[protected] but the balance does not credited in my phone no. . please look into the matter and credit my balance to either to my no. or in paytm wallet . . this has been a lot of times that my balance has been deducted and different different service activated withount my consent. please . refund my balance ASAP...

On 14/03/2017 I, Subhash Thakur received a massage from mobie service provider Reliance communications that if I can recharge of 152, I got different benefits like unlimited calling till 28 days. So after local friends asking I do recharge on the same day evening 05:16PM. But the service provider stop my unlimited calling services stops on 20/03/2017. As i want to port my no. from reliance to idea from last one month i m sending message for port to 1900 and i get message this service is temperory unavailable my mobile no. is [protected] i visited to store also they directly they say we will not register ur. complaint u have to register from ur. mobile only I called to call centre also they told it will be solved within 48 hrs. but nothing changed same problem so pls help me to port my number...

I am also facing the same problem. I got a bill which has a charge of SMS service of 60 and roaming 150( international SMS), really. This is plain old cheating. I am trying to call customer care report but the moemnt I tell this issue they tell me server is down. What the hell. How can your server goes down. I think they don't want to address the issue.
