got very very bad experience & disappoint the service

    I Ankesh Tiwari holding a connection of Reliance communication mobile no [protected] want complain about the matter stated below.
    Sir this number is previously belongs to TATA DOCOMO (U.P) I had ported this number to Reliance on dated 17th of Nov 2016, the port number is UPC-TE813823 and I also submitted my Documents on watsup to [protected]/[protected] Mr. Umer (Bank statement, Adhar card & Reliance Bill[protected] and my Photograph and Rs 300/- security money ) as they Desire.
    As when sim arrived I was in office so not able to received the on mention adderss of document, so by telephonic discussion I told that person to deliver that to this adders Add E-2/72, 1st floor, Rohini Sector -11, ND on dated 18th of Nov 2016.
    Then he mistakly send the above address for verification which was not mine address as per Documents
    Because of executive mistake my number is still not active I was bearing the loss of money as well as communication.
    So now sim is slowing the singnal of reliance 4G but unable to make and recived calls, I talk to coustomer care many times but no solution came .
    This is my humble request to you please look in this matter as I having huge loss due to not active my sim .
    ONE MORE THING AS YOU ARE SAYING NUMBER IS NOT ACTIVE DUE TO
    suspended due to negative address verification BUT I GOT THE BILL OF THIS NUMBER [protected] OF RS 81/-, Relationship no[protected]

        I have made request to subscribe Reliance Post Paid service and submitted my porting code on 7/12/2016, please find below relevant details below,

        Name: Jay Kishor Pathak,
        Porting mobile no. is [protected] from Vodafone Network
        Submitted documents, PAN Card, Adhar Card & for Local address Proff. S.B.I Credit card statement.

        But as I shifted my house one day before of my address verification just three house ahead from D-55 to D-46 in same area received Negative status SMS on 12/12/2016. when I have made request for re-verification they said they can not able to do so and I am unable avail Reliance service.But on 14/12/2016 I have received message that my mobile no. is ported in Reliance network.

        Now, Please understand my situation my mobile no. is in Reliance Network(4G SIM) from that number my incoming and outgoing call are barred. This number I am using from more than 3 years is linked to all my financial and work transaction and very important to me and my family.

        I have visited Reliance store for help to convert my mobile no. in prepaid but they said they can't help me because I have 4 G sim.

        Please note I am into business development activity, My mobile no. is every thing to me and all of my bank account is also linked with this mobile no.

        Hope you will understand my situation and will help me to get my number.

              My CDMA number [protected] is in RALUMS plan. Last bill for this number is Rs.6183 out of which Rs.5169 are for Data charges but as per my plan their are no charges for data.(Average bill of last six months is Rs.200).

              Mobile tariff plan for the number [protected] changed without any intimation and no calls or SMS received when amount crossed credit limit.

              RALUMS plan is for Employees working with the Reliance communications. I am still working with the company as a Network O&M engineer.

              My Outgoing/Incoming services are bared due to non-payment. Reliance Customer care not responding for waiver, Unable to upgrade to 4G due to pending bills.

              Now our legal team is sending me legal notice to pay pending dues but nobody is ready to clear the billing issue.

                I want to de-activate the number immediately, because i have two postpaid connection, i can’t manage at as on same time of both. So decided to de-activate the number asap.

Many times i have complained for deactivate the postpaid connection, my reliance postpaid no is 9343804578, ID no is- 252912324, I want to de-activate the number immediately, because I have two postpaid connection, I can’t manage at as on same time of both. so decided to de-activate the number ASAP. Request to please de-activate ASAP if possible by today. i have cleared the bill of all. i m not going to paid the bill if you sharing further, because m not using the connection from 15th december 2016.                 worest service, the period of warranty i had same problems two times.but it is same, no response in the service center ...waste service ...

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have rupees 159 balance in my mobile no. [protected] on 12 Dec 2016.see attached picture.

                    120 Rupees balance dedicated between 12 Dec 16 to 15 Dec 16.
                    And remaining 28.88 balance deducted on 16 Dec 16. Now my balance is zero.

                    I called in 198 on 16 Dec then customer carw executive not given any information and said me to call after 3 hrs. After 3 hrs to till time I am trying to call in customer care but call not connecting. So I am writing here.

                    So am requesting to you please
                    Refund my balance rupees 148.88(120 + 28.88).

                    If above mentioned no. go out of coverage area then call me in [protected] or [protected].

                      U guys promised to provide same data plan after 4g upgradation but u cheated on me by giving new plans without my permission
                      1. Didn't rcom promise with repeated emails that there would not be any change in data plan rentals and benefits? (I have proof of emails) before we opted for 4g.

                      2. Why did rcom inform me well before or at least on day 1st of 4g activation, above my data plan? I only came to know it on 1st august 2016, bill date. If i knew my data plan was 5gb why would i use excessive data? I had cable internet connection.

                      3. If the data limit for my plan was 5gb then why did not rcom informed me that i used 5gb of data and why they did not stop internet on my 4g dongle. Excessive data is given only on demand.

                      Now who is supposed to go to court? Ridiculous thing is that rcom wants people like me to consumer court. Isn't this big joke?
                      It is the consumers who are supposed to go to court against rcom. Apart from that rcom's agents giving me threatening calls, but no one was ready to give my answers. At least hopefully in the consumer court i will hear some answers from them as i can go with all the proof. Isn't this a daylight robbing of people? Rcom's act of fraud was an eye opener for me, as i was planning to go for an insurance policy that i thought would secure my life and i decided not to go for it.

                        This is regarding the fact that I want to port my Reliance GSM Number i.e. [protected] to some other service provider but I am unable to recieve the UPC code which is essential for porting to other service provider.I tried many times but everytime an error message was recieved by me telling that right now my request could not be processed.Well this is quite frustrating and annoying as I am fed up of your pathetic service and expensive postpaid plans and hence I decided to explore other options.I hope that my problem would be solved at earliest and I would recieve the UPC code as quickly as possible.

                              Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication services. This time i recharged my reliance no. [protected] with recharge amount Rs 50 but i not received or or get any balance.. and instead of it i got message that your no. Is activated for some service with your Rs55 . Sir how its possible that i am recharging for Rs50 but some other service is getting started on my number of worth Rs55 which is of no use to me and so i not got any balance which i was required in urgent. And this not happened once i again recharged my this reliance no. [protected] for Rs50 so that i can get any balance now because i was in urgent need. But again and again the same pack is activating and really i m tired of this. Almost i paid Rs100 for recharge and not got any balance. And whenever i check my offers it says your full talktime offer is at Rs50 . But when i recharge its not work, even i am not getting normal amount for Rs50. Sir, because of this i m really feeling cheated i my trust on reliance service is pretty much shaking. And when i call 198 my call is not connecting to customer care . I am expecting as soon as possible response of you on this. If i will be cheated like this. I will definetely quit this service. Thanking you sir.

                                  Sir, during upgrading invitation from CDMA to 4G services, they sent me one email that NO CHANGE IN YOUR CURRENT DATA PLAN & RENTAL BENEFITS.
                                  I got 4G sim and wipod instrument in the month of AUGUST, and started using from 10th of august, in this month bill amount showing around rs.1943, immediately I raised a dispute with customer care by calling them and sent email to customer care about this. STILL TODAY I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE DEPT OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.
                                  Moreover the customer care executive told me that tariff has been changed for 4G services, I asked them without any intimation - by any means how can I know the tariff has changed - FOR THIS ALSO NO RESPONSE.
                                  Finally after 1 or 2 months got a call from either Pondicherry or from Chennai asking me about payment of bill - they suggested to pay the amount as per old tariff only and close the issue, for this I asked them to send one email mentioning the amount clearly - FOR THIS ALSO NO RESPONSE.
                                  Now their legal depart is sending me court notice, pls. help me

                                      I naresh rai is the consumer of reliance communication prepaid services from last 10-12 years. On 15th december 2016 i recharged my reliance mobile no : [protected] with rs 97 and received the sms message that "congratulations clm 97 has been successfully activated on your phone. Thank you reliance " but still i was unable to make calls from the mobile. After waiting for 2 more days for the problem to subside on its own. I went to the place from where i recharged my mobile. The person informed that as the successful message has been received his part in the process is done & this error somewhere else to resolve it you can go to some reliance gallery. On enquiring at the reliance gallery at chembur opposite fine arts i was shocked to hear that recharge amount as been forfeited as there is no scheme and the person informing that you will received nor talktime nor data nor refund of the rs 97 recharge done. Now my simple question is this if there is no scheme of rs 97 then why did my recharge amount of rs 97 got successful & how i got successful message for the same i have even written one email to rcomappellateauthority. [protected]@relianceada.com their complaint resolving department but i think even that has fallen on deaf ears. Hope this gets resolved i remain

                                        I had Jio water phone and recently my phone switched off suddenly and i had send my phone to service centre anantnag there the service centre boy opened my phone whole and asked come yestereday and they asked another day after three days when i went there they asked your phone is moistured by water i had asked if my phone was moistured by water then why u don't asked me at first day. On their replay they tried to beat me is this a customer satisfaction or a cheating with customer by reliance jio or you have appointed cheater and fradulent in Anantnag Service Centre Kindly help me and provide us a customer service not a cheater service
