    I am a reliance gsm user of number [protected].
    Since a month rigorously my balance is been deducted on the name of services which I haven't availed.
    Every time I recharge ₹30 or ₹60 is being deducted from my account and since I am in roaming .
    Whenever I am trying to call the customer care service my call is not being connected in any of the numbers of customer care.
    Kindly reimburse my balance amount which has been wrongly deducted which has approximately reached beyond ₹400 by now.

      I have portability my cell number to a reliance postpaid no. from Dec 20, 2016. From today dated Dec 26, 2016 morning my outgoing block. I already told your executive for my problem he given excuse me for my photo which I already given. He told me my outgoing service will resume shortly but still not.
      i am also facing network problem from day first and services quality is very low and voice quality low & data not work properly data speed is very slow. and when i take this no. company executive said me for 4g data but company provide 2g speed.

      please take action as soon as possible because i facing problem very badly.
      if problem not solve as soon as possible. i droop your services...

        I am using Reliance CDMA sim in Mumbai since last 10 years. 1 year back my CDMA non sim mobile was lost. I bought new handset which was sim based, I visited reliance gallery for a new sim. They insisted me to convert my prepaid plan to postpaid plan, otherwise they told they can not provide a new sim. As well as they assured later you can convert it again into prepaid.

        After 4-5 months they went CDMA to GSM I got my postpaid new sim for 25 Rs extra and my parents 2 more prepaid new sims 125 Rs each. This was my extra expenses. Now all are we using reliance 4g gsm sim.

        As I never wanted a postpaid mobile, now I decided to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid plan. Again I have visited reliance gallery, without asking second question gallery person told me you have to port it any other service provider, we can not convert postpaid to prepaid, we do not have this system.

        Now story begin cat and mouse. I spent another 50 Rs to buy Airtel sim and applied to port my number on dated 10-Dec-2016. I got a porting request code number RM238886 valid till 25-Dec-2016. Then I got many calls from reliance why you want to convert, even in one call a lady gave me her number +[protected] and told let her talk to gallery person, she asked me why you did not told gallery person prepaid conversion is possible. I got more calls to conveyance me to continue my postpaid plan.

        Every time simply I asked them either convert my number to prepaid or approve my number port request. Now 25-Dec is over I have paid my this month bill and there is no sign to action on my request.

          Hi,

          I have a reliance GSM phone connection (number [protected]) and am very disappointed by the services & the ways customer is treated by reliance. I am writing this complaint as I am not able to get any resolution to my repeated requests to activate 4G services on my phone.

          Here is the context:
          1. I took the phone connection sometime in August thinking it was a 4G connection, but it turned out to be a 2G.
          2. I spoke to customer care who told me to get my SIM changed to a 4G SIM card and that should solve the problem.
          3. In November, i reached the Reliance store in Aundh and took a 4G SIM by paying Rs 100. I was told the old SIM will get deactivated and the new will be activated in 48 hours. However, it has not happened. It has been a month since then and I have made numerous calls to customer care / Reliance store / 1299 and no one is able to do anything about it. All i get to hear is to wait another 48 hours. This is not done for a company of this level.
          4.From the Reliance store, I got the number for appellate authority, I called on this number and the response is still same that "you have to wait" I don't know when this wait will come to an end. I am really frustrated with all this.

          My Request: I would like to activate my 4G services immediately. In case you are not able to do that, please provide me a reason for why I should not file a complaint against Reliance for cheating and duping money for fake SIM card.

          Please call me on [protected] before 7pm, I will be available to take the call, last time when I got call from Reliance I was driving so I was not able to take the calls. I called 2 times with in the time span of 2 mins and no call after that.

            My net was not working for more thn 10day in this month... It is a regular problem I face this issue every second month... Ur executive are worst to talk they don't take problem seriously they don't pick call customer care is more worst it don't even connect after entering all the correct detail it says wrong info bla bla... I want some action taken for all my problems and to those executive who directly told me talk to customers care even when customer care was not connecting.

            Last week i took realiance GSM sim card on plan 149, but this week i received a call from R.C.Care stating that, your free call tariff will expire, please recharge 249 to continue the calls.

            The validity of 149 is 28 days, but how it can expire with in a week ?
            Please look into this and take some serious action.

                    I am waiting for resolution on my complaint that was made on December 9th.
                    I have made about a couple of dozen calls to the service center to get my internet working again. Unfortunately, nobody has bothered to send a technician to take a look at the issue, despite several promises to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Reliance customer service representatives are refusing to open a new ticket, because there's one already open for about a month now. It is not only pathetic but also sad that Reliance as a company is unable to provide a service for which it is happy to charge its customers.
                    I have had a similar experience two years ago and gave Reliance another chance, after they reached out to me following a Facebook posts. Unfortunately, the service level has deteriorated and the customer care seems to be specifically trained to lie and make false promises to customers.

                      Reliance communication always failed to provide the data cared bill on time but applied message about the penalty charges. After various reminder reliance does not have any ethics to reply and or resolve mater.

                        I have disconnected the reliance 3g usb modem (Relationship no[protected] and mdn no.- [protected]) in the month of june 2015. I have paid all the amount that was due before deactivating the connection. And as everybody know it takes at minimum 2 months to get the connection deactivated after related emails and follow ups. I also received an invoice with zero as the amount. I thanked god for the successful connection cancellation.

                        But, after an year around september 2016, i have received an email from some advocate stating i'm due of 1299 rs for the modem.

                        I've asked for the details of why do i have to pay this amount and as there was no response, i ignored it. Again in the month of december i started receiving threatening messages from reliance communications stating there will be a case filed against me in lok adalath if i don't pay the due amount.

                        I have been calling the customer case asking about the details regarding the bill details. Again i will pay the amount if they show me any details on the due amount. But they say that as my connection is deactivated they can not see the details and they only say they can escalate this issue. They don't even give any complaint number but say that in 24 hours some one will call me. As of now no one called me. I kept on contacting customer care but they give same response over and over. This is very sad, they have generated amount to be paid on deactivated connection but no body know where the due amount is coming from.

                        I have also sent multiple emails to the customer care but no response received.

                        Again i'm ready to pay the bill if you can show or give me the bill details. If there are no details you better zero the due amount.

                        This is so much frustrating and irritating to see such big company harassing customers for such a less amount. Also forcing customer to pay the amount by not giving any details and just by threatening.

                        I would never ever take anything from reliance and withdraw other investments in this company.

                          I have paid for advance rental plan from 13 August to 12 november 2016. still the company has generated bill of monthly rental for the month of august to nov. i have terminated the number and the reliance centre at amritsar lawrence road had put a request to waiver off my bill which did not happen. Now they are asking me to do settlement when i have already paid the amount. Reciept no. of bill is 38518. The previous bills of are of july which was under my advance rental plan of 19 april to 19 august reciept no. 20283. i have been charged for monthly rentals when i have paid in advance for it. kindly find the bills attached.

                            I was taken reliance 4g sim. But sim was not working correctly. Outgoing call drop and no incoming and was spoken customer care. They are tell network problem.. I was loss all my important incoming call. Always call drop only. Kindly take necessary action.
                            Also my brother got same problem. He convert his no to vodafone. If problem is not solved i will also port my no to other services provider

                              Dear sir,

                              I got call from unknown dsa from [protected] that the have offered to my number [protected] plan rs.299 and the i have accepted, and they said that send your aadhar card and photo through whatsapp no [protected] i did they same next day they sent postpaid sim by someone he called me from[protected] after doing all formality i got activated of mnp, after 2days i got message that my av is negative. And the same day my outgoing calls are barred and next day incoming calls also. When i was trying to call above whats app number and dsa number these numbers were switched off. And same has inform to customer care by calling 198 they said that you go to any store and submit the documents when i was gone to submit the same they were rejected by saying that we have not did this activation you submit from where you got the sim and activation and all since 15 days i am straggling with huge problem i requesting you to take action and make active my sim as early as possible.

                                Lifetime package of netconectplus internet is stopped:

                                I subscrbed for life time package of internet, and within few months of operation, the service is stopped, and they are not responding to my mails, reg. The service.

                                I made a complaint to their appellate authority also, but no response. Consumers are taken for a ride.

                                I bought the dongle first, and after some time, the package of life time, seemed to be just right and hence i subscribed.

                                      I have this reliance postpaid number on which I activated smartlife499 plan on 22of Nov. This plan gives 10gb 3g data and 2g unlimited data. But when I used 500MB I got this message you have exceeded the net limit and my speed got dropped to 64kbps. For whole month I tried to call customer service, but they have put me in blacklist. Yesterday as the bill gets generated I again got 10gb 3g data, bt again after 500MB it got dropped to 64kbps. Every now and then I call them, but the machine says thank you for calling reliance. Their service sucks. Most disguisting network I have ever seen

                                        I am a customer of reliance broadband Internet .my postpaid connection number[protected] and user name saroja ammal. my Internet connection is not working on[protected]. I have register complaint number[protected]. till today it's not working. nearly 12 days. I have called to nodal officer also. nodal complaint number[protected]. They said, that technician will call you and inform you regarding the issue. But the real fact, no one call me and inform me. I am a law student. I will file a case in consumer court against the reliance company if it not solve today.
