Dear All,
Last December I gives a port ([protected]) in request in your Patel Nagar, Delhi's store, but your backend team rejects mine number for portsin in relaince,
At Jan 2017 I gives a portin request of mine another number ([protected]) request at your same store, they process mine request but many times again got cancelation from your backend team, then your store executive told me that now your ports code is expire, gives another numbers portin request then I gives another numbers request ([protected]) and next day your backend team ports mine number ([protected] which ports code is expire and get many times cancelation) ports in relaince, then your executive sent a mail that can't ports [protected] number is relaince, but your backend team also ports mine this number, means your backend team's staff or your store staff's mistake ports mine Boths Number in relaince.
After ports mine [protected] in relaince, I recharge this number from 199/198 Plan which I got unlimited calls and 1gb 3g net, but yesterday (8th of February/ 2017) I got a msg from your side that your outgoing calls is barried, kindly contact relaince customer care, but I'm unable to contact relaince care, I also visited at your relaince store then she told me that don't Why backend team gonna mad and why they hold your outgoing service, she again mine documents @11:30am and she told me that your number is again actives within 24hours and now 34 hours ago still can't actives mine outgoing service, many times I call to your nodel officer they told me kindly submit your documents at reliance store which is already submitted, .

Is this type of service did you provides to your customers?
Noone helps me, not your Outlets executive, not your customer care, not your nodel officer.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to informing you that today I have received a SMS from Reliance regarding Payment of Rs. 1744.00 within 15.2.2017 as to avoid legal process of reliance.

    I am very astonished that a customer is suffering day to day for your non co-operation and you are threatening the customer. Why you are not refund or adjust my over payment of 757.73 during the month of August 2016 against bill amount 968.00.
    If any customer paid wrongly against -69.00 of bill amount so it is natural to adjust the amount in next bill cycle. But in your case you have not adjust the amount of Rs. 688.75 which I paid on 16.7.16 against bill amount -69.00..

    I have intimated and request several time for adjustment but you do not reply my mail with a few of lines but you stop my service. I have send mail to you for solving the problem on 21/07/16, 22/07/16, 16/8/16, 30/11/16, 30/11/16, 30/11/16 to different places as well as customer care but no body reply my mail.

    If you want to settled the matter amicably with adjustment of over payment amount I am ready to pay other wise you can go for legal action what ever you like. I have kept all the records for future documents.

        i make many email to reliance customer care, and appeal, nodal office delhi .
        but did not receive any email/help from him.
        even reliance store people denied to help me to activate my number.
        i am alot of trouble with this mobile number.

          I have been a customer of CDMA Netconnect+ from 2013, with a good payment history, without any delayed payment throughout. In the month of May, my number was migrated to 4G and I had purchased a new WiPod from your Reliance outlet at Annanagar branch, which was not working ever since. I repeatedly made complaints through Live Chat, online Toll number and mails to get the services, and continued to pay bills for May, June, July, August and September, although my data consumption was zero.
          I requested for termination in September 2016 with request number[protected], and yet I was generated bills on for month of October, November, December and January.
          I sent a reply mail to the customer care to look into the billing, as I had requested for termination of service already, there was no reply from your end.
          I have had a service representative visiting my premises and demanding money, while I had shared the complaint number with him and they assured they would get back to me about the updated status with regards to same but they never came back. I am threatened on phone from your Delhi appellate office or another toll free number and when I share my complaint number, they abruptly cut the call midway without updating status when being asked. The toll free number[protected] is invalid when I am trying to contact from my mobile number to re-request for termination.
          Kindly look into this matter urgently as this is getting mentally harassing. I have attached the bill payment receipts and reply mails for your reference, you are free to check my consumption history and verify on your end. Please resolve this issue at the earliest, as I do not intend to file a legal complaint from my end with regard the mental harassment I have been undergoing, beside the poor services I received particularly from last summer of 2016, which is not expected of an esteemed company like Reliance.

          I recharged with Rs 148 for unlimited data. When I got offer you get unlimited data with recharge Rs 148, but I only got 750 MB and validity 21 days. I request to sole immediately.The screen shots snaps are attached with this. My Number [protected]

          I have recharged for plan 149 but plan has not been activated, and I am unable to make call or send any msg. And can't even connect to customer care @ 198 call

          Anytime ever i call to anyone customer care robot talking and telling us that this no. Is switch off or not reacheable or if we wants to complaint to customer care service then they says that thank you and call is suspended.
          What the reason u can't provide service whatever u say

            My balance has been deducted twice without no reason. There is not any subscription from my side for paid services. I called Reliance customer care but there is no response. I have experienced worst after sales service and the customer care executives talks rubbish and irrelevant. I have faces such a kind of problems many times and complaints various time but never received satisfied solution.

              I was been customer for Reliance broadband for more than two years (if I’m not wrong), period 2011 to 2014. In these years, I was paid my bills on date without any delay (you can check your database too).
              In the year 2014, May and June month I had registered a complaint on service connectivity issues (Request ID # CNM[protected]), I had called customer care more than 30 times and sent bunch of e-mails to reliance broadband service. Almost 40 days the internet connection was failed.
              But the issues was not resolved after requested so many times, therefore, I paid my last payment and I have given the cancellation request in the month of 17th June 2014 (I have the e-mail copy) because I do not have any other choice... I did not receive any communication further about the cancellations as well as the connectivity issues.

              Yesterday 7th feb 17, after 3 years, I had a call from reliance (dont know who are they) states that, I need to pay some overdue amount within 30 minutes. Told them I was paid my entire bill amount but still they told me to pay.

              I was threatened and forced by reliance people name called Renuka ([protected]) and Rachan or Rubchan ([protected]) to pay the amount where I was not used the reliance broadband.

              I was literally abused by these two people yesterday in my office hours. I was given the cancellation request on 17th June 2014, it was not done by reliance team but they abused me to pay the amount Rs 1008.

              I request you to refund the amount which was taken from me forcefully.

                Hello,
                In Oct 2016, I have raised Request ID[protected] to termination of my connection . I have received call for confirmation of termination. The bill is generated for Oct month which has been paid .
                Then, I have received bill for month of Nov 2016 for whole month. I have contacted the customer care to resolve the issue. They have given me new Request ID [protected]. Once again reliance team is contact me for complaint.
                At Jan 2017 end, I have got call from no. [protected] for bill payment. I have given the both request no. of termination of connection. I ask them question why my connection is not closed? Also, I have not used the connection after approx..20th Oct 2016
                I have started receiving mail for demand notice cum intimation letter from reliance. In mail they have given me the phone no. [protected] & email address adv.[protected]@reliancecollection.co.in.
                Also I sent mails to adv.[protected]@reliancecollection.co.in, rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, rcom.[protected]@relianceebill.com, rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.comregarding the same.
                I didn’t get any response.

                Interesting fact is phone no. [protected] & email address adv.[protected]@reliancecollection.co.in are not working. Phone is ringing & nobody attains call. & Also, I tried to mail but it is also failed.
                As per mail of reliance
                For any Queries please contact On: "adv.[protected]@reliancecollection.co.in" or Call on +91 [protected] for further information."

                When I tried replying the mail to "adv.[protected]@reliancecollection.co.in", the mail got bounced saying address not found.

                Now I am receiving daily messages and phone calls from Reliance collection persons asking to pay the bill.

                Pathetic service. When someone is trying to pay his dues and close the connection still he is facing all this.

                A kind request to help me out of this situation.

                  My name is lalit rana and i came to kno about the offer on reliance sim so wanted to get a new sim, so I contacted the customer care and an executive came to my house to give the sim. he was illiterate as the voucher for Rs 300/- was filled by me and he told me that if I want to take a new no. or if I want to port my current no both can be done by the same sim, so i thought to port it so I sent a request for porting to my current service provider that day. next day i thought that I should instead get a new no. which I will use only for my family and close friends, so I resent a request for non porting and I called up reliance executives to give me a new no. they told me that u will get it after verification. next day as i was in a meeting and could not receive the call from the guy who had come for verification, in the evening i get a call stating that your request was rejected as verification process is incomplete. so I told them to come today and give me the no. also then she told that you have to port ur no. you will not get a new no. then I called the person who gave me the sim he also refused. I called the cust. care and there she told me to get the verification and then she will see. I am really dissapointed as these guys are just trying to sell the sim and get their cut by unfair means which is not right. kindly look into this matter seriously and refund my money if you cannot provide me a new no. or I will take this matter to higher authorities and also consumer court if need arises

                    I am getting emails from Basu Business Solution with demand for some dues from Relaince Communication ----- not able to understand - why I am not being contacted fro Reliance Office... seems to me like SPAM and fraudulent practice

                    I had shifted my number from Reliance to Airtel 4/5 months back by paying all dues and my number got ported...now this demand for monies...Hope this gets noticed by actual reliance communications as when I go to my nearst reliance center to inquire on this dues -- they do not have my number in their system???/

                      I have not activated any service but you activated and deducted my amount and I complain to Mr.prince Kumar one of your service representative he used abuses language and said that he will no refund the amount where ever I complain

                        I got a notice from OM SAI ASSOCIATE on behalf of reliance communications for the payment of Rs 527. I have no idea what are these charges for. The broadband dongle [protected] stopped working in the month of Aug 2016 as it was a CDMA instrument. I did not bother to upgrade it GSM. I paid the monthly rental that was due for the month of Aug 2016 and made numerous attempt to get the connection terminated. Everytime I called the customer service I was told that there was some issue with the termination department due to which the call cannot be transferred. I have sent multiple emails including the nodal officer to get the connection terminated but never received any response.I had even visited the Reliance Communication outlet but was told that the connection termination will have to be done by calling the Reliance Customer Care. I have been the customer of Reliance Broadband for 9 years and have been paying the monthly rental regularly. But here I am not entitled pay the amount because the service was stopped by Reliance as they had upgraded to GSM.

                          Today i recharge my number [protected] with 196/- from Paytm offer on that showing is 1GB 4g/3g Data + unlimited local and STD Onnet & offnet mobile & landline + free incoming roaming(t&c:for Reliance GSM & 4Gcustomer) 28days . but i not get this benefit still my net is not working.My mobile set:window xl.

                          Please resolve my issue because your customer care number is not working..

                          If i not get any reponce i will change reliance number.

                            I had lost my reliance SIM, Please block the SIM no. [protected] issued on my name. As I got to know, currently the service of the mentioned number is active and someone is using it, Please block it asap.

                            The SIM is of Rajasthan, and in active state. So block it urgently on priority, I had also mailed on customer care, but they are less active in replying.

                                    I was traveling to Mumbai and lost the phone in a crowd when entering to peninsula grand hotel at 10pm for stay .
                                    Post that I called reliance customer care to bare the calls on mobile number [protected] but it was refused to bar and was told that go to reliance center and do it and when asked to transfer to senior the call was disconnected.
                                    Later, When I repeat the call and select lost sim option, call was automatically disconnected.
                                    So unreliable disgusting service of a global company.

                                      I am reliance broadband user. My user id is[protected]. I have received no internet service From[protected] to[protected]. For first 3-4 days i have not registered any complaint with customer care as Chennai was badly affected by cyclone on[protected], even electricity supply was not their for 4-5 days.Then on[protected] I informed to customer care that my connection is not working. Then they said sir it will be resumed in 2-3 days and a call back will be arranged and not given me any complaint number. But as the service was not resumed i again called on[protected] and i asked for complaint no. and they given me complaint id[protected]. I asked for the waiver of bill of that period then they said sir once the services will resumed you have to send a mail for waiver. The services was resumed on[protected] then i got call on[protected] regarding confirmation of resumption of service and then i send mail for waiver of bill of the said period as i have not received any internet service. But now they are saying that my bill can not be waived as i registered compliant on[protected] and according to them the complaint was resolved on[protected]. But neither i got any call on or after[protected] regarding resolution of my complaint nor i received any internet service as all the time there were no network due to technical problem from the operator side.
                                      I also sent mail to appellate authority of reliance communication on[protected] but till date i have not received any reply.
                                      Although i have paid bill for said period but this is highly exploitative that for no service i have to pay the bill. Instead of being regretful for halt in service for approx one month they are saying you have to pay the bill.
                                      This is the harassment of consumer. I am requesting the honorable forum to look into the matter so that my payment should be refunded and some penalty should be imposed on service provider for exploiting the consumers.
