I am a Smart reliance GSM user. And since many days INTELGAMESUB21 subscirption has been activated without my knowledge Whenever and i have lost my talktime balance. I have received the subscription message from company, which I have not done, I dont know what it is and how this happened.

it happened three times.

Please make sure that I may not receive such subscription without my knowledge in future and can get my talktime return .
I tried to call customer care number but i find it busy all the time.Please check my no [protected]and do the needful I want all my amount back.

On 13 March 2017 I found 30 RS diduction from my main balance, same was happened so many times, I tried to 198 they put me on hold 21 min last two days, then not able to connect pls help as earliest, & refund...Do the needful as earliest from ur good office .Without any massage amount deducted in last 6 days back also..Kindly refund as earliest.

    This is Nilesh Shankarrao Wadekar, Reside at 645 Raviwar peth, near dhobi talim pune 411002.
    I am using[protected] this mobile number since last 10years. It was Airtel Service provider but I was port this in Reliance for regular service. I was received a call from reliance customer care they suggested if I port this same number in relinace I will get very good and reliable service as per that customer care explicative I was ported my number in reliance but from first day reliance not provided me good service they are not able to connectivity in kondhwa area I was lunched to many time complaint regarding this but every time they gave me a request ID and told me they will solve the same problem very shortly but at the end on times-pane they are not able to do this.
    I was facing very issue in service they charged me extra while I am not used any service from reliance. The connectivity from reliance is very poor and same network not work in kondhwa area. I launched complaint against network issue more than 15 times but they not solve my problem just explain there are some problem because of Reliance 4G please wait some day we will provide you great service but they are not solved my problem till date.
    I was very helpless because of the poor connectivity I pay daily loss because of this my client was not able to reach me because of this bad connectivity and finally I was decided to port this number from reliance to Uninor.
    I was called on 198 for assistant how to port number but the CSE was told me please don’t change or port from reliance they will solve same problem very shortly and give me very good service but I was decided to change so I told that CSE please explain me only process how to port but the CSE are trying to convince me to I be with reliance I told him please explain the processe so that CSE was angry on me and told your are not port in other service provider and he putted my call.
    So this incidence I was shocked me how to CSE talked like this and I visited to reliance authorized outlet situated at “SHIV SAMARTH ENTERPRISES” Shop No.21, Bhumi Tarang Apt, Bajirao Road Pune 30. for more details they explained me port process and I do the same. After few days I got call from Reliance office to please don’t port the number but I was decided to port this. After that call my in coming and out going call was barred and I am not able to make or receive any calls, so I was called on 198 for inquire why was my service is barred the CSE told me your service is barred due to your are pay bill there for your service is barred but I pay my bill time to time. I told that CSE to I was paid my monthly bill in advance so that CSE told me your A/C barred because of your KYC not clear first submit your KYC then your service will start.
    After this I was submitted my KYC at “SHIV SAMARTH ENTERPRISES” Shop No.21, Bhumi Tarang Apt, Bajirao Road Pune 30. but my service was not started I was call again on 198 for same the CSE told me your A/C blocked because of incomplete KYC I was shocked how to it possible I was submitted all required documents . Then I was visited once to “SHIV SAMARTH ENTERPRISES” Shop No.21, Bhumi Tarang Apt, Bajirao Road Pune 30. for submitting documents and I was submitted same and take knowledge for KYC.
    But my service was not started so I call on 198 more than 10 times but no any proper solution against this. Finally I visited that out late for same case they told me please visit our Maine branch situated at 6th floor, kumar carebram, building kalyani nagar, marry gold, behind gold adlabs pune41000. I visited the main branch and I meet Mr.Vicky Pathak (Mobile: [protected]) who is that department consonance person he told me today our system is not work properly so we are able to help you please visit next day, after next day I was visited once again same place and talk with Mr. Pathak he told me your Mobile Number was TERMINATED because of you not paid your bill I showed him billing receipt then he told me your service is terminated because you raise a request to terminate the service then I explained I was not raise any complaint to terminate my service. Then he call his assistance Mr.Pravin (Mobile: [protected]) and told him to take all charge and solve the problem Mr.pravin told me please visit after 8 working days he will solved all problem and activate my service once again.
    As per my communication with Mr. Pravin I visited once to same place but Mr.Pravin was not there so Mr.Vicky told me to meet Ms.Deepali for same problem I talked with Ms.Deepali for same case she told me please call me after 5days she will solve same problem. After 5days when I was called to Ms.Deepali she told me its not possible to we provide your same number so please dont call or visit same place.
    I am using same number since from last 10 years all people my client have same number its very important number for me but they directly told me they will not provide me same number if I want to another number please visit our outlet. I am very upset because of this and I am suffering very badly I pay daily loss my client not able to reach me. finally I launched a complaint in consumer forum after that I received a call from [protected], [protected] please don’t register any case on consumer forum Ms. Jyoti Pawar will call you shortly and she will solve all problem please be patient.
    I got call from Ms.Jyoti (Mobile:[protected]) she told me she checked all details and she got the termination is not done by client it was our fault and she will activate my service within 48Hourse so please wait for 48 Hours. After 48 hours I was called to Ms.Jyoti my Service is not activated please check what happened she told me please wait 6days my seniors are arranging to provide you same number so please call after 6days as per our communication after 6days I called to Ms.Jyoti she not received my called I call more than 12 times but she not received single call. And sent me a SMS please call on this number he will handle your case Mr.Nilesh Bhagchandani (Mobile: [protected]) it is very irritating to me what is going one Relience Customer care Explicative note solved my problems just diverting me to once to another and they killing time I was facing lots of trouble my business goes down I facing financial problems I have no any another contact number so I am facing financial and mental problems but no once helps me just diverted.
    I called Mr.Nilesh Bhagchandani (Mobile: [protected]) regarding all this and asked him who will help me he assured me he will call me after 1 hour but he not done this and just Provided me his Departments Head Mr.Rohitsing (Mobile :[protected]) contact for same problem I am trying to contact Mr.Rohit but he is not receiving my calls.

    I want to asked you is this my fault to I connect with reliance or I choose this service provider or its my fault to I trust on reliance.

    Respected Sir please do something against this application I am facing to many problems not only financially but also mentally. I hope you will take some action and activate my mobile connection.

      I have requested online to reliance for porting also paid 300 rs, but they didinot respond me
      Port msg to 1900 is not sending and your costmercare number is not connecting what is the problem iam facing this problem from so many days i have ever seen this type of bloody worst network iam requesting you to solve my problem otherwise i will go to consumer forum against ur network

        I am also facing the same problem. I got a bill which has a charge of SMS service of 60 and roaming 150( international SMS), really. This is plain old cheating. I am trying to call customer care report but the moemnt I tell this issue they tell me server is down. What the hell. How can your server goes down. I think they don't want to address the issue.

        I am doubting if the company is trying to cheat people wilfully.

        They also sent me a bill of 701. Where my plan is supposed to be 400 + taxes. I could have stoped the service but I just changed to reliance a month back.

          my complaint was solved not fully as expected.
          one good thing that that they immediately communicated to solve the problem.
          In my case double recharge was done. Reliance promised me to provide double data pack, but not extended call pack.

I received my talk time balance back, but again after I recharged my phone, I started getting again the subscription messages and lost my balance amount. I request you to please make some permanent solution for it. As I also tried to talk to customer care representative, but as always I find it 24 hrs busy.

                HI,
                I am Bhagyashree D. Rajurkar I have data connection for the 4g I pod (wi-fi dongle) by the no. [protected].
                I use this above no. at my Pune house for parents . in jan my parents called me and told me that the net is not working see what is the problem . when i inquired about it at customer care they said due to non bill payments(soome 1300) its been suspended I asked i can you start it ill pay it later on I am traveling so I cant do it right now so I was informed that its system generated we cant active it till you dont make a payment. I said ok .
                Due work I was enable to make any payments. that time it was some 1300
                few weeks later I started getting calls for making payments for 3000 . I asked how come as last it was only 1300 and so they said for feb too ..
                if my services where suspended in jan end. now they say in system its showing feb 21st.
                I dont know what n how your systems shows or work for me as customer I am paying reliance for using internet which I did till jan 2017 end after that there where no inter net on my dongle. So why should I pay.
                The most irritating part is your billing department calls thrice in a day to know when and how I am going to pay the bill but non of them have the authority or provision to solve or note if there is a problem in the billing and get back to us with solution.
                This time when I called your help line to see if they can raise a complaint and some steps can be taken so that every one moves on. but they also said No we cant raise any complaint you have to clear your payments. and that it !
                let me how we can resume this as I dont keep pending bills on my name.
                I wish to clear it till jan 2017 but I am not able to as they say pay whole which I am not going to .

                  This is getting frustrated guys, we have reliance broadband of 2mbps connectivity and for the past 3 months we get only 3 days of connection in a week and rest no response from the sever . if we call the ISP customer care they simply note down the complaint give us a complaint number and then they say we will send you a service tech. but no one has showed still, the after 3 days connection works for another 3 days then blackout. repeats itself. we are tired of calling customer care. we need to resolve this issue or else we would find other ISP for god sake. how can we work without Internet.

                      I am using reliance postpaid connection no[protected] mobile no [protected] in the name of sanjeev kumar kuthyal r/o house no 90 vpo behlana near old airport chandigarh form last few months and paid bill time to time but there is issue in call droping and bad signal. so I registered a complaint against this. The backend officer has terminate my number without my confirmation. I am also visit to reliance store but there is no positive response they said that your number is terminated agst. your request. Dear sir I am using this number form last 9 years ( appx.) why I am requesting to terminate this number. I am also request for porting this number but after discussion with customer executive, I am not submitting my docs to any other service provider and now I know that my number is terminated. you are requested to please restart my number as purity.                               Dear sir,
                              i have requested MNP at 10 january 2017, after mailing of 2 failure the MNP and demand security money by me, They again started MNP Process without any doc verification. i already told him about my condition i.e. i travel daily gurgaon to noida at client site so i will unable to meet for verification before 6pm. some time they send a person at sunday but he never call or he called only once time then they didnt respond.
                              todays condition is my simcard ported into reliance at 8 march but another simcard activate by MNP department so i recived that sim card on 10 march .After Few hour my simcard Service is locked due to Doc Verification.
                              now on 8march to today i dont have connection, my sim card locked, i am unable to call any one, no data, and Reliance Customer care said they cant do any thing.
                              yestarday i was on leave and i inform to customer care for verification and they said "today it can't possible, please apply for half day and leave for tomorrow or wait for sunday.

                              please sir I am in trouble, please unlock my simcard or cancel MNP (Mob-[protected])son i will continue my work.

                              I have been complain at 198 for this wrong commitment and poor services and status is pending ?????? .

                                I used to be a customer of reliance communications for 17 years & due to network issue i had to port out. [number is [protected]]. Now before port out, for my february 2017 of rs. 943; i paid in cash rs. 1150 at reliance store in andheri (W) and was assured that there will not be any ecs for this amount. On 17.03.2017; ecs of 1160 was done! I have an email for the same confirming debit of this amount.
                                When i went to the same reliance store where my cash payment was made; i was informed that "uncle don't worry.. This happens.."
                                None of the phone nos issued [ + (91)-[protected], [protected], [protected]] are switched on!

                                This is the callous attitude of the company!

                                Kindly resolve the issue of extra payment being made to reliance and i would appreciate if my security deposit of rs 1000 and the extra payment of rs. 1160 is credited back to me

I had denied to do so, then she became aggresive and misbehaved with me using abusing language which i can not write here. I have her cell phone no.                                     I am using Reliance broadband and landline for last more than 10 years. For last one and half years almost every month My broadband and landline gets disconnected. The reason is the switch reliance has installed from where the connection line comes to my home in on the terrace of a building named City Center and Reliance fails to give them the electricity bill rent for that switch so the building authorities turn the electricity to that switch off. They don't turn it back on until Reliance pays them the electricity rent amount. Sometimes it takes more than 12 days and in that time the connections atached to that switch are all down. This month again this has happened...I have complained about this to reliance customer care and appellate authorities many times but still this persists. My connection is down for last 5 days now and I have been told it might take entire month to resolve the rent issue this month. Also this has happened almost every month for last one and half year and yet I have to pay the whole Broadband bill, only once or twice they have given me any discount.

                                      Less signal, calls doesn't work well, miserable internet speed. Even after complaining they closed the ticket with out resolving the issues. My plan is 299. they sent me bill of 708 by saying that i've sent international sms which i never did. Now they blocked the STD calls. they blocked my number from contacting customer support. and they are not responding to my mails. today i saw the bill it has a lot o[censored]nknown numbers in international SMS list. please i dont know who is cheating. I moved to reliance in the last month, i need this number as i have been using this for many years.

                                        I already have reliance no., i bought a new reliance connection
                                        After getting a call from reliance and i also told her to change the
                                        Current plan of my previous no. His executive taken rs.400/- for new
                                        Connection and rs.400/- for plan change and documents for both...
                                        He said this money will be returned in first bill or in the bill...
                                        And he hasn't change the plan now company is sending me unusual bill
