I have applied port for my mobile number ( [protected]) from airtel to reliance, influenced by call from reliance ( +[protected]. Port was approved by airtel. I got a confirmation message from reliance on new sim activation, now it reliance network not activated after disconnection of prev network. Now i dont have any network access and whomever call me for influenced to reliance not even responding my call. I am loosing my work efficiency in my work due to network issue

    Sir,

    I want to bring to your kind attention and request you to kindly flash the information to public who are giving their online complaint with hope to resolve.

    Few fake people may call the innocent complainant and ask the card details.

    I just got a call from [protected] and I strongly believe it a fake call
    who was asking for 10 rupees payment via their online phone system to resolve my problem.

      My number is [protected].

      After a lot of negotiation, I paid Rs. 800 as final settlement for closing the service. The amount was collected in person by a reliance representative.

      Still I'm receiving text messages to pay the bill.

      What kind of explanation is the reliance gonna give for such looting. I already paid Rs.800 without even using your service of 4G.

      Please look into this issue.

      Solve the issue please. I'm really frustrated.

      PS : If someone speaks from Reliance, Please speak in English or Tamil. I don't know Hindi.

          Dear sir, I am Sanjay Goyal from Delhi, Currently i am using 5 connections under corporate plan which is of Idea network . I got a call from Reliance call centre no.[protected] was offered me for MNP. when i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person and he conformed the details.Same day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. His Name was JITENDRA ([protected]). he collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 1, 500/- rs. for 5 connections and issued a receipt having serial no.-8394 dated 30/11/16. the receipt is representing Channel Partner of Reliance communication named Great India Communication, Having address- 169/3, 2nd Floor, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19, E-mail ID- gic.[protected]@gmail.com, contact no. [protected]. But i have no update till now after daily followup & nobody get response from that side .

            Dear Sir,
            My Reliance data card connection No: [protected]. I have been using this connection past 5.5 years. Due to CDMA to 4G upgrade I wen under lot of hurdles and raised many complaints..

            During this time, customer care said your monthly rental will be waived off. But it as only half amount of my month bill though the entire month internet was not available.

            Due to all these frustrations, I have decided to terminate my connection. Here after I checked with Reliance outlet, my connection was terminated.

            after 2 months I got a called from Asha @ [protected] stated to pay ~ Rs.1500 and said all my concerns and she asked me to pay Rs.900 and the remaining will be waived off. She told she will close this issue.

            after a month I got a call from Charan @ [protected] that I need to pay ~ R.1695. Again repeated all history and he went off.

            After two week again I got a call from Nandini @ [protected]. Again I told all my concerns and she accepted and she will close this issue immediately. I do have all proof for the Email, SMS for the same.

            And 7th dec 2016 ..One female employee called me and started shouting and threatening me with below questions and she did not allow me to speak.
            1. Speak professionally.
            2.Do you have evidence that you have terminated. Do you know court will not accept Email, SMS, chats. I need only proof.Show me that.
            3. Come to court and pay your amount with all Fine.
            even more. I do have Audio recorded in my mobile. If required I can send all the proof.

            "Im totally upset and do not know what should I do" for someones mistake. Could you please help me to proceed further. If reliance could have said that you have to pay this much and that day itself my connection will be closed. I do not know, why they are giving this kind of hurdles to customers.

            As we discussed on 08/12/2016 over the phone, I explained all issues faced so far and We have identified what went wrong, You agreed to close this issue at earliest by waiving off this amount. Also, you mentioned NO need to go to Court.

            However, again I got a call from Ms GEETHA @ [protected] today (10/12/2016) and again she started shouting and threatening me that "will you Pay or not" else "let us meet in Court". Don't you have money? Still connection on your name... Reliance will generate more bill monthly basis even you are not using internet till you close this issue.

            More over, I told her about out our conversation .. She shouted at me that do you have evidence, do you have acceptance mail from that Reliance person etc etc... again she told that let us meet in court. She shouted at me that need to pay Rs.1500 Plus extra all fine will court fee etc.

            Even I requested Ms GEETHA that could you please discuss internally with in Reliance, what went wrong, Who made mistake here, .. But She directly said its not her duty.. Customer need to work with other team and close this issue.

            If she could have discussed Reliance internally, this issue can be resolved quickly with out any pain for reliance as well as my side.

            With all these, I'm confused and upset... One side I'm getting waive off my remaining amount..at the same time other side getting threatening calls from Ms.GEETHA.

            Please help me to close this issue to avoid threatening calls from Ms.GEETHA.

            Again I got a calls & mails from Ms GEETHA to pay the amount. I'm not sure that this complaint being discussed internally with in Reliance team. She stated that Pay now Rs.740 else come and attend case in Court. Always kind of black mailing that Come to court and attend the case.

            Please analyze this issue and let me know where I made mistake to pay late fee to Reliance.

            Its all because of Asha @ [protected] did not complete her job when I paid Rs.900. I'm not sure that even if Pay now, after 6 months someone will come from reliance ask I need to pay again & Again.

            Hence, could you please look into this as HIGH priority to close this issue?

                  Re: Invitation to Conciliation as per provisions of Section 62 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

                  2. That you failed to adhere the terms and condition of the CAF agreement by not making the payment of the outstanding amount in time and the same was not paid despite repeated, request, reminder and personal visit made by my client.

However my client in the interest of good customer relationship intends to explore the possibility of a settlement, through process of conciliation and accordingly intends to refer the dispute to Mr. IRFAN who would act as a conciliator for an amicable settlement.

                    Called executive and asked about Internet recharge and also got message from reliance saying that 149 rs recharge get 1.5gb 2g data but once again i got same plan which was already done before.. And also registered complaint but not got resolved and also closed complaint without my knowledge after that called 3 person but nobody answered properly and haven't got any reply from them .. Just refund my amount or give me that data plan offer as per your message.

                      Hi,

                      Reference to reliance subscriber ID[protected], I am using broadband service about to 1 year.

                      In previous month my connection was not working so I had requested for terminate this in frustation, but now want to continue this service, in-between

                      Reliance broadband service got much irritating and I had logged lots of complaint regarding connection free flow . after logging complaint it

                      get closed and no one was called me, currently want to continue this service.

                      As I called you toll-free number an executive (AFREEN) says me that your connection got terminated but still I am using it .

                      at the time of installation there was cut piece wire installed which leading intermittent disconnection .

                        We have converted our Aircel no in Reliance Postpaid. Postpaid is successfully but this is workable for 5-6 days but after few days this is not working. When we call to your company then they told us that our document is not submitted properly. Our company has submitted document properly but your company executive is not submitted our documents in your head office. Your executive says that I have already submitted your documents in the head office. But that no is not working. Your executive is confusing and he is not attending our call and not come in our office. So we can take any legal action against Reliance Telecom Services.

                          I got a call from An agent named, Binod and Seema, calling from Reliance communications, to get me anew good number. They send their agent, took my documents and charge 300 rs..with a slip, address was A-17, ground floor, 60 foota road, pul pehladpur. Till now it is not activated and when i call them they do not receuve my call, and once in a while, agent named Alas Seema receicves call and says, till tommorow 7 your no will be activated..They are completlt fake..please take strict actions against them..

                            Respected Sir,
                            I have rupees 159 balance in my mobile no. [protected] on 1 Dec 2016.
                            I checked my balance on 6 Dec 16 at 12 AM then balance was Rupees 63.76.
                            I again check my mobile balance on same day 6 Dec at 2.50 PM then balance happened Rupees 33.76.

                            Rupees 60 Deducted between 1 Dec 16 to 6 Dec 16 at 11 AM.
                            and Repees 30 deducted between 12 To 3 PM on 6 Dec 16.

                            Total Rupees 90 (60+30) Deducted from my mobile balance by mistake of company.

                            So please see attached picture of balance and Refund my mobile balance 90 Rupees.

                              Hi,

                              Rupak Kishor & my reliance no. is +91-[protected]. I am not using any vas facility service and not near future. But as per balance notification my account balance deducted Rs. 40. And this is not once, this is done regularly. Which is frustrating. Repay back my balance, because this is not for once that has happened.

                              Please reply as soon as possible.

                                Since I haven't receieved any response to my porevious complaint from Reliance, I'am submitting a new complaint, please see all the details below as mentioned in my previous complaint. I am still receiving threatening calls and text messages from Reliance. Can anyone please help me in this case?

                                I am also victim of reliance data card. (False promise on 4G plans plan change without intimation / sending excess bill amount / no response on service complaints / reliance threatening by messages)

                                GREATEST WORRY! Reliance Customer Care ([protected]@relianceada.co, [protected]@relianceada.com and reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com) and Reliance Appellate Authority are not even acknowledging the complaints sent via EMAIL? Why? To avoid litigation?

                                Before upgrading to 4g we were told that the plan will remain same, there will be no change in current data plan rentals & benefits. Please see attached image for proof, I also have e-mail confirming that there will be no change in plan. Still reliance have changed the plan without informing me and sent incorrect bill (this is the reason I have decided to terminate reliance connection). If a customer is using postpaid plan he has right to take permission or information of any plan changes. No Call, SMS or Alert was sent. As a result like many postpaid users I have received bill in the range of 2500 as my UNLIMITED plan ([protected]@599) was changed to LIMITED plan without informing. Not only this, my services have been stopped until I pay the bill.

                                Also, connection which stopped working when reliance was upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I couldn't use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time)

                                Now am getting mail of going to Lok Aadalat and Pre-Litigation No LK/OCT16/Z8OCT105008... This is HARASSMENT and causing me so much of inconvenience, because of this my personal life is getting affected and this behaviour does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance.

                                Please can someone look into this matter and take strict action against Reliance as there are thousands of consumer complaints registered against reliance.

                                  1)We refer to your email dated 14/11/2016 saying that the services of our number are terminated.
                                  2)Also we have attached Reliance Customer Care Email dated 28/11/2016 acknowledging receipt of our payment of Rs.234/-.
                                  3)Now we have received a bill for Rs.867.05 attached herewith.
                                  Please note that at the time of disconnection, we were told by Reliance Communications Ltd. there is an outstanding of Rs.233.45. To this effect we request you to kindly refer your email dated 14/11/2016 which is attached herewith.
                                  The said outstanding has been paid by us and has been duly acknowledged by you vide your email dated 28/11/2016.
                                  When the number is terminated already and all the dues are cleared, why you are sending us a fresh bill.

                                    I am using reliace 4g postpaid sim card from few days and I am not seeing proper network in Cognizant office located at F3 building, Manyatha tech park, Rachenahalli, Hebbal Outer ring road, Bangalore - 45. I sent a mail on 22nd Nov 2016 regarding this worst network service. and as per the last email I have got on 28th Nov 2016, the issue will be resolved before 6:35 PM on November 30, 2016. But till now its not resolved and no further update on my complaint. Worst network service and worst customer care.

                                      Myself s. T. Akhtar using this ported airtel to reliance postpaid [protected] number from last one year.in the november month, bill generated of rs. 389. I was interested from postpaid to prepaid. So i visited r3 multiservices rourke la odis ha. They told me last month 389 rs bills and 91 rs of this month are due. Kindly paid it and submit your document within 3 hours this sim will convert from postpaid to prepaid.

                                      I told them this bill amount is already deducted from my credit card. But they said sorry sir we don't receive any amount. Then i paid 480 rs to r3 multiservices for reliance communication near railway station, rourkela, odisha on 2nd dec. 2016.

                                      Again 389 rs deducted the amount of my credit card and credited to reliance postpaid number [protected] on 5th dec. 2016. I am sending the all necessary evidence of double bill payment of rs 389. Details of again payment through credit card are below.

                                      Please note that the following new bill has been processed by hdfc bank smartpay:

                                      I also visit the reliance store then i checked the billing account information of postpaid there its showing double amount of rs 389 credited. I also sending the snapshot of the account information of the post paid account information.

                                      Now i have requested you kindly refund the 389 rs in my credit card account or recharged the 389 rs.in my prepaid mobile number [protected]. I contacted on this number [protected] and they said to me kindly mail us the acknowledgement then we can initiate the refund process. Kindly take it seriously and refund the rs 389 as soon as possible.

                                        I didn't subscribed any services on my reliance prepaid sim still they deduct 5 rupees and sometimes 1.5 rupees. I don't know what's wrong with reliance sim. Are they so poor that they are doing illegal things, shame on their. My number is+[protected] northeast circle india. Can anyone have idea that how to get rid of these illegal deductions. I don't believe in this company but i wants to retain this number.
