Hello,

My name is sarang chitnis. I was using reliance netconnect plus previously. I did the process of terminating (Closing) my netconnect+ number very long back. The process was carried out at the reliance outlet at bibwewadi - kondhwa road, pune, maharashtra.

Even though till date i am being charged for the bill of rs. 1265/- every month. As previously the bill payment was set as auto pay from my bank account, i could not come to know about this. Today, when i checked my monthly statements, i came to know about this.

This is ridiculous. You can check that the usage of my data card is zero all these days.

I request you to check your records and make necessary corrections in the same. Also, request you to refund the extra amount that was being charged to me for so many months. The details of my netconnect+ are -

My name is Sarang Chitnis and I am from Pune.

I was using Reliance Netconnect+ till May 2016. On 31st May 2016, I went to the reliance communications outlet at Bibwewadi-Kondhwa Road, Near Ganga Dham Chowk in Pune to get my Reliance Netconnect+ terminated. The person at the outlet did the required procedure and called Reliance executive over phone for verification. My termination request was registered that day.

The details of my Reliance Netconnect+ termination request are as follows -
Reliance Netconnect+ Number - [protected].
Termination Request ID - [protected].
Date of Request - 31/05/2016.

My Reliance Netconnect+ connection was supposed to get terminated within 3 to 4 working days after registering the request.

When I was using Reliance Netconnect+, the bill amount was being auto debited from my bank account every month. After registering the termination request, I forgot to cancel the auto debit feature for the payment of my Reliance Netconnect+. Yesterday, when I checked my account statements for previous 6 months, I was surprised to see that Rs. 1265/- have been paid by my bank to Reliance Communications against the bill raised by them every month after 31st May 2016. That means I have paid more than Rs. 8000/- against monthly bills raised by Reliance Netconnect+. This amount was being paid for the service that I didn't use at all after 31st May 2016.

This is a classic example of ridiculous unethical behavior by Reliance Communications.

I request the concerned authorities of Reliance Communications to take immediate necessary steps towards resolving this issue and give me back the extra amount along with the interest that has been taken from me in a deceiving way.

Also, I am planning to consult my lawyer about the compensation that I should get for the mental harassment that I am going through due to deceiving behavior by Reliance Communications.

      Hi,
      I have [protected] postpaid number since last 5 years with reliance. This number is used by my wife. She is in roaming without me and outgoing has been stopped without any reason. I have even paid the last month bill on 1 dec. When talked to customer care, they are asking to visit reliance store. I asked why? For which they had no answer. I also have idea number while i never had such issue with them. Its very frustrating that a lady is roaming and its outgoing has been barred. She is not able to communicate with the family. Please unblock the number at earliest and in case any query, call me on alternate number [protected].

      Completely fraud customer and completing their duty. Sometimes she says payment due is 6000 and sometimes 8000. And she has no idea how did it gets upto this limit. I am sure going to switch to different network or leave this number. but cant hold up any relation with reliance.
      I also have my own office work than struggling with these silly issues.

      and amazing customer care drops the call on question. My wife is alone in roaming with phone as single connectivity. You can never rely upon these fraudsters. In case of any accidental, I am going to sue you huge.

      While I have paid the Nov month bill thats 808. Now customer care saying I have bill of 8000. How could it be possible of a bill of 8000 while 2800 is the credit limit and every month used to be 804 even in case of roaming.

        Reliance cheated me on the name of Reliance security by Business Associate of 1000. Afetr complaining again again business associate adjust my 700 rupees few months back but I follow him for 300 adjustment due to which my bill paying date exceed.

        Reliance send me extra bill amount again even after promising me for not sending me extra amount and security amount of 300 will be adjusted soon.

        Today Reliance stop my outgoing calls which is really very bad experience for me with Reliance. I requested please resume my services and call your Business associate Mr. Surya Prakash ([protected]) from Rohini, Delhi and asked him to my my 300 due.

            I write in connection with the above prepaid account.

            On 30/11/2016 i recharged my account of rs. 1000 successfully and received talk time of rs. 1100, and i have been wrongly charged the sum of rs. 1028.48 as gprs usage on 01/12/2016.

            When i spoke to your customer care executive on 02/12/2016, this have been told t me that i started using gprd at 1907 hrs on 01/12/2016 and later to check full details it was communicated to me that i have been charged wrongly and surplus amount of rs. 1028.48. A complaint was booked with service request no. [protected] and was assured that i‘ll get back this amount within 24 hrs in my account.

            Next day on 03/12/2016 i received a message that everything charged per data used only, i call back and again your executive checked and confirmed me that amount charge of rs. 1028.48 was surplus and he registered a complaint again with the same assurance. And this time complaint registered with a new service request no. [protected].

            Sunday on 04/12/2016, i received 4 message that my complaint will be resolved on top priority and today on 05/12/2016 i really got disappointed when i messaged received stating “”data usage was more than available data hence correctly charged”.
            I called back on 198 today and spoke to your senior executive mr. Virendra and was very displeased with his response. As he was not able to even tell me the data used on 1/12/2016 in which time duration.

            I could not understand when two of your executive checked and already confirmed two times that amount of rs. 1028.48 deducted was surplus and wrongly how come after 3 days it was corrected automatically. Mr. Virendra was helpless to take my complaint further and i had no choice to write a long complaint through this email.

            To resolve the problem, i would appreciate your intervention. Please investigate this matter and correct the deduction error as soon as possible. I will wait 72 hrs before seeking third-party assistance. Please contact me at my email or by phone.

            I have got wrong benefits of this recharge amount of 149.0 rs . I get the unlimited calling in India net to other networks but company gave me 2g Monterey pack so it's very embarrassing so please give me right benefits of 149.0 rs that's unlimited calling across India otherwise I wanna port my sim reliance to other network
            After convert my mob no-[protected].reliance cdma to GSM reliance offer very bed offer and i not happy. I request you to do something otherwise i will port my mobile no to other telecom company.

              I went to reliance digital to purchase joi hotspot i got it and paid for it
              They told me to show the bill and get the sim tomorrow a the stock is finished
              I came in the evening and asked for the sim then they told to give in the morning as we donot provide the sim in the evening after 6 pm

              Note 1 they donot told me the timing rather they told to come tommrow

              Then i came in the morning next day with the bill again the same representative told me to brng the device as well

              Note 2 they told me bring the bill only previously second day they asked the device also they did not said this earlier

              Third day i went with the bill and device and also the id proof thenhe denied saying the adress proof s not good

              Note 3 the representative was nt clearing me what to do to get the sim and get activated the device whether i told i am in urgent use of internet so i am purchasing this device.

              Next i cam in the evening with all the requirement then the sales man refused to give the form saying i will only fill the form and was taing 1 hour to fill the form not bothering about the queue.

              When i reported this to the other salesman then suggested me to give a kick the the counter and told this is the way the work is done and you ca get your sim his name is akhilesh yadav

              One sales man told if i will not com to job for one month i will get paid i donot worry about you

              Is this way to talk to the customers

              I was in a urgent use
              If i would know i will get the sim so late then i would have not purchase this
              I think your salesman are notsupporting customers and only focus o selling the products to get the salary.

                I have recharged my number [protected] with rs.64. Before recharging to the mention number i dial *129# for my plans and i had been offered 1gb data on recharge of 64. On 4 november i call on customer care to inquire about my plan as i have only 21 mb left. They say that offer is discontinued from 1 december. But i told them i got offered from your side they didn't give satisfactory answer and only repeating that you shouldn't get that plan.

                  I don't want my problem to be resolved. B'coz i'm not the only one trapped into their traps. There are 1000's of them. They fools customer's with terms & conditions. They sales there products stating all free, but once sufficient customers brought then they simply change everything and without customers knowledge they charged our hard earned money. If we ask anything they show terms & conditions which is stating they can change anything at anytime. Lol...in my case i didn't go for there free product. But still they tricked me in postpaid connection. All i asked is give good product and get reasonable prices. That's it. But what they did is forced/tricked me to get [censored] product and then asking me a huge prize. They do business in such a standard and with both party support this reliance owners get very rich in such a way. Even in my dreams i'll never buy there products. Poor indians..

                      Reliance has utter disregard for a client's problems. Instead of solving a customer's problem, they threaten a customer and send legal notices to a customer.
                      Reliance scrapped 3G connections in August 2016. They recommmended customers to buy 4G data card as they were upgrading. I ordered an 4G data card through Reliance communication. Even after following-up for 2 months, I never received teh data card. Reliance bills me for the month of August 2016 (INR 656) during which Reliance stopped 3G connection across India. I have been receiving calls from Reliance customer care on one end and Reliance legal team on other end. Reliance customer care assures me that the billed amount for August (INR 656) is wrongly billed as Reliance scrapped 3G services from August. They acknowledge that Reliance had made a mistake by billing me INR 656 (August amount) wrongly. I was fed up of poor response from Reliance. Reliance cannot hold me accountable for Reliance scrapping 3G connection and Reliance not able to deliver the new 4G device. After getting fed up with Reliance's poor service levels, I had no other option but to scrap Reliance connection.
                      I WOULD ONCE AGAIN RE-EMPHASIZE THE POINT THAT THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST (INR 656) IS WRONGLY BILLED BY RELIANCE. THE AMOUNT IS NOT VALID AS RELIANCE STOPPED 3G CONNECTIONS ACROSS INDIA FROM AUGUST AND RELIANCE COULD NOT DELIVER THE 4G DEVICE ORDERED BY ME BASED ON RELIANCE'S RECOMMENDATION.

                        From past 10months, after introduction of 3G in West Bengal, 2G network is been absolute. And due this Muradi village far 20Km away from Asansol, West bengal, pin code :- 723156, network is been deteriorated. On regular communication with reliance customer care through emails, there is no improvement.

                        I am planning of taking 10400/- annual plan where i get unlimited call local and std (in home and as well as in roaming) along with unlimited 3G internet, but looking at the network issue at that place, it is difficult to invest such huge amount in annual basis.

                        I am not asking for true 3G network in that place, but atleast provide 2G network with coordination with other network such as vodafone or aircel.

                          Dear sir/ mam,
                          i have a call from your company that switch to reliance 4g network i have switched my reliance gsm number into reliance 4g network no. [protected] but after a week i have noticed after sim changed in my handset my talktime balance in zero and have recharge before conversion is rs. 2000 topup.

                          Since both the company is from same origin reliance gsm to reliance 4g how can you eatup whole 2200 talktime balance. It should be noted before conversion from your end that company is very poor now a days and we want your money by giving you a dam 4g sim.

                          Please look up in the problem.I want my balance back i am a very old member of your company you cant do this to me.Get back my recharge.

                              Still refund of balance is not done.

                              Now again 30rs deducted n message is

                              Plz refund my balance. Stop it. Deducted amount is more than 70Rs.

                                I have received my bill for reliance postpaid no. [protected] and I was shocked to see that i was charged for internet even after i had an active add on internet pack on my no. . I don't understand how a mobile co. can cheat a customer like that.I want the same to be waived off at earliest, this has caused me a huge inconvenience. Also my customer care line has been blocked for more than a week and i'm unable to contact the customer care. Poorest service i've ever experienced.Please rectify the same at earliest from your end. and hope the internet charges are waived off ASAP.
                                Also find attached the screenshot of the sms confirming activation of add on net pack on my no. the same is encircled.

                                  I have a great concern. I need your attention and advise which am sure you would oblige.

                                  Am was always a happy customer of reliance and had been enjoying the service since the day i had a 3g dongle in my hand. It so happened that a communication from reliance brought all the mess into me with which am totally unhappy and concerned. 2 or 3 months back a communication floated from your end that you are stopping all 3g broad band services and those willing could migrate to 4g. Since then my dongle is not functional. Also i have a clean record of paying my dues accrued for the month till the service was extended by you. Now i have been raised with invoices for the past 2 months that you have withdrawn service amounting inr 2529/-. I have been continuously getting sms insisting for the payment and offlate being threatened that you would take legal action if so i fail to pay. You need to understand the customer's pain and confident that you will. My pain is that how can a service provider raise a bill when he has stopped a service (Meant 3g)?

                                  As a humble request to your offices, i hope i would get justice by yourself giving a complete waiver and advice further on how to acquire a 4g broad band. This is from a pathetic greiving customer who really needs to be taken care and provided due justice.

                                  I reiterate that i would continue to be a customer of yours and am confident that by doing so i would enjoy un-troubled service if so am being taken care of such issues. Thanking you in advance.

                                    I was having a reliance data card number [protected].
                                    For first few months i used to pay 1000 per month. Later i changed to the plan of 200/- per month as i couldn't afford 1000 per month. But later i wanted to terminate the number so i went to the reliance outlet but the representative said that you need to convert to 4g before you can convert, so we made a request for a conversion. But the representative never told us that we will be charged 1000 per month after conversion to 4g. And we didn't even buy a modem that supports 4g, i tried using the sim in my mobile, but it connects sometimes and doesn't sometimes. One day i got the bill of the amount and was shocked. Later i paid the amount for the usage (More than that i've used) and said them to terminate. But even after the termination, bill is generated and i'm getting threatening calls from reliance people posing that they are lawyers and they would take legal action against me. Why should i pay when i didn't even have the modem and my connection was terminated? I want to file a harassment case against them.

                                      I am very much disappointed by reliance communication, as i am having your mobile network with no-[protected] from last 1 year, and was happy with performance and connectivity of your network but from last 5 months it has been worst because of network issue as well as the plan provided by you.The customer representative gives wrong commitment as well as no proper solution are given by them.i got a call from your reliance -[protected] and i told him to suggest me some good plan for roaming as well as 4g.he suggested some 599 plan in which he told me (8 gb data, all india roaming incoming and outgoing call will be free) and i told him to give confirmation on my mobile no and activate the plan.But when i went to the near by retailer of reliance, he told me that in 599 plan -(3gb data and all india roaming incoming and outgoing call will be free).I again called customer care thrice on 02/11/2016 and you would not believe they put me on hold around 10 min in each call, and after that too i dint got a single positive answer from them.Sorry to say but perception for reliance communication has been changed due to customer service.I am having all the conversation detail recording of your executive and the time they put me on hold and there was no revert.So please do the needfull.
