From 2 days I am not able to call to any one. Whenever I am calling.. There is a message that root is busy.. I am facing this problem both in local and STD calls.. Please help me My reliance no is [protected].. Please take my complaint seriously .. I already faced this problem 2-3 times before and now again . I am not able to call anyone and I am feeling much irritated . So plzz help me out otherwise I will never going to trust reliance again

        Postpaid Number terminated in December 2015 and still refund amount not given.its been over 14 months now.

        Several emails sent to customer care but no resolution yet.I keep getting replies saying complaint escalated to concerned team..

        I have moved back for good to chennai.connection was taken in kolkata and I placed a termination request prior to mocong out of kolkata. I recently had a baby and so I cannot travel to Kolkata to go in person to a store there..

        Horrible customer service experience. I need a resolution asap.

        I am yet to receive my postpaid deposit money back when I ported out my number ([protected]) . Its been over 1.5 years now. When Will I receive that now that the company is closed?

          I was a reliance 3G Netconnect Broadband user in the year[protected] and I stopped using it in the month of May-2016 when they suddenly, without any prior notice stopped their 3G service for almost 20 days and suddenly told me to migrate to 4G by paying 900 Rs. and buying a new wipod. I never wanted to buy it, still they sent one to my house address. I sent it back there and then and also notified customer care and the reliance shop regarding termination of my connection.
          Now, suddenly since JULY 2016 they started sending me emails and messages regarding outstanding bill. Now, I remember that in the month of May I used the service hardly for 10 days as the next 20 days the service was closed by the company. Thus, I clearly told the customer care to send me the details regarding my data usage and then I will pay the bill. I did not receive any thing of that sort and thus I did not pay the bill until November 2016. Then, suddenly I received a notice from some third grade advocate claiming to be from reliance and told me to meet me in his office and also to pay the bill before 23rd december . I told him that I will pay the bill just send me the details regarding my data usage . Still, even he didn't send it. It was funny, a person claiming to be an advocate from an organization like Reliance Communications and still couldn't speak nor write proper English. Nevermind, this issue started Irking me and giving them the benefit of doubt I paid the outstanding amount in the Reliance store 'Just Connect' on 23rd December 2016, for which I have the bill as well as 'Paid' written on it, the same amount paid to reliance communication reflected in my Paytm account as well. I sent the pic of this receipt to the apparent advocate and told him that any further email regarding this issue will be consequential.
          Its been almost 1 and a half month after I paid the bill and again I received a call from reliance that I haven't paid the bill. I literally laughed on that girl's face as it was funny how pathetic these people can be. Felt like they need every penny of it desperately because of some bankruptcy. I told that girl that I have paid the bill long back and told her to check in the Reliance store and gave her the store address. She backfired and told me to check it and call her back as the paid bill has not been updated in their system. So basically now I should also follow up with the reliance people and make sure that it is updated on the system? So hilarious. Then I told her that Mam, Please can you yourself call the store and confirm. She suddenly goes like "Store waale ne aapka paisa kha liya hai, aapko vaapas bharna padega". I stared laughing and told her I have a bill from 'Reliance Communications' with signature on it. I called the store and that guy told me that maybe it still has not been updated on their system and he will make sure that it does. I was relieved.
          Summarising it, cannot believe to what levels this company has dropped in their attitude, desperation, harrassment of people and scams. I am not the only one who has stopped their service but with me atleast 6 of my friends and 12 of my colleagues have terminated their service because of this nonsense and pathetic behaviour by reliance communication rude, illiterate Customer care representatives and the company officials. There are many other people too who have complained regarding this same issue . Please look into it soon before you see any stones being pelted at reliance stores . Right now the complaints are being lodged at individual levels but it soon will reach group and institution levels if this doesn't stop.

            Regarding complain no SR[protected] on mob no [protected], as it is resolved now and reliance social media team commited me to not deduct again rs5 for message, but still my balance is getting deducting by rs5 again n again, this has happened about 15 times in last days, so plz work on ur system to fix this bug, and refund my money otherwise i will surely switch to other gsm mobile company

                  I m using reliance cntct number [protected] SIM since 2002 to till date when postpaid service has been stoped by u and my SIM still not activated even after 3 months of process . Please activate my number Ive suffered a lot due to this and I applied this number to every services, Bank, PPF account, Pension account, Gas booking etc so please activate it

                    I am using reliance wifi services for more than 4 yrs now and every year wifi get disconnected for more than a month because of the people who have rented the space for rent, are not being paid, therefore these people disconnect the connection .
                    For more than a month every year we have to spend extra on recharges and really difficult time.
                    I keep calling customer service, they generate complaint no but nothing happens, i call the local office they bluntly say it will take time.
                    How i am suppose to use it .

                      I had submitted an online complaint earlier for the problem faced in outgoing calls in my mob Number [protected]. Your representative promised for settling the issue by end of jan 17. However the problem still exists. I couldn't make any calls. I always saying that all the channels in this route are busy. Now it is Feb 2. Can u please solve the issue. Outgoing calls are totally blocked. Otherwise I prefer to choose any other network

                        Please find the email I sent to the Customer Care of Reliance on 13th, August 2017. I was asked to buy a 4G Dongle for INR 800 in the Month of June or July as the Reliance is no longer supporting CDMA Dongles as they were shifting to 4G. However, the website never allowed to make any purchase. I tried reaching the customer care many times with the representatives are not fit to provide any proper remedy. On August 10th, the dongle stopped working and I still encountered same errors when I tried to purchase the Dongle. I sent the mail below for help as the calls made no difference. However, no one responded. My Billing date is 8th of every month. So, Literally, dongle worked only for 2 days after the Bill Date. How in the world you guys have asked me to pay a full month's subscription that is 1200 rupees I suppose. With no mistake of mine, you guys should have waived off the fee and in case are money minded would have charged only for two days which I would have paid happily. Check my payment record, I never had a due.

                        Kindly investigate what I mentioned in this email and do the needful adjustments and bill me only for two days, I am willing to pay. However, if you guys expect me to pay a hefty money without any proper investigation. Be ye sure that I don't care the consequences as I have all the proofs with regards to this.

                            I was using reliance broadband and had shifted from one location to other location, So requested reliance to shift my connection to new address, there telephone operators took my request and was quiet for more than a month and have got monthly bill to pay, however i wasnt using there conenction for about a month as am waiting for them to change connection to my new address. So when had called reliance customer and asked them about providing connection they said they have portability issue, so they cant provide connection. so have asked them to disconnect the connection which is in my name. After some months got bill amount pending email from reliance, hence have sent several follow up email asking them reason for charging me. They have not replied and then they have not refund the advance amount which had paid initially. Recently have got call from consumer court, they were shouting at me and spoken to me so rudely to pay the bil. As reliance have registered police complaint on me to pay the bill, and they registered arrest warrant on me for bill amount 588 INR. Simply for no reason have paid 588 INR, reliance has literally spoiled my life, as am yet to get married and police arrest warrant, case on me has spoiled my proposal, my life, my career. Am totally depressed and emotionally disturbed. Will reliance give all things which have lost. My peace of mind is gone. Reliance should ask answer to my question.

                              I wish to complain about poor service we have received from Reliance communication. My Billing account number is [protected] and the business phone lines are registered in the name of Ms Sonam Monga, we have 5 numbers all of them are dead, numbers are 30005040, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45. On 28th Jan 2017 all the phone lines were dead at around 11:00am. we have registered a complaint on[protected] and my complaint number is[protected]. we have been told that the problem will be solved asap, the technician from reliance had come on 30th Jan to my restaurant and taken away the 3 Routers saying that they are not working and have to be repaired we had asked him to give us a temporary router which was not done. Due to the phones not working my business has suffered huge loss. i am writing this e-mail because i have not got any positive response from your company. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within the next day I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.                                 We have 2 Reliance Connections 1 is [protected] and another is [protected],
                                we called customer care and told to cancell the connection1 they given complaint No On Nov[protected] And One more Number [protected] they called and asked to pay the bill we told cancell the connection.they told pay outstanding amount then only we will cancel then we paid bill and given request to cancel Complaint No[protected] on Jan 5th.
                                Now again we are getting calls to pay the bills...every month we given requests to cancel the connections but not cancelling and torchering to pay the bills.

                                Even Daily 10 times we are getting calls even we given closed request Numbers also. they are torchering from these Numbers [protected] and another Number [protected]. what we have to do if we are getting calls from more than 10 times per day.

                                  I've made recharge of Rs.149 prepaid number [protected] using Paytm Wallet. Transaction was successful but balance didn't got credited in account.
                                  As per Order Number [protected], It was a successful transaction.

                                  Please look into matter and credit the balance of Rs. 149 in my prepaid mobile.

                                  Note: I recharged this prepaid mobile for Rs. 149 as per offer that gives unlimited local calls, std calls and sms for 28 days.

                                  I've got various call on my no. some were suspicious and phishing calls. As those guys were asking about banking details and google account otp. I provided them none, still i got the solution and got my money back.

                                  I've just received a call from [protected]. He said I'm call from Reliance Customer Care

                                  and refund my recharged amount Rs. 149. He asked about payment details. I told him that

                                  its done through Paytm. He asked my registered mobile number on Paytm. Then he asked for

                                  OTP, I realised that is my google security code. He was trying my google account which is

                                  a big security breach. I've not given him the OTP. Please look into this issue.

                                      I have been given a PORT request on 18th Jan and received PORT NO on 19th Jan and submitted the same new operator for processing after making the total due and some excess amount. I dint understand why my PORT request rejected status stated bill due.

                                      I have made full payment, where my bill generated 9th Jan for Rs 1416.00 and paid Rs 1520 on[protected]:16 hrs and also having Rs. 850 is a security deposit with you. It's literally not tolerable, even after making the payment of total due and some excess and also having Security deposit, i don't think you don't have any reason to reject.

                                      I need proper explanation and give final approval asap to the new operator without any further delay.

                                      I come to know that my PORT request rejected by RCOM After reaching New operator today. Will appreciate if you show honesty in this issue and not troubling your customers.

                                      I​ have received a SMS form RCOM on 26th Jan stating that
                                      "Dear Customer, we are still working on SR No. UCS[protected] and the same will be resolved on top priority - Reliance​"​​

                                      ​this is the last massage which I received from RCOM, not received any SMS after this.

                                      If you reject my PORT request don't RCOM has courtesy to inform over SMS/PHOME??????

                                      PORT validity is 3rd Feb, you must take appropriate steps and get resolved before expirry date.

                                      Still they have not taken any action and after many calls and mails and more over they don't even bother for reply mails.

                                      If your company runs on ethical grounds this issue will be get resolved by today, if this issue is not resolve by today I assume that RCOM runs on unethical grounds.

                                        My Reliance netconnect + USB Modem no.[protected] they stop its service without any information. I came to know when the Reliance customer care service centre missguided to "recharge" me the modem by Rs.499/-on 11/06/2016, the same day they sent me the SMS on my registered mobile to recharge the amount, Rs.499/-.after recharge when I could not operate my netconnection same day, I gone to reliance customer care HQ, Kolkata on18/06/2016. then they said that, they withdrawn old service due to 4G installation and they provide me a sim card for 4G connection and I got SMS on same day 4G upgrade:10GB 4G and 1GB 3G Data valid for 30 days. for my old modem, they are going to provide me a new 4G modem, but I have to pay them 899/- for replacement. but they had no 4G modem available that time, I have to apply on line for that but hardly any body could do it. then I wait and went to HQ several time again but could not got my modem. and suddenly they change their HQ address to salt lake.then I visited one of their reliance branch at Gariahat but they said my 4G sim no.[protected]N not traceable and it is not possible to give me any modem I have to purchase new modem in paying full amount Rs.3300/-, I was also given a objection no.[protected], that, "Benefit not credited" Rs499/-the recharge amount. I recharged my modem by using credit card from Reliance digital store, Lake Market that also not refund to me. I have all evidence. kindly give my new modem and return my recharge amount Rs.499/-, thank you. Reliance customer no.[protected].
