I purchased a Samsung Galaxy j26 from sumit computers greekgunj sitapur the shopkeeper offered me free reliance jio sim with the set .i genreted the coupon code no [protected] otp code 740295 from my mobile but when i reached to the reliance store they said that above code is already redeemed .no sufficient answer was given by manager of reliance store and the shopkeeper .kindly solve my problem

        First they behave rudely then i complained then i got the sim now its 10 days my sim is no activated.. They are not submitting my my form.. I got the blue sim. I did complain again id Sr000001tpsc no resolution no order confirmation sms. Do i have to file a case? What this guys are doing. Or the people of this punjab bhatinda mall road store, wants money.. I will file a case on bribe.

          I bought a Jiofi device and a Jio sim (No. [protected]) weeks ago after submitting my voter ID card photocopy as the Reliance salesman asked me to do so. The Sim got activated on 13th September 2016. Today at around 3 am I got a message that upon my request my number been permanently disconnected. I was totally surprised as I did not made the request at all. I called consumer care and they could not inform me about the exact reason for the disconnection and advised me to buy a new Jio sim again. I am not going to waste my time on that again as this new number can be disconnected also without giving proper explanation. I don't understand how a tele-verified number gets disconnected wothout giving any prior notification and explanation.

            Greetings for the day!
            This is for your kind notice that in Tirupati Reliance Mart, issuing of sims is not done in proper way!
            We are waiting in the parking basement for 3 hours in that heat, executives/Manager is simply telling that server is down and they are resting in the mart under AC. When you are having ample amount of stock why to suffer customers. No need to maintain specific timings.you can make it generic timings then no one will be suffered.

            Take this into consideration, as customers are waiting in this hot climate. Its not fair from the management. When not issued or server is down it is the responsibility of the executive/manager also to stay at the place of issuing till the server is up. Why only customers should be suffered.

              Issue :

              Late Battery Charging Issue. ( This issue is resolved ).

              At the time of delivery of the same handset the VOLTE option was not in working condition & there was a physical damage of handset as well.
              Past two months it is being followed up but no response in time.
              Immediately the handset was sent back to the same delivery person of the service center.
              however Rudra computers was unable to resolve the issue in regards of that .
              Mr Murgesh Jio employee of Gulbarga JIO Center, has collected the handset to resolve the same upto his authorities .
              Kindly requesting you to Escalate and proceed with the same as soon as possible.

                I already gave the termination request after paying the bill amount on august. But the reliance communication showroom not taken the request due to their carelessness. Finally, they generate the bill against me to pay the august bill within oct 5. If iam saying i will not pay the bill they threaten me that their billing team will call you then like that. Please clear this issue.

                  Rent not paid since 6 years

                  Reliance infratel limited had set up a mobile tower on my terrace in Bagbera housing colony, road 6, jamshedpur- 831002, but since 2010 reliance has stopped paying the rent for the same. I gave tried contacting then through all possible mediums. Sent them uncountable emails, but no response from them. The amount due is more then 6 lacs now. Please take possible measures.

                  On September 29 2016 I recharged my account(phone number [protected]) for 296 via paytm .This was supposed to be a special tariff voucher combo pack recharge of 296 with 296 talk time and all calls @ 1p/per second valid for 28 days. Instead of this i have got a recharge which is valid for only 5 days.

                  They are claiming that this is due to some FRC Recharge but on their website there are no FRC Terms & Conditions mentioned.

                  This is Blatant False Advertising and Fraud.

When I went to get jio sim using this code on 01/10/2016 the jio people are saying that this code has been already used by someone and this code cannot be used to get the sim. So I request you to deactivate the sim activated using this code and send me valid code for getting jio sim as soon as possible.

                                I did receive my jio sim after long wait in line about 2 3 days regularly and when i got one it is rejected for some incomplete info i dont understand what was that because i just give my adhar and finger print as other do so and now i bound to follow same procedure again. now it is about 5 to 6 days my problem is not resolved. I daily put in queue and your server does not work at all they said. I want to ask forgot about sim there is value of time or not. I[censored] alredy tell us to purchase we do so but u now torturing customers. I waste my valuable time in stupid queue for nothing.

                                  I have been using jio sim in my jio dongle. The problem is internet speed is very very slow.

                                  I have contacted through call but that never pick by anyone.

                                  I have contacted through email and it has been a week but no resolution (Ticket/case no: #1311964).

                                  Jio dongle cost was rs. 2000/- now they will not refund my money and i am looking for alternate internet connection.

                                  Earlier i was using airtel which was very good, now i am going to re-activate it.

                                  Is there anyone who can fix my problem: either solve the internet issue or help me how to get refund for my jio dongle.

Tuesday27/9/16 i have generate the code and friday30/9/16 i visited to the shop to purchasing for the sim that time the executive have told me my code has using for some one the code has redeemed.. I don't know how that happend! I called the customer care executive and visited to the relance digital store at cochin. They have not respond and find any action to my complaints... So i request you to please find the user and block his sim nd please to rework my code for purchasing to jio sim... Please to find any action in my mail..
