I was confirmed that the plan was changed to 299 then how is the bill rental showing 526/-.
Why is the LATE payment charge of 100 added?..

I want to discontinue with reliance as I am getting calls daily but No one is trying to resolve my problem or even note down it. There is a discrepency in the bill which needs to get checked. also i want to get my previous bills checked as there is some problem with the billing system. No body is even replying to the complaint.

        After Sales Reliance behave that Reliance are our customer, we have to schedule our visit to RCOM Store then you can continue .

        They can Cut your connection because we all are fool.

        Reliance know a customer is nothing for him, there are million, billion customer are there for reliance income .
        If some customer are in trouble reliance will ignor him.

        other services like vodafone they give value to there customer, But reliance never.

        that is my bad luck, at my home reliance have stronge network thats by i have pto ort my sim from Vodafone to Reliance.

        That was big mistake.

        now today i have successfully feeling lonely because no one can contact me, thanks to Reliance and there executive with there wrong commitment.

        i really swear i will port my sim again in VODA IDEA if it unblocked,

        ALSO RECOMENDED NOT TRUST RELIANCE EXECUTIVE FAKE COMMITMENT AND RELIANCE FAKE SUPPORT

        i already mailed reliance,

          Respected sir,
          my name is Mohan Bajaj,
          My reliance mobile number is ([protected]) has been port to another company without my confirmation.
          Yesterday it was active with me, till 10:pm and then network was unavailable.
          I have gone today to reliance customer office today,
          they said it has been port to another company.
          This sim is on my name(mohan bajaj) address, 12, sindhu nagar.
          Indore.
          without my authority someone has stolen my number.
          Last week on 16th march 2017 around 11:30 pm my sim stopped working.
          As there was rangpanchmi ( Holiday) on next day,
          the stores were closed.
          So approached the store on 18th march 2017 morning,
          where they said my sim is too old so it has stopped working. So they reissued the new sim card and my new sim got activated in 30 minutes.
          Now after 5 days my sim is been ported to another company by a different person.
          I request you to help me and get me my number back.

            I got call from reliance customer care for up-gradation my existing 3g SIM to 4g SIM. Representative told me that I will get extra 4g benefits without change in my existing plan. Now my SIM is up-graded to 4G. But My base plan have got changed without intimation. I tried to call customer care but they are not ready to take my complaint. Also I have mailed them for same matter.(Snapshot is attached.) But, I haven't get any reply from them.Please do neeful.

            As per conversation with you. I will search audio conversation with your representative and i will update it.
            From conversation with you, I got to know that I can't de-grade to 3G again which was not explained by your representative to me on 4g promotion call. Stop misguiding your customers by hiding these things from them.
            Also, I confirmed from this call that I can get my base plan back only if I will submit audio clip. That means I have to bear with it if i couldn't find that audio clip.Nice game of Reliance Communication to cheat with your customers.Really bad experience.

                I also got a call in the month of October stating that my account has been closed and there will be no more calls from reliance.
                I have not used my data card from the month of September, 2016.

                You can check my data usage details. It is zero for the past three months.

                I will not pay amount for the data card that I have not used for.
                Now I have got a demand notice stating that I have a unpaid amount of Rs.1380/-

                Kindly close my account.

After so many days i went to main office and i was told some agent was came to me and take the proof and i was told all the stuff to the head officer and he has a new sim but it was not working

                        1. The broadband internet services are NOT PORIVDED since last over THREE days. There is no service even after lodging complaint number of times with local service provider and the Company. It appears that there is some dispute between Company and local service provider?

The problem is persisting since the connection is installed and as a subscriber, I have left with no alternative to abandon the services of Reliance Communications Ltd. and also to get the adjustment for NON SERVICE deductions from next bill? Kindly look into the matter, reply by return mail and do the needful urgently.

                          I am darshan patel having ril no. [protected]. I made portability to ril from idea 2 months back. I asked for revised plan to match my data usages and when they refused i sent massage to port my card. After that ril come back and offerd me paln 699 with 10gb free data 4g. But now they are giving 3gb data only. I complained this to customer care but they are not replying properly. Also they have barred my outgoing facilities saying that document issue after 3 months. This is really frustrating for me. I launched morethan 10 complaints to customer care but i could not get justifiable answer.

                          Please look into this and reply.

                              The details of notification given below:
                              1). Message received on 17/03/2017 at 22:01 state that:-
                              You have been successfully subscribed to ShemMoviSub60 service for 8 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4052 to 155223(Toll Free).

                              2). Message received on 21/03/2017 at 21:37 and state that:-
                              You have been successfully subscribed to TinyTVSub35 service for 7 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4057 to 155223(Toll Free).
                              I don't have made any subscription for such services. Please investigate these type of automatic activation of services. Please initiate the balance refund as soon as possible.

                                The Number registered with me is [protected]. The Company has not delivered the SIM Card while Porting from Vodafone to Reliance, But I came to know that the company has raised an Invoice of Rs. 918 against me.
                                Today I got a call from the Legal Department of the company to pay the outstanding amount. He also threatened me that if i will not pay, a legal action will be initiated against me.

                                I am in dilema that if the company has not given me the SIM, which is the only medium to avail the service of the company, how can they raised an Invoice against me.

                                I am a Reliance GSM customer. In the recent days i am not able to make calls, its always says "network busy or this route is busy". To make a call i have to continuously try for 100 times.. Its so pathetic .i think its time to move to other providers.

                                  I have reliance broadband connection at my home - having the customer number as[protected].
                                  Since last week of february 2017, the speed of my broadband connection has fallen down drastically - from average 400kbps to av. 50 kbps.
                                  This slow speed leaves me frustrated.
                                  I pay all the bills / payments before the due dates - then why is this happening??

                                    I already cleared total bill including what they are reminding Rs 585/- iam paid rs 600 instead of Rs585 pse check and donot remind infuture correspondence
                                    I did 501 recharge but 4 days on words calls not connecting from my mobile no i have voda phone no in same phone it working good, but your stupid waste network is not working, how days you need to rectify the problem, my money return to me and provide port no for me my no[protected].

                                      On 14/03/2017 I, Subhash Thakur received a massage from mobie service provider Reliance communications that if I can recharge of 152, I got different benefits like unlimited calling till 28 days. So after local friends asking I do recharge on the same day evening 05:16PM. But the service provider stop my unlimited calling services stops on 20/03/2017. As sooner I reply to customer care of reliance no.198 the operator say that Reliance communication stops this scheme. Further I don't receive any types of refund or service continue.

                                        My phone no. Is [protected] and i got a pop notification that “if you recharge with rs.150 you get a talk time of rs.300”. I had recharged with rs.150 but i haven't got balance of rs.300. I had called to customer care and they are saying that this is offer is not available for you but i can see this offer right now while dialling to *367#. I haven't got any promo balance or anything. I think this is the simple trick to fraud innocent people and i had mailed the problem faced to me toll mow there is no response from reliance
