Since 1 Year i have been facing issue with the quality of service being provided from Reliance. Every month i have to register minimum 4 to 5 complaints for internet not working. Every time i complaint i have been insisted for a permanent resolution which is not yet been done since a year. i have all the complaint id's since 2016. i think i have been paying the monthly rental for free almost the internet is not working twice a week. The company has outsourced the maintenance to another company and the service isn't provided properly.

                  Hi, My name is Deepthi. I recharged my reliance network with 199 rup. It is a 2g gsm sim. I purchased the sim in a store in karnataka. My number is 781*******. I found 199 rup plan in website and recharged with 199 on 3rd february. Daily I receive a message for this offer and pop up continuously which made me to recharge. The offer was activated in 2 seconds. The benefits of the offer is as follows. 1. Unlimited local and std calls to any network all over india and free incoming roaming for 28 days.. My issue is Iam not able to connect to any network that is out of karnataka for more than 20 hours in a day. It is simply saying that the route is busy. Why the hell the route will be busy to any number that is out of karnataka? No one will be on calls for more than 15 hrs continuously. I tried to 20 helpline numbers of reliance and the same message( REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY) i hear every time. Iam able to connect to local numbers with in the state.Is this a kind of trick by Reliance team or what? Keeping unnecesarry offers and cheating people is the worst way to manipulate people. This is the 5thday Iam facing the issue since the offer was activated and none of thecustomer care representatives respond. I am fed up with this as I tried calling different numbers 100 times till now. I don't understand how the customer care people are so busy at midnights too. Even when I call at 2 am also it will sound engage. Appreciate the cheap tricks for always keeping the handset aside by making the IVR software in such a way so that it can sound busy when ever or at any time a customer calls. Great manipulation by reliance. And I mailed to reliance complaints email as well and no reply till now. Will wait and see whether this complaint website atleast work well or this is also a time pass site to cheat nd waste time nd money in typing such a long message. they dont even respond to the mail or call and simply update an email in the websites for complaints.

                  till now the issue is not solved.. got a call and mail from customer care number few days before and informed that the issue will be resolved soon but no update and progress till now. so pathetic service by this fraud company. customercare executive called finally after posting in some other forum and informed that there is a technical pblm and they are working on that and I think still they are working on the same issue as there is no improvement even after 16dayys. when asked the date of solving no reply from them, instead just giving false statements nd safe answers that takes time nd cant assure the time. omg
                  please help me.

                          I have already registered a complaint last September. At times some one will call and tell that my complaint is taken into consideration etc etc. As mentioned earlier, i surrendered my land line ( instrument with charger and all to my nearest Reliance outlet ( Tripunithura, Cochin, Kerala ) My No was[protected]. At that time they said i will get the refund of Rs 1000 within three to six months. Almost three years are nearing, Some executives have called telling that my money will be refunded soon. I just don't want any more calls like this.

                          If ready to refund the amount please do it immediately. So many communications have been done, but nothing fruitful.

                          Being an esteemed company expected some more clarity of things.

                            Hello, I am Thrilok Pushpala, Secretary of Sakharam Apartments, Huda complex, Saroornagar, Hyderabad - 500035. Reliance Communication Limited had put up a broadband Junction Box in our apartment premises and paying rent to the association of our apartment (Sakharam Flat Owners Association) since more than 8 years. But for the last one year and few more months, the payment has been stopped. When I asked one of their executives who comes sometimes, he gave somebody's number to enquire about the rent. But the concerned person never answers that phone. Many times the executive gives irrelevant answers asking us to remove the junction box ourselves. How can we remove the property of Reliance Communications Limited. The executive says the company has no internet connections from that box, hence stopped payment. I fail to understand how is that related to paying of rent for the junction box. I request the concerned authority at Reliance Communications to pay our rental till date. After that they can remove the junction box themselves.

                              I am Senthil mani & was using reliance 3G netconnect+ (#[protected]). In Feb 2016, it became very slow and was having poor net work.
                              So I complained to the reliance customer care number[protected]service request #[protected],[protected] etc) was not solved, so I could not use it.
                              Then after 2-3 months they wanted me to spend 2000Rs & upgrade to 4G, which I felt was waste of money, so I told reliance to disconnect their service through both customer care as well as their local dealer in Tirupur in pn road . They made me wait for longer times in phone/person and did not respond properly. But they kept billing me every month and i paid for 4 months even though I didn't use it. Later with out my consent/knowledge, they put me in higher tariff plan also.Now I have been asked to attend a lok adalat. Reliance can check my usage history from their records and I've not consumed any data. My contact number is[protected] and can I drag them to local court for giving false information and cheating?

                                I am a Vodafone Pospaid costumer and I got a call from Tele caller Zoya Khan(+91-[protected]) offering me a plan of RS:299/- porting to reliance and told me card will start within 3 days and she was also flirting with me to port (I have all the whatsapp conversation). After 6 days I gave a call to Zoya regarding my card activation but she didn't pick (i tried 7times in next 2days but was ignored, and then i called her Senior/TL Mehek Mishra ([protected]) and she is worst then her. Mehek picked my call and told me Zoya is sick and is on holidays, " So It’s not my problem if zoya didn't submit the documents to back office", Mehek said. Then Mehek cut my call. Later I called her 3 times but she didn't pick. I called her from my friends number and she picked, when i told her i tried calling her, she started arguing on nonsense topic trying to claim even she called me and i dint pick her call, (which she never did). I told her I will complain about her and she said, "Jo Karna hai Karo mein nahi darti".After 2 Weeks, When I called Relaince Customer support they said your documents are not registered at all.Before porting if this is the situation wat will happen after porting. Kind request to Relaince instead of recruiting fools, Please find some good employees as there are many unemployed people in India looking desperately for a job

                                  I was using an Reliance Broadband connection the year 2015 till may and paid the charges promptly, but in June or July there was no internet connection and after repeated complaints still it was not fixed, so i disconnected it. After that they asked me to pay the one month bill for which i didn't use at all then i emailed them the compliants numbers and made it clear that they internet was not working for whole month based on that they terminated my connection.

                                  Also i checked with the network engineer of reliance what is the issue, they told that one of there switch in DCL box is repaired and we have requested for new switch which will take 10-15 days.

                                  But now again they are calling me and telling that you have to make an outstanding payment.

                                    I had a reliance postpaid connection which i started using in 2014 in delhi and suddenly due to work reasons I got to get shifted in chandigarh in march 015. I kept on using reliance number on roaming and paid my bills on time. After the announcement of facility of circle change in may 2015 I enquired about that. I got to know that in order to change the network circle for postpaid number I had to submit the address proof of both my previous address as well as new address. But since I didn't have documents of previous address proof as I no longer reside at that place(delhi) these people didn't change my network circle and keep on putting roaming charges month by month. I bear that a few months and then i stopped using that number as I couldn't afford using a number on roaming for so long. But these people keep on adding late payment fees and roaming charges and made the bill on 5.72 finally. I even got a call from their customer care to pay the bill and i made them remit the roaming charges and I was ready to pay rest of the bill and requested her to send the updated bill but no response after that.
                                    then after a few months in 2016 I started receiving calls from someone from "tees hazari court Delhi" that I have a case against me and I have to call to some number and discuss it.
                                    Today i received a email as following:

                                    Subject: Legal Notice for Recovery of Rs. 72/-
                                    Dear Sir/Madam
                                    Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i.e. M/s Reliance Communications Ltd. A Company incorporated and existing under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 having its Office at Reliance Communication Ltd Tower – B 51/2 5th Floor Presidency Building Near Kalyani Hospital Opp. Govt. Girls College MG Road Sector – 14 Gurugram – 2001 we hereby serve you with the following notice:
                                    1. That our client is engaged inter-alia in the business of providing Telecommunication Services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the Addressees had applied for Mobile or Data Card Connections with our client after submitting all the relevant Documents required for the said purpose with our client.
                                    2. That the said request of you the Addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the Addressees were allotted with Reliance Internet or Voice Connection vide Billing Account Number 3720 _ MDN Number 2666 The said connctivity vide Billing Account Number was activated by our client for you the Addressees and since then you the Addressees had been using the said 2666 to the full and complete satisfaction of you the addressees and therefore availed the Telecommunication Services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time through the said numbers.
                                    3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the Addresses from time to time with respect to the Telecommunication Services availed by you the Addressees. But you the Addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of non payment by you the Addressees. As on today a sum of Rs. 72/- is outstanding and remains payable by you the Addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your Officials you the addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.
                                    4. That in these circumstances you the Addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of Rs. 72/- within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice. In case of non-compliance of this notice we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the Addressees before competent court of law at your own cost risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the addressees to our client.
                                    5. Our client also reserves its right to take legal action Against you the addressees before the concerned Police Station and /or the concerned Court of Metropolitan Magistrate for registration of FIR for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of Rs.5500/- (Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred only) toward this notice charges.
                                    I dont understand why these people have problem to send me bills without roaming charges as that is not my fault because i tried my level best to change the network circle and I couldn't do that because their so futile rule of providing proof of previous address. I was and I am ready to pay my bill but not on the cost of mistakes committed by company itself.
