Dear Sir,

I have reliance GSM mobile connection with the following number.

Mobile Number: [protected]

From 52811 (on 15 sept2016 & 21sept2016 3.15am) I got message saying "Dear Reliance Customer, We have registered your request. Your data service will be activated shortly", although I didn't place any request, just because of this activation my calling tariff is not working Please deregister me So, what I understand is "Reliance uses this kind of practices to get money and harass their customers and if customer ignores theses messages (i guess, it will be happening with lot of customers) from customer care, Reliance is able to steal money from them.

Today I tried so many times to speak to customer care representative on 198. But, IVRS says it will connect me to CCR every time the call gets disconnect. I am really fed up the services provided by Reliance communications.

I request, plz don't register me by your own to any of the services. Otherwise I will be forced to switch to other operators and contact consumer court.
For the above complain I got a call from [protected] from reliance customer care & he is abusing me why I complained here. I want this type of bloody employees must be punished very hard for this misbehave because I am a citizen of free INDIA & he has no right to abuse me and it is violation of fundamental right under article 21 of Indian constitution .

    This is been almost 4 four days since I am lodging complain to activate my broadband service (subscriber id :[protected], Complain no :[protected]/[protected]/[protected]). Every time i call the customer care they are promising to get it resolved within 24 hour. A total of 10/15 complained have been lodge .
    What i understood is reliance is the worlds worst ever broadband service provider.

      Respected team,

      I have taken the reliance broadband connection in the month of march or april 2016 not sure as no documents were provided to me at that point of time.

      My consumer number is[protected]. Facing intermittent connection or no connection at all since then. No resolution provided in-spite of raising complaints by calling them and moreover if i talk to there technician they says, "pasand nahin aa raha to line katwa do.". They are charging me rs 1000/- per month. No clue how it came.
      So please look into this matter on serious note. It is a request to you people. I am ready to pay but need the service un-interrupted.

      Nothing has been done...most pathetic, harrassing and embarassing service provider...I will suggest everyone not to take any service from Reliance Broadband...or purchase anything from Reliance...Most corrupted and idiotic customer service...

          Kindly disconnect the service to my data card no [protected] (relationship no:[protected] since i have not been using the data card for more than 2 months as i have a 3g data card and whenever i connect it to my system it throws an error stating that cannot connect since the data card has not been upgraded.

          Request you to kindly disconnect the services as soon as possible.

          I got a call due to non-payment of Data Card. I said there is no such due, no SMS or email received in respect of the payment. But still they insisted me to pay around 600/- due to unbilled amount till Dec 2014. I paid on[protected] ref: OCT code: 73763, Receipt no: IB[protected]. Again recvd SMS that i need to 2075 which is harassing
          They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

          Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

            "vineetha ramkumar here. i had a reliance connection from 2005. almost two years back i surrendered the instrument and all other gadgets to the reliance office near irumpanam (ernakulam). they said i will get the refund of rs 1000 within two three months. now it is coming to the second year. they have closed that office so i contacted the office in thiruvankulam. their response was that it will take some more time, but i will get the cheque soon. even now i am waiting for that. please help me in getting back my refundable deposit at the earliest. my reliance number was[protected], after that changed to[protected]. my contact no is [protected]"

              Dear Sir,

              I requested to port my airtel postpaid no. [protected] to Reliance postpaid they have issued me a wrong sim card. And now my old sim has been deactivated from airtel network but new sim issued by reliance (wrong sim) is not working .

              More Details :

              I asked for help in RCOM store they told me to ask to the person who issued that sim.

              I am unable to find that person as they called me few days ago told me the plan which i agreed and ask for a sim card they send a random person who give me a new sim card.

              And now RCOM care said me that they have no solutions.

              Please look into the matter as i am a business person and many important call are gone unattended.

                I have taken Jio sim on 27 August 16, but sim not activated after 25 days passed. On 19 sep 16 I got another sim after ekyc verification but till now same problem, sim not activate. My order no. is N0000009XDIU . My name is Naeem Niyamat Khan. I am living in Vasco da gama, Goa. I request you to pls activate my Jio sim as soon as possible. Its already one month has passed.

                Phone is working mode. Don't get incoming & outgoing calls. Make call to retailer & inform this complaint. But they don't resolve the problem.

                    • communication from reliance announcing 4g datacard ([protected]) – july 2 2016 – it clearly says no change in your current data plan rentals and benefits
                    • based on above point we bought the 4g device
                    • communication from reliance on august 9 2016 - your reliance 4g wipod upgraded plan - if this was told on july 2 2016 - we would not have bought device and would have initiated discontinuation of data card
                    • invoice shocker – invoice sent for inr 1783:00 vs inr 688:85 (Existing amount).

                    I need refund of device cost, disconnect services and take back the device or refund amount after adjusting existing bill amount plan of inr 689 to device cost

                      I am r-comm gsm user. Reliance fulling me many time. Letest one is i have received sms from ril on 12.09.2016 which showing recharge rs. 149 for 2g unlimited for 28 days. As per sam i have recharged by rs. 149, but on 20.09.2016 i received sam from them which intimation your data plan is expiring today. I am asking to ril how it is possible. I tryed lot to ask via customr care and through live chatting but no proper reply from them. Poorest service from reliance communication. Stop fulling peoples.

                          I had a Reliance Netconnect Connection no [protected] which I had closed 2 months back. I got the final bill of reduced amount in that month which I paid. However Reliance generated another bill the next month. I sent emails to customer care regarding that but I didnt get any response from them. Even after that they keeps generating bill. Biggest cheaters and fraud company. Never to use their services again and will tell people not to take anything from them.

                            I have purchased a reliance dongle with number [protected] three months back. First I paid Rs.1000 for dongle again I paid Rs.2800 for 4G dongle. I availed unlimited plan for Rs.999 as monthly sceme but without my knowledge it was changed to 5GB for Rs.1000 scheme. I have discussed with reliance customer care number 6 times sent 13 times to their email id including Mr.Anil Ambani email id and TRAI email id for terminating this connection I don't use this number from September 3rd 2016 since network not available. Now they have charged Rs.3835/- Already I raised the same issue in this forum on 17th September but NO response. I am ready to pay Rs.1148 as per my earlier bill. Please arrange to terminate my connection immediately and confirm.

                              Kindly read this clearly and make understand the issues Am facing till date.

                              Before the launch of 4G I got so many calls from reliance to upgrade the CDMA data card to 4G soon as possible and also asked me to buy the 4G dongle at a special discounted price. When I asked how about the tariff plan they told me every time that “there won’t be any changes in my current tariff plan which is Rs.999 40GB unlimited and the same plan will be carry forward. And also I enquired the at the local reliance store regarding the tariff plan even they also told me same thing their won’t be any changes in tariff and my net monthly bill will Rs.1149 only.” As per that I proceeded with the upgrade request and finally the 4G started on 12.08.2016, and the same day when I logon into www.myservices.relianceada.com to check the current CDMA usage details till 11.08.2016. And in profile tab my current plan was mentioned as ” DATAPLAN- DP_LTE_VOL_QUOTA.40GB” and after checking that and I started using it as per my normal usage keeping in mind that my plan is unlimited. On 17.08.2016 the service got disconnected and I contacted the customer care on 18.08.2016 morning and raised the complaint, they asked me to wait for 6hrs and as per the given time the service started at night, and I continued using it. I received a SMS on 20.08.2016 stating that I have consumed 100% of total plan quota allotted, now speed will be throttled to 144Kbps till next cycle. Again on 23.08.2016 afternoon the service got disconnected and I tried to contact the customer care several times but was unable to speak to the executives as my data card no [protected] was blocked so my call couldn’t get connected. Later on 25.08.2016 I tried with a different data card no and this time my call got connected and I was able to speak with the executive. And the same day I was really shocked and also very angry to know that my current plan was 5GB instead of 40GB unlimited plan, and my service was barred due to high usage, but on my previous complaint dated on 17.08.2016 I was not told about the plan changed else I would have stopped using the service that day itself, and I was asked to make the payment of some 9000 plus to continue the service. When my credit limit is 2000 how come you people can charge excess without my knowledge??? I argued with the person who was on the call saying that I was not aware of the plan change and requested to disconnect the connection and charge me as per the normal CDMA tariff bill for usage from August 5th to August 23rd only. He noted down my issue and told that he will escalate a mail to the higher authority regarding my complaint that my plan of 40GB unlimited was changed without my knowledge or intimating me, and also regarding the disconnection as I am not further interested to use it anymore due to low free usage of only 5GB, and he promised me that it will be resolved within 6hrs and also gave a complaint no[protected]. And as there was no response from reliance I called the care again on 30.08.2016 and I was told my complaint will get resolved by the next billing date and asked to wait till September 5th. And surprisingly on 02.09.2016 I got a call from reliance and talked to me regarding the complaint and promised me that it will be resolved soon as possible and I will also get the bill for the usage from august 5th to august 23rd only with normal charges as per the earlier CDMA plan. On 07.09.2016 I received a bill of due amount Rs.7618 after waiving some Rs.1148, again on 08.09.2016 I called the care and argued with the person who was call regarding the high bill amount, That lady promised me that my complaint will get resolved within 2hrs, but there was no response from reliance so I again called the care on 12.09.2016, and this time I directly spoke to a supervisor and I was told to wait for 3 working days and gave a complaint no[protected]. On 17.09.2016 I received a SMS stating that the waiver request couldn’t be processed. And today on 18.09.2016 again I called the care and directly spoke to a supervisor only, She told me that the bill waiver has already been done and asked me to make a payment of some 6000 plus, this time I really got angry and repeated the same old story that “I was not aware of the plan change and how can reliance charge me this much without my knowledge of dropping the unlimited plan of Rs.999 and I was promised that my earlier CDMA bill plan will be carry forwarded for 4G also and not interested in using the service further and request to disconnect the connection to avoid the unused bill ” She listened to my words and once again noted down all the issues and told she will escalate a mail to the concern authority regarding the issues am facing and have promised me that it will get resolved within 3 working days and gave a new complaint no[protected]

                              Now am writing this here only because still my complaint has not been resolved yet. I also knew that its foolishness to keep any hope from this customer care as they won’t do anything just keep on giving excuses each and every time. Now tell me what should I do??? What is the solution?. You people will take my complaint seriously or shall I move with legal procedures and get it settled down. Now this is too much and am really fed up of calling to your care and fighting with them every time and repeating same old story again and again. First of all the mistake is from your side, you people changed my unlimited 40GB plan without my knowledge or tried to intimate me regarding this. For marketing about 4G upgrade and buying ******* dongle I got so many calls, but not for the plan drop out. And when I was promised that the same plan will be continued for 4G as well I upgraded to it and used it like before. Else am not a fool to accept this kind o[censored]seless offer of 5GB for Rs.900 plus tax. So only I used the data as per my normal usage like every month. I was thinking am the only person facing this issue, but when I read so many complaints on consumer forums on internet regarding this same issues then I came to know that am not the only victim there are so many people same like me. Reliance have cheated all the CDMA customers in the name of this ******* 4G upgrade and each of them are facing the same issues what am facing.

                              Hope my concern will be solved ASAP and I do expect a reply from your side.

                                There is a dispute regd. Datacard cancellations.

                                I had requested for the datacard cancellation on 7-november-2016 and had paid an additional amount of rs. 150 towards the same. However, after 2 months of not getting the bills, i have started receiving the bills again from march 2016.

                                I have been repeatedly calling the customer care and have also visited the reliance store to stop the bills and initiate the cancellation but no action has been taken so far. I have also written to netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com on june 8 citing the same concern, but no response yet.

                                The data usage on the card has been zero since 7th november, 2016, but reliance has been sending the bills till date.

                                Reliance has been charging me for months even though there has been no data usage and requests for cancellation of the datacard has been raised in november 2016.

                                I may be reach on my mobile no. mentioned below.

                                        I requested termination of service on 15th of August. I received on 30th of the same month that it has been terminated . Now again i receive a bill on September. The customer care in a very sycophant way asks me to pay as if I hadn't already terminated the account.Then asks me why am I closing the service. Please see to that I don't go on receiving bills for a terminated account.

                                        Reliance is sending men to home to collect money, despite the waiver being in process. The person came on 24th and had a deplorable way of talking. It's a shame such big names have come down to this. The customer care refuses to comment on this issue.

                                        Still now Reliance hasn't updated me on the issue. They just wait till end of the month, and keep sending bills for terminated account. I had used 3G services which they blocked and told that I've to buy 4G Wi-POD, they did not notify me about any plan change. After sending a bill of hefty 5K, they waived it off after numerous complaints. The service was not available, seeing no resolution as to that, and getting unfair bills, I had terminated the service, Reliance had given me the confirmation for termination too, stating that as of 30th August the service has been terminated. Yet I am still getting bills. Horrendous service .
