I, S.V.Ramana Murty, am a post paid subscriber of reliance communications in Jalsa package and my phone no is [protected]. I used to paid my bills in cash through a local reliance dealer and in January 2017 as usual I paid my reliance bill of Rs.550/- in cash to the local reliance dealer on[protected] whose particulars are as detailed below.

Immediately, I got a message from reliance after payment saying that, the payment had been credited to my account against the bill on[protected]. On[protected] I received a message saying that, the cheque had been declined due to inadequate funds. After two hours, on the same day, i.e., on[protected] I received another message saying that, the cheque had been credited to my account against my January 2017 bill on[protected],
On[protected], I received bill for February 2017 through e mail and I astonished, when I have gone thorough that bill. Generally, my bill would be around about 570/- rupees per month, but this time you have charged 910/-. When I observed thoroughly, I found in that bill you have imposed Rs. 200/- for cheque dishonour charges and Rs.100/- for late payment charges and consequent taxes on those penalties. Here, what you have to observe is that, you have imposed penalties on wrong person. This fault was committed by the reliance dealer. But you have imposed the penalties on me for the fault which was not committed by me.
Therefore, I request you to immediately rectify the mistake done in the February 2017 bill and eliminate those penalties from my February 2017 Bill, so that I can pay the legitimate amount to the reliance communications take action on the relevant person. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the consumer court for necessary action.

I, S.V.Ramana Murty, am a post paid subscriber of reliance communications in Jalsa package and my phone no is [protected] and I posted a complaint against Reliance Communications in the website “consumercomplaints.in” regarding the imposition of penalties in my February 2017 bill for the month of January 2017. In reply I received notifications from Reliance Customer Care through the website “consumercomplaints.in” in which it was mentioned that the concerns of the consumer have been addressed. But in reality, nothing is happened. Anyhow, thanks to the Indian Consumers Complaints Forum for the response they given and for their services.
I, also, sent the same complaint through ‘e’ mail to “adv.[protected]@reliancecollection.co.in”, “rcom.[protected]@relianceebill.com”, and “[protected]@relianceada.com” for taking necessary action.
Here, I think, it would be just to remind you to explain in brief about, what was happened. I, S.V.Ramana Murty, am a post paid subscriber of reliance communications in Jalsa package and my phone no is [protected]. I used to paid my bills in cash through a local reliance dealer and in January 2017, as usual I paid my reliance bill of Rs.550/- in cash to the local reliance dealer on[protected], whose particulars are as detailed below.

On[protected], I received bill for February 2017 through e mail and I astonished, when I have gone through that bill. Generally, my bill would be around about 570/- rupees per month, but this time it was charged 910/-. When I observed the bill thoroughly, I found in that bill, penalties were imposed of Rs. 200/- for cheque dishonour charges and Rs.100/- for late payment charges and consequent taxes on those penalties. How can you impose these penalties on me, when I paid my bill in cash to a local dealer. further it is in no way concerned to me. This fault might have committed by the reliance dealer. Therefore, you could have imposed the penalties on the reliance dealer, but you have imposed the penalties on the consumer for the fault which was not committed by it.
In this connection, I contacted the local dealer to whom I paid cash for January 2017 bill several times and he is saying the same word that he will solve the problem. On[protected], I received a call from the reliance communications and I explained the matter in detail. Meanwhile, I paid the legitimate amount of Rs.573/- in the February 2017 bill, leaving the remaining amount of Rs.337/- which is in no way concerned to me.
Now I am receiving daily messages and phone calls from the reliance collection persons for the payment of the remaining amount of Rs.330/- in the January 2017 bill.
Therefore, I request the reliance communications company to immediately rectify the mistake done in the February 2017 bill and eliminate those penalties from my February 2017 Bill and if you want to take action, take action on the relevant persons, but not on the innocent persons.
I once again request the consumer complaints forum to forward this grievance letter to the Reliance Communications and to see that the problem is solved or otherwise no other option would be left, but to go for consumer court.

    I was having Reliance NetConnect, I have got their 3G Data Card and used it for two years, suddenly it did not work, we have asked NetConnect Reliance Store, they have informed that, the Data Card will not work and you have to Buy a new 4G one which will cost Rs 2000 and use it. So we have asked to close this connection. That executive told no need automatically all 3g connections will get disconnected if not upgraded to 4g. We have paid bill till that month. And no pending from our side. After five months we are getting letter from Reliance through an advocate to pay a sum of 3929 for using 4g services.

    Last week many numbers of reliance communication threatens me for paying wrong bill. They give me mentel harassment. I am very upset for their misbehave and I also take a legel action against them.

          I am also a reliance user..i got a message for unlimited calling in rs.198 and i done recharge my no..but it creates more problem to me when i make a call..only it says roots are busy...i wants to ask from reliance if they are unable to satisfy customers then why they give us that types of offer...reliance you are irritating us because i am facing this problem from 8 or 9 days..so i kindly request to reliance communication if you are unable then please don't give us that type of offer...

              I haven't been able to use the service on my reliance dongle number [protected] since you have been trying to switch to 4G in Pune since October 2016, but foolishly have paid all my invoices.
              I've been trying to cancel my account since then, but your customer service refuses to take my requests - through multiple calls (in October, November, December & January), email (December - you want a copy?), application in store (October), all of it.
              Now in January, some poor advisor took in my request after I had to yell to make it happen. He assured me the account will be cancelled within 10 days.
              Now
              1. Their customer service or collections whoever it is has been calling me to ask for a payment
              2. For a service that hasn't worked in over 4 months
              3. And somehow is able to show usage for a dongle that never connected in the last 4 months
              4. Is REFUSING to send me an itemised bill showing proof of connection (because I know I've not been able to connect) when asked
              5. Can't provide the service but wants the money
              6. DOES NOT refer to previous notes on the account showing my multiple attempts to make the service work (Am I stupid that I'll call repeatedly to fix a service that was working?)

              When i called customer care about this, they are saying to visit reliance store and store is saying that your number is active..but there is no network on my sim and please check the number ivr got who dial my number.

                Hi my name is sameer sharma having prepaid reliance mob no [protected]. Received a msg on 27th jan 2017 stating subscription of vas intelgamesub21 for 7 days and for some boxoffice service for 7 days. The balance was deducted. I thought probably some wrong button was pressed by mistake so unsubscribed by sending a msg and also put the dnd. Again on 12th feb 2017 same thing happened and the money was deducted, my phone was in drawer and nobody even touched it. Today tried a lot of time to speak to reliance executive on 198 but failed as the moment you press the option key to speak to customer service associate the call used to disconnect. I know the trick since this is a toll free number but when i called up on chargeable number it got connected. Spoke to a lady she said sorry and we would return the balance (Can be checked if reliance is having the audio recording) but i wanted to speak to some manager as same thing was repeating again and again. After a long hold another lady picked up the call who claimed to be in superior position. Explained the same again to her, i was put on hold for checking the history again. After a few minutes she said yes the balance was deducted coz the request was given i said who gave you the request and can you show me the same? Call disconnected.

                I know these kind of illegal things are happening to make extra bucks in most of the companies as same thing happened with other operator as well.
                These companies are cheating and robing people openly as they know that no strict action can be taken against them.
                My whole family is using reliance but i think the time has come to change the operator.

                Hi, very first day of my complaint quite a rude person from Reliance called and asked about the amount deducted from my balance. I informed it happened thrice and probably 50 to 60 rupees were deducted. But when I said the money I lost is a different thing but tell me as to why is it happening and as expected the call was disconnected.
                Again some lady called up stating that she is from Reliance and again asked me to repeat the whole story for that I told her to go through the complaint and would get to know the details and she disconnected the call.
                Today I received a msg from Reliance that complaint has been registered and would be solved in 6 hours time.
                In the evening another msg came that the same has been resolved from Reliance end.
                When I checked the balance roughly 20 bucks were added without any intimation (I know the reason coz in the intimation they had to specify as to why Reliance is returning the money, which would be the acceptance of cheating).
                Reliance people just want to brush things under the carpet by giving 20 buck back so at a later stage they would be able to say that we returned the money to the consumer.
                This is totally unacceptable and I would take this matter to the next level.
                This must have happened to so many people but only few report against these kind of cheatings
                Mine is not the only such case in this forum and so many are there.

                This proves that you people were at fault and since you are admitting it the money has been put in my phone.
                I am repeating my self it happened thrice and I am least bothered what your customer service team imformed you. You can also check as to how many times it happened.
                I have written an e mail to reliance customer care and afterwards would file case in consumer court if this issue is not sorted.
                Again its not about money only but also fair dealing with all the consumers.

                Hi, yet another balance deduction through same vas on 11th March. I think Reliance people haven't learnt any lesson and want to continue this rubbish till something happens against them.
                I am going to write a complaint to nodal officer next and this time I would not stop.

                    Today, in the morning, I called to your costumer care to enquire about the pack of rs198. He satisfied me with his replies and send me the SMS also, then I recharged my number ([protected]) with 198.
                    After that all is mess. No any data credit to my account. I can't call according to that scheme also.
                    (According to the customer care executive 198 plan pack have 1 GB data and unlimited calls on any network)
                    After that I tried to call customer care so many times but nobody receives the call I tried on 198, *333 and [protected], but the response is same on all these above numbers.
                    Then I went to reliance care center yamuna vihar C-4, but here again I didn't find any solution. They said that they can't do anything in this matter, for all matters of prepaid Sims we have to call on customer care.

                    Now, I request you to activate the pack of 198 to my number. Otherwise credit 198 rs to my balance.

                        Hello this is ritul kumar [protected]. My calls are not connecting to any of the network from last 15 days, i have got frusted using reliance network . I have tried to complain by 198 its not working . Ihave complained through instacare no solution given, complained through mail [protected]@relianceada.Com still no solution . Is all relaince employes are stupid . Reliance coustomer care are such illiterate that they don't know how to talk. Fix my issue by today otherwise i will see u all in consumer court.

                        From 6/02/2017 all incoming calls to my number [protected] are stopped. If anyone calls the operator says the number is switched off whereas I can make calls and also using data pack. Outgoing and data pack is working fine. Only problem is with incoming calls. Please resolve this problem as this is the only number i am using for my office works.

                        Today i got the call from [protected] Nisha she was abusing, i requested to close my number than she was treating me that she will not close the number and generated the bill again n again .
                        I requested to all please don't use reliance postpaid sim .
                        totally fraud and unprofessional company .
                        Sir i am distrubuter of reliance family UPE SIDDHARTH NAGAR.
                        1.NETWORK PROBLEM. No dts of 4g and some areas network find for 2g.
                        2. 149rs plan not success because 15 days latter called route busy tone. And that custmer not satisfied and trust this company.
                        Please solve this problem.

                        I am not abel to make STD calls from my reliance no since last 3 months.i have contacted Reliance customer care many a times but i didn't get anything other then false assurance.

                          There is always network issue in my number when i call to std no. I cant call to std no. Due to netwrk issue/busy. But there is no any network issue while calling to local. While calling to customer care they are unable to help may be they have insufficient knowledge and they also revert in wierd way as well as rudely and not entertain us and if we try to call again them phone is not connect.

                              From.the past 30 days i have debited about 90 rs from my main balance without my knowledge.. i haven't activated any of the service by my own. When i contacted customer service they simply telling me we forward your call to superior and keeping me on hold for more than an hour but still not able to communicate with him/her. Now even customer service not connecting they blocked my number.how can i resolve my problem? Im afried to recharge because of these unwanted deductions.

                                I make a special recharge of 152 for unlimited voice calls all over India for 28 days according to reliance plan. But I am unable to make calls.. I can make 1/2 calls hardly a they... If i want to make a call i have to dial more than 50 times continuously. Then only it will happen.They are making a fraud over here...

                                If they can't give proper services according to the plan they must not make this kindaa plan even..

                                It must be resolved now.

                                  My balance has been deducted twice without no reason. There is not any subscription from my side for paid services. I called Reliance customer care but there is no response. I have experienced worst after sales service and the customer care executives talks rubbish and irrelevant.                                     It's been long time we are facing problem. I have tried to use different phones but the problem is the same. NO SIGNAL at all.
                                    If the team doesn't take it seriously then I'm sure many customers will move to other network for sure. Fix the issue ASAP.
                                    Try to fix the problem rather than making the customers contact you again and again. I hope reliance team will look into this issue.
