... And they told me to get me with in some time but I didn't get any call there after.

                                    in my village 4 days before onwards reliance signal is not avaliable but we are recharge many offers so plzz solve my problem

                                      i have been used [protected] number from last 2 years, but two days before it showed registration failed. i am trying to contact with via chat you but from last 2 days i am not get no respond, . for these reason i am face so many problem in my daily life. it is hampering my official work also . what the hell are you doing there what kind of service you have . what the hell are you doing . my all transaction also gone stopped .i unable to contact with anyone and you keep your service and i am going to change it you **** guys .

                                        My name is Manish and Mobile no. is [protected]. I got a message "You have been successfully subscribed to LDRSubSub30 service for 15 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4035 to 155223(Toll Free)." and an amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account which I did not request nor did I replied to any of such messages. But amount of 30 has been deducted. For this I called at 198 and *333 and executive dnot have any information about service activation. I tried to register complaint at "reliance insta care app" but it is not being registered. I called nodal office but they said amount is non refundable and when i asked them what type of service it is and what i will get from this service they said they don’t have any information about this. So they neither return money nor do they know anything about service. Earlier also I faced this type of problem without any confirmation service activated and balance deducted. This is my final warning and if my request is unresolved this time as well I will port out of the reliance and move to consumer forum and TRAI for this complaint.

                                        Hope I will get refunded soon and not face this type of problem in future.
