I was using Reliance Netconnect+ till May 2016. On 31st May 2016, I went to the reliance communications outlet at Bibwewadi-Kondhwa Road, Near Ganga Dham Chowk in Pune to get my Reliance Netconnect+ terminated. The person at the outlet did the required procedure and called Reliance executive over phone for verification. My termination request was registered that day.
The details of my Reliance Netconnect+ termination request are as follows -
Reliance Netconnect+ Number - [protected].
Termination Request ID - [protected].
Date of Request - 31/05/2016.
My Reliance Netconnect+ connection was supposed to get terminated within 3 to 4 working days after registering the request.
When I was using Reliance Netconnect+, the bill amount was being auto debited from my bank account every month. After registering the termination request, I forgot to cancel the auto debit feature for the payment of my Reliance Netconnect+. Yesterday, when I checked my account statements for previous 6 months, I was surprised to see that Rs. 1265/- have been paid by my bank to Reliance Communications against the bill raised by them every month after 31st May 2016. That means I have paid more than Rs. 8000/- against monthly bills raised by Reliance Netconnect+. This amount was being paid for the service that I didn't use at all after 31st May 2016.
This is a classic example of ridiculous unethical behavior by Reliance Communications.
I request the concerned authorities of Reliance Communications to take immediate necessary steps towards resolving this issue and give me back the extra amount along with the interest that has been taken from me in a deceiving way.
Also, I am planning to consult my lawyer about the compensation that I should get for the mental harassment that I am going through due to deceiving behavior by Reliance Communications.
