Dear Reliance
Last year we got our prepaid reliance number upgraded to 4G sim.Its terrible to say that since last many months we are not even able to make a call properly, , not even a single word is heared on phone, it is often very irritating.
In case of emgencies, we are like stuck in a big broblem just because of your pathetic network.Who is responsible for all ds.And yes we dont use a JIO sim, hence we pay for every call.Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

    I have broadband connection ID no.[protected]. My net is not working since 12.01.2017 and nobody is attending the complaint after many repeated request and compliants at toll free no. At your office located at Malviyanagar Jaipur no body is attending properly. There is no response from Reliance and it is very shameful.

    I request you kindly disconnect and terminate my connection immediately.

      Hello, this is to inform that I have been charged illegally by the Reliance Communication team since the last few months. To start with, I purchased a dongle from a local website on 08/08/2015 - a 12 month unlimited plan by paying Rs. 5963/- But sadly they interrupted their services 1 month prior to the scheduled date without any information and then started charging me and sending me bills every month of the services I have used.. which I never used actually! I have tried many times to call their customer care services to settle out the issue and explain them that I have Ben charged wrongly but to no avail!
      Recently I received a mail from their legal advisor which stated:

      CAF:[protected] MDN:[protected]

      Even after repeated follow-up you have not paid your outstanding nor were you present at Andheri for Advocate Concilation. You are requested to pay Rs.497/- Vide CAFNo:[protected] MDN:[protected] on or before 28/01/17 or else we have no option but to file CIVIL case at your cost and risk.

        I am sick of this reliance wi-fi i have to login more 20 times in a day to keep it running, have to switch it offf and in as it doesn't work, at night disconnects 4 times i. One hour unable to play videos without buffering .. please disconenct my subscription from today as i dun want briadband just to use whatsapp
        Also i have been robbed by you guys when i was promised that i would get a landline i paid 900 rupees cheque and haven't heard since the numerous complaints but directed everytime no solution till date

          Regarding complain no SR[protected] on mob no [protected], as it is resolved now and reliance social media team commited me to not deduct again rs5 for message, but still my balance is getting deducting by rs5 again n again, this has happened about 7, 8 times in last two days, so plz work on ur system to fix this bug, and refund my money otherwise i will surely switch to other gsm mobile company

            On July 15th 2014 We had applied for internet connection from Reliance Communication. We had paid in advance the installation money and the cost for prepaid connection.
            The internet worked for a week after which it never came back to life. The area manager cited junction box being stolen as one of the reasons for internet not working.
            We registered several complaints with the customer care.
            One such complaint was even reported on this website on 4th Aug.
            Then their area manager had also threatened that he would not let us enter our own home if I pursue and keep complaining.

            Then the customer care marked the problem as being resolved even when they were lazy enough to take no action.
            Now after 2 years they are threatening us to take legal actions against us for non-payment of dues!!
            What dues? For internet not working?
            Even when we had requested them to disconnect the internet. Following the disconnection the local guy came within 2 days and removed the cable! That was so fast.
            i wonder whats the work culture of Reliance Communication? It works by threatening people? By providing really bad service?

              Dear sir, my contact no. is [protected] and i have an offer recharge worth rs. 198 which includes free calling STD and local upto 28 days but reliance communications has blocked my every call following this recharge. Every time i try to make a call, the route is busy which was not so when i was paying for every call. These reliance people are rogues and are openly looting people, please teach them a befitting lesson and make my number free from any blockage of calls.

              I also have same problem and I post a complaint about it. The make fraud with so many people in bikaner(rajasthan). Even retailer also refused to sell this sim and the suggested that it is a fraud company don't take this sim. They are blocking everyone's unlimited calling plan on other network. And we can't call there customer support officer bcz they also banned it. #rcom.co.in very shameless

The reply is only that "All the lines in this route are currently busy" and the same is over 24 hrs. Can u please reply me what the problem and whether I want to choose any other network?                       I recharged with 152 for unlimited Local + STD calls free for 28 days. I called a contact just once for few minutes. After that when i tried to call again i was welcomed with the NETWORK ERROR message. I called approx 7 contacts and always i was welcomed with the network error issue. Lately i called Reliance number and the call happened. So, was this pack UNLIMITED LOCAL only??? Please fix this issue ASAP

                      From two to three days my calls are not connecting it is saying this line is busy for every call.                         Dear Sir

                        I had used Reliance Wifi no.[protected] & in July 2016 I tried to close this Wifi number.
                        I had the discussion with customer care & they told me that The wifi number will be close as soon I will go to local Reliance customer care centre & pay the payment upto that date
                        I went to local customer care In Ghaziabad UP ( Add: Maliwara Chowk), they had made my telephonic discussion with a lady (may be some customer care person) & she told me to pay that full final payment & i paid & after that she confimed me about my number closure.

                        In october I got a call & a mail regarding my non payment of date usage. I confirmed him that already i have closed my number & they said ok
                        I had a discusion with a person from reliance customer care Mr Nitin soni [protected], & he confimed me the i will not receive any call or mail again.

                        But the threaten continues & i got a demand notice from Reliance customer regarding my non payment of bill of Rs 2977 in december 2016, & a threatening call to file a case against me
                        I had a long discussion with her & & atlast again i paid the full money just to not put myself in any legal matter. & even i put back the mail with payment receipt to them & urged them now to close this wifi number

                        But what again I got a call in january 2016 from customer care about my bill generation fot this month.

                        Again i cleared him about the closure but the same word continues.
                        I called on number Ridhima Singal ([protected]) & one male person taken up the call after so many tries. He confirm me that he will help me soon & close my Number & confirmed me that i will get a call from customer care as he has raised a request for closure of my number
                        But It is been a week I didnot received a call & my bill is generating again. He is not picking up my call

                        Now It is really tough to handle this because I am paying the money for nothing or for no use.
                        So need a compliant filed against this
                        So please help me out

                          I had problem in my number automatically subscription activated in last november month bill, and that was cleared.But the same problem happened in december month aslo. I need to weired my amount. I talked with customer care they said that they can't clear this problem.So, kindly request you to clear this problem as soon as possible.

                              I have been provided 4G connection in the place of 2G that I was holding before Nov.16. From Dec 16 I have been using the new 4G facility. But I am surprised to see the Bill for Rs.1733/- for December where as I was paying only Rs.240 to Rs.250 earlier with 2G. Though it is a new improved facility, the cost is prohibitive. I may not be able to continue with the Reliance connection. Verymuch I would like to continue this telephone connection with the present number, but i will be forced to ask for disconnection because of the monthly bill amount. Pl guide me. In the absence of any suitable alternative, I will be giving my written request for disconnection. thanks.

                              RCOM deducted my balance of mobile no.[protected] RS.280
                              Without any reason on 27 dec 2016
                              When I complained they say due to technical fault balance is gone.
                              When I demanded my balance they rejected my complaint saying I am not eligible for waiver
                              Shame on reliance communications

                                  RCOM GSM: Got 501/ offer for 100 days unlimited.. after recharging got a trouble of outgoing calls, getting busy tone form evenings to morning every day for all numbers. If i even tried to many times form 10 to 20 times also calls not going to any numbers. This makes me to inconvenient for calls.
                                  Requesting you reliance make this issue clear ASAP.

                                    I recharged with RC198, which has unlimited STD+local calling its just allowing only local calls from jan 26, 2017 and i complainted to customer care and shocking news is that they are not able to find solution to my problem and they are just telling that sorry for inconvenience, and they provided me some interruption number [protected] and my mobile number is [protected]

                                      I have broad band connection and my costumer ID is[protected]. My net is not working since last seven days. I complained immediately to toll free number and my compliant no. is[protected]. I reminded two times but nobody is attending the complaint. It is shameful for reliance. The reliance broad band is not working regularly. It is being disconnected periodically. Moreover after several complaints nobody is attending my complaint. I am paying my bill regularly. I think I should go to consumer court.

                                        I recharged with 152 for unlimited Local + STD calls free for 28 days. I called a contact just once for few minutes. After that when i tried to call again i was welcomed with the NETWORK ERROR message. I called approx 7 contacts and always i was welcomed with the network error issue. Lately i called Reliance number and the call happened. So, was this pack UNLIMITED LOCAL only??? Please fix this issue ASAP
