I have been a customer of CDMA Netconnect+ from 2013, with a good payment history, without any delayed payment throughout. In the month of May, my number was migrated to 4G and I had purchased a new WiPod from your Reliance outlet at Annanagar branch, which was not working ever since. I repeatedly made complaints through Live Chat, online Toll number and mails to get the services, and continued to pay bills for May, June, July, August and...

My balance has been deducted twice without no reason. There is not any subscription from my side for paid services. I called Reliance customer care but there is no response. I have experienced worst after sales service and the customer care executives talks rubbish and irrelevant. I have faces such a kind of problems many times and complaints various time but never received satisfied solution....

I was been customer for Reliance broadband for more than two years (if I’m not wrong), period 2011 to 2014. In these years, I was paid my bills on date without any delay (you can check your database too).
