I want to de-activate the number immediately, because i have two postpaid connection, i can’t manage at as on same time of both. So decided to de-activate the number asap.
If not take action asap.
Request to please de-activate asap if possible by today.

My complain regarding [protected] had already discussed with last two months, i had given all supportive documents, and one of your reliance employ confirmed regarding the refund of rs 360, but till date i didn't get back that amount, whatever is your concern convey me on [protected], [protected].
otherwise i have to put this matter in the consumer court, because it had taken lot of time from your side.

Dear Sir,
I have rupees 159 balance in my mobile no. [protected] on 12 Dec 2016.see attached picture.

120 Rupees balance dedicated between 12 Dec 16 to 15 Dec 16.
And remaining 28.88 balance deducted on 16 Dec 16. Now my balance is zero.

I called in 198 on 16 Dec then customer carw executive not given any information and said me to call after 3 hrs. After 3 hrs to till time I am trying to call in...

U guys promised to provide same data plan after 4g upgradation but u cheated on me by giving new plans without my permission
1. Didn't rcom promise with repeated emails that there would not be any change in data plan rentals and benefits? (I have proof of emails) before we opted for 4g.

2. Why did rcom inform me well before or at least on day 1st of 4g activation, above my data plan? I only came to know it on 1st august...

This is regarding the fact that I want to port my Reliance GSM Number i.e. [protected] to some other service provider but I am unable to recieve the UPC code which is essential for porting to other service provider.I tried many times but everytime an error message was recieved by me telling that right now my request could not be processed.Well this is quite frustrating and annoying as I am fed up of your pathetic service and expensive postpaid...

it is to inform that reliance Jio Communication network service in CISF colony CIS[censored]nit Obra Thermal Hydro Power Project, Obra, Sonebhadra, U.P .-231219, is very poor. However, atleast 500 coustomers are using your service and facing a lot of inconvenience.

Sir, i am regular user of reliance communication services. This time i recharged my reliance no. [protected] with recharge amount Rs 50 but i not received or or get any balance.. and instead of it i got message that your no. Is activated for some service with your Rs55 . Sir how its possible that i am recharging for Rs50 but some other service is getting started on my number of worth Rs55 which is of no use to me and so i not got any balance...

Sir, during upgrading invitation from CDMA to 4G services, they sent me one email that NO CHANGE IN YOUR CURRENT DATA PLAN & RENTAL BENEFITS.
I got 4G sim and wipod instrument in the month of AUGUST, and started using from 10th of august, in this month bill amount showing around rs.1943, immediately I raised a dispute with customer care by calling them and sent email to customer care about this. STILL TODAY I DIDNT GET ANY RESPONSE...

I had Jio water phone and recently my phone switched off suddenly and i had send my phone to service centre anantnag there the service centre boy opened my phone whole and asked come yestereday and they asked another day after three days when i went there they asked your phone is moistured by water i had asked if my phone was moistured by water then why u don't asked me at first day. after few hour i recieved reliance customer calls that are related to paytmperks subscriptions ...sir without my instructions proceed the paytmperks services automatically proceed ...then after few minute my 30Rs deducted .....

Since I started my new iphone today at around 4 pm, I am being constantly charged Rs. 5 in some time without any usage. I am connected to Wifi since beginning.
I have contacted reliance customer care. They said I am sending ISD sms which is not true. I have already lost more than 30-40 Rs like this in few hours. God knows what will happen later.

I Was Using Reliance Broadband (broadband number:[protected], taken on:[protected] then after a month i have to move on different location so i told & add a complaint to customer care to move my connection to that location, they told they will do it within 5 working days, so i moved and waited to move my connection to new location, after 5 days i call customer care again and the told me that your connection will be moved within 5 days,...

I want to port in Reliance but i think you have many more customer and dont want to port any toher from other operators I have send a request to port in with your operator at 29-Nov2016 My UPC is VD182131 and after no action has been taken i was again send code to Reliance on16 Dec verification has been done but no response from your Sarkari Company

I had bought an 4G sim from Reliance Mobile store located at Malad Mumbai. The store boy said it will be working after 12 hour. I had waited for 4 days and no progress can be seen. So again I visited the same store and he updated the record in his system and said sim will be active after 2 hour.
Now almost 24 hours had been completed and my Sim is not active. I am not able to receive any calls nor any messages.
I called to customer...

I had done recharge of 153rs which said by msg that 1000 local /std minutes and reliance to reliance free for 28 but didnt get offer nad benifits... Fix my problem... As soon as possible... Relience cheating with customers... I called many time.. But no response... Mailed to relience 4 times but didnt get any response... Please solve my issue
