Hi,
My name is Diwakar singh negi.my no is [protected] and i am using prepaid plan(152 local & STD unlimited) of reliance GSM, but since 9/02/17 i am facing call disconnection problem and showing there Network/line busy. And call not recive by custmer care 198.

I need to inform due to very-very poor service i will also suggest to others to do not take a service of reliance...

Today other compny ...call me for port number...but he gives me all free call all india for 6 month and 6 gb deta for 6 month..agr jaldi se jaldi meri problem solve ni hue to mujhe reliance se rista end kna pdega...or meri her call 30 mint me apne aap cut ho jati hai...ye bi dikat hai..

Finaly i changed the reliance sim and apne sare frinds ko bi khunga ki reliance kbi use mt kna...or is no ko ab port krta hoo me...std call tumhari lgti ni..jo mn chahe vhe offer nikal dete ho...bye reliance comm.

    I'm using a reliance no. [protected], I have recharged with Rs. 195, offered by company in which it was shown, "unlimited local+std calls". Now neither I'm not able to call any other network, as it is root busy all the time nor I receive incommong calls.
    This is not fair, I'm in big trouble...
    Plz.
    I'm a student and I can't manage more money for my phone.

      Hi,
      I have recharged with 152 for relaince gsm no.[protected]it provides unlimited call But i am not able to call anyone as Everytime it says route busy for the whole day. Early in the morning i am able to make calls for Morning, then again this problem starts evening . Routes cant be busy for 4 days..its creating a lot of problems. Please resolve this issue.

        I have recharged with 196 to my number [protected] 4 days back i am facing big issue making calls to other network is not possible and often mobile signal disconnected and frequently aim facing the issue this route is busy, so i decided to call customer care for past 3 days when aim speaking with customer care their answer is very rude and their not respecting their customers at all i just ask them when this problem will solve they are just replying we dont know exact date and again today i called customer care once again first one lady pick my call i informed her aim facing this issue for past 4 days but lady answer is very ridiculous she is not at all giving proper answer at all and she is giving rude answer to me reversely is this way to talk with customers she just replied i will transfer call to senior official and then i just waited for more than 30 minutes to speak with senior official but i can say he is not senior official at all when aim asking to take complaint against this and give me complaint number he said that he will not take any complaint and will not give any number and talking very rudely to customer i said i will put mail to reliance against this and even i will complaint on consumer again he started tali kin rudely and disconnect my call is this way to talk with customers by the way of talking i was upset on reliance customer care behaviour not only him but every customer care in reliance is talking in this way i was paying money and executive talking with customers rudely means its very bad i dint expect this from reliance very very worst service aim asking complaint board to take severe action against this not only me some of them reliance customers are facing this issue

          I am the old user of reliance communication with number [protected].On 24 Jan they have closed my number without any communication & reason.Now when i tried to take this number from store they told pls take another new number becouse this is terminated.Now i feel this company is making fool of their customer.As per company they can block any number without any reason.pls lock a complain regarding the same & take necessary action against this type of issue

          As per your agent from 90 days this number not recharged but i am giving you online transaction detail which shows this number recharged on regular basis.Last recharge done on 9th Jan 2017 detail given below

          Secondly your agent call there is no call made from this number from last 90 days for your information check call detail there is call done on number [protected] & [protected]/[protected] between 9th jan to11th jan 2017.so dont make fool & provide solution.

            Hi I had ben using reliance since past one year after I have ported from Aircel.since last month I am unable to make calls as it says network busy... the money which I paid to avail the offer dis not work because of the netwprk busy issue however I did not care about the money I paid ...but even this month I started facing the issue that too since past 2hours..this month I have paid195 to avail the offer as suggested by reliance...byt I am facing the same issue..each and everyime I have to visit near by reliance store for status on the given complaint becaise I am not able to speak to customer care agent from my phone..the only answer I get from the agents is "THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED SOON" which never happens and they do not provide TAT on the issue..so my concern is will the isue b rsolved or I have to opt for another subscriber..

              I have recharged with 199 for relaince gsm no.[protected]. it provides unlimited call and 1gb 3g data. But i am not able to call anyone as Everytime it says route busy for the whole day. Early in the morning i am able to make calls for 10-15 mins, then again this problem starts. Routes cant be busy for 4 days..its creating a lot of problems. Please resolve this issue.

              When calling on reliance numbers, calls are getting connected but on other networks it says route is busy. Its been 4 days, i have talked to customer care on chat but still no resolution. It seems reliance is blocking calls to other networks as this 199 pack provides unlimited calls. If you cannot provide this service pls dont provide this recharge offer. It makes us to move to other operators.

                  This is to inform you that, I (Yeshurathnam Naidu) recharged my phone worth Rs.501 (Unlimited Local & STD calls). However, The calls were not going to 99% of the phone numbers (Error is : Route & Network Busy). This error is occurred everytime (doesn't matter day or night).

                  I have called customer care multiple times but they are such a hopeless people as compare to any other customer service. They do not have any common sense and no customer care skills. I called them and told about the issue with calling. They said, they can not help with it and they have no idea how long does it going to take to resolve the issue.
                  I have asked them to refund my money, and also asked them keep me posted once the issue is resolved But they said, they can not provide service and also can not refund my money back. (Such a hopeless guys). I have indeed asked them to connect me to manager but they didn't do it.

                  When I told the same to customer care person, He said to go ahead and do it.I am surprised to hear that kind of response to reliance customer executive.Low quality service and low quality people.

                  Mr.Ambani fooled customer offering unlimited packages like this. Over promised and under delivered. If my issue is not resolved immediately then I will have to go to consumer court for the further actions.

                  Such a horrible service and people. I am going to file a case against Reliance if my issue is not resolved immediately.

                      December 12th Varda cyclone hits chennai, Most of the wired phonelines are disconnected, mine too, this is an natural disaster and verymuch understood, it will take some days to get back the connections even mobile phones are not working for communication.

                      receiaved a sms from reliance on 14th dec stating sorry for the inconveniance caaused due to varda cyclone most of the connectivity is down and will be resume asap, but nothing happened till 19th dec'16.

                      I registered my first complaint on 19th december about my broadband and wired phone is not working from 12th december 2016, as usual i got the information that this would be solved in 24 hours, as usal it never happen, I use to call them daily about the issue and reliance cusotmer support executive said that we have shortage in cables availabilty so it may take a week or 10 days and they confirmed that the ticket registered for this will not be closed, Unfortunately even after ten days No resolution provided. when i checked on 30th dec, i got confirmed that ticket was closed after solving the issue and 80mtrs cables have been laid, I have argued with your representative( I have no choice) thta no one has come to my house for cable replacement and till my connection is down and how come a tikcet is closed without getting confirmation form customer. your representative has saide that they cannot keep the tikcet open for long, I dont no how come a incident ticket can be closed without a solution. i have advised to register a complaint with nodal office team, I have register a complaint but No solution ticket has been closed without any solution,

                      Note : My billing date is 12th day of every month, my connection got disconnected on 12 decemeber 2016, not used a single MB or made a call.

                      I received bill of decemeber month on Jan 12th 2017. I checked with your customer executive, but they said, I have no choice but to pay bill. My conern is how come reliance expect me to pay the bill, where i cannot use the service of broadband or wired phone becaue those services are down. I have to argued with them, again i was advised to check with nodal team, I raised the billing issue with nodal team but i was told that I made complaint on 19th december, so i can way off from 19th decemeber and your bill will amount will be adjusted in next month bill, I am typing this mail on 10th december (note my bill date is 12th day of every month) till my connection is not ready since from 12 decemebr 2016. i will get one more bill for the month of Jan'17. and your billing team will call me and want me to pay the bill for the which there is no service at all. again i registered a complaint on 5th Feb 2017 with your corporate secretary team on my broadband and wired phone issue, they said it will solve in 4 days, but the same lie from reliance people, nothing happened still my connections are down.

                      Being one of the leading Indian corporate ( hope so) I didn't expect this from Reliance, In this competitive world of this time, holding customers is very essntial but i dont know what reliance is thinking about its customer, No service from 12 Decemenr 2016, and expecting customer should pay bill,

                      I want reliance to provide my service back as soon as possibl or need to pay my advance payment of about Rs. 2, 700/- ( Two thousand and seven hundred only) if reliance is not ready to provide me the service. and the way reliance responded ( telling lies all the time), Reliance should provide the Broadband and wired phone service for free of cost for next two months, otherwise

                      I have no other choice, other that to seek a legal advise/action against
                      Reliance communication Ltd, for not providing Service to me, but expecting me to pay my bills.

                        Hi,

                        i had purchased two Reliance LTE SIM from the store date:14-Jan-2017, its cost around Rs/-149 each SIM card, As per reliance149 plan is for unlimited Local and STD calls for 28 days. i hardly used 1 and 2 week but now i am not able to make a single STD call on any number, the call closed with "THIS ROUT IS BUSY". i am still faded up with reliance communication, if i called to customer care they asked this might be network problem. My 149 plan is reached to expire in 2 or 3 days.

                          Outgoing block Hi, My number is [protected], i had recharged with 152 unlimited call pack my validity was open. On[protected] I tried calling my relative and continuously I was getting same message as this route is busy. I called same number with different number it was getting connected. I tried call Customer care but no response for their side. I must have tried almost 50 times from different reliance number.
                          I went to live chat they themselves were not aware about problem, once I told complete story they advised me it technical error and will be resolved soon. Three days are past no solution. Live chat customer care are pushing to call center customer care, no one is taking responsibility.
                          Early they used to deducted balance now they have started new trick.

                              Sir I have migrated from airtel to reliance on 2010 with all the required documents submitted in gandipuram (Coimbatore) reliance web world. I'm using [protected] as my number. Now i want a nano sim for the above number. When I go to reliance store they are saying that my details are not updated and nothing is there, they replied. But I have gave all the proof while migrating from airtel to reliance. Your staffs have done the mistake of not updating my personal proofs. Please take necessary steps to solve my problems.                                 This is to informing you that today again I have received a SMS from Reliance regarding Payment of Rs. 1744.00 within 15.2.2017 as to avoid legal process of reliance.

                                I am very astonished that a customer is suffering day to day for your non co-operation and you are threatening the customer. Why you are not refund or adjust my over payment of 757.73 during the month of August 2016 against bill amount 968.00.
                                If any customer paid wrongly against -69.00 of bill amount so it is natural to adjust the amount in next bill cycle. But in your case you have not adjust the amount of Rs. 688.75 which I paid on 16.7.16 against bill amount -69.00..

                                I have intimated and request several time for adjustment but you do not reply my mail with a few of lines but you stop my service. I have send mail to you for solving the problem on 21/07/16, 22/07/16, 16/8/16, 30/11/16, 30/11/16, 30/11/16 & 09/02/2017 to different places as well as customer care but no body reply my mail.

                                If you want to settled the matter amicably with adjustment of over payment amount I am ready to pay other wise you can go for legal action what ever you like. I have kept all the records for future documents.

                                  We closed the data card account [protected] double payment happened, but still the amount Rs.800 not returned, on May 05 2016 my friend went to reliance outlet to close the account they asked to pay Rs.1700 to close the account and he paid Rs.1770, same day i also paid Rs.1143 but bill received on may 22 2016 as -861, so i have the bill with me for double payment, but not received amount or not adjusted in any other reliance account so please kindly assist to get the amount back or please advise how to proceed.

                                    Hi,

                                    Yesterday my POSTPAID number which i am using from last 3 years have got suspended by reliance without prior notice with reason of not submitted my documents.

                                    If there is anyone who is on senior level working with reliance please tell me, If i have not submitted my documents then from last three years how i am using this number, also in last month my sim was not working properly, i have changed my sim in reliance web store by submitting my document along with my passport size photo.

                                    When i am calling to Customer Care they are saying me that this is suspended by web store.

                                    Today i have submitted my documents to store now they are saying it will take 4 - 5 working days.

                                    DOES RELIANCE PLAY WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS? You know i have my own customers and they are trying to contact with me, how can i make contact with them without incoming and outgoing calls.

                                    DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE FROM YOUR SIDE TO BLOCK ANY SIM WITH PRIOR INFORMING TO CUSTOMER?

                                    If you want any document then why you have not pre-request documents from me?

                                    Also there is an issue with my number, when anyone calls on my number they got a message i.e. either my phone is engaged or my phone is switched off, lots of people complaint me about this.

                                    Three days back i called customer care and booked a complaint about this issue, they told me they have booked this complaint and will be resolve with in 48 hours and i will receive a complaint number after this call.

                                    The fact is when i finished my talks with customer care guy, i have not received complaint number through any message, after two days when i talked with customer care they told me that there is not complaint booked like this.

                                    I am totally frustrated with this type of reliance services. Either reliance chairpersons are careless about their company or the employees are careless who are not working.

                                    Kindly suggest me what can i do now?

                                        I am facing an issue related to calling every night after 10 p.m. I have talked to the customer care numerous times still they haven't resolved my issue since last 1 week and this issue is still hindering me. And the customer care support number is not reachable as always.

                                        Is this the type of service you provide to your customers. Is this what you offer have to offer to your customers who show interest in your network.
