Dear Sir,

I am using Reliance Network since last 7 Years but I had never seen such worst service by this company. I have recharged my Reliance no. ([protected]) with Rs. 55 on 27-Mar-2017 02:31 pm through FreeCharge and my balance has been deducted from my FreeCharge wallet and confirmation message delivered to me but at that time a text message came from Reliance that " Dear Customer, your request could not be processed . Please try again...".
From that particular day (27-Mar-2017), I had tried to contact customer care to resolve my problem so many time but in every call they only said that "SERVER DOWN, PLEASE CALL AFTER TWO HOUR" that was totally useless and irresponsible responses shown by your team. Neither I got my balance return in my FreeCharge Wallet nor in my Reliance balance account. If you can't resolve my problem, please send me portability no. so I can choose some better network.

    My name is Megha Dua I had done a recharge of 152 on my number [protected] in the morning 12.11 am on 29 March 2017from paytm .In paytm app recharge is successful but I haven't received my recharge till yet. I talked to customer care of paytm service so I received a mail from paytm service also they provide the reference number of reliance operator side so kindly help me to resolve this issue about my money refund of 152 from whom so ever either from paytm or reliance service as soon as possible to my paytm account .Kindly take some legal action against both the paytm or reliance operator so that they refund my money of RS 152 I am also attached a mail received by paytm service provider

    My complaint regarding mobile recharge has been resolved If any other users who also facing this problem like this regarding ur mobile recharge or whatever else. amount has been debited from ur account but recharge was not successful then we have all rights to file a complaint against that company or operator. I got a mail from paytm service also they provide the reference number from ur operator side so kindly refund my money because I have done another recharge of 152 otherwise I will file a complaint against reliance so kindly revert me back and refund my money as soon as possible to my paytm account .     I recharge my reliance no with rs 152/- at 2:24 Pm And till now i have not get any benifits regarding this .

      My net connection is not working since 24th March and from 24th till today everyday I'm complaining twice a day but at every call they are saying that they will solve tomorrow, give us 24 hours time.

      But till now there is no action taken from their side and this happens in every 2-3 weeks and they are also not refunding the days they haven't provided the service.

        I m residing in 36/1, maruthi oly, dasanapura hobli, Bangalore-562123. Reliance tower is right next to my home and effecting health of everyone. We are 8 people at home 2 are aged and 2 are kids. Too many health issues and there is grounding problem also we are facing. Radius are very high near home severe head ache and grounding problem have a raise. I feel it's a very serious issue u people need to solve it.

          My name is Vipul markana. I am using reliance broadband wireline conection. My user id is[protected]. I had paid for six months already. Now my connection is not been working for last 25 days. I complained at customer care on 6 march 2017. Then i complained 5 or 6 time again. But every time reliance customer people had told me your problem will be solved with in 48 hours. I am very disappointing with your service. I never suggest anyone for reliance broadband connection.

            on 29 the March . I received a message on my reliance mobile

            " You have been successfully subscribed to BWOODMANIASUB21 service for 7 days."

            And the money was deducted from talk time balance.

            However, i had not requested for any such subscription nor i was asked by the company to activate such service on my phone.

            Hence this is one kind of fraud with the customer.

            Pls solve my complaint. And restore my balance and never add any VAS .

                I had ported my Airtel connection into Reliance under scheme of 699 plan in the month of Nov, 2016 and at the same tie I had paid rupees 300 as advance sim activation charges . At the time of porting Reliance customer people had told me that they will refund this 300 rupees after generation of three month bill. Now after my fourth bill when I have checked my bill there is no refund of amount and when I contacted customer care in this regard they told me they dont have any advance deposit on my account. Now they have told me to visit near Reliance world store with the receipt and register the amount on my name. This is fault of there team and they are making fraud with the public by doing this kind of practice. I am having receipt of 300 advance payment for the postpaid sim with me.

                The locality where i am staying there is no network coverage area ..after being several complaints i am not getting any solution ...when i am sending sms to 1900 for portability then also i am not getting the UPC code where as the same response that please try later...

                        My sim got some problem.
                        Went to reliance store for more than 5 times in howrah.
                        Everytime they said we don't hv Prepaid sim rudely, u have to take postpaid

                        Finally I took 199 plan forcefully.
                        They took 50 rs for sim and 300 advance without any receipt and committed that rs 100 will be deducted for 3 months.
                        Nothing happened as such.

                        I m frustrated, they neither allow to migrate to Prepaid nor I can PORT...

                        I m helpless.. without making a single call i hv already paid 600+ rs...

                        Plz help me discconnect the number of migrate to Prepaid..

                        Just after raising a complain here I got the call from a smart ###-hole.
                        Who pretended to call me from Relaince asked me for my debit card number I gave the number..
                        Immediately he made a purchase of 2710 from paytm and was asking for the OTP.

                        And was saying this is a dummy OTP.

                        I m safe, will request u all to b smart..
                        Don't share ur debit card details especially OTP to anyone.

                        Or else u can b bank-rupt...

                              Yesterday at 1:17am a VAS service named "ShotforBiscSub60" has been activated on my reliance no. [protected] which I have never requested. I don't even know what this service is about and reliance has deducted Rs.60 from my main account for such a stupid service which they activated their own. This is something very annoying at reliance part. It has happened to me earlier as well but the deduction was small so I ignored earlier but this time with a deduction of Rs.60 I am not gonna spare you guys. Are you guys really doing business? or you guys are robbing your customer in such deceptive ways. This is my warning to you guys if I did not get my balance by tomorrow I am gonna take it to social media or would drag you guys to a consumer court..Hope you would feel the pain of your customer and respect them by avoiding such deceptive means, looting them every now & then.

                                My name is Sumit Badaya and I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
                                My Reliance GSM prepaid number is [removed].

                                Today, on 28th March 2017, I recharged my number with Rs.152/- from paytm. The recharge was successful, amount got deducted from my bank account. After recharge, I got an SMS from Reliance as follows:
                                "Dear customer, this RCV cannot be used in conjunction with your current plan". The 152 plan was not activated on my number.
                                I didn't get any refund to my bank account.

                                Kindly look into the matter and either give me refund of Rs.152/- or activate the offers mentioned for Rs.152/- plan on my number. Please do the needful ASAP!

                                  I, Balwant Kaur am owner of plot at Bhai Mati Dass nagar Bathinda, Punjab. The said plot is on lease with Reliance Communications limited since 04/04/2007 and a tower is erected. Rent has not been received since Nov 2016. My son tried to contact the concern official Mr. Sanjeev Gupta ([protected]) who is not responding to any call/ message. Rent should be released at the earliest till the time possession of the plot is with the lessee.

                                    It has been a decade i have been calling your call center your Store for number disconnection but there has been no resolution, have been following up for the same from last 6 months, receiving the bills and paying off but wherein no solution is there. Had been calling your call centere every time i call they say please pay the bill, when i pay they say number has to be activated then you have to wait for 1-2 hours and call again, is this my duty that i call your call centre for solution if i am paying the bills like an customer there should be a solution rather every time harrassing me without providing the solution waiting for a solution now

                                      hi again i not get any update so now i will take legal issue they all are thinking that i am fool when i am call they all are saying that i am transferring your call too different department and the call it will cut automatic .if you all are not provide me service and now i will port out my no from this network and i will proceed my legal action against of reliance communication this is my last warning letter .
