My reliance no. is [protected]
i recharged Rs.297 data plan 2gb + 1.79gb total 3.97gb data on 21.01.17 my data balance is 3.79 as on 22.01.17. on 25.01.17 data balance shows 1.84gb within two days almost 2gb used.I am surprised i have not used so much data in two days. before this also i had given complaint regarding data usage no reply received. There is some miss uses of data. You are requested to look into the immediately. I am not geteting your complaint no.198 to tell about this.

    Call Network Busy & Outgoing Call is Not Connecting

    I recharged with Unlimited calls pack Rs152, After that only am facing Network issue, Whenever I am calling it's giving network busy and not able to connect to anyone.at emergency situation. I dont think its connectivity issue, cause incoming calls are able to connect.

    From last some days its showing all lines are busy and not able to connect to anyone.

    I am totally Disappointed with Reliance Service.

    Hi,

    I am an Existing Customer of Reliance and have done recharge of RS 152 unlimited calls for 28 days plan on 20th Jan 2017. Initially i was able to place calls from this number but from last one week i am not able to call any number from this phone.

    When i called the customer care they told me that there is some issue and it will be resolved soon. But the issue is still not resolved after 7 days and now the call is even not getting connected to customer care.

          Dec-21st your Company In charge Mr. satyanarayana met me and explained about offers.In that period iam using tata indicom Postpaid connection.But i want to move in to Reliance connection.So i messaged PORT to Reliance and i gave my Adar card and Photo and 600Rs to Your In-charge Mr. Satyanarayana .He not given any payment slip or Voucher. That time your in charge told me with in 3 days your Reliance Sim will be activated .
          Yours address verification person came after 3 days and call me without before information.That time i went outstation on Office work. He met my sister as per my Aadar Card address.That is my own house.
          But he sent FAKE ADDRESS report because of my non Attendance.

          So, my Reliance connection has been disconnected .

          Finally i lossed my tata Indicom connection and Reliance connection.
          I met you local branch and i raised complaint .And also i called your Sales Head. But no use.
          I suffered so many days due to your irresponsible persons and VERY BAD COMPANY SYSTEMS .

          I am using Airtel and Tata Indicom postpaid connections from 8 years .
          I am paying 2200Rs Mobile bills to them without any issues from long time.
          Actually Reliance SIM Cost is 300Rs.But your In charge collected 600Rs

          Please check the details and iam expecting immediate response and necessary Action from your end.

            Hlo sir it is [protected], i am a reliance Communications customer.everytime i tryto call it says that"this route is busy pls try after some time" i can make hardly one call in the whole day.this problem is being faced by many customers.pls order the company to provide the good services asap.i recharged for rs 149 for unlimited calling but i can't even make calls.the network is also very poor in my area.

              I received call from Relience communication. They asked me to take free SIM provided by there co..
              I refused as I am having already Relience and one hoo sim .then the person says " BHAAD" mein jaa. Which means go to hell. And he disconnect the phone .
              Then I call back with same no one lady pick up the phone, then I told about that incident she says " to Kya Hua uske kahne se aap bhaad mein ghomm aaye kya".

                    Above is reference link of my previous complaint. I signed the petition as well http://goo.gl/00AlIc. On[protected] I got the legal notice by Advocate Charansingh B Kaushal for paying the bill amount Rs. 3371 that amount is actually wrongly accounted to me.

                    I was the reliance customer since last 7 year and I paid regular payment, after CDMA network close they assured me to move 4g network with previous plan only. Than they change their words and change plan to 1100/month from 350/month. I was ready to pay bill according to 350 but they were not ready to take this payment.

                    On[protected] The call from some local person of reliance is come and he send me some my previous bill on mail. Also talked rudely that my other reliance number will be stop if i am not pay this amount.

                    I am feeling very harassed this time I never expect this kind of lower service from reliance. I think they hire professional money collector and they try to take money anyhow.

After receiving the SIM cards, they are not activated till today (24, Jan.'17). I've been trying to reach customer care & other personnel, but till now, it is not sorted out.                             Hi, i m using reliance gsm mob num ([protected]) last 7-8yrs, i got several issues to use this particular num like (n/w issue, internet browsing issue, call not connect to any std n/w)& apart from that i try to contact ur cm care but i could not able to did it yet... i. e, in simple its one of the worst service telecom providing company what i face till yet in entire country. cm care service executive only told everytime that problem will be resolved after few time... reliance can only provide free bids to the cm only for indivisual benifit i. e. company itself. finally i think i hve to to port ur service to another n/w if my problem not reslove.

                                This is saravanan and my reliance number is [protected]. I could not able to cal from 14 jan'17 to till date. (More then 10 days)
                                I have recharged on unlimited call plan.in this regards i was contacted many time to the customer care but no response.
                                I lost my rs.150 and ten days of validity and also i suffer lot for not making outgoing call.
                                I request you unblock my outgoing call and give back my validity.

                                  Regardig my mob no [protected], i m using iphone 5c, when i changes my sim, and insert a new sim a message comes of deduction of rs 5 frm my account balance, when i contacted reliance customer care they said that it was of imessage service, although i have disabled imessage service from my iphone, also they said that this message goes to apple international thats why this deduction occurs, so its not my fault, i have already disabled it, so plz fix it, this problem occurs only in reliace

                                    Internet connection is not working on my mobile no [protected] since last 15 days. I visited your gallery at borivali several times but they only registered my complaints and assured me that problem will be resolve with in 6 hrs. I also talked to your executive many times, they also assured me that problem will be within 6 hrs. Now 12 days passed but problem is still there.
                                    Now tell me any other steps to be taken to resolve this internet issue.

                                      Sir..on 23 jan 2017, there was a wrong deduction of rs 65 aprox from my mobile no [protected], two value added services naming
                                      Shemmoviesub60 for rs 60 and apdaystrmgmlysubs were activated by system mistake..i didn't use any of websites to subscriptions, direct subscription successful msgs were there...so sir plz pay attention to this Complaint, and resolve this issue, by thankfully providing me the deducted balance and deactivate the services..thanks from rahul
