Its been 3 months since i am not able to use reliance broadband even after prompt payments of each momths bill.
When i spoke to the u.p head broadband he told me that because of in sufficient funds we are unable to resume to repair faulty peripherrels and cards .

I called up the Reliance Customer Care the rep picked up a call and he started talking as if im speaking to a underworld bhai.With a heavy voice he started HELLO no name nothing i dont know was i talking to a idiotic felliw on call i hd to get his name OMPRAKASH i had to beg him plz tell me your name.I dont know wht u do sitting there i[censored] not keen to help customer.Dont put some idiot in the chair and asked him to help customer over the call...

I am in facing lot of poblem with network conectivity, It was my biggest fault to choose reliance com. Service of postpaid. When i call customer service for my issue resolution they are not able do give proper solution Even they don't care about customer.i write on [protected]@relianceada.com but not get any reply. When i call any one on STD call it take minimum 10 minuts For connect if you are lucky, otherwise impossible...

I had purchased a reliance connection around 1-1.5 month before by an reliance agent (Avinash) outside my office (HCL tech A11 Sec16 Noida). Agent told me that JIO SIM but next day i doubt and confirm the agent that, this is not JIO SIM. So i told him to not to activate this SIm. Hi, my mobile no. Is [protected]. I got it ported from airtel to reliance. First of all it took 2 months to port this number to reliance and after that it's not activated yet. I got message from reliance regarding successful porting. I've inserted the sim but getting no signals. Please resolve this problem or just release this number and let me port to some other service provider.

I did not need any services of reliance communication, it is so because your channel partner misguiding me and its a bad experience. Hence i'm requesting to you kindly refund my amount rs.300 on urgent basis..

I am extremely feeling bad on the way reliance customer care service is behaving, i have called more than twice and they made me waited for more than 30 minutes for connecting to supervisor regarding the calls barred on my number [protected]., have called more than 10 times speaking to various persons on *222 & they just say tht...

I have received SMS saying recharge with 88 Rs and will get 1 GB data for 28 days. But when I recharge I got only 200Mb 2g data with 10 days validity.
Then called to customer care they said reliance will send these offers to all the customers and before recharging need to call customer care for confirmation if we are eligible to this offer and with out any information customer care persons are redirecting calls, because of this we...

I m user of relaince postpaid had... Given request in relaince store to convert no in prepaid from postpaid they accept request bt till the time it is not resolved every day calling to pay amount.. Sir I applied for connection on 3 Oct 2016. And there engineer came with modem and 6-7 pieces of wire and joined them and just installed internet without landline connection and said will replace wire tomorrow. On 12 the Oct connection stopped working and till now not working, I lodged many complaints but of no use. Instead they sent me bill which I paid with no connection installed. I have rupees 159 balance in my mobile no. [protected] on 12 Dec 2016.see attached picture.

120 Rupees balance dedicated between 12 Dec 16 to 15 Dec 16.
And remaining 28.88 balance deducted on 16 Dec 16. Now my balance is zero.
