I am reliance pre paid regular customer and using your services more than last 15 to 20 year. I am very much happy of CDMI services provided by you to me for the last somany year.

Now, I am in need of some details of call number call made by me to serval subscibers of different company. Like BSNL. TATA DOCOMO, AIRT|EL etc.

My number is [protected]. Outgoing call is not possible in this number since last day I.e 26 Jan 17. The reply is only that "All the lines in this route are currently busy" and the same is over 24 hrs. Can u please reply me what the problem and whether I want to choose any other network? And reaching to your customer care is also difficult... So please help me....

[protected] this is my number, one month its working properly, but after one month i recharge with 195 unlimited calls and 1GB 2G data free for 28 days, but its not working, it working only reliance to reliance not working other net works, if i call to other net works, its says this root is busy, i am not satisfied for this, what can i do now, i cant waste my money and time, please solve this....

I recharged with 152 for unlimited Local + STD calls free for 28 days. I called a contact just once for few minutes. After that when i tried to call again i was welcomed with the NETWORK ERROR message. I called approx 7 contacts and always i was welcomed with the network error issue. Lately i called Reliance number and the call happened. So, was this pack UNLIMITED LOCAL only??? Please fix this issue ASAP...

I already complain about the service issue one of my reliance num([protected]//n/w issue, sall drop, sall not connect in any std n/w after calling 100times but till today i did not get any response from ur side..one more issue i got on 25th jan, when i send msg to port my num... balance is deduct from my ac but i did not get UPC code, , its simple its company just harrase the cm by providing the service...#### off RELIANCE......

I have been provided 4G connection in the place of 2G that I was holding before Nov.16. From Dec 16 I have been using the new 4G facility. But I am surprised to see the Bill for Rs.1733/- for December where as I was paying only Rs.240 to Rs.250 earlier with 2G. Though it is a new improved facility, the cost is prohibitive. I may not be able to continue with the Reliance connection. Verymuch I would like to continue this telephone connection...

From previous 3-4 days whenever i am calling anyone its saying number is busy, i am unable to place any call even i had recharged with 152 . its totally fraud and fooling peoples. Plz hsir i m a student and i cant afford recharging my another sim after filling this mount of 152 in reliance gsm.

RCOM GSM: Got 501/ offer for 100 days unlimited.. after recharging got a trouble of outgoing calls, getting busy tone form evenings to morning every day for all numbers. If i even tried to many times form 10 to 20 times also calls not going to any numbers. This makes me to inconvenient for calls.
Requesting you reliance make this issue clear ASAP.

I recharged with RC198, which has unlimited STD+local calling its just allowing only local calls from jan 26, 2017 and i complainted to customer care and shocking news is that they are not able to find solution to my problem and they are just telling that sorry for inconvenience, and they provided me some interruption number [protected] and my mobile number is [protected]...

i recharged Rs.297 data plan 2gb + 1.79gb total 3.97gb data on 21.01.17 my data balance is 3.79 as on 22.01.17. on 25.01.17 data balance shows 1.84gb within two days almost 2gb used.I am surprised i have not used so much data in two days. before this also i had given complaint regarding data usage no reply received. I recharged with Unlimited calls pack Rs152, After that only am facing Network issue, Whenever I am calling it's giving network busy and not able to connect to anyone.at emergency situation. I dont think its connectivity issue, cause incoming calls are able to connect.
