after few hour i recieved reliance customer calls that are related to paytmperks subscriptions ...sir without my instructions proceed the paytmperks services automatically proceed ...then after few minute my 30Rs deducted ..

    Since I started my new iphone today at around 4 pm, I am being constantly charged Rs. 5 in some time without any usage. I am connected to Wifi since beginning.
    I have contacted reliance customer care. They said I am sending ISD sms which is not true. I have already lost more than 30-40 Rs like this in few hours. God knows what will happen later.

      I Was Using Reliance Broadband (broadband number:[protected], taken on:[protected] then after a month i have to move on different location so i told & add a complaint to customer care to move my connection to that location, they told they will do it within 5 working days, so i moved and waited to move my connection to new location, after 5 days i call customer care again and the told me that your connection will be moved within 5 days, so i waited more 5 days but after too much wait i called them again to know the process, and they told again that will be moved within working 4-5 days.

      so i have taken new reliance broadband connection (broadband number:[protected], taken on:[protected] in new location,

      now in "april" or "may" i paid my bill for new connection and called customer care about termination of my connection.

      they told that you will get a call within 24 hours & it will be disconnected withing 9 working days.

      i was not using connection anymore from that day (when i registered termination complaint).

      now after may 2016, they are sending me legal notice today[protected] for both connections.

          I had bought an 4G sim from Reliance Mobile store located at Malad Mumbai. The store boy said it will be working after 12 hour. I had waited for 4 days and no progress can be seen. So again I visited the same store and he updated the record in his system and said sim will be active after 2 hour.
          Now almost 24 hours had been completed and my Sim is not active. I am not able to receive any calls nor any messages.
          I called to customer service and they were helpless.
          how can we rely on such kind of worst services?
          Hope I will be Porting the Service Provider soon.

          Almost more than 36 hours had been completed and yet they are not able to resolve my issue.
          Now they had given complaint ID[protected] and again they need 48 hours... its bull [censored] service...

            I had done recharge of 153rs which said by msg that 1000 local /std minutes and reliance to reliance free for 28 but didnt get offer nad benifits... Fix my problem... As soon as possible... Relience cheating with customers... I called many time.. But no response... Mailed to relience 4 times but didnt get any response... Please solve my issue

              Sir/Madam,

              It is very shame to inform you that more than 2 years have been completed yet my complaint has not been solved i have call to your customer care number of times also mail to you and at last i have send email to your appellate authority but no solution till date so i want to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid but no support from your end. So. I have used it for many days but today i have called to your complaint cell but they didnt entertain my call after that i have call to your *222 where charges apply i want to notice you that prepaid customer are more valuable than postpaid customer its ok but why we have to pay for lodging complaint which i have charged earlier also.
              Sir today i have talked to one of your senior executive she informed me to switch to vodafone network mannualy then it will be ok i have informed her its not the result i have tried it but she inform if not work than you can call to 1909/ 198 but again i have called this time but they have not entertained the call after i have inform the same. Afterward again i have call *222 but it totally waste no one to receive the call for two time. So, sir who will pay for such extra cost and harassment while surfing net call drop problem.
              So, Sir its my warm regard to convert my sim to prepaid and also take action for providing such wrong information by the senior executive and also at this time i have called to your 198 executive near about 10pm on 20/12/2016 you can hear the recording and get the conclusion.

                I am using Reliance Broadband from past 6-7 years and the speed of immy internet was excellent. But sometimes there was problems and after filing complaints to customer care it get resolved. But this time i am totally fed up from Reliance and their poor services. My internet is not working from last 1 month and i have filed my complaint to customer care alot of times but they did not take any action till date. They are just making fool of everyone.!! So this is my last try if my problem will not be solved from here then i will go for new connection of other company.

                  They are telling me that your mobile number ([protected]) is not reactivate by us. I requested them that please convert this number to prepaid but they are not telling me that this is impossible and this mobile number is useless now.

                  Please suggest on this issues and reactivate my mobile number as soon as possible.

                    Its been 3 months since i am not able to use reliance broadband even after prompt payments of each momths bill.
                    When i spoke to the u.p head broadband he told me that because of in sufficient funds we are unable to resume to repair faulty peripherrels and cards .
                    I am from lucknow
                    And i have lodged too many complains on custmr care also.
                    But its been three months now.
                    I never expected negligence on this much extent from such a reputed company .

                        I called up the Reliance Customer Care the rep picked up a call and he started talking as if im speaking to a underworld bhai.With a heavy voice he started HELLO no name nothing i dont know was i talking to a idiotic felliw on call i hd to get his name OMPRAKASH i had to beg him plz tell me your name.I dont know wht u do sitting there i[censored] not keen to help customer.Dont put some idiot in the chair and asked him to help customer over the call my query was not even heared he gave some bull [censored] verbiage was he drunk or was sitting on a kirana dukan in a corner of a gully stupid dont knew how to talk

                          I am in facing lot of poblem with network conectivity, It was my biggest fault to choose reliance com. Service of postpaid. When i call customer service for my issue resolution they are not able do give proper solution Even they don't care about customer.i write on [protected]@relianceada.com but not get any reply. When i call any one on STD call it take minimum 10 minuts For connect if you are lucky, otherwise impossible to connect.                             Hi Team,

                            I had purchased a reliance connection around 1-1.5 month before by an reliance agent (Avinash) outside my office (HCL tech A11 Sec16 Noida). Agent told me that JIO SIM but next day i doubt and confirm the agent that, this is not JIO SIM. So i told him to not to activate this SIm. Even no one has came for physical verification and when call came for call verification, then i clearly told them that i dont want to activate this SIM. they told that SIM will not be activate. But i have received this connection bill at my home on 18Dec 2016. I dont know the reason if i already told them that i dont want to activate this SIM then why i received this BILL.??

                              Myself kumar ranjan having the no [protected] had given my no for porting in airtel on 24th oct 2016, after that on 28 th of oct 2016, i visited kanke road, ranchi reliance outlet, where one of the ladies empoly was there, i asked her to kindly tell me the outsatnding amount of this no, she told me that around 60 rs was there, i didnt have to pay the money, after that i go from there, she transfer my no to any other person, after that in late night one of the empoly had inform that i am going to block the no, because your no had given to someone. (This is the major mistake had done by reliance outlet, kanke road, ranchi), after this my porting process was not processed due to this reason only,
                              Today i visited the outlet and i asked that after your mistake i have to purchase the sim at the cost of 100 rs, again i asked that y have to pay the outstanding amount whatever is there till porting because no blocking, outgoing baring is totally unauthorized without the customer concern,
                              I asked the person that kindly pay the outstanding amount agianst this no, but it only paying 100 rs but my total expenditure is 350 (250 till porting+ 100 rs sim purchased from patna)
                              He denied and tell (Go to consumer court, dekh lange tumhe jo karna hai kar lo)
                              Shamless job by reliance.
                              If y take action then well, after that i can move forward with this issue. My alternate no is [protected], [protected]., only contact on these given no

                              totally wrong not any initiative had been taken, then how y resolve the issue, whatever is your concern just call me on my no [protected] and clarify it., otherwise y tell that reliance is doing cheating with the customer.then i put this matter to the consumer court. thank you

                                My reliance gsm no [protected] ... my plan was changed without any prior notice from Rs.197 to Rs.350 for my two number now my bill is Rs.799 i was expecting my bill about Rs.500 ... no confirmation was sent to me . i just upgrade 4g sim they cheated change my plan without my consent.. my bills have increased and to top with it service quality got poor i also try to register my complaint on 198 number but they refused and put my call on hold for long and dissconnected ... waive off current charges as no prior message or confirmation was given to me ... its my request to you please help me..

First of all it took 2 months to port this number to reliance and after that it's not activated yet. I got message from reliance regarding successful porting. I've inserted the sim but getting no signals. Please resolve this problem or just release this number and let me port to some other service provider.

                                      I did not need any services of reliance communication, it is so because your channel partner misguiding me and its a bad experience. Hence i'm requesting to you kindly refund my amount rs.300 on urgent basis..

                                      I got a call from reliance channel partner great india communication (Add - 169/3, 2nd floor, govindpuri, new delhi-19, mob-[protected]).
                                      One month is now over but till date new sim is not activated and no one is responding.

                                        I am extremely feeling bad on the way reliance customer care service is behaving, i have called more than twice and they made me waited for more than 30 minutes for connecting to supervisor regarding the calls barred on my number [protected]., have called more than 10 times speaking to various persons on *222 & they just say tht they will transfer other numbers like [protected], [protected](manager of perundurai road, erode nobody attended the calls), 2222556 but no one is helping out me
                                        they say tht someones's number [protected] has the same address of my phone connection's address and tht person has not paid the bill amt and if i want to reactivate my phone number [protected] which is been used from almost a decade and been paid without any overdue's till now, then i have to pay a sum of 3000 for tht another number to activate my calls. its like some one else is using some fake id's or wrong addres proof on my address, because i know there is no such person named VIJAY CHAJJER on my home's address and i neither related to tht number nor the person and if tht person doesnt pay the bill in wat sense you barr my phone number's calls.
                                        how can even the company think of doing that, the names are totally different and the address too would be different. there's no such relation between me and the other number, you can further go ahead and penalise the person but you cannot just deactivate my calls just because he is using my address or a fake ID.
                                        i request you to re activate my phone number [protected] so tht i could get calls and make calls and dont loose business at this period, even after the payment of my bills are cleared and kindly recheck the issue completely from the identity proof given on the time of activation of his number and the person's other contacts or calls made or email id even i shall try to figure out this person to help myself and the company out of this kind of cheatings.
                                        PLEASE TAKE A STRICT MEASURE ON THE PERSON VIJAY CHAJJER AND ON HIS NUMBER INSTEAD BARRING CALL OR TROUBLING OR DE ACTIVATING THE NUMBER OF SUCH PERSON WHO IS PAYING HIS BILLS ON TIME, SO I REQUEST YOU AGAIN TO ACTIVATE THE NUMBER AND CALLS ON [protected].
