I had requested for cancellation of this connection on september 26, 2016, after clearing all outstanding payments. I was out of station since then. I came back to chennai last week. I have not used this connection in the last two months. However, to my shock, i am receiving mails that rs.1700/- is due for payment. Please cancel the connection immediately.

    Dear sir/madam,
    I booked complain of deduction of my data 2 Gb and talking 940 minutes on 29 Nov 16. Till today i didn't receive any call from your side. Still my data and minutes balance is showing 0. I am not able to talk to anyone since last 5 days due to your system fault. At least reply me what should I do from here now So that I can make my sim no [protected] serviceable. Do needful as early as possible.

      Dear sir,
      I have rupees 159 balance in my mobile no.[protected] on 20 november 16.

      My mobile balance happened rupees 21.42 on 22 november 16.

      My mobile balance happened rupees 0.28 on 27 november 16.

      Rupees 120 deducted from my mobile balance between 20 nov to 22 november 16.

      And rupees 14 deducted from my mobile balance between 24 nov to 27 november.

      Total rupees 134 (120 + 14) deducted from my mobile balance by mistake of company with updating network.

      I have called in customer care then spoken with mr. Ankit and sachin but both are not given deducted balance information.

      Network not avaikable from 28 nov to till time in shahpur (Beeda) distt - rewa (Madhya pradesh) pin cade 486446 area. So how can i call?

      So please refund rupees 134 in my mobile balance.

          One-more observation i made about the call center agents of "reliance" i. E. When a customer call them they use to yell at the customers, act arrogant to the customers, behave tyrant to the customers so that customers would never, ever call the telephone customer service back instead they spend more and more time with email service of customer care where "reliance" use to trigger all kinds of default templates and postpone the solutions to its customers. Wow reliance, wonderful reliance, but sickest reliance! Thank you reliance!

            Dear sir,
            Myself kumar ranjan having the no [protected] had given my no for porting in airtel on 24th oct 2016, after that on 28 th of oct 2016, i visited kanke road, ranchi reliance outlet, where one of the ladies empoly was there, i asked her to kindly tell me the outsatnding amount of this no, she told me that around 60 rs was there, i didnt have to pay the money, after that i go from there, she transfer my no to any other person, after that in late night one of the empoly had inform that i am going to block the no, because your no had given to someone. (This is the major mistake had done by reliance outlet, kanke road, ranchi), after this my porting process was not processed due to this reason only,
            Today i visited the outlet and i asked that after your mistake i have to purchase the sim at the cost of 100 rs, again i asked that y have to pay the outstanding amount whatever is there till porting because no blocking, outgoing baring is totally unauthorized without the customer concern,
            I asked the person that kindly pay the outstanding amount agianst this no, but it only paying 100 rs but my total expenditure is 350 (250 till porting+ 100 rs sim purchased from patna)
            He denied and tell (Go to consumer court, dekh lange tumhe jo karna hai kar lo)
            Shamless job by reliance.
            If y take action then well, after that i can move forward with this issue. My alternate no is [protected], [protected].

            As per last conversations dated on01/12/2016 my bill payment receipt of 210+ 50 rs are included and the sim purchased bill purchased receipt of 100 rs is also included, and the address of the reliance store is RELIANCE MOBILE STORE, , opposite petrol pump, kanke road, Ranchi.
            all required receipt which y have demanded are included here, now y can process this matter to higher authority for the resolution, and kindly revert me on my no [protected], [protected].

                  I am a reliance customer and using reliance gsm number [protected] .
                  This number is registered in my Aadhar and bank account . I am unable to do
                  Any transaction for last one month, because whenever i make payment
                  Using net banking, otp is not coming on my registered number. Moreover, i am not able to download or e-verify my aadhar card either. Due to this, i am facing a lot of problem . Whenever i call reliance customer care, they tell
                  me that is not the fault of our side . I discussed this with the bank and they told me that is not our issue an i am getting otp on my other mobile number registered with another bank account of the bank.                   I have Reliance Communications Number. After demonitization, I wanted to do to online services; but all of them generate One Time Password (OTP). Unfortunately I use Reliance Communications sim card. I get OTP after 72 hours which are supposed to come within 30 seconds. The range was full.
                  This is the worst experience ever. DO NOT use Reliance things even if they are for free.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I recharged my mobile number [protected] for 3 Gb data Rs 147 and 1000 minutes Rs 153 on 25 Nov 16. On 27 Nov around 2200 hrs my reliance prepaid sim stop working. Before that I checked my data pack balance is around 1.8 Gb and minutes balance is around 940 minutes. On 28 Nov morning i checked my balance and i surprised to know that my data and minutes pack both balance is 0. I was not able to use Internet and call any number due to sudden 0 balance. I talked to customer care so many times but didn't get any proper reply till this time.due to sudden 0 balance i could not talk to my parents last 2 days as my parents are at my home town and i am here at jorhat. Please do needful as early as possible so that I can talk to my family members as early as possible.

But unfortunately I am facing severe problem from the unwanted deductions which have been taking place from a long time on my mobile number [protected]. Basically I have chosen your company in the utmost good faith that I will not face any problem while using your services.
                      I have written my complaint to the customer care also but neither have they responded nor your customer care provides any assistance. The total deduction which has been taken place in my mobile number is more than 160 rupees. I would like to know by what reason your company is deducting balance from my account. I have gone via. the TRAI regulations too, so from my part there is no infringement at all.

                          Dear Reliance customer care team,

                          I received a call from [protected] and [protected] at 3:58 pm on 29/11/16. The call was from Kerala and the woman who called was extremely rude. I asked her questions in between regarding the plan, to which she replied 'just listen to what I have to say first'. Even so, I wanted to know about your plans, so I stayed on the call. The call got cut due to connection disturbances, so I called her back after ten minutes. She cut the call. I was planning to pick up Reliance postpaid but now have decided otherwise due to poor customer service calls, actually because of this one lady. You should definitely tell this lady to not boss around her clients or cut their return calls, this creates a very bad impression on the public.

                            Respected sir/madam
                            My Name Is shubham goal and my mobile number is [protected]. My balance has been get reduced today 29th November without any prior/post notice and without any notification. Yesterday my balance was 92Rs and today it is 54. Even from today I have not call any body and message.
                            Around 40rs have been deducted. It has occur many times, what is going with me. Everytime I have to mailed and complains you and customer care never attend calls if they attend they don't speak and tell invalid answer. They say my balance deducted due to data is over inspite I have checked later I have 3.5 mb even.

                            I want my money/balance back as soon as possible.
                            One thing is I have recharge 74rs a special offer giving 2 GB data for 28 days and u have only given 350MB for 5 days. What the hall is going on with this company. I sick of such a service.

                            It about 6 - 7 hour to go of my complain. But till I not get any solution not even a single call. What the rubbish customer care services. It is pathetic why all this only happen with reliance company not with other. I chossed this company thinking that it provides good service but such a hell. Always after 20 days I have run after customer care to pls give my balance back. And now this time these are not also giving full data even after recharging and even after the special offer and after your msg. Why all this happen if this is not correct within one day I have to complain against the Company in fraud case.

                              This is to bring to your notice that without my knowledge, existing data plan has changed and waived with huge bill amount which in turn caused disgraced on the organisation.

                              I have been a valid Customer to Reliance Communication since from 2014 and I am into the Unlimited data Plan(Rs.1, 150/-) for monthly basis.
                              As of sudden, my bill amount was raised to Rs.3595/- for the period August-September 2016.

                              I had no clue about the bill amount and I have raised my concerns with Reliance Customer Care on the same day. Customer care team had informed me that the existing plan got revised and that was the reason for the change in bill amount.

                              I reverted them that I have not received any email/message or even any phone calls intimating me about the change in plan and how come without my approval the plan got revised.

                              Customer care team cooled by saying me to pay the usual amount Rs.1150/- and the remaining amount from Rs.3595/- will be waved out. And also they informed me that, I could use my already existing unlimited data plan. On believing them, I have made my payment of Rs.1150 on 29/09/2016.

                              I am helpless as I have got back my existing data plan and I was again asked by the Customer care team to pay back the remaining bill amount.

                              Kindly clear me If you are revising the plan and its tariff, then you should inform your customer well in advance and explain them in clear about the plan and amount details. As you missed all necessary prerequisite action, then how can u expect me to pay the new bill amount as that was not my intend plan.

                              I really worried about your ill-treat and opaque nature to your customer by making false promises and changing the plans without prior information.
                              As my data connection was kept hold for last 45 days, I was suffered lot with my work deliverables and personal stuffs as well.

                              As the losses are with me, I have to raise for compensation to your firm instead of that your team are bugging me for extra bill amount.

                              Please justify me for the losses / personal disturbance that have been caused to me from your organization.

                                Hi,

                                I have recharged with amount of Rs. 501 each at Reliance Store, Bhatar, Surat for Mobile Number [protected] and mobile number [protected] for the scheme o[censored]nlimited calling on 29-Nov-2016.
                                The executive have wrongly recharged of Rs. 500 on both the mobile number and even acceped there mistake.
                                They have not reversed the amount and not refunded the amount.

                                Please do the needful for reversal and refund of amount as it is the mistake of executive of Reliance store which they have accepted.

                                  I have given a request of port out on 21st october 2016 and paid the extra bill of rs 850 but now i came to know that the number was not terminated and now at the end of this month they have given me a bill of rs 1034. And now they are telling that it got rejected due to overdue, this is completely fraud. So take necessary action against it because i am not going to pay this new bill.

                                    Hi,

                                    I would like to bring to your attention the pathetic customer services which is being provided by your DST's in Hyderabad.I have portable by number from Airtel to Reliance for my number [protected] thinking about the customer services which is being provided but I was wrong, first I was confirmed that I will be receiving my SIM but I dnt receive after 4 days I personally went to Store paid my amount and collected the SIM.

                                    Then my SIM got activated, but again it got disconnected due to some miscommunication then again I provided documents but it has been 20 days but still issue has not been resolved.

                                    I have been following up about this issue to three people named Kajal, Santosh and their supervisor Rahim but they also dnt provide any resolutions instead they have blocked our numbers to avoid our calls and now they are not answering calls.This is the kind of customer service I have never expected from one of the top service provider.Below are the number from DST with whom I have been following up.

                                      I've bee trying to send messages from my reliance sim ([protected]) which is being failed constantly

                                      i even tried to contact customer care, when call it reads "this is not a valid number"

                                      I even activated sms pack still there is no use

                                      im even unable to port this sim to other network as i recently ported it to reliance

                                      im in a urgent need/ requirement for the usage of sms

                                      I'm literally getting frustrated n fed up with your service

                                      please provide a valid solution as soon as you can
