As per the last telephonic conversation with the representative from Mumbai, the issue was resolved quoting below email and i dont receive any email after that. But i keep receiving SMS stating still bill payment is pending. When i check with appellate authority they said it was still there. Where is the gap. Can anyone help to close the loop and get this resolved ?

Updated by Vijayan Balasubramanian Today i got call saying they are calling from Court, Literally i dont understand what is happening. Kindly help to resolve this asap. Customer support executive said the issue is resolved. Appellate authority says it is still open. No the call today. Can somebody check and update the proper status on this
