This courent bill is excess Rs. 975/- Please rectify and send bill or sms than we will paid correct amount, and one no [protected] was out going facility not available last 4 days, details of excess given below. we are many times call to store, and costomer care but till date not respond and connectionn cutting etc. If you are not respond than we are change other network.

M using DND..BT even after that they are activating different different Services without any request and deducted the amount many times.. Since last three months they deducted money..When we are calling to them, they are not reachable..If it will happen again and not refund my amount then I will go for another network.And complaint to TRAI & Consumer Forum.

Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication. My reliance no. Is [protected] . I had balance of Rs 92 on my this number. When i checked in evening my balance was deducted by an amount Rs 7 and it was just Rs85 remaining. And within few minutes again some amount of balance gets deducted and my balance was showing Rs82. message come on my no. Reliance gsm mobiles company is a big fraud company.
I was using reliance gsm no and I was paying the bill regularly.
In starting of new month after 10 days they have been barred my out going calls as they have been charged internet in my unbilled transaction and barred my no. Due to over limit.
Where as I had unlimited internet plan.

As per the last telephonic conversation with the representative from Mumbai, the issue was resolved quoting below email and i dont receive any email after that. But i keep receiving SMS stating still bill payment is pending. When i check with appellate authority they said it was still there. Where is the gap. Can anyone help to close the loop and get this resolved ?

I got recharged by shopkeeper but I got another plan in 99 rupees it was 500 MB 4g data for 5 days. I called up to customer care 198 no but didn't resolve my problem and blocked my both reliance no on 198 so I'm not able to contact again. I'm getting to much frustration for reliance.

My no is [protected] On 28th Jan I got sms that on on mobile Recharge of Rs. 54 1gb 2g data with 28 days validity dial *129*54# to get benefits. So I done that process I got confirmation about Recharge. I got 500mb and validity upto 1st February. Immediately I call 198 to launch complain about same, executive Mr. Atish told me that ur eligible for the scheme and benefit will credited in ur a/c within 4 hours but still benefits not credited....
