I have converted my number from [protected] from CDMA to GSM, however still my number is in active, I’m regularly paying monthly bills.
My bank account and my PF is linked with provided number -[protected]. Pls enable the number ASAP. And it is more than 6 month and no proper response from the company.

Need help to resolve this case.

    I could not make STD calls since 2 days from my no [protected]. When I call customer care it get connected once and they said 90% of the reliance users are facing the problem.they just say to wait. They will resolve the problem soon. But even after 2 days I could not make single STD call. Even customer care also automatically disconnected. We are forbidden to make STD calls by reliance. I think they are running UNETHICAL practices as it is happening only with numbers which have recharged with unlimited calls offer.

      Bill dated 18/012017
      Amy - 1032 out of which 923 is for internet usage of 113 Mba

      have been informed by call centre personnel that I am charged 4 paise for 10 kb
      According to same if I use 113 Mb I should have charged 452 rs only whereas my bill I generated with rs 923/-

      Please justify my query and provide revised bill

      More than 3 time I had mailed but till date no revert is received and now I am getting msg for make payment by tomorrow or I will be charge lpp charges.

      It would be great if I receive revert else would strongly need to think about portability

          My incoming calls has stopped and while calling in my reliance pre paid number it says that the number is switched off please solve the problem as early as possible thanking yu in anticipation

            Regarding mob no [protected], on 31 jan around 11:30 am my balance was 80 rs, and data balance was 398 mb but after about 2 pm, my balance was reduced to 0, also data balance became 0, it means reliance has deducted balance due to unsuf. data although i had sufficient data balance, its details are also attached in this complain as screenshot, refund my money soon

            Regarding complain no SR[protected] on mob no [protected], as it is resolved now and reliance social media team commited me to not deduct again rs5 for message, but still my balance is getting deducting by rs5 again n again, this has happened about 7, 8 times in last two days, so plz work on ur system to fix this bug, and refund my money otherwise i will surely switch to other gsm mobile company, their is no reason of staying on reliance in such types of situation

I Complaint last 27.01.2017 on words. they people are saying we have some network issues, we will solve as soon as possible like. but still i am not able to make calls. i am really totally upset. there no proper response.                   M using DND..BT even after that they are activating different different Services without any request and deducted the amount many times.. Since last three months they deducted money..When we are calling to them, they are not reachable..If it will happen again and not refund my amount then I will go for another network.And complaint to TRAI & Consumer Forum.

                        I want call details and location of these no [protected], [protected] & [protected] on dated 07/10/14 to 13/10/14.
                        We have communicate many times to our customer care on 198 but they cant resolve our issue. They ask us to recharge our mobile no with some amount to get the call details and location, but we still not get any response. We have to submit evidence about our case regarding these mobile numbers. This information is related to our life span .
                        Kindly help me, this is a very serious issue.

                            Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication services. This time i had balance of Rs 38 on my reliance no. [protected] . And on its own my balance gets reduced to Rs 08/-. And this not happened once its happened always when i make recharge after 1-2 week & for same i am talking many times with customer care Executive and they always replied that you will not get this problem in further and same is repeatedly happen again and again and now i m really tired from this. Almost i paid Rs 300 for recharge and my all balance is getting wasted. And whenever i check the balance remain reduced that it was earlier . Sir, because of this i m really feeling cheated i my trust on reliance service is pretty much shaking. And when i call 198 my call is not connecting to customer care . I am expecting as soon as possible response of you on this. If i will be cheated like this. I will definetely quit this service. Thanking you sir.

                                Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication. My reliance no. Is [protected] . I had balance of Rs 92 on my this number. When i checked in evening my balance was deducted by an amount Rs 7 and it was just Rs85 remaining. And within few minutes again some amount of balance gets deducted and my balance was showing Rs82. message come on my no. I not subscribed to anything but my balance got deducted .sir, i am really feeling cheated and frustated of the service now. I had 92 rs as balance and on its own it become 82 rs . This kind of cheating is breaking my trust on reliance. I am feeling that i should quit the reliance telecom service.because of deduction of balance on its own and start if some service for subscription on its own. Sir please kindly resolve my problem and waive of my balance on reliance no. [protected] as soon as possible . I need it urgently . And when i called 198 my call not taking on. Its really frustating when u recharge your no. By 100 rs and balance deducts on its own . I am also sharing screenshot of the message which came on my no. That reduced my balance. And sir unblock my [protected] from 198 service so that i can contact reliance customer service in future. 198 is not working for my no. Thanking you.

                                  I have recharge my phone number which is [protected] on 24/01/2017 from an online recharge (freecharge) they deduct my money from an account
                                  still i didnt get the currency in my mobile phone if i call reliancecare no one is picking from complaint end i guess some one reply soon i am expecting and today is 31/01/2017 and i request you to please improve your network issues

                                  My reliance sim is not activated from 8days no one isn't feeling responsible I thought this is the worst service provider in India...
                                  My balance was deducted, and I'm trying customer care no from 4 days. but not getting any reply from reliance nd this is nt first time, many times happened before.when I am trying care no. It said that 'due to some technical issue our customer care can't talk'. My 30 rs balance was deducted and before that 100 rs.

                                    Reliance gsm mobiles company is a big fraud company.
                                    I was using reliance gsm no and I was paying the bill regularly.
                                    In starting of new month after 10 days they have been barred my out going calls as they have been charged internet in my unbilled transaction and barred my no. Due to over limit.
                                    Where as I had unlimited internet plan.
                                    Due to this i have been suffered for more than 15 days without any no.
                                    So resulting I ve not paid the bill and bought a new connection.

                                    Now the collection department calling my family and threatened my father n frnds to pay the bill.
                                    See how they r unorganised people.

                                    My family receiving regular calls from Priya([protected]) and she is threatening him. Although they have my new no.

                                    She is saying she will do it again n again.
                                    Any one can suggest me how can I take any action against that girl.

                                    I'm ready to pay the bill but some one answered me why should I pay the bill where I've not used it and also suffered. Due to this.
                                    I will pay only a bill of 1 month where I've been used it others wise not interested to pay unwanted bill.

                                        As per the last telephonic conversation with the representative from Mumbai, the issue was resolved quoting below email and i dont receive any email after that. But i keep receiving SMS stating still bill payment is pending. When i check with appellate authority they said it was still there. Where is the gap. Can anyone help to close the loop and get this resolved ?

                                        Today i got call saying they are calling from Court, Literally i dont understand what is happening. Kindly help to resolve this asap. Customer support executive said the issue is resolved. Appellate authority says it is still open. No the call today. Can somebody check and update the proper status on this
