I convert my reliance CDMA sim to reliance 4G as par notification by reliance
But it has not completed 90 day and I give my port request to port from reliance 4G to reliance jio and 7 days were passed
Till now port has not be completed and I received port request code through sms from 1901 till now port is not complete. I can disclosure my port request code
I want to port my number from reliance 4G to reliance jio immediately

    Sir, i had got a reliance 4g sim on 17 september 2016 and the person who gave me the sim assured me that it will be activated by the end of day itself. But even today, the sim isn't showing any signal on my 4g device. I just want to know whether this sim will show the signal anytime soon or should i simply remove simply throw it away because it is absolutely of no use to me as of now. I also mailed more than five times to the reliance customer care but you don't seem reluctant to do anything, since i haven't received a single response till date. I don't understand as to why the sim is not showing any signal on my device, while my circle has reliance 4g network coverage and my 4g device too supports reliance 4g. But i can say that my faith towards your company has greatly diminished because i never expected such an impolite gesture from one of india's biggest telecom giants.
    I just hope that you will resolve this issue in the near future and if not, at least tell me to throw the sim card away.

    I got a call from Reliance Communications to resubmit my documents, i.e., Photo ID and Address proof at the nearest Reliance Store and get the SIM activated in no time. However, I have switched to another operator and I am highly satisfied its services. I no longer wish to use the Reliance Communications SIM or any other of its services. Its due to the fact that when you get a SIM, you want to use it as soon as possible, instead of waiting for weeks to just get it activated. My overall faith in Reliance Communications has greatly diminished and I don't want to avail any of its services, now or in the future. I want to warn all my friends out there who just try and get a SIM Card and thereafter, are frustrated by its poor services. All I want to say is think twice before trying to buy a Reliance Comm SIM Card. All that glitters isn't gold. I don't want anyone else to face the same inconvenience as I did.

      I am using the reliance cdma for past 1 year.. When i got the request to upgrade to 4g i was notified that the same plan will be continued..
      My previous plan was of rs 1149 for 24 gb unlimited (Postpaid).

      But i got a bill of rs 1812 in august after which my service was blocked but sill today, i got another bill for september of rs1365 without using any data, this is really unfair.. I need an immediate solution on this..

      Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
      Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.

      However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.

      My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

      Dear Appellate Authority,

      Is this a joke?

      Aug-Sep bill was for

      15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
      I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222

      Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service

      1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
      2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
      3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted

      Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?

      Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

      My bill should have been Rs.699, I've already paid Rs.3222.

      Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522

        This is another instance of reliance communications which shows that they earn money by our main balance. My main balance was deducted on 26th sep from my contact number [protected]. I have registered the complaint on same day. My complaint number is[protected]. The stupidity is that the customer care person who has registered my complaint has confirmed that yes our main balance is deducted and he registered complaint[protected]. I have the call recording too. And now they have closed it that there is no deduction. They contradict with each other. I kept the recording because i know reliance is cheater company.

        Learn from airtel what customer satisfaction is. Return my money or i will post it on social media that no should get service from them. Already people now what tricks they use to earn money, cc to airtel customer helpline and let them feel proud about how reliance cheating with our main balance, because airtel earns from profit not from deducting main balance. Improve your software check reliance; educate your customer care person who sends copy paste messages. A

          My mom is useing reliance smart sim from longer time nd from starting there is a problem of deduction is going on today i call on customer care the guy told me u r very late u have to compain withing 24hr we were not able to refund ur deducted amount, mr owner tell me one thing i[censored] deduct any amount in anytime then why u make fool to the customers and most repeated dialogue please call after some time server is down at the time, than simulteniously there was a cal from another no the no is [protected] and start talking when i told him tat i'm going to complain then the guy became rude. Now tell me what the hell u think ur self we customer having lots of free time to waste on to just request u to refund the amount and u replys only call afer some time cz ur having bad surver

            I had about 2GB data a day back and as a new 3G customer had All Reliance calls at 10p/min, Others at 30p/min for 180 days as starting on 13/06/2016
            But lost all 2GB data and call pack after upgrading my sim to 4G.
            My colleagues of Airtel hadn't any loss on free upgrade SIM and in the same faith for reliance had upgraded my sim.
            Please revert back my data pack of about 2GB and calls pack and revert back my sim to 3G if same can't be continued on 4G. All other companies as Airtel continue the same services on upgrade SIM. Reliance too should keep faith.

              I have purchased the landline phone with no. 3201819 through your dealer - opp. To dist. Court, madurai - 625 020. They said, the name of the owner will be changed in course of time. At time of purchase, the name was easwari, 56 / 46, matha koil st., kakkan colony, tiruverambur, trichy - 620 019. I have purchased in the name of robin dante, 11, east street, singarayar colony, madurai - 625 002. Till date the owner name is not changed.

              For the past 1 month, this phone is not working. When i contacted your local dealers, they say, because of changing to 4g, the phone is not functioning. Please get it set right. Or let me know the procedure to sought out this problem.

                  I have been hearing the same multiple time but am happy that you have at least responded me here.
                  I have already started de-regestering my no. from banks and other institutions. I shall wait for next 15days and there after I shall move to Jio which I already have owned one.
                  I heartily don't want to leave Rcom, my oldest companion, but you Rcom is forcing me to do so.
                  I am a postpaid customer and have not paid a single penny as fine for late payment yet.
                  Request you not to lose such a customer and don't let me to deprieve of the companion of the oldest friend like Rcom.

                    I am Reliance 3G Postpaid user for more than 3years. I have received calls from Customer Care during recent months to upgrade to 4G and I have declined them all.
                    I have NOT availed a 4G sim or dongle from Reliance.
                    On September, I received a message that my account has been automatically upgraded to 4G. This is not authorized by me and it is unacceptable to charge me for a service, which I have not availed.
                    I have already contacted the customer care but have not received any response.

                    For billing cycle, from 20-Aug-2016 to 19-Sep-2016, I have been charged for 4G/5GB data plan. I do not wish to upgrade to Reliance 4G in the future as well.
                    Also since 3G service is not available anymore, I don’t have any bill-payment obligations towards Reliance. My bill payments for all the 3G services are already complete.
                    Please close the existing connection.

                    Too explain my long story, following the complaint, the customer care has accepted the termination request. I was asked to go to a Reliance store to raise a Waiver request to clear the amount billed against my subscriber number. I had raised the waiver request to clear the billing amount as I am not a 4G user and the amount had been cleared. However the termination request was not processed (Existing service request id from September:[protected]. I have received the billing for next month, which is 20-SEP to 19-OCT. The customer care have responded saying that they have not found any complaint and connection will be terminated after the new bill is cleared (New Termination Request ID for October month:[protected].
                    I am trying to get this connection closed for more than a month and I receiving bills for a sim card which don't even have. It is extremely frustrating to go-through all the pain once more and I am not sure even now, if the action will be taken. I don't have to be bothered by all the internal process the customer care follows, but my request is simple - I am not a Reliance 4G user and I can't be charged for it. It is easier to make a computer understand the issue than speaking with the Reliance Customer Care.
                    I have no intention to walk down to a Reliance store once more to raise a waiver request and wait with anxiety if the connection will be terminated or not.

                      This is fifth time i am writing here and still now there is no response. Do you guys are even bothered? What makes you work?.                           Hello,
                          My datacard no is : [protected] and is postpaid and unlimited data usage plan.
                          I upgraded to 4g and purchased Reliance 4G LTE wi-pod.

                          Before upgrading to 4G, my plan was unlimited plan and I used to get monthly bill of amount Rs.546/-
                          But now I received the bill for the month of Sept-2016 with an amount of 1555/-

                          Before migrating to 4G it was communicated that, what ever the current plan we have will be carried forward after migrating to 4G.

                          But now after migration it looks like my plan got converted to limited plan which was never communicated.

                          I called customer care several times but they are not able answer my questions. Please look into this ASAP.

                          I asked for termination request, as I didn't get any satisfying response from them. Once they received my termination request they called me couple of times and they promised that they are working on unlimited plan options and the same will be available with in few months. With that assurance I agreed to continue with the service and so am marking this as resolved for now.

                            Here with i would like to state that i have reliance communication ltd connection since 2010 as per detail below

                            Name :- monash biomed pvt ltd, vadodara, gujarat.

                            My lane line phone & internet went out of service since 29th may 2016 i gave complain & its number is[protected],[protected] and there after regular complain on phone & emails were given for 2 months and then line got restored on 1st august 2016 and i sent mail stating that the phone line is restored and to adjust & wave rent for service not provided..

                            I have paid all my bills regularly since 2010 and last paid bill was of 19.06.2016 no[protected] was paid rs 401.00 on 09.07.2016.

                            There after i received another bill on 19.07.2016 no[protected] of amount 401.36 and i called 09.08.2017 that please adjust & wave my bills for no service and they said they will do the needful.

                            There after again i receive bill on 19.08.2016 n[protected] of amount 406.53 with out adjusting the errors as for not providing service for 2 months.

                            Now they have made my suspended lane line phone. I called up customer care[protected] and gave my complain they said i have to pay first the 2 month due payment then only the line will get restored & they will then see if there will be adjustment or waver can be given or not.

                                Sir my name is RAJESH JOSHI and my phone number is [protected].
                                First the reliance company give offer and then illegally deduct balance from account.
                                If you don't complaint then offer continued but if you complaint they will not give offer. This is very irrational behaviour from reliance. Now there is no good offer on my number because I complaint about illegal deduction. If this continues then I have no option then to port my number to other communication company.

                                  It has been 5 days since my broadband connection is not working. Same issues have been faced in the last 2 months as well when the connection was not working for 15 days every month. It seems to be more like habit of connection not working for 15 days every month. Upon calling your call center commitment is given to resolve the issue within 24 hrs but neither the issue is resolved and nor any update is provided, moreover upon calling again they tell that the complain is resolved at our end. I simply don't understand that without cross checking with the client how can you close the query and update it as resolved. Moreover you send the bill for the whole month when your connection is not working 15 days a month. This is the third consecutive month with the same issue. I am not going a pay a single penny for the days the connection is not working. Kindly resolve the issue and get back with an update.

                                    I have submitted my documents along with 300/- for porting my number from vodafone postpaid to reliance to a store named misti enterprises near tughlakabad, delhi, who claimed to be reliance communications channel partner. They called and on the very next day with sincerity they provided me a 4g sim card and a cash receipt of 300/- too. My number porting unique number was generated and i also got a call from them regarding address proof and verification. After that my number is still not ported and they are not responding. Even after repeated calls to the number from which i received the call for address verification, they are not responding. They are horrible people to deal with. They provided two numbers as helplines and the pathetic part is they either do not receive the call or reject the call. I can see many complaints about them in several internet sites. Please take some steps against them before they harass more people like me.

                                      I bought reliance wi-pod (3g internet service) on 28th of february 2016.
                                      Ref : mdn [protected].

                                      On june 2016, i got information from reliance communications that, they are going to migrate to 4g service. For that we need to buy new dongle which cost around rs.1500 and the service plan also will be changed.

                                      But i am not interested for that and refused to change.

                                      I paid the bills upto july 2016. Suddenly, on 2nd week of august 2016, the service was terminated by them.

                                      So i contact customer care, but response from them.
                                      Now they are asking for two months payment, which they are not provided service to me.

                                      The 3G service was stopped by them without any notification on August 2016. Unnecessarily they are making bill for August and September months too.

                                      I purchased the 3G dongle for Rs.1250/-. I request Reliance, to get back the dongle and refund the dongle amount to me.

                                        Dear Respected Sir,

                                        My Name is B.Yogananda Reddy, working in one of the leading software company. When I planned to go for "Work from home" option for 6 months. To work from home means I need net connection. So, I have searched and enquired many operators and finally chosen Reliance as my choice. I browsed the Reliance site and find the suitable plan for me "999 plan which provide 40 GB with 14.7 MBPs speed" and decided to take this plan.

                                        For that I have approached the Reliance Marketing Agent(Bargunna [contact number: [protected]] - who is doing Reliance Marketing in Mphasis, Chennai). He told that Reliance good and they are offering the 999 plan with 40 GB. Based the information from the Reliance web site and his confirmation, I fixed for 999 plan and I have given my photo (1 copy), Aadhar Card Copy and signed on the application. After that paid Rs.1350 to get the Reliance CDMA Data card (wireless connection ([protected]) on 28th March 2016.

                                        The number got activated on 28th March 2016 night itself and I do not received any welcome calls or even they didn't inform, that I am in which plan and what is my billing date etc. There is no call from any one.

                                        After receiving the Reliance Dongle, I have moved to my hometown "Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh" for work from home. The net speed and working every thing fine in the month of April and I got the first bill on 27th of April 2016 with amount of Rs.890, I thought this amount is for 27 days and I have paid on the same date without any delay. The problem stated in the next month only. I got the second bill on 11th May, I got shock by seeing the bill, the bill amount came as Rs.2298/- and my plan is 1999 with 30 GB plan. Immediately I called the Marketing Agent and informed to him and also informed the same to his supervisor. What they told is that there is some issue and they will talk the Reliance Store people and will correct the problem.

                                        But the problem is not resolved till the end of May 2016, finally I called the Customer care and explained my issue to them, even they told that they cannot help me in this issue. But they suggested me to change the plan. Based on their suggestion, I have changed the plan from 1999 to 999 plan.

                                        Another plan started from 25th May, 2016, the problem is 'Reliance has started the 4G conversion process in Andhra Pradesh (in my home town ‘Tirupati’) and they have stopped the CDMA in Tiruapti circle. Currently CDMA is not working in tirupati because of that I am not able to use the data card'.

                                        For this issue, I have called the Reliance Store people and conveyed my issue and asked them to put the connection in the safe custody, but there is no response from them and I have raised many tickets with Reliance customer care, they also raising the tickets and closing those in the next day without any resolution. This process continued without any help or support, but I am getting the bill every month and I am also paid the bill without any delay.

                                        Finally I have given request to 'Manikandan Selvam' [Manikandan.[protected]@relianceada.com -[protected]] to change my plan from 999 to either 1 GB plan or whichever is least one. Based on my request I have raised the request and here is the response from Manikandan (As per your request sr placed for 175 plan change and the reference number is :[protected] [raised on 07/16/2016]. I had forwarded the request to concern department for necessary adjustment. Kindly clear 1250/- alone as of now . Will update you the status shortly.)

                                        As per the 175 plan, I need to get the bill amount as either +- 200/-, but the bill amount came as Rs. 590. After that I have tried to reach Manikandan to this, but he is not answering my calls.

                                        Later I have called the Customer Care team and raised the Request about the billing issues, here is the SR No.[protected]. Without solving the problem they have closed the ticket. One more thing is that they issued the legal notice against me and they sent the people for money collection. Those people are harassing me and I am getting the calls from various Reliance Store people and legal departments and they are mentally torching me. Because of this I am not able to concentrate on my personal and professional life.

                                        This is my problem, which I am facing with the Reliance Store Chennai.

                                        Here I am couple of questions:

                                        1. I have requested for 999 plan for Reliance CDMA Datacard (wire less connection), how they will give 1999 plan which is not applicable for this data card.
                                        2. When I have raised the ticket for billing issue, how they will issue the Legal notice and will send the people to home against me.

                                        Sir, I am not saying that I wont pay the bill, but there is lot of issues which they are generating the bills and amount they are collecting from the customers. What I am requesting you people is, please save me and other customers from these money eaters. I am asking them to recalculate the bill amount from March 29th to till 07/16/2016 and let me know, and also for Rs.175 plan, they generated and send the bill amount as Rs.590 (approx.).

                                        Sir, kindly please help me from this issue, how to proceed further against these type of people.
