I have received SMS saying recharge with 88 Rs and will get 1 GB data for 28 days. But when I recharge I got only 200Mb 2g data with 10 days validity.
Then called to customer care they said reliance will send these offers to all the customers and before recharging need to call customer care for confirmation if we are eligible to this offer and with out any information customer care persons are redirecting calls, because of this we need to wait for more time until call connects to the customer care it will irritate like hell.

    I m user of relaince postpaid had... Given request in relaince store to convert no in prepaid from postpaid they accept request bt till the time it is not resolved every day calling to pay amount.. I'm.. My no is [protected].. Relaince they had committed thatvyr no will be converted in 48 hrs bt still 10 day over no one is bothered to resolve my issue in relaince store as well as customer care they i decided to log a compalit on line i faced around 1500 rs financial loss due poor service of relaince they are cheating to customer.

      My Dongle number is [protected] and i got bill of 13, 000 Rs after upgrading to 4G, when i called customer care and asked why that much bill amount and customer care and asked for the reason and they said it was due to technical problem and when i called them another time they said it was due to plan change and they never intimated me regarding the plan change. Then on 29/09/2016 One of the collection agent (T.Ramesh) called me and asked me for not paying the bill and i told him the entire concern and he said me that to make a payment of Rs2500 and he also would close the connection and waiver the remaining amount.After a month i got a call from Reliance Nungapakkam Branch and a lady asked for the reason not paying the bill, i explained her many times but after a particular interval she again and asked for the same thing and one day she called and asked and she was so rude to me and said that her name was kavitha, and she was stating that do whatever you can.When i visited reliance store and asked regarding this, they said your connection has been terminated and tell them thats not your connection when you again recieve a call.now after a week lawyer notice has been sent to me to pay the pending amount. After 2 months of payment they are sending the lawyer notice. I just need a detailed solution to this problem and i have all details with me.the reciept number for payment made on 29/09/2016 is 25435. Now the amount to be paid is Rs 7620 .

      One of the worst ever customer care. People called from Reliance Social Media and said that we have processed your complaint and you will receive a check within 15 days and today another guy called and saying that there will be no refund. I cant understand why such a big company has crap peoples like this. Is this is the reason for making such big money . Cheating customers and saying fake statements and assurance and the legal team is the worst part. they think that I have got loan from them and i have not paid them back. I dont know who gave them the authority to question the customer like that. If nothing is feasible then going legal is ok for me .

      Your representative told that he will close the connection and got 2500Rs coming to my place and there was no intimation regarding plan upgrade from cdma to 4g, Does Reliance guys make false statements and get money from customers. One guy said he will initiate the check and now another guy says it is not possible and worst part is with the legal team. I need detailed explanation for all this and also for the money which was gotten by cheating.

        Sir I applied for connection on 3 Oct 2016. And there engineer came with modem and 6-7 pieces of wire and joined them and just installed internet without landline connection and said will replace wire tomorrow. On 12 the Oct connection stopped working and till now not working, I lodged many complaints but of no use. Instead they sent me bill which I paid with no connection installed. And after some days they again sent me bill which I objected and said first install the connection then only I will pay bill but they neither came nor started the connection.

        Reliancebroad called me and saying first pay bill then only we will resume your connection but from 6 Oct they haven't installed new connection then which bill they are asking me to pay.i think there employee has cheated and shown that they have installed my connection but till now no connection is installed

        I have paid 1800 for connection installation which is not done yet and plus you have asked for more 147 rs bill which you haven't provided services but I paid as u said that services will continue if I pay bill

        They are saying first pay bill then only we will listen. Tell me how much u will charge to install the connection. I have already paid 1900+150. Now u are saying to pay more 1100 as a bill. First install the connection then only u are authorized to ask for bill.

Otherwise I'll port my number to another network.

          I have rupees 159 balance in my mobile no. [protected] on 12 Dec 2016.see attached picture.

          120 Rupees balance dedicated between 12 Dec 16 to 15 Dec 16.
          And remaining 28.88 balance deducted on 16 Dec 16. Now my balance is zero.

          I called in 198 on 16 Dec then customer carw executive not given any information and said me to call after 3 hrs. After 3 hrs to till time I am trying to call in customer care but call not connecting. So I am writing here.

          So am requesting to you please
          Refund my balance rupees 148.88(120 + 28.88).

          If above mentioned no. go out of coverage area then call me in [protected].

              Hi,
              I have been a reliance customer for many years. Now I want to port my number to other network. For this I have sent many sms writing PORT [protected] to 1900 but reply comes " unable to process your request". I have been trying for many days and they also deducted money for the sms sent but no solution. I have talked to customer care also but they have not provided me any solution and just escaping from it and not giving me upc code.

              I am receiving bulk SMS from RM-Reliance. Requesting to disable it on high priority.

              Every month company deduct amount for such service without my consent.

                I felt cheated by reliance as they suddenly stopped 3G without any prior notice. Asked me to upgrade to 4G as if they are scrapping 3G for their dongle. I requested them that, I dont want 4G with repeated customer care calls. But my dongle was blocked and made inactive. Then they sent me bill for the period they had inactivated my dongle.

                This is regarding Reliance Mobile No. [protected], Relationship No. :[protected], Bill Period :[protected] to[protected], Bill Date :18-Jun-16, Bill No. :[protected].

                Suddenly without any prior notice, our reliance 3G dongle connection was disconnected by you, saying I'll have to upgrade and buy new dongle compatible with 4G. We visited nearby reliance store and we got the same answer that I will have to buy new dongle and till that time, our reliance net connection will be off. This was done without any prior notice. As per the instructions, we purchased and upgraded our 4G dongle and went back to store, they asked me to uninstall and re-install 3G dongle since 4G connection is not yet working. It is very pathetic of you to do this and cheat costumers and HOW DARE YOU SEND ME BILL FOR THE CYCLE OF MAY 18 TO JUNE 17? Keep some morals and I am not going to pay for the month, you disconnected my service without prior notice. I want an apology for sending the bill and confirmation letter saying I will not have to pay the bill for the said bill period and the reliance net connect service will continue for my reliance number.

                After repeated visits to gallery, they failed to solve my problem. I dont want to pay the bill as it was inactivated. Reliance have cheated by rejecting me to continue with 3G even with 4G was not working. And now they have sent me this email

                I got sms from rcom that you get unlimited calls sms free to any number at 151 rupees after that I did recharge but that recharge convert into 2g Internet pack after that I talked cuatomare care buy they couldn't help me and saying say for inconvenience to you that all so guys don't go to reliance never ever

                  I am using Reliance Post Paid Connection ([protected]) in the name of vikrant panwar. Few days ago it gets disconnected due to non payment of bill. I paid that bill & I was told that the number will get activated in 24 hours. TODAY AFTER 3 DAYS I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. On dialing any number I am getting a message 'TO RESUME SERVICES PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE'.

                    I complained so many times against reliance communication.My connection is not working from 15 days.i complained several times but the response was none.
                    I decided to terminate my connection but they are not terminating my connnection as well.I am going to file a complaint against the company so that strict actions against the company will be taken.
                    From now whether they terminate my connection or not i will not pay a single rupee as my bill.
                    as i complained many timea regarding termination and they are kept on sending me bills.
                    i am not liable to pay any bill from now.
                    Also i will never recommend reliance to anyone.

                      Hi,

                      Reliance is not terminating my netconnect . First I spoke to their customer care and raised the request to terminate my postpaid netconnect dongle, they gave me the termination Id and said that in 10 days it will be de-activated. Also they asked me to pay the final bill amount of 1045 rs, I have paid that money and informed the customer care back .
                      But after few days ago they called me and asking me to pay bill amount . Now when I give that termination id to refer, they are saying it's not termination id .They are fooling customers and stealing the money.
                      Please help me .

                        My Number [protected] Postpaid connection with reliance communication is not working from last Monday 11th Dec., 2016.

                        I already intimate 5 to 6 customer care regarding my issue most to of the time they discount my phone. Did not registered my complaint.

                        If they pick my call there executive told me that they have technical issue call them after 1 hr or 2 hr, then said give call to your senior executive they told me your problem will resolve in 72 hrs or 6 hrs your problem will resolved but every time limit is cross but my service is not resume.

                          I registered a complain with complaint no[protected].
                          Why should I pay my bill if i am not able to make std call. I am paying 800 every month still cheated by rcom. I want compensation for waste of time and others cost that is incurred in making std call using other numbers.
                          Rcom is doing fraud activity.
                          I talked to to customer executive Ritu and Jyoti and respond NO to give the customer satisfaction response but still no action is taken. I have to finally raise a request to Port my number.

                            We have been asked to submit the ID proof of Archana Agrawal who is using this reliance mobile no: [protected] and we submitted the proof 2 weeks back but still the number is not working. We posted the Aadhar card copies twice to the reliance office but no action taken. We called and complaint but still no action is been taken. My family is been with Reliance for past 10 years and this is the way reliance treat their loyal customers. We are very dissatisfied and annoyed and want this number to be working as soon as possible. If customers are following reliance safety policy by submitting proofs then why they are getting trouble in return by their services disconnected. This is the number allocated to my mother and this is the only mobile service in home. In case of any medical emergency this was her only way of communication.
                            I want this service to be available at the earliest. Hope reliance listens to their loyal customers. Attaching the aadhar card copies for reference.

                              Were i was at plan450 and i never ask to change the plan when i reqiest to port out my number a stupid lady call me and forced me to change the plan

                              Were i refuse then also that stupid lady have change the plan

                              I will take this matter with trai and consumer court,

                              I think i was at place 900 were all plan above 500 was under 50% discount so
                              I was getting bill of rs450/- per month

                              But as your staff have change the plan that 50% is not credit so i got so high bill

                              I need a action should be taken on that lady as i ask her not to change any plan then

                                    I have sent portable message on 1900. They (Reliance) called me for 15 days for reason portability. I told them again & again. I accept their one plan. But after 15 days, i did not get any offer as offered me earlier. I don't required any offer from reliance communication because your services are very worst.
                                    Your network is very worst. You call rates are so high than other companies. I am not happy with your services. Now i can not bear this high rate and low network. If other companies give me offer low call rates and high network even roaming free, then why i tolerate your high rates and worst network (Even i am facing call drop also).
                                    Now i unable to resend portability message on 1900. What is problem behind it.
                                    You are requested to please resolve my problem otherwise i will change my number and break your sim and throw it in the gutter.

                                      My number has suspended, i informed to reliance customer care to stop suspend request from termination. So, the agent resumed my services as per my request 03-dec-2016. Then i am able to use my service (Making calls, sending sms) as usually.

                                      Actually my number stooped working from 12 dec 2016 without any intimation. I already sent a couple of mails to stop "suspend request" for my number. And also i had spoken with shalini appellate authority to resume my service. But i didn't got any response yet.

                                      As per the rules of trai for termination services will block for 7 days then number will terminate in 15 days.

                                      Here in my case, i was used my service (Making inbound and outbound calls, sms data) till 12 december 2016 and my number terminated on 13 dec 2016. Without intimation.

                                      I request you to process this case with high priority.
