        what happened till date i didn't get my security money refund back, i think y are didn't want to refund back the money, then i have to put this matter to the court, because i waited this from last one year now it is ex termly uncountable whatever is your concern call me on my no [protected].

        A guy with the number [protected] calling himself as Johnson has called my friend & was talking vulgarly. It wasn't bearable as my friend was a girl and she couldn't talk any more to him, she's informed me. He spoke tamil
        Respected sir/madam my no.[protected] custmer care center dont attends my call and providing me many service and cut my balance without my permission and i dont suscribe any service for the daily they activate unnecessary serivces for me and i want to last time other wise closed the sim or chnage to another company if you dont solved my problems .

          Hello sir
          I am using broadband from last three months each and every months there connection got stuck because of some technical problems.when i call coustomer care they answer me like they are owners of company and they dont want to listen about complaints and ignore it.When i talk about refund about broadband usages they told that after 72 hours u can grant the refund and they start the connection in 70 hours.and say ur problem is solved within 72 hours.worst service got from the provider.

            Yesterday I lost my sim and call customer care to block the card. The so called customer care executive mr Subhash who I didnt know the meaning of service alsi kept me on hold for 35 minutes and then disconnected my phone without resolving my issue. Pathetic service, he didnt knew what to do and kept repeating to be on line. I have list my card and if the same is misutiluzed then who would be responsible. I will definitely sue Reliance and their so called customer care executive who dont know how to talk with customers.
            I demand strict action against him

                  I was having a reliance number with account number[protected]. This is from indore (M. P.).

                  I have ported out my number from reliance but as per the last bill generated after termination of my number, i have paid the bill for around rs. 750 in advance against my number so when will i receive that amount by cheque.

                  Hopefully, it will be solved soon and you will contact me as soon as possible.

                    I am a senior citizen aged 83 years
                    I have given my land to Reliance Communications for their Mobile Tower at Ramganjmandi, District Kota, but i am not recieving rent since last 6 months and Mr Manish Sharma, who sits in jaipur office is fooling around by giving false commitments and he never responds to the emails and does not give anything in writing.

                    Please help me connect to top management for this issue and main thing is I should get my rent.

                        On 17/03/2017 i paid bill amount of Rs.621/- against bill of Feb 2017 for mobile number of [protected]. My bank (Central Bank of India) gave acknowledgement of transaction. But still on 29th march i was informed that my bill was not paid. Since then my service stopped. I was also informed that your credit amount is exceeded, hence your services are blocked.
                        The same call center operative informed me that pay minimum amount of Rs.427/- to start services until raised complaint is resolved. But till today neither my complaint was resolved nor my services are resumed.

                          With reference to the above bills none of my payments are over due. February month bill was waived due to non working after my waiver request and thank you for the same.

                          But am getting for the past 2 days continous sms alert that non payment of bill and its long overdue.
                          I have referred the above 2 bills and please check that there is no long overdue. Moreover my payments are made through online ECS payments and you can always note that I have never made any single late payment during my tenure with reliance.

                          Hence please inform the necessary concerns or their outsourcing people not to send unnecessary sms which is really making us upset.

                          Moreover am unable to reach Reliance customer care, The line gets immediately disconnected every time it get transferred to the customer care executives.

                          Therefore please ensure that there is no such wrong follow ups or alerts to be received from your end.
                          this is not the first time we are getting such sms, after repeated complaints they have stopped just 2 months only, now again they have started messaging us and saying that they will disconnect our service.

                          regarding this we have mailed to Reliance on 30.03.2017.
                          But till date there is no reply from their side and action taken regarding this.

                          if the connections is not working too same thing happened. their service is very very worst.

                          We have taken 6 jio sim as our company's group but 4 nos are cancelled due to no range. 2 nos are stucked up as it is due to portability done.

                            I took a landline of reliance cdma of no[protected]. They took 3000 rupess fo landline instrument. Later they shut down their cdma services to gsm services which is the worst ever service in todays world. Then they told me to change the instrument and took a deposit of 2000 rs for new instrument saying that they will deduct 200 rs every month for 10 month from the bill. The gsm service was so pathetic that the phones was most of the time was in no service network. After one month dey created the rental bill. I told dem to shut down my services and return my money of the deposit. But they refused. Now they customer care are harasing me of legal threats. I got a call from delhi straight away saying pay 2000 rs or face the trial. A bill of 350 or sonething and dey are demanding 2000 rs. And what abt my deposit and poor service u provided. U cheated ua customer. And nw u treating ua customer with legal threats. The updated gsm no waw [protected].

                              I am one of your business partner and ex employee of your esteemd organization in Jaipur Rajasthan we are initial start our business with Reliance Comunication with some of Rs. 150000/- in the year 2014 to 2016
                              from last 1 year to till time am following my payout but everytime i got excuses from your top officials from jaipur office
                              i am writing this letter to complain regarding my full and final for the last I haven`t received it yet.
                              I understand that there was a system problem that is why the crediting was delayed.
                              But I hope that the problem was fixed right away.
                              I have some bills that I need to pay and I don`t want to make any delay in paying them.
                              I might be penalized.
                              I hope that you will do something on this as soon as possible.
                              Please release my full and final to my payroll account.

                              Sir am big fan of you and Mr Mukesh Ambani you both of my ideal. I have serve your company atleast 5 years than i thought do business and i took your Reliance mini store and due to short of funding and non cooperation of your officials i have winded up the said business.

                              I think you cannot do anything about my complaint can i have a Mr Anil Ambani personnel mail id so that i can try their and i hope that i get my resilution of my complaint.

                                From last 20 days I been struggling by half network issue where ever I go in Mumbai plus the 3g logo doesn't show up at many times & thus giving me a regular data speed, In my plan I have 3g speed upto 10gb data.My hand set is iphone6.
                                Tried all possible things by complaining and more, but the problem keeps still.
                                Looks like time to switch the Service Provider.

                                  I had requested a plan change to Bihar Special 199 on 7th of feb, and the requested plan did get activated and remain active as well for a few days.

                                  At some point, my plan was changed to unlimited 549, without any request/consent from my side.

                                  A bill has been generated as per the said unlimited 549 plan, which is against the TRAI regulations. Moreover, my request for a change in plan is being denied.

                                  Hence, it is requested that:
                                  1. All charges levied under Unlimited 549 be nullified, and bills be generated as per the plan i'd subscribed for (bihar special 199).

                                  2. It is made sure that this arbitrary, change in plan Doesn't occur in future.

                                  No resolution/ communication received from the CC Team Yet.
                                  All I've received is an SMS confirmation that bihar special 199 will be effective from 25th of April.

                                  Please do understand that the resolution of this complaint depends upon:

                                  A. as to why my plan was changed from bihar special 199 to unlimited 599 without my consent/request.

                                  B. and whether rcom will ammend the said bills generated as per unlimited 599 (which i never subscribed for) and charge me as per the plan i opted for on feb7, 2017, viz Bihar Special 199.

                                    I was loyal customer of Reliance Communications and i used their internet service from last 2 years.

                                    I terminated my connection on 10/11/2016 because of the unresolved connectivity issue of 1 month. I don't use their service for that 1 month due to not getting connection from their side.Then why they generate bill ?

                                    Today i got call from legal department of Reliance Communication and the lady said that i got notice from them due to unpaid bill and amount of Rs 1200/-

                                    I talk with Reliance Customer Care and they are unable to give me my complain number which was i registered when my internet was not working. Customer care representative tell me that their system could not saw any details related to registered complains.

                                    I got call from their legal department and they told me that why are you put yourself in these legal matter? just pay your remaining bill and forgot all other things. This is ridicules and i never assuming that Reliance Communications (A Very Reputable Company Of India) behave like this.

                                    Finally i paid my unpaid bill because of hammering from legal department but i never suggest reliance's services to others. They loss their one loyal customer.

                                      I had visited to R com Gallery & request them too many times made the request for refund deposit money. Always they informing me it will reach to my address in next 7 days times.

                                      But till date I am not received any payment from your end.

                                      Kindly look into matter & refund my deposit money on urgent basis.

                                        I am using 3 reliance post paid connections and due to poor internet service i planned to port my all connections. Meanwhile An Agent Naveen from Reliance office, IT Park, Chandigarh called me on 10th Mar 2017 and offered 299 plan with unlimited calls & 3GB 4G data & waiver on my present bills.
                                        To get this special offer he told me to send written request which i sent to him. but till date nothing is being offered and he stopped taking my calls.

                                        Now, i bills are pending and call center calls me regularly to make the due payments. I do not understand what to do now.
                                        Such agents are actually de-facing the value of Reliance company and such people should be expelled immediately.

                                        Now i have decided to get all my connections transfer into Airtel.
