They give complete false commitments and does not solve your billing related issues also. They will add the previous month of extra charges along with the current bill saying that we have not received the payment, even though the payment is done on time.
They are such a useless and rude that their managers don't even speak with you properly and that too don't even resolve a 2 month old complaint. Never ever opt for reliance, they are rubbish and completely useless

Complaint is not yet resolved and how thwy have marked it as resolved? I am still facing such issues with them.

    For the last 5 weeks i have been trying to port out of this network,
    Mine is a prepaid account with reliance gsm.

    I wanted to port out from reliance gsm to jio networks

    There are two service requests generate by rcom on two occasions.

    Ucs[protected]

    Porting request is made through e verification of aadhar
    Tandard reply from rcom is 'documents not recived' or no information

    Either they are doing it wantedly
    Or it is gross negligence towards porting out customers
    Or their systems are seriously ill equipped.

      Reliance broadband keep registering complaint even after i have paid final complete bill.

      I have paid final complete bill and asked reliance to close my connection, even though they keep filing cases against me.

      I have paid final bill and requested the reliance outlet to close my connection a year and half later, i received a call again saying she is an advocate and reliance has filed a case on me for not paying the bill, if i did not pay my bill by end of that day they are going to submit the case to court.

      I had to hurry back to reliance outlet and had many calls with reliance employees final they found i have paid complete about and said to lawyer to close my case.

      Again 2 days back i received a call claiming she is advocate and asked to pay the bill of again, i have told i paid complete bill but she is not listing to me. This is effecting me psychologically.

      Please help me in resolving this case.

      I tried the link "http://bit.ly/1cmd6ds" and I received a call from customer care, but the "Reliance customer care employee" did not had full details, I have requested "Reliance customer care employee" to forward the case to senior employee so that I can get resolution of this issue, but "Reliance customer care employee" keeps repeating he cannot forward the call and finally he disconnected the call without any final resolution.

      After paying final bill I have requested multiple times to reliance outlet employee to please terminate the connection and not to reopen.

      Please forward this case to any senior employee who will have details of my full reliance broadband usage after the final bill after "14-March-2016", so that I can prove that I have not aware my connection was activated after telling "reliance outlet employee" multiple times to close my connection.

      Without my awareness connection was activated and asking me to pay the bill for what I have not used . Please forward this case to any senior employee to resolve this issue at earliest .

        My name is raj my 30 rs balance had been deducted on my reliance no. [protected] on 12th december 2016 wihout any reason i talk to customer care many a time but they told that you have activated a service name yami ...but i didn't done it.it was not my fault.and they deducted my balance .when i said to refund my balance the refuse to do so.they told if i would have been called within 24hrs so they could help.but i am telling that the service which i had not been activated so for what should i have to pay.my phone was switch off from 12 dec 2016 to 14th dec 2016 so how could i called to them.i not even got any message after the activation of the service.so could i know that the service has been activated.when i checked my balance than i known abot the deduction of the balance.so please help me and refund my money and help me out of this.thanks...

        My reliance jio no.is [protected].i had taken it 1 month ago.my internet and incoming facility of calling is available but outgoing facility of calling is not available.i had talked to reliance jio many a times they told to update the phone but my phone is up to date.and further they refuge to help.my phone model is lyf flame with LTE network.even with the jio 4G voice app is not working ...but the outgoing facility of calling is not working.incoming facility of calling is available.so please help me out of this problem.and avail your outgoing calling facility to me..

          I have exact same problem as this:

          Basically I am having Reliance 3G postpaid connections for past 4-5 years. Paid all the bills on time.
          Now earlier this year, Reliance forcefully moved my 3G connection to 4G with a promise that the 4G billing plan will be same as of my 3G plan. Still I tried to make sure that my communicating with online customer care, emails; no one told me that billing plan will be higher in 4G.
          But it was not true, after first month I got the bill of Rs. 1200. I stopped using the device right on the same day. I tried contacting customer care, but all in vein. No one looked into the matter.

          Now after few months I just got 1 email saying I did not pay Rs. 2609, and I must visit the store on xyz date and settle the matter. I replied to that email as well as tried calling the number given in the email. Still no reply !

          Is this is a way to move away your 4-5 year loyal customer?? I am always ready to pay the right bill amount, whichever was notified to me in advance.
          Please look into this matter ASAP

          My reliance 3G/4G data connection number is [protected]. I am reachable on my registered mobile number which is different than the above.

            This complaint was earlier lodged on 7-dec on [protected]@ada.com but this got returned undelivered.

            This is regarding bill dated 11-sep-16 for the broad band account no.[protected] registered with accolade systems pvt. ltd., janak puri, new delhi.

            The bill amount was rs.1380/- with due date as 29-sep-16. an axis bank cheque no. 539365 dated 28-sep-16, for the same amount (rs.1380/-) was handed over to the rep from reliance communication infrastructure limited on 28sep-16 itself. a receipt no. dli/17/ic/ 1208223 was given to us in return as an acknowledgement.

            However, the cheque did not reach the right department (at your office or collecting agency) within the stipulated time, for not fault of ours. as a result the next bill dated 11-oct-16 was received with bill amount of rs.1480/-, rs.100/- being the other charges. an axis bank cheque 584184 dated 19.10.16 was issued for rs.1480/- and the same was collected by your rep on 20-oct-16 (due date 28-oct-16), vide a receipt no. dli/17/ic/1205276. we requested the rep from collection agency to take up the matter with the concerned agency so that the next bill is less by rs.100/- as a reversal of the extra amount charges in the bill of 11-oct-16.

            The last bill (should have been dated 11-nov-16) was not received here but we issued a cheque no. 584200, dated 22-nov-16, for an amount of rs.1280/- (after deducting rs.100/- charged extra) and the same was collected by your rep vide a receipt no. dli/17/ic/1184209 dated 22-nov-16. this cheque was realized on 28-nov-16. however, the bill of 11-nov-16 is still awaited.

            Yesterday we received a phone call from the collecting agency asking for another cheque for the balance amount of rs.100/- or else they will stop collecting cheques from our place. they also said even if there is a delay at their end they are not responsible for the same and that we will have to bear the same. this is not justifiable. you are requested to intervene and resolve the issue with the collecting agency asap.

            We have paid extra as demanded in the bill. but your organization must ensure that we are not penalized for the fault at your end. as such you must issue a bill for 11-nov-16 for the amount of rs.1280/- so that the amount paid by us is adjusted.

            If this cannot be resolved at your end, please escalate the matter.

              I had generated coupon for jio sim 2 month back, but till now i have not got my jio sim. And now my coupon is marked "redeemed". I called customer care, they told me to go to nearest reliance outlet. When i went there, reliance outlet people told me to register my complaint and they will call on my mobile once the problem is resolved. But it has been almost 3 weeks and i have not got any call. Worst service of reliance. Very few people are able to get the jio sim genuinely, others are purchasing from the market. Is this the free sim service you promised to us or just fooling around innocent people.

                Sir,
                I had applied online registration for Reliance JIO Sim home delivery. After the 3-4 days, on dated 12/12/2016, received a call from reliance jio home delivery centre that sim will deliver to you today but could not delivered to me, then he told that sim will deliver to you tomorrow but could not deliver to me again. Till now the sim has not delivered to me.

                I had applied online registration for Reliance JIO Sim home delivery today. Delivery time at 11 am to 12am but at 11.45 am received a call from reliance jio home delivery centre that sim will not deliver to given address, they told me come today at 1pm at office and take sim.If not deliver at given address sim card cancelled.

                      I disconnected it few months before, because With out giving me notice reliance has increase my monthly plan rate and I disconnected the service. At the time of disconnected service Rs. 1055 already plus in my wallet that is
                      enough to pay old bill. now suddenly got message that legal notice issued.

                      After repeated follow up you failed to pay Rs. 1043.33 vide Caf Legal[protected] Notice Issued. Contact Reliance on [protected] for any queries

                      And also number provided is not getting proper response up phone. When I call she has cut my call.

                        My broadband connection (Subscriber id[protected] after so many reminders there is no resolution or any response from reliance communication company.

                        Since last 18 days i am not able to connect to boradband internet. For this reason more then 10 times i called to your call center every time they assured me that in next 1 hrs i will get a call from technical department but i never got any call.
                        I never expected this sort of problem done by at-least anil dhirubhai ambani group. I thought taking broadband from reliance instead of bsnl or any other provider will be a good experience for me. But now i am totally disappointed.

                        Your executives are not supporting as well as ur technical team also.
                        finally i give request for termination of my connection on 9/12/2016. then i got call from ur company its not happen again. but at same day i again same problem willl come .then i give gaian request for termination on 11/12/2016 with compalint id[protected]. but till now i have not received any call from ur company.

                          Hi,
                          This is to inform that I am a customer of Reliance Communications since 2003.I have got many issues with your company as last night dated 12.12.2016 I have issued an complaint with the reference number:-[protected], I was promised to receive a callback from one of your manager today dated 13.12.2016 within 12:00 PM IST.

                          I have not received the same as now a days your customer care is just full of liars.I have then tried to call your customer about the update but again I was not connected stating there is an technical issue.

                          I then tried to communicate online by the webchat help and the advisor Mamta who was on the other side of the chat was very very adamant and rude as she clearly denied to escalate the case to her supervisor.

                          I am just fed up with your service and the way all customers are treated.Its just a bunch people who are waisting customers valuable time.

                          I request you to please look into this ASAP

                            I have submitted my postpaid bill already but i think "rekha associates 219 sardarpura, millenium plaza building, udaipur" is not updated the bill amount on my number they give me hand written receipt for this when i paid my bill and when i asked for computer print they told me we give only hand written receipt but after that one reliance executive call me again again and talking in very bad and cheap language and threatening me again again and she is trying to threaten me so take action on that numbers [protected], [protected].

                              Yesterday, rs 120 has been deducted from my main balance for a service that i never subscribed and even don't know what is it. My phone number is [protected]. It is not the first time when company deduct amount in such a way. Please do the needful asap. I have never balance more than 200rs and suddenly 120 deducted without any information.
                              No one is listening on customer care service.

                                My reliance gsm no. [removed] has been subscribed to ndtvplaysub21, ndtvglamsub30 and shotforbiscsub60 just right now in one evening consecutively without any consent of mine. I'm so annoyed i just recharged for 200 today and so much balance have been deducted already. This kind of service is very, very irritating. A refund in is appreciable or i'm changing the operator soon.

                                I received a call from a Reliance Customer Care agent. After confirming the details regarding complaint(i.e date, amt, etc). I was told my query shall be resolved within 6 hours. Though it took over a day. I got a message regarding my waiver paid back to my balance. +91 22 3032 6300

When i contacted customer care then he returned me 81/- . When i again contacted with customer care(ANUJ KUMAR) then he abused me nd disconnected my call. so please take action against ANUJ KUMAR nd returned my remaining 20/-.
