Hello team.. I am Astha. I am trying to connect with reliance customer care. All time it's failed.. Their is deduction of amount from my number and it's repeating everytime.. And this is without any reason. I request you guys to please resolve otherwise I will port my reliance number to other service.

    I have terminated my Reliance broadband connection on April 2016
    I started getting calls on Oct 016 that i have a bill amount of 1000 RS for Month of september 2016.
    I have not paid the bill as my connection is already terminated and i have settled all the bills until then.
    Now i started getting threating calls saying there is an arrest warrant based on the complaint by Reliance.
    I have sent many emails to customer care, Nodal office etc, nobody replied on my query, nobody is ready to explain for what reason the bill is generated for.

      I had applied for my number portabilty from Reliance to Airtel on 4th Feb .I had submitted all the documents at Airtel's office and they had forwarded the request to Reliance office. I have attached the message receipt I had got for your perusal .

      I have also cleared all the bill payment and outstanding amount is -0.9 . I had tried calling customer care but unfortunately There isnt any option coming where i can talk to people and resolve my issue.

      I had received few calls from reliance customer care people on 7thFeb 2017 to ask the reason I am porting my number, I explained them my issue and also requested them to resolve my issue but they didnt turn up after that .

      I had been visiting to various reliance offices but everyone said that the only way my issue can be resolve is through mails .

      It is going to be more than a fortnight but still none of the issue has been taken .I am scared that they will drag this case till 24th Feb and they will generate new bill for the month feb and then they will again ask to do the monthly payment as it is a postpaid no. I am fed up with this reliance services.

        I am unable to use IMessage and FaceTime services in my iPhone when using Reliance sim. They don't bother. I am tired calling customer care. But it's useless. They don't understand the problem and says it's apple's Problem. But all other company SIM cards are working. Only Reliance has a problem. I don't know what to do. My reliance mobile number is [protected]. I have recently ported to Reliance but I feel I will have to port back to Vodafone.

        Having same problem let us know if solved
        Same problem with me. I too cant use iMessage and Factime. Activation doesnt happen. And they keep charging Rs. 5.00 everytime i try to activate. Customer Care is totally clueless about the problem.
        Had the same issue. Finally Got it resolved..

            I have been recieving violent threats from a person claiming to be acting on behalf of Reliance Communications. This persons name is Gayathri. She is calling me from [protected] and is writing from acebs.[protected]@gmail.com (Please note this is a personal mail id without any reference to Reliance communications).
            She claims to be part of a team of advocates called Aravindan, residing at 14, Venkatesan Street, T Nagar, Chennai 600 017.
            She is writing several threatening messages everyday and calls me with an intention to extort money in the pretext of outstanding charges that I owe to Reliance.
            My subscription information is as follows :
            Reliance Account : [protected]
            The services on this account were terminated in September of 2016 and all the outstanding dues were settled with this service provider with due acknowledgement. I have evidences suggesting that all outstanding dues were settled and no further dues are owed to this company.
            However this person calls me and messages me everyday without any solicitation claiming that she is representing Reliance and is extorting money through threats.
            I have filed a criminal complaint with my local police station against this collection agent. The local inspector called the collection agent whose name is Murugan for fraudulently misappropriating my money. He has switched off the mobile and has refused to answer further calls from the police station.

            I have currently sought the help of Tamilnadu Cybercell for action against this Advocate team and if they are in fact representing Reliance, then I will be seeking punitive damages from Reliance COmmunications.

            Kindly advise me how to proceed in this matter. I will be producing all my evidences in the Consumer court. I have also sought the help of Consumer and Civic Action Group Chennai for proceeding legally against the aforesaid individuals and Company.

                  I don't know who ever having reliance telecom company, I just know it's of ambani, okay. Then his /her company is frauding to their customers. I recharged of 199 on Feb 3 2017, I m not able to make call out of Karnataka and in Karnataka I'm not able to make calls on Airtel and bsnl number. Your customer care number is not working, your complaint email address is not reverting back, your appellate authority customer support is not having any idea, if your company is not up to stand properly then shut the hell offf. My number is [protected], when you have major issues you need to inform to your customers, by not recharging our tariffs cause we are unable to provide you services, got it. I need your any of the senior to contact me within 24hours, if I'm not picking your call at the first time try continue till I didn't receiving it. Kindly make sure who is calling should be a worthy person. Else consumer court is their for further services.

                    Hi Sir, This is very disappointing to intimate you that I am not satisfied with your service, I am from Jaipur and my connection is stopped by reliance every weekend and whenever I go to costomer care thy give me 24 hours period to resolve the issue but If as a costomer I am paying for the whole month I don't know what is the way you are doing your business but I would say it's really not acceptable this is not only me who is effective with your service there are 100+ people in my circle only, with my side who can tell you that how worst your service is!! So I would request you please not do this again and again with public at large..

                          I am very much fedup with the service of Reliance I have recharged my prepaid number with Rs.200/ on 5th Feb 2017 it was deducted 11th feb, again recharged with Rs.200/ on 12th feb again balance nill on same day evening than again recharged on 13th feb, I am asking them where is my money but they are not responding to me, kind do something. This is not fare.

Attempts made to call Customerservice failed as these are computerized for specific items only and no personnel attend the complaints. A email sent to customer care on 16th is also replied. Kindly take necessary action to restore the balance in my account so that I may be able to use my mobile.

                                My MNP number is [protected].In month of january, i visited your Thane Nuapada Reliance digital store to get Smart life Scheme i.e 10 Gb and 1500 mins talk time 3g sim. At the time of sim transaction your people said that scheme will be activated within 7 days. But after 15 days i got message that you have consumed 90% 4G data. Then i got confused and walked to the same store. They admitted their fault and said it is a technical fault again Smart life scheme 3G -10GB wouldnot possible.
                                I said it is your fault . Why should i bear the consequence. Thay again said no possible.
                                Please give me solution, how to get Smart life Scheme (10GB + 1500 mins talk time) with having same number [protected].

                                  we have taken two reliance landline on[protected].As per committment by mr jagdish disturbutor of reliance under name of malhota enterprises
                                  contact no [protected], his senior officer name Mr gajender contact no [protected].
                                  The concern person committs us and give two landline no ie [protected],[protected]
                                  they committ us to give the plan of rs 299(unlimited calling on std and local ), unfortunately that plan dont exist, if the company RELIANCE frauding like this
                                  then it is really pathetic, they both are not our picking call .and do not give the phone reciepts.

                                  secondly that phone is available in reliance store in rs 1800 and handset is free, deduct the amount of handset monthwise rs 200.

                                  we want to publish this issue in newspaper and really want to take strict action regarding both persons

                                    Everytime I recharge my number, all balance gets deducted on it's own.
                                    I called up customer care
                                    Was then transferred to a senior support, but instead of giving a solution how to end this kind of deduction, executive named Raju from Kolkata location began abusing with all that he had learnt.
                                    According to him we customers should keep on checking our mobile balance every now and then if there is any deductions without our knowledge, then we should just call customer support immediately for refund.
                                    If you are calling 24hrs post deduction, no matter what, money won't be refunded,
                                    AND this is company policy.

                                      Outgoing block Hi, My number is [protected], i had recharged with 152 unlimited call pack But I tried calling my relative and continuously I was getting same message as this route is busy. I called same number with different number it was getting connected. I tried call Customer care but no response for their side. I must have tried almost 50 times from different reliance number.
                                      I went to live chat they themselves were not aware about problem, once I told complete story they advised me it technical error and will be resolved soon. Five days are past no solution.

                                        I am using reliance sim card. Two days ago I have recharged with 149 for free tariff. But each time I am calling someone I am hearing only one thing that is the customer you are calling is speaking to someone else. This is happening with all the calls which I am dialling. I am not able to use my sim card and also not able to make use of my offer. And when I call to the customer service its taking me too long to get connect to an agent but each time I am getting a message saying our customer service associate is unavailable to take call right now and they had disconnecting the call as well. I am requesting you to take necessary action against this and please make arrangements to use the service for which I am making the payments
