Dear sir,
Myself kumar ranjan having the no [protected] had given my no for porting in airtel on 24th oct 2016, after that on 28 th of oct 2016, i visited kanke road, ranchi reliance outlet, where one of the ladies empoly was there, i asked her to kindly tell me the outsatnding amount of this no, she told me that around 60 rs was there, i didnt have to pay the money, after that i go from there, she transfer my no to any other person, after that in late night one of the empoly had inform that i am going to block the no, because your no had given to someone. (This is the major mistake had done by reliance outlet, kanke road, ranchi), after this my porting process was not processed due to this reason only,
Today i visited the outlet and i asked that after your mistake i have to purchase the sim at the cost of 100 rs, again i asked that y have to pay the outstanding amount whatever is there till porting because no blocking, outgoing baring is totally unauthorized without the customer concern,
I asked the person that kindly pay the outstanding amount agianst this no, but it only paying 100 rs but my total expenditure is 350 (250 till porting+ 100 rs sim purchased from patna)
He denied and tell (Go to consumer court, dekh lange tumhe jo karna hai kar lo)
Shamless job by reliance.attaching the payment slip and sim purchase reciept also
If y take action then well, after that i can move forward with this issue. My alternate no is [protected], [protected].

till today i didn't get the case is resolved, one of your customer associate had called me and asked that refund 0f Rs 360 had been initiated, but till now i didn't get the refund back .whatever is the concern kindly intimate me on my no [protected], [protected]

I had done recharge of 153rs which said by msg that 1000 local /std minutes and reliance to reliance free for 28 but didnt get offer... fix my problem ... as soon as possible ...

    Bought a wifi dongle from reliance communication. Have paid all bills on time till i have used this.in april went to reliance communication outlet at narela, delhi-40 to close this. It is told to me that from 31st may, 2016 cdma going to close. So no need to close it, it will automatically close. Till june i pay all the bill and now its close according to me. But continuously got call from reliance communication for bills, i told them that i am not using this and it is informed to reliance communication outlet and customer care also. But still they are disturbing and mentally torture me for bill and said we will put a legal case in court and making call and abusing. A mail has been sent to reliacne cusomer care for the same.

    I have bought a wifi dongle of reliance and it works properly. But in may, i visit to reliance outlet narela, delhi-110040 to convert it to prepaid from postpaid. I gave my id proof with one photograph. But it not converted and it is communicate to me that cdma are going to close on 31st may. So you have no need to close this, it will automatically closed. Then in june or july got a sim from reliance with call to purchase a new 4g dongle for the same. I refuse for the same and said to close this number. I paid bill for the month of june also. But continously getting call from reliance to pay bill. If it is not closed than it is reliance team mistake not my. So pls update this to your team and close this. I have no need for the same.

    Dear mr dev,
    In april visit to reliance communication outlet at narela, delhi-40 to convert postpaid wifi dongle to prepaid and gave all necessary documents with full payment. But its not happen, then again visit there for the same and they communicate to me that reliance stop serivec of cdma and it will not conver and it will automatically close on 31st may, 2016. I paid june bill and free that it is closed now. But on daily basis getting calls from reliance communication for the bill. Miscommunication done from reliance team not from me. So you will know what you have to do, i will not pay single paisa for the same. Kindly close it if not closed or waive off with new replacemnt of new dongle, if you can.

    Once again start reliance to disturb with message and treating calls. I am getting a message from reliance to contact the number mentioned in message. When I make a call, person is not talking properly and told to pay the balances otherwise we will make legal action. This types of chatting hatash or disturb me, some time it become a reason of accident to me on road. Pls talk me properly and explain why I have to pay reliance mistakes. Pls take an action asap to bother customer.

      I am your POSTPAID data card customer for the past 6 years with proper bills repayment.
      Card No: [protected] & Account No:[protected].
      Without my knowledge 3G data card has been change to 4G. And bills have been generated based on the 4G scheme.
      But I have not purchased your dangle and SIM cards form your service center until now.
      Someone, has taken the 4G SIM card and used illegally.
      For past one and half month, I am repeated saying to your customer care service I have purchased your dangle and SIM cards form your service center.
      I have registered complain to you. Complain no:[protected]Operator Name: Arokia Prabu). Till now there is no reply for the above complain.
      Then I step in to your Dindidul service center and required about this problem but no solution given.
      Then I request to cancel the my data card.
      Sir, Money is not a problem for me to pay for the unused bills. My question is HOW COME THE 4G SIM CARD HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM YOUR SERVICE CENTER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. i.e without any of my ID proof.
      And I would like to know from which service center my 4G SIM card has been issued.
      If anyone interested to help me pls call at [protected].

        Today (10 december 2016) i recharged my reliance gsm prepaid sim ([protected]) with rs 149 unlimited calling pack which was recently launched by reliance in november. i initiated my transaction with freecharge which was successfully done and the above amount (149) was deducted from my bank account. i also received a message from reliance that the recharge of rs149 has been successfully done. but till yet i haven't received any balance or benefit.
        Hence, i request reliance team to look into the matter and initiate my recharge asap. the txn ref no is [protected].

            I was using Reliance broadband connection with user ID[protected].
            i had requested for disconnection of service vide request number[protected] on 02.09.2016. I received the communication that my request has been resolved on 10.09.2016 by SMS as well as e-mail. The connection was also disconnected on 10.09.2016. I received a bill no.[protected] dated 11.09.2016 for the period 11.09.2016 to 10.10.2016 for Rs.1266.64. Since my service has been disconnected on 10.09.2016 I have not paid the bill. I have again received bill no.[protected] dated 11.10.2016 for Rs.102.39 which was shown as late payment charges for the period 11.09.2016 to 10.10.2016 .
            I am now receiving SMS frequently asking me to remit the penal interest of Rs.102.39. Kindly let me know why I am being hounded to pay penal interest for a disconnected service.
            Also let me know when I will receive refund amount of the advance paid by me.
            I will be constrained to approach the consumer forum for redressal of my grievance in case of further requests for payment of penal interest and non refund of my advance money.

              Many times I have registered complaints from my reliance mobile no. [protected] regarding network problem, slow connectivity of internet, drop call but still my complaints not resolved and not your any technical person contacted me till date. I working in a leading nationalised bank as a branch manager in indore, Vijay Nagar and I stay 2km from my office I.e scheme no. 114. If I doesn't get any resolution from I will port my number to another network.

              If I will not get my compliant resolved I will go to higher authority of your department.

                I own the subject Number which was originally bought as CDMA in Mumbai and then changed to GSM into Tamilnadu/Chennai circle two years ago.

                On December 1, 2016, I recharged this number with Voice Rs.150/- and Data 95/-. I was getting "R" & "H" sign indicating roaming and some time "E" sign near signal prompt. I called up customer care and complained about this. The executive after checking informed me not to worry as local charges only will apply even if it show "R".

                I was not getting "balance notification" also after every use voice and data.

                This morning I was not able to connect data or voice after say 10am. When checked my balance by dialing *367, I was informed of Re.1 balance in my account.

                I feel cheated and agitated. Could you please verify my claim and restore my balance immediately?

                  I have reliance GSM postpaid number [protected] with a plan 699. Reliance stopped the outgoing after payment due of October month due date was 25Nov. I was busy in my work so I made payment on 1st Dec. But after one day they again stopped outgoing saying you have a bill of 6000 due.

                  I have credit limit of 2800 then how It got up to 8000. Customer care saying you have used 3 GB internet over 2GB.
                  How BS this is! I have 2G plan over same connection of 1GB. It means I have used 4GB of Internet over 2G. This is completely fraud.

                  Most funny is 3GB 2G costs 8000.

                  Let me know If you correct the bill and open outgoing so that I can make the payment. Or I shall throw out this number in dustbin. This number is used by my wife. Call me over alternate number [protected].

                    AND TO WHOMSOEVER IT MY CONCERN.

                    I am in receipt of these 2 Bills. It shows that the Package given to the telephone No. 80033223 has been changed.
                    I had taken a cellhpne Number (Post paid) [protected] from reliance Communication. This connection under a Monthly Package of Rs.299/- under 3G.

                    Thier representatives called me offering a FREE conversion to 4G SIM in September with no additional cost. I said if it entails NO additional cost and I get 4G service FREE at the same cost I am ready to change to 4G SIM.

                    To my surprise, the Bills did not come for 2 Months. Now they have sent me a Bill wherein they are charging a Monthly rental of Rs.1200/-. I HAVE NEVER OPTED FOR SUCH PACKAGE. DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT COVERS AND WHAT IT DOESNT. I REPEAT I HAVE NEVER OPTED FOR THIS PACKAGE AND THEY CHEATED ME BY CHANGING MY ORIGINAL PLAN WITHOUT TAKING MY CONSENT FOR ANY REVISION IN COST / RATES / TARIFF.

                    IF YOU CHECK MY USAGE DURING THE LAST 2 MONTHS, I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN USING THIS PHONE AT ALL. THERE IS NOTHING THAT WOULD COMPEL ME TO CONVERT TO 4G IF IT ENTAILED AN EXTRA COST. RELIANCE SALES TEAM IS CHEATING. THEIR TELECALLERS REPEATEDLY ASSURED ME THAT CONVERSION TO 4G SIM CARD WILL ENTAIL NO ADDITIONAL COST.

                    HOW CAN THE COMPANY CHANGE THE PLAN WITHOUT MY REQUEST OR CONSENT.

                    SINCE THEY HAVE ALREADY DISCONNECTED THE PHONE - THERE IS NO BASIS ON WHICH YOU CAN CHARGE ME MONTHLY RENTAL.

                    I SEEK IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL OF THE FALSE BILLS FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT USED, FOR CHARGES I HAVE NEVER AGREED TO. I SHALL NOT HESITATE TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES OF CHEATING ON THIS ANIL AMBANI COMPANY WHICH IS NOTORIOUS FORSUCH SHAMELESS CHEATING. - THE COMPANY, ITS DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS.

                    I have order the Scarpa Shoes Cham Blue Running shoes on 26/11/2016, which is delivered to myself on 03/12/2016 when I opend the delivered box the shoes is totally different to my order than I return the order and again order the same product on 03/12/2016 but yet snapdeal have no response regarding this order.                         Within 3weeks company had cut my balance about 160 rupees.I want my money back, but i can't talk to the customer care because customer care no is either wrong or busy. i had called 198 also but it is not responding.And one more thing company activate anything without any activation of data.please resolve this problem as soon as possible.                           Madam/dear sir, an amount of rs 25 has been deducted from my reliance gsm mob no-[protected] as vas adpaystrmgmlysubs on 08 dec 2016 while there is no any such service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly. Please refund my amount. Otherwise i'll port my number to another network.

                          Note: this is happened 4th time to me.

                              This is rediculous service here with reliance whom i already compromising on network n today getting worst.
                              I hv been wit reliance 4 past 6 years bt wat m i getting in return is intolerable.
                              I hv made a recharge to 149 n now cx rep is saying ths ws 4 new customers.
                              Now aftr i spendin 149 m gettin nothin, no refund even. This attitude of company will soon be letting down drastically in customr satisfaction.

                                A new connection from Reliance communications with number [protected] was taken in the month of January 2016, as the CDMA network was getting discontinued they asked me to convert to GSM. It was said that the bill plan will the same. I was using an unlimited plan for Rs.1488 and after the GSM connection was started I got a bill for Rs.3201. I registered a complaint with Reliance customer care for the same and didn't get any response, I even asked them to disconnect the connection. The next month they sent me a bill of around Rs.8796. Now they have sent a mail to join the CONCILIATION on 24.12.2016 for the payment. My concern is that they did not inform any that the plan change and I they have informed about the plan change then I would not have taken the change in connection from CDMA to GSM.

                                    Connection is registered on the name of sanjay garg.
                                    I have been complaining from a long time against reliance communications.
                                    I realised that i am using the worst network reliance.
                                    I am just informing you that i am going to file a complaint in TRAI against reliance communications as there was no response of my previous complaints.
                                    My connection is not working again.
                                    It happens twice in a month that i have to complaint against it.
                                    I am tired of complaining against reliance communications.
                                    Now i think i should prefer airtel.
                                    I will never recommend reliance
                                    Although all the reliance broadband connections in my society will be terminated...

                                      I am having reliance gsm postpaid connection I am facing serious problem of network fluctuation in the palce i am living now. Presently i am in a roaming area fom 6 month in Panthaghati, Shimla and my home circle is up west, I have contacted the customer care no resolution provided and again contacted reliance appellate authority up west and Himachal, i got call from Up west appellate authority that we cant do anything right now. How can a company can do that to the customer. This is way reliance communication is working.

                                      Completely unhappy from the Reliance GSM they are asking me to pay for future one month in advance they are saying that its compulsory to pay, i completely disagree from this i will only pay for what i use and company has to give me that bill only for which i use, company cant force me, we are the consumer what ever you want you cant do i am very much sad and disappointed from reliance. Here every one can see how these company creates problem for their customers, i will never ask any one to go for reliance and i am also going to leave this company soon.

                                        I port my number into Reliance but after activation on 3.12.16 on 5th my number stop working, after verification customer care say they call me for address verification but ph is not reachable( due to poor network of 4G ), even after clarify my complete address no one visit my location n after that MY NUMBER IN COMING N OUT GOING IS STOP . This is my official number and no one is ready to take PAIN TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.
